This research explores the important role of marketing in increasing the sales turnover of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) in Indonesia. The article outlines effective marketing strategies, including the implementation of digital marketing, branding, the right pricing strategy, and the role of promotions in attracting customers. Through a literature study, it is found that the implementation of the right marketing strategies can significantly increase the visibility of UMKM and optimise their sales performance. The results show that UMKM that adopt digital marketing can experience an increase in turnover of up to 50%. This research highlights the importance of government support and collaborative efforts to improve UMKM access to marketing training and information. It is hoped that this article provides useful insights for UMKM players and relevant stakeholders to develop more effective and sustainable marketing strategies.

The restaurant industry in Indonesia has experienced significant growth, driving the need for data-driven strategies to remain competitive. This study aims to apply and compare time series methods in forecasting sales at "Nasi Goreng Bacot" restaurant. The methods used are Simple Moving Average (SMA), Weighted Moving Average (WMA), and Single Exponential Smoothing (SES), with a focus on sales data from the year 2023.The research results indicate that SMA provides the most accurate predictions, with a Mean Absolute Error (MAE) value of 296.67, Mean Squared Error (MSE) of 129055.6, and Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) of 3.02%. WMA and SES, although useful in certain data conditions, show higher error rates in this case. This study confirms the effectiveness of SMA in the context of stable and less fluctuating restaurant sales data. With these results, restaurants can plan their inventory of raw materials and workforce more efficiently, reduce waste, and improve customer satisfaction.

The business of selling coffee in the world is growing more easily and quickly with the provision of a place which is usually called a cafe or shop. One of them is the Titik Hitam Nalar cafe in Jakarta, but the ordering process with customers takes longer to wait for orders and customer payments that are not neatly arranged create conditions that’s are not conducive, resulting in continuous negative criticism. Therefore, an application is needed that helps employees work in every part, both in terms of ordering, manufacturing, and payments, using the FIFO algorithm which focuses on which services are prioritized first in order to reduce negative sentiment from customers. The Android-based application was created by involving every design phase, making it easier for customers and employees to provide a service facility that works well and is suitable for use.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki pemanfaatan MyIndiHome bagi pelanggan dengan fokus pada kepuasan pelanggan dan manfaat aplikasi. Menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR), penelitian ini mengidentifikasi 30 paper jurnal yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi, mulai dari tahun 2016 hingga 2019. Melalui analisis data, temuan penelitian ini menyoroti fleksibilitas layanan, kualitas layanan elektronik, dan interaksi pelanggan sebagai faktor utama yang memengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan. Hasil Quality Assessment menegaskan validitas dan relevansi data yang digunakan dalam penelitian. Analisis data juga mengungkapkan bahwa penggunaan kuesioner sebagai teknik pengumpulan data yang paling umum digunakan, dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 100 orang. Faktor-faktor lain yang signifikan dalam pengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan termasuk kualitas produk, harga, dan promosi penjualan. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian, disarankan agar perusahaan telekomunikasi terus memperhatikan fleksibilitas layanan, meningkatkan kualitas layanan elektronik, dan memperkuat interaksi dengan pelanggan. Peningkatan kualitas jaringan dan sistem informasi juga penting untuk memastikan pengalaman pengguna yang optimal. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini memberikan pandangan menyeluruh tentang pemanfaatan MyIndiHome bagi pelanggan dan memberikan dasar bagi perusahaan telekomunikasi untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan dan efektivitas pemanfaatan aplikasi di masa mendatang.

All PT Astra International BMW Semarang transactions are recorded in the database but the problem is that the stock management is  efficientless so  the part stock that buyers are interested is not available. This research aims to conduct a comparative mining results using the association rule with apriori algorithm for year 2021, 2022 and 2023 sales transaction dataset with total of 43.694 records using the Rstudio. Data mining process in each year uses the same parameters for each itemset combination. The best association pattern occurs in 2023 with support value 0.05913841 and confidence value 100%. This can be concluded that the rules formed from each year could be different eventhough using same parameters. The item that always appears in the association rule from 2021 – 2023is Z99000000333 (BMW Engine OIL) which is often purchased with items named “Set fil-oil” so it can be a recommendation for  item stocking  in the warehouse.

This research aims to analyze the factors that influence the success of cafe businesses in Padang City. The research method used is quantitative with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The research results show that the factors that influence the success of cafe businesses in Padang City are business location, product quality, product price, promotions and customer service. The problems found when conducting this research were that the marketing strategy was still lacking, there were many competitors, and the condition of the café building was still inadequate. The solution to the problem is, increasing marketing through social media, the products produced must be more varied and of better quality and provide a delicious and unique taste so that they can satisfy customers and the business is able to compete in market share, decorating the place to make it look more unique and attractive so that customers feel at home relax in a comfortable room. This article was prepared by observation, collecting data in interviews, and documentation. The results of this research show that customer satisfaction depends on the products produced and the services provided by employees.

The lack of information conveyed to the public, resulting in a lack of knowledge the community regarding the sales of the ce florist shop in PALI district due to the sales information system that was carried out at the ce florist bouquet shop is still manual, namely people who want to know about the latest information about bouquet items must come directly so that it is more effective and efficient, because it takes a lot of time to arrive at the ce florist's bouquet shop. So from the researcher will make an android information system for the ce florist bouquet shop which will be accessed through the application that we install using Flutter programming language. This study uses the method (SDLC) Waterfall as a development method to be used when designing and build applications, while the research methods to be used is a descriptive method through a qualitative approach. Research collecting data through direct observation, interviews and library research. help tool uml design to help design the system to be created. With the existence of this android application hopefully helps people save time when want to shop at the ce florist bouquet shop.

In selling goods, there is an administrative process that goes through in companies and the business world, starting from data input to archiving sales and financial file data. This process is carried out so that the goods sales files can be well organized. Therefore, this journal aims to determine the process of inputting and archiving sales and financial files in the sale of goods at PT Dimensi Citra Semesta. This journal uses interview and observation methods in sales flow, data input, and archiving sales and financial file data. Through this method can discover the technology used in data input and the steps in archiving structured files and sales data. The results of this journal show that there is a sales flow process starting from receiving the order until the goods are dispatched, after the goods are dispatched, there are data and files that are input and archived as files to be saved and easily searched if needed.

This research aims to determine the influence of marketing strategy on sales volume in CV.Rempah Sari in Padang City by using segmenting, targeting, and positioning strategies both partially and simultaneously. marketing is one of the most important functions in the company, where with the right marketing it can determine the sales volume and the position of the company (product) in the market. The data collection technique used in this study is by using questionnaires or questionnaires, namely data collection techniques carried out by providing a set of questions or statements to the leadership of CV.Rempah Sari kota padang. The purpose of this research is to find out how the influence of marketing strategies on the increase in the sales volume of sweet skins in cv.spice sari kota padang. The results of this research show that CV.Rempah Sari has a quality marketing strategy that can meet the needs of consumers.

The research aims to analyze the trading strategies implemented by PT. Petrokopindo Cipta Selaras to enhance sales performance. The study employs a quantitative descriptive method, utilizing data collection techniques such as interviews, observations, data processing, and documentation. The collected data is analyzed thematically to identify the strategies used by the company to improve operational performance and customer satisfaction.Based on the analysis of data from PT. Petrokopindo Cipta Selaras for the period 2021-2023, it is observed that Market Share, Market Growth, and Revenue Growth have increased based on the calculation of revenue. The results of the hypothesis test indicate that Market Share and Market Growth have a significant impact on Revenue Growth. It is expected that the research findings will provide a deep understanding of PT. Petrokopindo Cipta Selaras's ability to effectively understand and respond to consumer preferences. This understanding will serve as a foundation for formulating strategic analysis to enhance sales performance, helping the company to maintain and increase market share, and strengthen its reputation as a trusted provider of logistics solutions, trading services, and industrial needs.

Toko Eldi Komputer merupakan sebuah usaha yang bergerak dalam bidang penjualan produk alat komputer . Sampai saat ini Toko Eldi Komputer hanya menggunakan sistem penjualan dan transaksi secara manual, yang dalam hal ini memerlukan terobosan baru untuk mengikuti perkembangan teknologi yang sedang berkembang di era sekarang ini karena pada dasarnya hampir segala usia menuntut sesuatu yang praktis dan lebih mudah. Dengan melihat beberapa permasalahan yang ada, peneliti mencoba merancang dan membangun sistem informasi penjualan barang pada Toko Eldi Komputer berbasis Web, maka dari itu, penulis memilih topik ini untuk skripsi yang berjudul “Sistem Informasi Penjualan Berbasis Web Pada Toko Eldi Komputer Dengan Metode Pengembangan Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC)” yang tentunya menyediakan kecepatan dan kemudahan masyarakat untuk melakukan transaksi. Sehingga dapat memberikan kemudahan bagi Toko Eldi Komputer untuk mempromosikan produk, harga produk dan memudahkan masyarakat dalam membeli produk dan mencari tau harga produk. This community service activity was carried out with the aim of increasing sales of Omasan Taste frozen beef meatballs through assistance in the business licensing process and updates in product packaging design. Small businesses like Omasan Taste often experience difficulties in obtaining official licenses and creating attractive and safe packaging. Through training, consultation, and assessment, this mentoring aims to assist in the setup and management of business licenses, such as P-IRT licensing and halal certification, as well as improved packaging design. The results showed that having a complete business license can increase customer confidence, while attractive and informative packaging design succeeded in increasing interest in the product. This is reflected in increased purchases and market expansion. In this way, the assistance successfully boosted Omasan Taste's sales through strategies to increase consumer confidence and product competitiveness in a larger market.

Data mining is a technique for extracting new information from data warehouses, information is seen as very important and valuable because by mastering information it is easy to achieve a goal, this makes everyone compete to obtain information, as is the case with the Dimsum business at Dimsum Madani.toko. This is located on Jalan Lampu gg. Pelita 4, Brayan Bengkel, East Medan, the location is close to many Brayan Resident's Houses. This of course affects sales levels. Increasing daily sales activity results in an accumulation of sales transaction data that continues to increase, thereby burdening data storage. Unfortunately, this data is only stored without further processing. In fact, this data collection holds valuable information.This research uses Market Basket Analysis with the Apriori Algorithm to find association patterns based on consumer shopping behavior. The goal is to identify items that are often purchased together. The research results showed that the combination of Seaweed Dimsum with Tofu Skin Spring Rolls had the highest support value (50%) and the highest confidence (75%).

Indonesian people are increasingly creative and innovative in making new recipes to add to their daily food needs, besides that they are also creative in making snacks typical of their region. Currently, according to young people and parents, snacks are much loved, besides that with a distinctive taste from the West Java region in the city of Bandung which is familiar to be heard or felt by people who mostly like snacks with a spicy taste, namely "Seblak". The business being run certainly requires a way to attract customers to come and try it, therefore it is necessary to hold consistent marketing, marketing is carried out by promotional activities which is one of the important ways to compete not based on price but taste quality. The results of observations that I have made meeting directly with seblak owners mention the problems faced by the lack of understanding of the management and business planning needed, especially in terms of marketing, which currently requires the use of technology in its implementation. MSME empowerment requires more comprehensive and systematic planning that is able to facilitate MSMEs in solving the problems they face. As well as readiness in the use of technology such as promotional activities that are not only carried out through automatic whatsapp with a limited range of buyers, followed by promotions carried out through social media such as Instagram and Facebook because they are social media that are used more frequently so that the sales market is also wider, and currently in the age of all technology we can also take advantage of technology to do business by selling products in marketplaces such as gofood, gojek, grab etc.. That way, increasing the empowerment of MSMEs is increasingly developing from various sides.

Web-based LPG gas sales system using E-KTP is an application designed to facilitate the process of selling LPG gas online by using E-KTP as a user identity verification tool. This system was built with the aim of increasing efficiency and security in the LPG gas sales transaction process. This system utilizes web technology to allow users to sell LPG gas online through a platform accessed through a web browser. Users will be required to upload a photo of their E-KTP as part of the identity verification process. After identity verification, users can place an order for LPG gas according to their needs. The system is also equipped with an LPG gas stock management feature, so that sellers can monitor their LPG gas stock in real-time and procure new LPG gas if the stock is running low. In addition, the system is also equipped with an LPG gas delivery tracking feature, so that users can track the status of their LPG gas shipments from the warehouse to the delivery location. With this web-based LPG gas sales system using E-KTP, it is expected to increase efficiency in the LPG gas sales process, as well as increase security in online transactions by using E-KTP as a means of verifying user identity.

Sales forecasting is a technique that companies use to predict future sales volumes based on previous sales data. This research aims to help UMKM  XYZ determine the optimal production amount to maximize profits, by using forecasting methods in planning mocaf flour production. The methods used include the Time Series model with Moving Average, Exponential Smoothing, and Trend Analysis, which are calculated using POM QM Windows software. The analysis results show that the Trend Analysis method is the most accurate for forecasting, with the smallest error value, namely MAD of 76.997, MSE of 8161.672, and MAPE of 6.02%. The smaller the error value, the more accurate the forecasting results. Therefore, the Trend Analysis method is recommended for forecasting mocaf flour sales in XYZ UMKM in 2024, with the production of 15,100 kg to avoid excess stock and dead stock in meeting consumer demand.

This study aims to analyze the best-selling ice cream sales data in 2022 from the Mixue Karangjati franchise in Semarang Regency, as well as calculate the contribution margin ratio (RCM) and break-even point (BEP) in units and monetary value for each item. Sales data and related costs are processed to gain insights into the company's financial performance. The analysis results indicate that the RCM for the year 2022 is 7.4%, while the BEP in units and monetary value has been calculated for each item. Additionally, planning recommendations for the future are provided, including product diversification, cost monitoring, technology utilization, and service quality improvement. This study provides crucial insights for management in financial planning and strategic decision-making to achieve the company's business goals.

The aim of this research is to analyze the effect of sales tax on luxury goods (PPnBM) on consumers purchasing power to buy motorized vehicles. The research method used is a literature study by reviewing literature related to the concept of tax, PPnBM, consumer purchasing power, and the characteristics of motorized vehicles. The research results show that PPnBM has a negative effect on consumer purchasing power because it increases the costs that must be borne when purchasing motorized vehicles. Factors such as income and price influence consumer purchasing power. PPnBM is imposed on certain vehicles according to their categorization and rates, and the calculation uses the tax base. This research concludes that the imposition of PPnBM has an impact on reducing consumers ability to purchase motorized vehicles because it reduces purchasing power. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate the imposition of PPnBM on consumers.

This article presents a case study from a shoe and sandal shop NeedShoes which succeeded in improving its business performance through a unique and interesting creative campaign. Using historical methods, literature studies, and case studies, this article explores the background of the shoe and sandal retail industry, analyzes NeedShoes' creative campaigns in depth, and identifies success factors, challenges, and valuable lessons that can be adopted by other businesses.
