This research uses qualitative methods, which focus on natural phenomena or symptoms. In qualitative research, the researcher is directly involved in the process and interactions, capturing meaning from the participant's perspective, not as an outside observer. The learning carried out includes Furudlul Ainiyah material, which aims to equip students with the ability to read and write the Al-Qur'an, understanding of Islamic law (Fiqh), creeds, and obedience in worship. This study aims to determine the strategies used by teachers in improving the quality of Fiqh learning for class I at MIN 3 Way Kanan. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The main instrument in this study is an interview guideline to identify problems that occur in the learning process. Based on the results of the study, it was found that teachers have not been consistent in implementing learning strategies, methods, and supporting media so that students have difficulty in understanding the material well. This is due to the lack of creativity and innovation of teachers in compiling and developing Learning Implementation Plans (RPP). In improving the quality of Fiqh learning, the strategies used by teachers include the implementation of student-centered learning with an inquiry approach, which can make the learning process more active and enjoyable. Teachers also need to compile RPPs creatively and innovatively, understand learning objectives, and find additional learning resources besides LKS.

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Fiqh learning using the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) approach at MI Muhajirin. The type of research used is qualitative with a descriptive analytical approach. Data sources consist of primary and secondary data, which are obtained through observation, interview, and documentation data collection techniques. Data validity is guaranteed by triangulation techniques. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of CTL in Fiqh learning at MI Muhajirin is carried out in three stages: (1) initial activities that include introduction, (2) core activities, and (3) closing activities. Supporting factors in this learning include Fiqh reference books, teacher guidance, and parental support at home which also helps the learning process. The inhibiting factor is the difference in students' abilities in understanding the material, where there are students who understand quickly and some who need more time to grasp the lesson.

Serious human  rights violations that occur in Indonesia, such as in Aceh, Papua, Jakarta, Poso and East Timor, fall into the category of crimes against humanity. Indonesia adopted the principles of international law into national law, which were adapted  to the ideological values  of the Indonesian nation, namely Pancasila, namely adopting the principles of genocide (mass extermination of an ethnic group) and the principles of crimes  against humanity contained in Article 6 and 7 Rome Statute 1998. Partially the Rome Statute was implemented in national law by adopting it through Law Number 26 of 2000 concerning Human Rights Court. The problem that arises is how the provisions of Article 6 and 7 of the 1998 Rome Statute  concerning genocide and crimes against humanity were adopted in Law Number 26 of 2000 concerning the Human Rights Court. This research uses a normative juridical approach by studying or analyzing secondary data in the form of secondary legal materials by understanding law as rules or norms  which are benchmarks for human behavior that is considered appropriate.  Research using  this normative juridical method essentially emphasizes the deductive method as a general guide, and inductive method as support. Article 6 of the 1998 Rome Statute concerning Genocide (Mass Extermination of an ethnicity) and Article 7 of the 1998 Rome Statute  concerning Crime Against Humanity are included in the group of serious human rights violations. Indonesia has an interest in promulgating Law Number 26 of 2000 driven by the desire to fulfill the complementary principles adopted by the 1998 Rome Statute so that  Law Number 26 of 2000 concerning trials for serious human rights violations  meets the minimum standarts international law. The 1998 Rome Statute is an international agreement that cannot be reserved  so that ratification of the 1998 Rome Statute is fully binding of ratifying countries so that the Indonesian government must be careful in ratifyng it, but for Indonesia's interests,  several principles and provisions in the 1998 Rome Statute were adopted.

Reading is Reading comprehension ability is very important to improve learning achievement, because it increases vocabulary, fluency and language proficiency in various subjects, thereby influencing all material and teaching in each subject. This research investigates the application of the PORPE strategy in comprehending descriptive reading texts and its impact on student comprehension using a mixed methods research approach. The data was collected using observation, pre-test and post-test. It can be seen in this research, that the PORPE strategy, which consists of the stages of predicting, organizing, training, practicing and evaluating, can significantly improve students' understanding and analysis of descriptive texts, develop critical thinking and reading skills, and encourage active participation. In this research found, that there was a significant increase in students' average scores after implementing the PORPE strategy, from 57.37 to 80.37, which showed a statistically significant difference in scores before and after treatment. The PORPE strategy improved students' reading comprehension and critical thinking skills by facilitating interactive learning, increasing understanding of descriptive texts and fostering students' positive contributions.

Project-Based Learning is a learning model that uses projects as the core of learning (Permendikbud, 2014:20). This learning model is an innovative learning model that involves project work where students work independently in constructing their learning and culminating it in real products (Nanang Hanafiah and Cucu Suhana, 2009:30). Project Based Learning learning model is a learning strategy where students must build their own content knowledge and demonstrate new understanding through various forms of representation (NYC Department of Education 2009:8). characteristics of the PJBL Learning Model The Project Based Learning, learning model was developed based on the level of development of students' thinking, centered on students' learning activities so as to enable them to carry out activities according to their skills, comfort and learning interests. This model gives students the opportunity to determine for themselves the project they will work on, both in terms of formulating questions to be answered, choosing topics to research, and determining research activities to be carried out. The teacher's role in learning is as a facilitator, providing materials and work experience, encouraging students to discuss and solve problems, and ensuring students remain enthusiastic while they carry out the project.   Keywords: project-based learning model

This research aims to improve students' understanding of learning in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) subjects through the application of the Direct Instruction learning model. Direct Instruction is a structured and systematic teaching method, which aims to provide direct and clear instructions to students. In this research, an experiment was carried out in a middle school involving two groups of students: an experimental group that used the Direct Instruction model and a control group that used conventional learning methods. The research results showed that students taught using the Direct Instruction model experienced a significant increase in understanding compared to students taught using the conventional method. This is shown by an increase in comprehension test scores before and after intervention in the experimental group. In addition, observations and interviews with students show that the Direct Instruction model helps them understand the material more effectively and increases involvement in the teaching and learning process. The conclusion of this research is that the Direct Instruction learning model is effective in increasing students' learning understanding in PAI subjects. Implementation of this model can be an alternative for teachers to improve the quality of learning and students' understanding of the subject matter.

The education sector must utilize the latest technology in the classroom in the era of globalization and rapid advances in information technology. Using text, graphics, audio, and video together, interactive learning materials have been proven to increase student understanding and engagement. Kindergarten (TK) is a place where children are introduced to the environment and the basic principles of learning. Introducing children to various types of transportation is believed to be very important because it is the first step in helping them broaden their horizons and become familiar with the types of transportation in their environment. Apart from that, children are very interested in and liked transportation, so it must be packaged attractively so that it can arouse their curiosity in learning.
