The uneven distribution of guidance on the Pancasila Student Profile (P3) material as part of the Independent Curriculum at all levels of education and regions in Indonesia has caused some teachers who take the Teacher Professional Education (PPG) to have minimal knowledge in designing indicators for the Pancasila Student Profile (P3). This classroom action research aims to determine the independence of PPG participants for Catholic religious teachers and the concept of critical reasoning in designing indicators for the P3 dimension. The research was carried out in four stages of planning, implementation, evaluation and reflection in the Lokakarya 1 Batch 1 class in 2024 totalling 17 people. The results of the study showed that learning for Catholic religious teachers who implemented professional teacher education (PPG) with the problem based on learning method was proven to be able to increase independence from 68% in cycle 1 to 87% in cycle 2. In the process, it was also proven that there was an increase in critical reasoning skills in designing P3 dimension observation indicators according to the final development path in phases A, B, and C of Elementary School (SD) education from 55 to 88 in cycle 2. Suggestion: the learning process needs to be always reflected by educators so that learners are able to improve their learning outcomes from the affective, psychomotor, and cognitive aspects.

In the maritime industry, the International Maritime Organization (IMO) fully supports gender equality programs. IMO's form of support regarding gender equality is stated in resolution 14 of the Standard of Training Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers (STCW) Amendment 2010, which states that IMO supports women to play an active role in the maritime industry, including their active role as ship crew. Male and female crew members have different leadership qualities. This research aims to determine the differences in leadership characteristics of male and female crew members and to determine the relationship between leadership characteristics and gender perspectives on organizational conditions on ships. This research is qualitative research. The approach used in this research is grounded theory.  The results of this research lead to the knowledge that differences in the gender of ship crew who are leaders will cause differences in treatment of subordinates or humans in an organization on a ship. At the middle level, the leadership results of male crew members are less effective than female crew members. Meanwhile, the leadership character of male crew members will be maximized when they have full power in the highest position in the organizational structure on the ship.

The transformational leadership style with the relational relationship model used will foster trust in followers which is capital for the growth and development of sharing knowledge. The results of research from Lowe et.al in 1996 on 39 transformational leadership studies conducted in various countries showed that transformational leadership was effective. This research aims to find the concept of cultivating transformational leadership in Islamic Education Institutions. Research result; 1) The cultivation of transformational leadership in Islamic educational institutions can be carried out based on centralized policies with a structured coercive approach either through official policies, guidebooks for heads of educational institutions or simply appeals supported by the practice of transformational leadership behavior by leaders above as a model; 2) The cultivation of transformational leadership in Islamic educational institutions can also be done using an awareness approach where every leader of an educational institution at every level is enlightened regarding the concept and practice of transformational leadership along with its advantages and disadvantages so that they are made aware of implementing transformational leadership; 3) In the context of educational institutions that adhere to a semi-centralized system such as in Indonesia with a pragmatic character possessed by the majority of madrasah and department heads, the first approach is more effective in cultivating transformational leadership throughout existing Islamic educational institutions.
