The improvement of Islamic elementary education quality largely depends on the competence of teachers as the primary agents of learning. In the context of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI), the challenges of globalization and the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum demand teachers to develop professionally, innovatively, and with strong Islamic values. This study aims to analyze the integration of transformational leadership and organizational culture in enhancing the quality of teachers’ human resources in MI. A qualitative approach with a case study design was employed at three Islamic elementary schools in Central Java. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, and analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model with source and method triangulation for validation. The findings reveal that transformational leadership practiced by school principals plays a crucial role in building teachers’ motivation, commitment, and change orientation through exemplary behavior, inspiration, and empowerment. Meanwhile, an organizational culture rooted in Islamic values strengthens collaboration, professionalism, and shared responsibility among teachers. The integration of these two elements creates a synergistic effect that enhances teachers’ pedagogical, professional, and spiritual competencies. It can be concluded that transformational leadership combined with a strong organizational culture serves as an effective strategy to sustainably improve teacher quality in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah..

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the integration of the Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) system with feeder transportation in improving the connectivity and accessibility of public transportation in Medan City. The research methods used include field surveys, interviews, and spatial analysis based on Geographic Information Systems (GIS) to map the transportation network and assess the scope of services. The analysis was carried out by comparing the existing conditions of the BRT (Corridors 2 and 3) and the results of the simulation after the integration of five feeder routes (A2, A3, A6, A7, and A8). The results show that the integration of feeder routes is able to increase service coverage from 57.84 km² to 128.84 km² (an increase of 122.8%), as well as expand the served area from 23 to 44 zones, with an increase in service ratio from 26% to 57%. In addition, the average distance to the bus stop decreased from 1.2 km to 0.6 km, and the route overlap was reduced by 40%. Spatially, areas with high accessibility (<500 m from bus stops) have increased significantly in city centers such as Merdeka Square and Petisah Market. This study concludes that the integration of BRT and feeder is an effective strategy to realize a sustainable, efficient, and inclusive transportation system in the city of Medan. The implementation of a rotating operating system is also recommended to optimize the fleet without the need for the addition of new vehicles.

The formation of women’s morality is a complex process involving the interaction between cognitive and affective dimensions in human psychological development. Lawrence Kohlberg’s theory emphasizes that morality develops through logical stages of reasoning oriented toward universal principles of justice, while Martin L. Hoffman highlights empathy as the affective foundation driving moral behavior. This study aims to integrate these two theories to provide a comprehensive understanding of women’s moral formation through a qualitative-analytical library research approach. The analysis examines the assumptions, strengths, and limitations of each theory to identify the convergence between cognitive morality and affective empathy. The findings reveal that justice and care are complementary aspects of human morality. Empathy serves as the emotional engine motivating moral actions, whereas cognitive reasoning provides direction and justification. Mature women’s morality is not solely based on care or empathy but represents a dynamic synthesis between rational thought and emotional understanding. This integration reflects a more holistic and contextual view of morality grounded in social relationships and human connectedness. Practically, this study recommends a moral education model that integrates rationality and empathy as the foundation for developing women’s character. Such an approach is essential to foster a generation capable of discerning right from wrong through logic while also possessing deep social awareness and emotional responsibility.

This study aims to examine in-depth the cultural, social, and religious values embodied in the traditional Jaipong dance and their relevance to cultural development in Islamic Religious Education (PAI). The approach used was a qualitative study based on literature review with an ethnopedagogical perspective, which views local culture as a source of learning. The results indicate that Jaipong Dance not only possesses aesthetic elements as part of artistic expression, but also contains moral, social, and spiritual values that reflect the character of the Sundanese people. These values include discipline, creativity, cooperation, courtesy, self-confidence, and a spirit of togetherness and nationalism. All of these values align with the principles of Islamic education, which emphasize noble morals, respect for culture, and the development of student character. Therefore, the integration of local arts and culture, such as Jaipong, into Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning, can enrich educational methods, provide contextual learning, and foster students' love for Islamic values that are more humanistic, inclusive, and applicable in everyday life.

This paper examines the anatomy of extremism in Pakistan by analyzing its ideological, socio-economic, and geopolitical dimensions, as well as assessing the efficacy of the state’s counter-extremism responses. Extremism in Pakistan has evolved from sectarian and jihadist origins into a multidimensional threat fueled by ideological radicalization, socio-economic disparity, digital propaganda, and regional instability following the Taliban’s resurgence in Afghanistan. Despite significant tactical successes through military operations such as Zarb-e-Azb and Radd-ul-Fasaad, the state’s strategy remains constrained by weak policy coordination, limited ideological reform, and insufficient civilian engagement. The paper argues that Pakistan’s counter-extremism framework must move beyond reactive security measures toward proactive socio-political transformation. It proposes a reimagined strategic approach centered on five pillars: (1) reframing the National Action Plan (NAP 2.0) with stronger institutional coordination, (2) comprehensive education and madrassa reforms, (3) youth engagement and socio-economic reintegration, (4) digital resilience to counter online radicalization, and (5) regional cooperation through multilateral platforms such as the SCO. The study concludes that enduring resilience against extremism requires a whole-of-nation approach that integrates ideological pluralism, governance reform, and regional diplomacy to transform Pakistan’s counter-extremism policy from containment to long-term stability and inclusive national identity.

This article responds to the challenge of contextualizing Laudato Si's teachings on integral ecology in the Indonesian Catholic Church. This study examines the concept of "Mother Earth" as a symbol of local wisdom that has the potential to be used as a theological foundation in the inculturation process. Through textual analysis and theological-contextual reflection, this qualitative research explores the meaning of "Mother Earth" as the personification of the earth and dialogues it critically with integral ecological principles. The results of the study show that the values of harmony, mutual cooperation, and respect in the concept of "Mother Earth" have a deep compatibility with the vision of Laudato Si'. This symbol of integration not only strengthens contextual ecological spirituality, but also gives birth to praxis implications in the form of liturgical models, catechesis, and ecologically minded community assistance. In addition, the integration of local values provides space for the people to understand the relationship between humans and nature as a unit that supports each other, not as a relationship of exploitation. This approach opens up opportunities for the formation of ecological consciousness that is rooted in the nation's culture and is in harmony with the teachings of the universal Church. Thus, the inculturation based on "Mother Earth" offers a model to deepen the role of the Church in building a civilization of love in Indonesia and strengthen the collective commitment to environmental sustainability.

Using a qualitative case study approach, the research explores the dynamics, processes, challenges, and successes of collaborative efforts in disaster risk reduction (DRR) at the local level. The analysis highlights the significance of participatory strategies, local knowledge, and community empowerment in enhancing disaster preparedness and resilience. The involvement of multiple stakeholders—including government, community members, academia, private sector, and media—underpins the practice of the Pentahelix concept, fostering an integrated approach to disaster mitigation. The findings reveal that effective collaboration depends heavily on mutual trust, shared understanding, and a robust institutional framework that embeds disaster mitigation within the social fabric of the community. Challenges identified include coordination issues, limited resources, bureaucratic barriers, and disparities in perception and capacity among stakeholders. Despite these obstacles, the community's proactive measures, such as self-organized simulations and local resource utilization, demonstrate increasing resilience and capacity. The study underscores the importance of strengthening local institutional support, continuous capacity building, and the integration of indigenous knowledge to ensure the sustainability of disaster mitigation efforts. Furthermore, strategic alignment and synchronization between BPBD's top-down policies and bottom-up community initiatives are crucial for effective implementation. The research provides valuable insights into how participatory governance and community empowerment can lead to more resilient societies capable of adapting to evolving risks, including climate-change impacts.

Modern students face high academic, social, and personal pressures, but Christian Religious Education has not yet maximized the potential of religious-based resilience. This study aims to: (1) analyze how the biblical values of faith, hope, and love can strengthen the components of students' psychological resilience in the cognitive, emotional, and spiritual dimensions; and (2) identify the integration mechanism between biblical teachings and psychological strategies in Christian Religious Education learning that can increase students' resilience in facing academic and personal stress. The method used is descriptive qualitative with a literature study approach to various journals, articles, and related academic sources. The results of the study show that the biblical values of faith, hope, and love are fundamental pillars that strengthen students' psychological resilience as a whole. Faith provides a foundation of self-confidence and personal competence, hope activates optimism and sustained motivation, while love builds healthy social relationships and essential emotional support. These three values work synergistically to strengthen students' emotional regulation, problem analysis, empathy, and self-efficacy. The deep integration of biblical teachings and psychology in PAK learning through biblical narratives, secure parenting relationships, supportive communities, and reflective feedback has proven effective in holistically improving student resilience. In conclusion, PAK learning that explicitly integrates biblical values with psychological resilience strategies is a transformative instrument for shaping students into individuals who not only perform well academically but are also spiritually strong, psychologically resilient, and ready to face complex life situations in accordance with the principles of 1 Corinthians 13:13 regarding faith, hope, and love
