The problem in the object of research is the lack of effectiveness of job training in the field of technology, while in work discipline there are still employees who do not carry out discipline on time or are late in working. This thesis aims to prove the hypothesis of the researcher: there is a partial influence of Job Training (X1), Work Discipline (X2), on employee performance (Y). This study used quantitative methods with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. This research data was obtained by interview, observation, literature study, and questionnaire methods. The sample return in this study used a saturated sampling technique, namely all employees of UPTD Company. Puskesmas Pagu as many as 32 people. The results of the study using the help of SPSS program proposal version 25, showed that: (1) job training has a partial but not significant effect on employee performance with a calculated value of -1.381 and a value of Sig. 0.178 > 0.05. (2) and work discipline partially affects employee performance with a calculated value of 3.795 and a value of Sig.0.001 < 0.05 (3) job training, and work discipline simultaneously has a significant effect on employee performance with a value of Fcalculate 13.489 and a value of Sig. 0.003 < 0.05. From the test results of multiple linear regression analysis, it produces the equation formula Y = 13.489 + -1.381 X1 + (3.795X2) + e.

Employee performance is the main factor to help the company achieve its goals. One of the efforts to improve employee performance is the provision of compensation and work discipline. The indicators of this compensation are incentives and salary. While the indicators of work discipline are punctuality, high responsibility, obedience to office rules. By knowing this relationship, the LPK-RI Kediri can estimate how the employee's response regarding the compensation and work discipline provided, so as to have maximum employee performance results.This research is a descriptive quantitative research that aims to produce a discovery obtained through statistical procedures. The sample in this study used a saturated sample with 50 employees as respondents. The data in this study were obtained through observation, interviews, questionnaires and literature study. From the results of the analysis that has been done. The results of the study show that compensation and work discipline have an effect on employee performance. This is evidenced by the results of the R Square value of 0.694 or 69.4% while the remaining 30.6% is influenced by other variables.

This study aims to determine the effect simultaneously or partially of the variables of Compensation and Physical Work Environment on Work Morale as measured by the population used in this study were 30 Employees of the Manpower Office. The method used in this research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. Sample selection using saturated samples. The sample used is the entire population, namely 30 Employees of the Manpower Office. Sources of data in this study are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 26. Based on the results of the study it is concluded that compensation and the physical work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on morale. Partial compensation has a significant effect on work morale. Physical work environment partially has a significant effect on morale.

The pandemic that occurred in 2020 had quite an impact on the world economy, one of which was in Indonesia. In Indonesia itself, many people who have experienced an economic downturn from the trade, business and tourism sectors are feeling the impact. The impact of the economic downturn was also felt by people in rural areas. In the midst of declining economic conditions in society, social entrepreneurship is needed as a solution to revive economic conditions and overcome social problems in Indonesia, especially in rural areas. Economic improvement in rural areas can be done with the presence of social entrepreneurship. Villages with attractive potential can be a source of increasing the community's economy by holding a tourism village-based business. The community's role and government's attention are needed to support the improvement of the tourism village-based community economy. Therefore, synergy between the community and the local government is needed to overcome this problem. One of these solutions is to see the potential that exists in the village and develop it into a tourist village. Cangkringan itself has seven criteria according to Hadiwijoyo's statement (2012). The role of the local government is needed for the realization of Cangkringan to become a tourist village.

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of Domestic Investment, Labor, Exports and Government Expenditures on Economic Growth in Indonesia. This research explains the influence of Domestic Investment (X1), Labor (X2), Exports (X3), and Government Expenditures (X4) on Economic Growth (Y) in Indonesia. The data used is time series data and was obtained from the Indonesian Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) for 2006-2020. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis using eviews 10 software. The research results show that partially domestic investment has a positive and significant effect on economic growth in Indonesia. Partially, labor has a positive and insignificant effect on economic growth in Indonesia. Simultaneously domestic investment, labor, exports and government spending have a positive and significant effect on economic growth in Indonesia.

This study aims to determine simultaneously and partially the Democratic Leadership Style which is influenced by the Work Ethic and Teacher Performance at the Nurul A'la Foundation School, Tasikmalaya City. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. The sample used amounted to 49 respondents. The data obtained are primary data through questionnaires. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis through SPSS Version 25. The results of this study indicate that democratic leadership style and work ethic simultaneously have a significant effect on teacher performance. Leadership style partially has no significant effect on teacher performance, work ethic partially has a significant effect on teacher performance at the Nurul A'la Foundation school, Tasikmalaya City

The purpose of this study was to determine simultaneously and partially the effect of reward and punishment on the work discipline of employees in the sewing production division of CV.Wijaya Family Tasikmalaya. The samples in this study were employees of CV. Wijaya Family Tasikmalaya, totaling 53 people. This research was conducted by collecting data with a questionnaire data collection technique, then testing the data with multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that partially giving rewards has a significant effect on employee work discipline in the sewing production section of CV. Wijaya Family Tasikmalaya. Partially has a significant effect on punishment on employee work discipline in the sewing production section of CV. Wijaya Family TASIKMALAYA. Simultaneously, it has a significant effect on reward and punishment on employee work discipline in the sewing production section of CV. Wijaya Family Tasikmalaya.

The principal is the person responsible for improving teacher performance at school. The purpose of this study was to determine the principal's leadership behavior in improving teacher performance at MTs Al Musthofa Sani Rantau Badak, Muara Papalik District. Research using a qualitative approach with data collection techniques of documentation, observation and interviews. The research subjects were school principals and teachers. This research shows that: (1) The formulation of the principal's policy in improving the ability of teachers at MTs Al Musthofa Sani Rantau Badak, Muara Papalik District, has made written and oral rules in accordance with the school's vision and mission by involving teachers, school objectives and school principals to formulate activities to improve teacher abilities. These results enable teachers to teach better so that students more easily understand lessons and can feel comfortable while at school and achieve a better quality of education; (2) The principal's program as a leader in improving the discipline of teachers at MTs Al Musthofa Sani Rantau Badak, Muara Papalik District by using good communication (not rude, direct supervision, not arrogant and authoritarian), compiling a KKG program, seminars and workshops with this program show encouraging results, teachers are more disciplined so they can complete their tasks well; (3) The principal's strategy as a leader in increasing the responsibilities of teachers at MTs Al Musthofa Sani Rantau Badak, Muara Papalik District by involving all teachers and providing direct examples and (4) The factors that influence the leadership of the principal in improving teacher performance are his desire to improve school performance so that he has better performance at the Acehnese and national level. This is the main factor that influences it along with other general factors, such as: the personal condition of the school principal, school organization, external environment.

This study aims to determine the effect of the physical work environment and organizational climate on morale ( a case study of village office employees in Rajapolah sub-district). The method used in this study is causality through a survey approach, with the sample to be selected in this study being Village Office employees in Rajapolah District, namely 49 respondents. The analytical tool used in this study was multiple regression using SPSS version 25. The results showed that the Physical Work Environment and Organizational Climate had a significant influence on the Morale of Village office employees in Rajapolah district. Organizational climate has a significant influence on the morale of Village Office employees in Rajapolah District.

This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of work discipline and professional competence on teacher performance at SDIT Atikah Musaddad. The population in this study were teachers with a survey approach and data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression. Based on the data that has fulfilled the validity test, reliability test, and classic assumption test it is processed to produce the regression equation as follows Y = 10.114 + 0.272X1 + 0.457X2 + e. The test results show that work discipline and professional competence simultaneously have a significant effect on teacher performance at SDIT Atikah Musaddad. Partially Work Discipline and Professional Competence have a significant effect on Teacher performance at SDIT Atikah Musaddad.

This study aims to determine the simultaneous and partial effect of the Work Environment and Compensation on Turnover Intention at PT. Primajasa Perdanaraya Utama Tasikmalaya. The research method used in this study is to use a quantitative research method with a survey approach. The population in this study are employees of PT. Primajasa Perdanaraya Utama Tasikmalaya with 70 employees. The types of data used in this research are primary data and secondary data. The data testing technique used in this study uses the validity test, reliability test and classic assumption test. Data analysis in this study used multiple regression analysis using SPSS software version 25. The results showed that the Work Environment and Compensation simultaneously had a significant effect on Turnover Intention at PT. Primajasa Perdanaraya Utama Tasikmalaya. The work environment partially has a significant effect on Turnover Intention at PT. Primajasa Perdanaraya Utama Tasikmalaya. Partial compensation has no significant effect on Turnover Intention at PT. Primajasa Perdanaraya Utama Tasikmalaya.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan kompensasi terhadap motivasi kerja dan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini juga bertujuan menganalisis peran motivasi kerja dalam memediasi hubungan kepemimpinan transformasional dan kompensasi dengan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode survey dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 84 orang karyawan PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) Subregional Jawa Pelabuhan Tanjung Emas. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan non probability sampling dengan teknik proporsional sampling. Analisis data menggunakan path analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional dan kompensasi berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja dan kinerja karyawan. Motivasi kerja memediasi hubungan kepemimpinan transformasional dan kompensasi dengan kinerja karyawan secara signifikan.

.This study aims to see the  Effect of Work Motivation and Work Experience on the Quality of Teacher Work at Smkn 1 Bukit Sundi. the type of research used is correlative descriptive research. Descriptive correlatives are a research method that aims to see the relationship between two or more variables. The influencing variable is an independent variable (X), while the variable affected by the independent variable is called the dependent variable (Y). Based on the results of the study obtained the double linear regression equation is Y = 45.312 -0.057X1 +0.100X2 +e The value of the constant is 45.312. The results of the study determined by Rsquare were 0.012 or 1.2%. H1 was received with a calculated value of -0.267 <2,051 and a signification value greater than 0.05 (0.791 > 0.05), H2 was received with a calculated value of 0.525 < a table of 2.051 and a signification value greater than 0.05 (0.604 > 0.05). H3 did not have a significant and simultaneous influence together on the teacher work quality with a calculated F value of 0.160 < Ftabel of 3.34 and a signification value of 0.853 > 0.05.

: This study aims to examine the effect of work discipline and compensation both simultaneously and partially on the work productivity of Production Section employees at SSC Quality Tasikmalaya. The population in this study is 45 respondents who are employees of the Production Department at SSC Quality Tasikmalaya. The data collection methods used are interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques in this study using multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient and coefficient of determination using SPSS software version 25. The results of this study indicate that work discipline and compensation simultaneously affect work productivity. Work discipline partially has a positive and significant effect on work productivity. Compensation partially has a positive but insignificant effect on work productivity.

Data were processes using SPSS version 25. The resuts of this study indicate that work experience and digital literacy have a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity at the Tasikmalaya AN Sport Convection.

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work discipline and work environment on employee performance in the production of Lemona Cake & Bakery Tasikmalaya. The population in this study were production employees at Lemona Cake & Bakery with a survey approach and technical data analysis using multiple linear regression. Based on the data that has fulfilled the validity test, reliability test, and classic assumption test, it is processed to produce a regression equation as follows. The test results show that simultaneously work discipline and work environment have a significant effect on employee performance, while the work environment has no partial effect on employee performance Lemona Cake & Bakery Tasikmalaya.

This study aims to determine how much influence work discipline (X1) has on employee performance (Y) at PT Gayung Kencana Sakti, and to find out how much work motivation has on employee performance at PT Gayung Kencana Sakti. As well as to find out how much influence Work Discipline (X1) and Work Motivation (X2) have on the performance of employee of PT Gayung Kencana Sakti simultaneously.This research method uses a quantitative method with a questionnaire distribution technique to obtain primary data from employees of PT Gayung Kencana Sakti with a saturated sample of 30 respondents.The results of the simultaneous analysis prove that work discipline and work motivation are proven to have a positive and significant effect on performane together with a calculated F count of 27,905 greater than F table 3,32 or the equation 27,905 > 3,32 a significant value of 0,000 where the value is smaller than with the equation (0,000 < 0,005). With a coefficient of determination of 0,674 or 67,4%, it is in accordance with the standard measurement of the simultanoues test, namely Ha is accepted Ho is rejected.

This study aims to determine simultaneously and partially leadership and work conflict on employee performance at RSUD dr. Soekardjo Tasikmalaya City. The method used in this research is quantitative with an employee survey approach with a sample of 75 respondents. The data collected were primary and secondary. Data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient and coefficient of determination using SPSS software. The results of this study indicate that leadership and work conflict simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at Dr. Soekardjo Hospital, Tasikmalaya City. Leadership partially has a significant effect on employee performance at RSUD dr. Soekardjo Tasikmalaya City. Work conflict has no significant effect on employee performance at RSUD dr. Soekardjo Tasikmalaya City.
