The global automotive industry is a dynamic economic sector that continues to develop and faces intense competition. Over the past few decades, Honda has grown significantly and become one of the major players in this business. One of the main reasons for Honda's success is its ability to build a tight brand identity. The focus of this research is to explain the influence of Honda's brand image on consumer satisfaction. The theory used is the uses and effect theory with quantitative research methods. This research uses a descriptive approach. The objects taken in this research were Honda automatic motorbike users in Tangerang City. This research used a non-probability sampling technique with an accidental sampling method with a sample of 100 respondents. The paradigm used is the positivism paradigm. The data analysis techniques used are normality test techniques, heteroscedasticity tests, simple linear regression analysis tests, and hypothesis testing with the SPSS 27 application. The results of this research have a positive influence between the variable Brand Image (X) and the variable Consumer Satisfaction (Y). Thus, the brand image variable has a proportional influence on consumer satisfaction of 60.9%.

Entrepreneurship has become a major focus in economic and social development in various countries. This research aims to identify and analyze entrepreneurial characteristics that play a role in business success. Through qualitative and quantitative approaches, we explore factors such as innovation, motivation, creativity, self-confidence, honesty, and resilience to risk that influence entrepreneurial behavior. Our findings suggest that these characteristics are not only important for starting new businesses, but also for sustaining and growing existing businesses. The practical and theoretical implications of these findings are discussed, along with suggestions for further research in understanding the dynamics of entrepreneurship in a changing global context. This research provides valuable insights for practitioners, academics, and policymakers interested in promoting and supporting entrepreneurial development at the individual and organizational levels.

This research discusses the important role of basic education in national development, with the pressure of dissatisfaction between the education systems in developed countries and Indonesia. Drawing insights from superior education models in Finland, Japan and Singapore, this research aims to identify key factors that contribute to the success of these systems and recommendations that can be applied in the Indonesian context. Analysis focuses on curriculum development, teacher quality, technology integration, student-centered learning, and parent/community support. Developed countries prioritize curricula that emphasize 21st century skills, rigorous teacher selection, effective use of technology, student-focused learning, and strong parent/community involvement. By synthesizing the findings of this observational research, this study offers implementable insights for policy makers to improve the basic education system in Indonesia. These recommendations include curriculum reform, teacher training initiatives, technological infrastructure improvements, student-centered pedagogical approaches, and community engagement strategies. Ultimately, this research emphasizes the importance of learning from global best practices while considering Indonesia's unique cultural, social, and economic context to improve basic education nationally.

Indonesia is one of the countries that has very abundant horticultural resources and has the potential for national competitiveness globally. One of the horticultural commodities that has become a superior product in Indonesia is Mangosteen (Garcinia mangostana L.) dubbed as the Queen of Fruits. This study aims to determine the marketing channels of mangosteen commodities, analysis of marketing margin costs, profits, and Farmer's Share in Karacak Village, Leuwiliang District, Bogor Regency, West Java. The determination of the research area is determined intentionally (Purposive Method). The method used for sampling using the Snowball Sampling method is selected based on previous sample information.

In the current globalized world, learning English is essential for teachers and students in Indonesia to develop effective teaching strategies. Engaging edducational media, like diorama, can increase students' comprehension and focus when learning English. This community outreach is being carried out at MI Fathul Jannah to promote the use of dioramas in English language instruction. The method that is used is called "Service Learning," which involves observation, execution, and assessment. This activity involves discussion and debate about family members as well as interactive activities like spelling bees, translation, and matching features. The results indicate an increase in the understanding of kosakata, teamwork, and self-awareness among the learners in English. Even if there are time constraints, using a diorama as an innovative and interactive teaching tool works very well. This exercise is intended to serve as a guide for teachers to adopt the method.

Ekonomi kreatif telah menjadi fokus penting dalam mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia sejak diperkenalkan pada tahun 2006. Sektor ini telah mengalami pertumbuhan yang signifikan, terbukti dari sumbangan terhadap Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB), penyerapan tenaga kerja, dan ekspor produk kreatif. Meskipun demikian, dengan perkembangan teknologi dan globalisasi, subsektor digital seperti aplikasi dan permainan telah menguasai panorama ekonomi kreatif. Kendati begitu, masih ada tantangan yang dihadapi sektor ini, seperti kekurangan infrastruktur pendukung, akses pembiayaan yang terbatas, dan rendahnya tingkat pendidikan kreatif. Untuk memaksimalkan potensi ekonomi kreatif di masa depan, diperlukan strategi yang menyeluruh dan kerjasama antara pemerintah, industri, dan masyarakat. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini akan mengevaluasi perkembangan serta peran ekonomi kreatif di Indonesia, mengidentifikasi tantangan dan peluang yang ada, serta menyusun rekomendasi kebijakan untuk pengembangan sektor ini ke depan.

Abstract. Online shopping is a new technique in the world of trade in the lives of people in the modern era. Online shopping is also considered practical because online marketing utilizes the internet as a potential source of information to facilitate the life system. With global technological advancements of transactions that continues to develop, many opportunities for convenience are open for people in shopping activities. One of them is through online buying and selling known as e-commerce. This phenomenon shows that e-commerce platforms such as Tiktok, Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, Blibli, and Bukalapak have become the main choice for people in making shopping transactions today. This reflects the widespread adoption of the concept of online shopping as a practical and efficient alternative to meet consumer needs. This development also marks the transformation of the traditional way of shopping towards a more modern model that is integrated with technology. In carrying out this transaction, various types of contracts are used, such as the istishna contract. This istishna contract can be used for online purchases and sales can be established in a more structured manner and in accordance with sharia principles. Through this contract, buyers and sellers can carry out transactions clearly and fairly, and ensure that the goods or services ordered are suitable with the requirements and anticipations of the buyer. This research makes use of a descriptive qualitative approach involving reading theory, which includes methods of collecting and analyzing data from a variaty of sources including books, scientific notebooks, references, & additional literature partinent to the study topic. The purpose of this study is to determine the use of the isttishna contract for online purchases and sales made under the cash on delivery (COD) method with the hope of producing a through comprehension of the idea of the isttishna contract in Islamic economics and the ways in which these ideas might be used in cash on delivery (COD) transactions. Keywords: Contract istishna, cash on delivery (COD), buy and sell online   Abstrak. Penjualan online  adalah  pola perdagangan  yang telah merevolusi cara hidup masyarakat umum pada zaman sekarang. Penjualan online menjadi lebih umum karena penjualan ini menggunakan internet untuk menyediakan  pengetahuan yang  berpotensi  berguna  untuk memperlancar pola hidup. Dengan kemajuan teknologi dalam dunia transaksi yang terus berkembang, terbuka banyak peluang kemudahan bagi masyarakat dalam kegiatan berbelanja. Salah satunya adalah melalui jual beli online yang dikenal sebagai e-commerce. Fenomena ini menunjukkan bahwa platform penjulaan online contohnya Tiktok, Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, Blibli, serta Bukalapak telah menjadi pilihan utama masyarakat dalam melakukan transaksi belanja saat ini. Hal ini mencerminkan adopsi yang luas terhadap konsep belanja online sebagai alternatif yang praktis dan efisien dalam memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen. Perkembangan ini juga menandai transformasi cara tradisional berbelanja menuju model yang lebih modern dan terintegrasi dengan teknologi. Dalam pelaksanaan transaksi ini, digunakan berbagai jenis akad seperti akad istishna. Dengan menggunakan akad istishna, transaksi jual beli online dapat terjalin dengan lebih terstruktur dan sesuai dengan prinsip syariah. Melalui akad ini, pembeli dan penjual dapat menjalankan transaksi dengan jelas dan adil, juga memverifikasi bagian atau item tersebut yang dikirim sebanding dengan keperluan dan harapan pembeli. Penelitian ini meggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dimana melibatkan teori kepustakaan, yang mencakup metode pengumpulan dan analisis data melalui beragam referensi misalnya buku, jurnal akademik, referensi, serta rujukan lain yang berhubungan terkait pokok penelitian. Penelitian  ini  bertujuan agar mengetahui penerapan akad isttishna dalam sistem cash on delivery (COD) pada transaksi jual beli online dengan harapan menghasilkan pemahaman mendalam tentang konsep akad istishna dalam ekonomi syariah serta bagaimana prinsip-prinsip ini dapat diterapkan dalam transaksi cash on delivery (COD). Islamic banking, with principles based on Islamic law, has developed rapidly and become an important part of the global financial system. In the last few decades, Islamic banking has not only been seen as an alternative to conventional banking, but also as an instrument that can make a significant contribution to sustainable economic development. Sharia principles such as the prohibition of riba (interest), maisir (speculation), and gharar (uncertainty) as well as a commitment to social justice and general welfare provide a strong foundation for promoting a sustainable and inclusive economy. This research describes the challenges and opportunities of Islamic banking in realizing sustainable economic development in the form of writing based on literature studies carried out by finding secondary data obtained from literature studies carried out. In expressing the challenges and opportunities of sharia banking in realizing sustainable economic development, it is carried out using the concept of sustainable economic development by looking at three aspects, namely social aspects, economic aspects and environmental aspects.

In the current era of digitalization and globalization, innovation strategies are very important to build MSMEs to improve performance and competitiveness. The aim of this research is to understand the impact of innovation strategies on the use of information technology in the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) sector in Indonesia. This research applies a qualitative approach to analyze data from various relevant literature, such as books and scientific journals, to understand how innovation strategies can encourage the adoption of information technology and how this technology contributes to improving the performance of MSMEs. This research shows that the synergy between innovation strategies and the use of information technology is very useful for improving the performance and competitiveness of MSMEs. By using innovation strategies and utilizing information technology effectively, MSMEs can overcome various business challenges and take advantage of market opportunities to achieve sustainable growth and long-term success. The results of this research provide a significant contribution to understanding and practice in the MSME industry.

The Fintech-based financial services sector in Indonesia shows developments that are in line with regional and global sector dynamics. This development plays an important role in accelerating national economic growth, where the financial services sector functions optimally to maintain the smooth running of the financial system. This system is the foundation for sustainable development, supports community financial independence, and improves the distribution of development. This study uses a normative juridical approach with descriptive analysis. The data was analyzed qualitatively and juridically. The research results show that regulations in the financial services sector are developing rapidly due to demands from regional and global changes. One of the main challenges faced is the ASEAN Banking Integration Framework (ABIF). Legal developments in this sector can be seen in regulatory changes in institutions, services, products, and dispute resolution. Legal reform is still needed to provide a strong legal basis for the financial services sector, especially in civil and banking law. This reform aims to adapt regulations to the latest developments and ensure the stability and reliability of the financial services sector in the future.

In the progress of the times, the use of the Indonesian language has gradually changed, there are several words in the Indonesian language whose reading has been changed, which has had a significant impact on the position of the Indonesian language as a national language and the nation's cultural identity. In this millennial era, many generations have grown up in an environment filled with technology which has made big changes in terms of communicating formally and informally. The influence of globalization and the popularity of English has also caused a shift communication preferences, where Indonesian may be less attractive to the Millennial Generation. Through literature review, data search was carried out to identify the language styles of the millennial generation and analyze it to find out the impact of using this language style. Search results shows the impact of the millennial generation's language style on the integrity of the Indonesian language in this era of globalization.

Technological advancements and globalization have influenced social structures, including perceptions of beauty standards shaped by the media. This study aims to examine how media shapes beauty standards and its impact on individual perceptions and behavior. The research focuses on the analysis of language and imagery in Pantene shampoo advertisements to understand the underlying ideology and its social impact. A qualitative descriptive method with critical discourse analysis by Norman Fairclough is employed. Data analysis is conducted in detail to uncover the meanings and purposes of the advertisements. The results show that Pantene ads successfully address common hair care issues and present their product as the best solution. The ads build a brand identity that emphasizes strength, beauty, and hair care. Brand ambassadors in the ads are depicted as strong individuals who believe in Pantene’s efficacy, influencing consumer perceptions. Discourse practice analysis reveals that the ads use storytelling, visuals, humor, and everyday language to attract young viewers’ attention. These elements make the ads relevant and appealing, shaping consumer perceptions and behavior. Social practice analysis indicates that the ads reflect societal changes influenced by social media and increased attention to self-care. The ads highlight hair problems due to pollution and offer Pantene as the solution, reflecting the role of advertising in shaping consumer perceptions and actions. The study concludes that Pantene ads successfully build a strong narrative to address hair care issues and establish a brand identity that emphasizes strength, beauty, and hair care. Future research is recommended to examine the long-term impact of these ads on consumer behavior and perceptions.

This article discusses the importance of building an e-commerce ecosystem that supports the growth of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). In an era of increasingly rapid digitalization, MSMEs need to adopt e-commerce platforms to expand their market reach and increase their competitiveness. However, to achieve sustainable growth, a strong and sustainable e-commerce ecosystem needs to be built. In this article, the author identifies the opportunities that exist in building an e-commerce ecosystem that supports MSMEs. One of the main opportunities is access to a wider global market, which can open the door for MSMEs to sell their products to customers around the world. In addition, e-commerce platforms also provide opportunities for MSMEs to utilize new technologies such as artificial intelligence and data analytics to improve operational efficiency and decision making.

The current of globalization has made technological and digital developments change the way business and communication are carried out. The expedition delivery service itself not only plays a role in delivering packages to the customer's hands but also must gain the customer's trust so that the customer has an interest in using the delivery service again. The aim of the research is to determine customer satisfaction in using expedition delivery services. The research used is descriptive qualitative research, using an approach that involves collecting relevant data sources, such as journal articles, books, publications and so on. The research data obtained is then analyzed systematically so that they can be continuous with each other in increasing satisfaction with the use of delivery services.

In CSR implementation, the presence of sustainable leaders is the presence of leaders who have a vision and mission can help companies in developing effective and sustainable CSR strategies. They can help companies in improving reputation and public trust, strengthening relationships with stakeholders, and opening new market opportunities. Stakeholder interest in CSR is an influence in improving CSR effectiveness and business transformation. One very helpful tool is SWOT Analysis or stands for Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats Analysis, which requires companies to identify internal strengths and external opportunities in order tol achieve comlpetitive advalntage. Thisl study aimls lto explore the role of SWOT Analysis in recognizing relevant strengths and opportunities for companies, assessing their impact on management decision making, and analyzing challenges and opportunities in their application in the digital era and globalization. SWOT analysis helps companies in designing effective strategies to achieve competitive advantage and maintain business continuity in the midst of fierce competition. The research method used is a systematic literature review, which includes the collection and analysis of data from various literatures. The results of the discussion show that SWOT Analysis is very important in helping companies formulate effective strategies by considering internal and external factors. In addition, the digital age and globalization bring challenges such as changing consumer preferences and increased competition, but also offer opportunities for market expansion and cross-border partnerships. Therefore, SWOT Analysis is an important tool in helping companies make strategic decisions to improve competitiveness in a dynamic global market.

This article talks about the signs of the times on climate change and its impact on the world. The purpose of this study is to explore people's perceptions of environmental conditions related to climate and symptoms of changes that occur. Climate change has become a major focus globally because of its increasingly pronounced impact on various aspects around the world. Signs of the times on climate change are a major concern in assessing its environmental, economic, and social impacts. Understand the impact of known climate change symptoms on coastal environments and identify ways of adaptation by communities in the face of climate change that has an impact on these economic activities. The results showed that the symptoms of climate change and its impact have been felt by the community. Although they do not understand that the shift in the time of the transition of seasons, namely the rainy season, that is, the dry season is a symptom of climate change. Perceived impact

Global warming is a serious challenge for cities throughout the world, including the city of Medan. In this context, this research aims to investigate the impact of global warming on the environment and society of Medan City. Through a qualitative approach, data was collected through interviews and observations of the community as well as analysis of government policies related to this problem. The research results show that global warming has caused an increase in air temperature, air pollution, a decrease in ecosystem quality, and an increase in the volume of waste in Medan City. In addition, public health risks are also increasing, and cities are becoming more vulnerable to natural disasters. Based on these findings, effective mitigation and adaptation measures are needed to overcome the impacts of global warming. Active participation from governments, NGOs and civil society is also critical in achieving this goal. This research concludes that public awareness and participation can be increased through education, outreach campaigns, and innovative approaches, which in turn will help Medan City move towards a more sustainable future.

Social media plays a crucial role in interaction, information exchange, and collaboration, serving as a powerful business promotion tool due to its broad reach. In global marketing, companies must develop creative and adaptive strategies to utilize social media effectively. This study employs a qualitative descriptive method to identify the success factors of marketing strategies using social media in a global context. The findings indicate that global marketing strategies require a deep understanding of target markets, positioning, marketing mix, and budgeting, as well as adaptation to cultural, economic, and legal factors in the target markets.

In an ever-changing world, religions are often faced with various pressures and dynamics that influence the way their followers understand and practice their religious teachings. The challenges faced by the Islamic Religion include issues such as modernization, globalization, pluralism and radicalization. Modernization brings changes in the way individuals understand and practice their religion, while globalization introduces various views and values ​​from various cultures that influence Islamic identity globally. Pluralism raises questions about how Islam interacts with other religions and maintains tolerance between religious believers, while radicalization poses challenges to moderate understanding of religion and peace.
