This study aims to determine and analyze what factors can influence a Purchase Decision (study at Elegant Soes Bukittinggi store). The population in this study are customers who have shopped at the Elegant Shoes store, especially those who live in the city of Bukittinggi with a total sample of 100 respondents who were taken using the Purposive Sampling technique. Primary data collection uses questionnaires distributed to customers who have shopped at the Elegant Shoes store and secondary data collection uses literature studies from reading sources such as books, journals, websites and articles related to research. The results of hypothesis testing in this study state that all hypotheses can be accepted, where the Consumer Behavior variable has a positive and significant effect on the Purchasing Decision variable. This Purchase Decision identifies that the higher the usefulness of the product and the suitability of the product to the consumer's purchase value, the higher the value of the purchase decision and the Online Promotion variable has a positive and significant effect on the Purchase Decision variable, this indicates that the higher the intensity of online promotions carried out by the Elegant Shoes store it can improve the purchasing decisions made by consumers.

Water loss can be defined as the difference between the recorded amount of water in the system and the amount of water out of the system shown, in a water supply system is not entirely produced water installations reach consumer. Usually there is a leak here and there, called the loss of water. Then to reduce or minimize the water loss rate needed the right solution. One of solution that can be used is the Non Revenued Water (NRW) program. NRW can be defined as water that can be measured and a known amount of be chased but can not or may not be income, but it can be justified. The one of the methodologies that can be used to determine the amount (NRW) is a method of infrastructure leakage index (ILI) used Software WBEasycalc3. Water loss rate is the percentage ratio between water loss and the amount of water distributed in piped water network, while the water balance is calculated based on the amount of incoming water flow, consumption meter-Revenue, customer meter inaccuracies, water loss and physical loss. Both of two magnitudes in the ILI value is calculated by using Table Matrix Target that compiled by regulators of water service DKI Jakarta.

Quality control is one of the obstacles experienced by PT. Wahana Kasih Mulia on CV. KKN. Quality control is an important thing that must be done by companies to minimize defective products. To be able to analyze product defects, researchers use the six sigma model, by formulating the Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control (DMAIC) stages. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of quality control using the DMAIC method with the Six Sigma model applied to manufacturing companies. The results showed that from the measurement of the number of Omiland brand baby mattress products in the January-October 2021 period, it was found that defective products came from three main causes of disability. The distribution data of the number of product quality characteristics and company performance are at the sigma level of 3.50 with a DPMO value of 27,082.275. This shows that the company has not been able to meet process quality standards. Based on this research, the recommendations for improvement given are that the company needs to provide periodic training to employees, perform maintenance on machines, apply a clearer and more detailed Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), conduct tighter supervision of newly arrived raw materials and the company needs to place quality control at every stage of the production process.

Study table is one of the supporting learning activities but the current study table design is not in accordance with consumer needs, especially for children. The development of this study table product is expected to answer the needs of custumers or consumers and produce an ergonomic study table. This multifunctional learning folding table product uses the parameter measurement of the Quality Function Deployment (QFD). The result obtained based on the customer show that there are 7 attributes (customer requitment) and 4 technical parameters ( technical response). In this regard, the product development of a multifuntional folding study table uses the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method using teak wood. This table also has several features, namely a reading light feature, a glass holder, a storange feature, equipped with a simple design, attaractive practical colors and ideal dimensions so as to increase comfort inusing the folding study table product.

This study aims to examine the Physical Aspects, Personality Interaction, Problem Solving, mediated by Customer Satisfaction against Customer Loyalty. The data used in this study used data obtained from questionnaires distributed to customers at Mirota Campus, DI Yogyakarta. The number of questionnaires distributed in this study to 220 respondents. The research data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 25 program. The results of this study indicate (X1) Physical Aspects not have a positive effect on (Z) Customer Satisfaction. (X2) Personality Interaction has a positive effect on (Z) Customer Satisfaction. (X3) Problem Solving has a positive effect on (Z) Customer Satisfaction. (Z) Customer Satisfaction directly has a positive effect on (Y) Customer Loyalty. (X1) Physical Aspects through (Z) Customer Satisfaction has a significant influence on (Y) Customer Loyalty. (X2) Personality Interaction through (Z) Customer Satisfaction has a significant influence on (Y) Customer Loyalty. (X3) Problem Solving through (Z) Customer Satisfaction has no significant effect on (Y) Customer Loyalty and service quality mediated by costumer satisfaction (Z) on costumer loyalty (Y) has a positive effect.

Sinar Sosro is a company that produces various beverage products. Product quality and brand equity in this company have been carried out well, in line with the development of market share and strong competition to always develop in making products that are attractive to consumers so that consumer satisfaction will always be well maintained.This type of research is a quantitative research. Collecting data in this study using the method of observation, interviews and questionnaires. The population of this study was 110, sampling used a combination technique of accidental sampling and purposive sampling, using the Slovin formula to get a sample of 88 respondents. The analysis uses multiple regression with the help of SPSS 22 software.Based on the results of this study there is a partial influence between the variable Product Quality (X1) on Consumer Satisfaction (Y) which is significant. we can conclude that t count, 5.292 > t table 1.988 and the significance value of the product quality variable is 0.000 < 0.05. This means that product quality (X1) partially influences consumer satisfaction (Y), so the hypothesis H0 is rejected. H1 is accepted. Based on the results of this study, there is a partial effect between Brand Equity (X2) and Consumer Satisfaction (Y). which is significant. We can conclude that t count is 4.251 > t table 1.988 and the significance value of Brand Equity is 0.000 <0.05. This means that Brand Equity (X2) partially influences Consumer Satisfaction (Y), so the hypothesis H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted. Based on the results of the study, there is a simultaneous (simultaneous) effect between the variables Product Quality (X1) and Brand Equity (X2) on Consumer satisfaction (Y). Statistical data analysis shows. The simultaneous significance value of Product Quality and Brand Equity is 0.000 < 0.05 and the calculated F value is 57.997 > F table 3.101. This means that Product Quality (X1) and Brand Equity (X2) simultaneously affect Consumer Satisfaction (Y), then the hypothesis H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted. Based on the output results of SPSS 22, there is a coefficient of determination or R square of 0.577 or 57.7% . This shows that the independent variables studied (product quality and brand equity) have a positive influence on consumer satisfaction by 57.7%. while the rest is influenced by other variables not studied.

This study aims to determine the most significant factor statistically influencing customer satisfaction in the purchase transaction process using mobile commerce to test the moderating effect of customization or efforts to adapt m-commerce to consumer desires. Respondents who filled out the survey consisted of 125 respondents, spread over a span of 1 month, for customers who in the last 12 months have used m-commerce for buying and selling transactions. The results of this study are the customer trust factor, the perceived enjoyment factor when using m-commerce, the moderating effect of customization on usage benefits factor, and the customization factor are the 4 factors that most influence customer satisfaction. These findings are useful for M-commerce providers to focus their development on aspects of customer trust, customer enjoyment, and customization.

The goal is to get a sense of the shop ambiance, promotions, and customer purchasing interest at Kopitema. The study technique employed is a descriptive and verification strategy. The procedure of gathering data by delivering questionnaires to Old Coffee customers as responses. Even while respondents' answers to promos are fairly positive, there are still low ratings, indicating that they still need to be improved. Similarly, consumer purchasing interest in Old Coffee based on respondents' comments is deemed strong, but the evaluation remains low and has to be improved. Partially, it was discovered that the shop environment impacts customer purchasing interest.

The purpose of this study is to assess the impact of different components of the green marketing mix. Specifically, the impact of green product, green pricing, green location, and green advertising on Armour Coffee purchase intentions in Maros Regency. The data utilised in this study was collected from 63 customers who had previously made purchases at the Armour Coffee location in Maros and was rigorously tested for validity, reliability, and classical assumptions. Data was collected via purposive sampling, and the results were analysed using multiple linear regression aided by the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS). Three of the five hypotheses analysed have empirical evidence to support them. Empirical results reveal that eco-friendly product and eco-friendly location qualities are favourably connected with purchase intention, whereas no significant influence is detected in regard to eco-friendly pricing and eco-promotions.

The increased garbage creation in Maros may motivate businesses to become more concerned with environmental sustainability. Armour Coffee's green marketing strategy begins with the brand logo and extends to the firm's vision and objective. According to statistics from the top brand index, Armour Coffee remains the least popular local coffee shop in Indonesia, which is both a phenomena and a problem in this study. Based on the findings, the study concludes that Green Product and Green Place have a favourable influence on Interest in Purchasing Armour Coffee in Maros. Meanwhile, Green Price and Green Promotion had little influence on Interest in Purchasing Armour Coffee in Maros. Simultaneously, green product, green pricing, green location, and green promotion (green marketing mix) impact interest in purchasing Armour Coffee in Maros.

At the present time of the pandemic, it is difficult for the world's most unusual cuttlefish to market its products. Thus, umkm needs to be provided with facilities to market the products online. Special-based backends are one of the media for selling by-products on the catapult. The purpose of this research is to construct typical web-based appendage by-by-products. The purpose of this research is to construct typical web-based appendage by-by-products. Research methods used in the construction of systems on this research are the methods of research and development (R & D). This study provides several design systems, the design of system architecture, the DFD system, the design of the interface, and the design of system testing. The system was created using the framework laravel. As for the results of the final assignment research "typical web-based appendage". In this system, there are two users, the user as the store and the user as the buyer. On the user as a store there are several features that include input from store products, editing from products, confirmation of deliveries, responding to comments given by the buyer on the product, viewing the order data done by the buyer, and editing the store's data. While the user's features as the purchaser look at the product's data, see the store's data as a souvenir, order a by-product payment, confirm the order has been accepted, give an assessment of the product's already received, and edit the customer's data. The system was tested by using black box methods testing to see the effectiveness of a system built with test variables was 100%.

This study aims to develop a fuel inventory control system so that it can facilitate monitoring the volume of fuel stock from each bunker ship and can be reported at any time, so that the leadership can estimate the addition of fuel orders to PT. Pertamina for each bunker ship that is adjusted to the incoming fuel request order. If there is a sudden fuel order by the customer, the company can still serve the customer well, so that the fuel stock can be controlled and can be monitored properly at any time. The research method used in the information system monitoring the pump fabrication process is Research and Development (R&D) in this study only until the 6th (sixth) stage and produces the final product in the form of a prototype, so it does not reach the product implementation stage. The six steps are Research and information collecting, Planning, Develop preliminary form of product, Preliminary field testing, Main product revision and Main field testing. This application is made using Macromedia Dream Weaver and MySQL database.

With the futsal field reservation system is expected to facilitate in data processing, scheduling and registration of members or customers. In the end, this system is expected to help the company's performance, and can also facilitate customers in the ordering process.

Public transportation is one of the important modes of transportation and is the backbone of transportation in Indonesia. The development of public transportation is also supported by the government, this government support is evident in the national policy, namely the National Medium Term Development Plan (RPJMN). Although public transportation is an effective mode of transportation, it also has obstacles in its development, namely how to meet customer desires in choosing a mode of transportation. There are several variables that are the focus of this research, namely age, gender, income, cost, speed, comfort, safety, efficiency and flexibility. The search for influential variables will use the K-Means and DBSCAN clustering algorithms, these two algorithms are also compared to their performance to find a better algorithm. The results of the Silhouette Coefficient show that DBSCAN has a better performance with a value of 0.99 than K-Means with a value of 0.86. The variables that affect the interest in using public transportation are the most important ones related to cost, speed, comfort, safety, efficiency and flexibility.

Social media is a new phenomenon that has changed the way the business environment operates. Through social media, businesses gain access to resources that are otherwise unavailable to the business owner. This research is a causality research, which aims to analyze the causal relationship and influence of two or more phenomena, through hypothesis testing. The population and sample in this study are SMEs who open e-commerce businesses on social media. The number of samples used in this study amounted to 154 respondents. Service quality in the Islamic concept can be said that the overall features and characteristics of a product or service that depend on its ability to satisfy stated or implied needs and in accordance with Islamic values.21 In this concept Islam teaches that providing services in the form of goods or services. must be of quality in accordance with Islamic values, and do not give bad and not quality because it will only harm both parties. Service quality in Islam is defined as a customer's assessment of the superiority or privilege of a product or service as a whole which is of course based on Islamic principles, the quality of service in Islam provides services that basically every activity related must be based on compliance with sharia which is full of values. -moral and ethical values. Improving the quality of service in Islam is very necessary in order to determine customer decision making. However, it will not run well if it is not accompanied by quality decision making. To maintain the quality of service in Islam is not only the duty of the employees, but all the members involved. Judging from the above phenomena, the quality of Islamic services can be taken into consideration for customer decision making. The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of Islamic service quality on customer decisions in murabahah financing. The number of samples in this study was 100 respondents, this study used a quantitative approach. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire, and the sampling technique used the incidental sampling method using the hair formula. The data obtained were then processed with SEM AMOS Version 20. The results of this study indicate that the CR value is 3,418 > 1.96 and the probability is 0.000 < 0.05, so it can be concluded that Islamic Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Customer Decision Making in Murabahah Financing.

The pharmacy was established with the aim of being able to provide good pharmaceutical services to the community including being ready to provide drug consultation, supply of drugs and pharmaceutical supplies of good quality. Therefore, pharmacies need to innovate in carrying out promotional activities to provide information and attract people to want to buy and become loyal drug consumers. One of the factors influencing a pharmacy is that how the pharmacy can provide consumers to order drugs and receive goods easily, quickly, safely and comfortably. The Community Service Team of STIE AUB Surakarta wants to socialize and train and assist to create a drug consumer satisfaction model through improving the quality of order delivery to expand the drug market in large family pharmacies in Surakarta. The size of this Community Service activity can be seen from the output in the form of 1) Pharmacy survey in improving the quality of order delivery, 2) creation of order delivery models, 3) increased pharmacy market supply, 4) scientific articles. The problems that arise by partners are 1) the quality of drug order delivery has not been maximized, 2) there are no innovations in delivery models, 3) the market is still limited. The stages of the implementation of the service carried out by the team are socializing to the community in the process of ordering and sending drugs at pharmacies in Surakarta, training partners / pharmacies in creating order delivery models and training marketing management theories to partners in order to innovate wider markets. The results expected by the team are customer satisfaction and loyalty. The purpose of this research is to promote t-shirt products from Sakukata.co, and to increase customer satisfaction with packaging design using the QFD method. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this research are customers who have purchased Sakukata.co products at least once. The sample of this research was selected using Linear Time Function and obtained 40 respondents. This study used primary data from Sakukata.co and questionnaires, the data were analyzed using the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method.The packaging attributes at Sakukata.co consist of the design, dimensions, capacity, shape, strength, and durability of the packaging. The Respon Teknis that must be in Sakukata.co is the packaging design is modern, simple, informative, elegant, and identical to Sakukata.co. The dimensions of the packaging are the same size as the product and can accommodate additional items for souvenirs (during the promo). Maximum packing capacity for 2 products. Ergonomic, and easy to open and close. The packaging material is not easily damaged, and can protect the product when it rains. Packaging design for primary, secondary and tertiary packaging.The results of the partial or simultaneous regression test show that the packaging attributes have a significant effect on customer satisfaction..
