Religious beliefs and culture cannot be separated from one another because religion exists within a particular culture, and local culture influences religion. Although religion is supposed to encourage humanity to create peace and prosperity on Earth, it has instead become one of the factors causing violence and the destruction of humanity, necessitating actions to prevent these issues from arising. Christian Religious Education (PAK) has an educational, social, and participatory role in the life of a pluralistic society. Essentially, PAK is an effective learning medium to instill Christian principles in every member of the church, serving as a foundation for their existence in society. The method used in the writing of this paper is a descriptive qualitative method.

Islamic economics is an economic system based on the principles of Islam, primarily derived from the Qur'an and Hadith, emphasizing justice, balance, and the prohibition of unethical practices such as usury (riba) and gharar. This system provides a more ethical and equitable alternative to the conventional interest-based economic system. As awareness of social justice and sustainability grows, Islamic economics has expanded, not only in Muslim-majority countries but also across various parts of the world. This journal aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the fundamental concepts of Islamic economics, its implementation across various sectors such as banking, trade, and industry, and the challenges faced in its development and implementation. Additionally, this study highlights how Islamic principles can be applied to promote more inclusive and sustainable economic development, as well as the role of Islamic financial institutions in the global economy. The incorporation of philosophical viewpoints in management is crucial given the intricacies of organisational decision-making frequently confronted with ethical difficulties. This study seeks to establish a framework that incorporates philosophical principles into managerial practices to enhance decision-making efficacy in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia. The employed methodology was quantitative analysis utilising Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) to assess the correlation between the implementation of philosophical concepts and decision quality. The findings indicate a substantial disparity in the incorporation of philosophical viewpoints in management and decision-making, with businesses that embrace ethical principles generally yielding judgements that are more sustainable and attuned to stakeholder requirements. The findings underscore the necessity of implementing philosophy-based frameworks in management practices, while also offering direction for organisational leaders to foster a more ethical and innovative workplace culture. This research also creates prospects for more studies on the use of philosophy within a wider corporate setting.

Halal certification assistance activities in Lomaer Village, Blega District, Bangkalan Regency aim to assist Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in obtaining halal certification for their products. Many MSMEs in the Bangkalan area, but do not yet fully have halal certification. The existence of a halal product guarantee issued by the MUI (Indonesian Ulema Council) will provide protection for the general public to realize that every product that is designated as halal is considered safe for consumption in accordance with Sharia principles in Islam. This activity uses methods ranging from observation by collecting data on MSME actors, holding halal certification socialization activities, as well as assisting with halal certification and making NIB for the mechanism for submitting halal labels until registered. There were 8 MSMEs who attended the socialization activity, but because the quota was limited, only two MSMEs were selected, namely "Al-Azfar" and "Tang Kerupuk", to facilitate the registration process and obtain halal certificates.

Time Division Multiplexing (TDM) is a multiplexing technique that enables the transmission of multiple signals over a single communication channel by allocating separate time slots for each signal stream. This study aims to analyze the working principles of TDM, examples of its implementation, as well as the benefits and drawbacks of TDM in communication networks. The findings show that TDM can enhance data transmission efficiency through flexible bandwidth allocation, minimizing signal interference and thereby improving signal quality. Due to these advantages, TDM is widely used in fiber optic communication systems, such as telephone and internet networks. Additionally, all data processing is conducted within integrated circuits utilizing Plastic Optical Fiber (POF), allowing TDM to be implemented at a low cost.

Evaluation plays an important role in education and training programs. Without evaluation, we cannot know the level of success of training participants and there will also be no opportunity for improvement. Education and training evaluation is a process to obtain information and data related to the learning outcomes experienced by training participants. The evaluation program in training includes principles, models, implementation, and follow-up. This evaluation has four levels and stages, namely: the evaluation planning stage, data collection, analysis, and reporting of evaluation results. Ultimately, training evaluation is used to make decisions about the benefits of the training program, whether the program will be continued or stopped, and what needs to be improved if the program is to be continued.

The Paylatter system is a payment method that allows buyers to pay for goods or services in several installments, which is developing rapidly in the modern era. The aim of this research is to find out explanations of the hadiths that explain the paylatter system and to find out how to thematically understand the hadiths that explain the paylatter system. The research method used in this study is literature study, which involves searching, analyzing and synthesizing scientific literature relevant to the topic. The results of this research reveal various views from scholars and researchers in existing literature. This study discusses various arguments that have emerged in the literature about whether the use of paylatter systems is in accordance with the principles of hadith and Islamic ethics. From the research results, it is known that there are elements of benefit in the form of processes and procedures that are fast and more useful, have varying time periods, and also have various attractive promotions. As for the detrimental elements, there are additional fees and interest, causing users to feel addicted and losing money, and can tarnish credit reputation and tarnish BI checking. The paylatter system uses a qardh contract which is permitted in Islam if it meets the pillars and conditions. Some scholars allow paylatter as long as there are no additional late fees, others prohibit it because there are many disadvantages.

Situation-based management is an approach that emphasizes the importance of context in managerial decision-making. In the philosophical view, this theory highlights that there is no one universal management method; instead, the effectiveness of managerial strategies depends largely on the specific conditions, values, and needs of the organization. By utilizing various philosophical perspectives, such as pragmatism, existentialism, and phenomenology, managers can be more adaptive in responding to environmental dynamics. This approach encourages managers to develop critical skills in situation analysis and ethical decision-making, in order to create added value for the organization and stakeholders. This research aims to explore how situation-based management can be integrated with philosophical principles in daily managerial practice.
