The purpose of writing is to determine the development of PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk (BSI) financing in encouraging the growth of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises UMKM. The method applied in this research is a descriptive method with a qualitative descriptive research type, which utilizes a literature study approach. The data source used in this research is secondary data. The research results show that PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk (BSI) gives a big priority to funding for the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) sector, which is a type of productive financing, namely IDR 41.91 trillion from the previous year in 2021 of IDR 39. 4 trillion. This is in line with the Indonesian Banking Architecture (API) framework, the pillars of which are to encourage a national banking structure through financial support for UMKM financing. However, if you look at the percentage development of PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk (BSI) financing for UMKM, it has decreased, from 8.36% in 2021 to 6.37% in 2022. This shows that the financing channeled by bank mergers in PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk (BSI) experienced a decline. Correspondingly, there are around 60 million UMKM in Indonesia. As many as 77.6 percent or 46.6 million of the 60 million UMKM have not had access to bank financing.

contributing to the global burden of type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, and other metabolic complications. This bibliometric study aims to analyze trends, thematic focuses, and collaborations in scientific publications related to insulin resistance in adult obesity, utilizing data from the Scopus database covering the period from 2019 to 2025. Bibliometric tools such as RStudio, Biblioshiny, and VoS Viewer were employed to extract and visualize findings from 8,037 publications. The results reveal that research activity peaked in 2021, followed by a decline in subsequent years. Dominant keywords, such as "insulin resistance," "obesity," and "metabolic syndrome," highlight the clinical and metabolic focus of current research. Biomolecular markers, such as "glycated hemoglobin" and the "triglyceride-glucose index," reflect a growing interest in more precise diagnostic tools. The United States, China, and Italy emerged as major contributors, with journals like Nutrients and Frontiers in Endocrinology leading in publications. Despite significant progress, there remains a considerable gap, particularly in exploring the role of epigenetics and the microbiota in insulin resistance. Additionally, cross-disciplinary collaboration and participation from institutions in developing countries remain limited. This study emphasizes the importance of global, interdisciplinary efforts to address these gaps and drive innovation in interventions, providing a foundation for future research aimed at reducing the impact of insulin resistance in adult obesity.

The Qur'an is the holy book of Muslims which functions as a way of life and guidance for humans in living their lives in the world. The Qur'an contains many aspects and parts of life, including worship, muamalah, warnings and knowledge. -The Al-Qur'an is a revelation whose truth is absolute, so from a scientific point of view, both science and society must be in harmony with the information contained in the Al-Qur'an. Science, especially science, is related to events in the universe. Nature and humans are sources of knowledge which are often referred to as the macro world and the micro world. However, there are other sources of knowledge, especially those that come from revelation or the Koran. Not all verses of the Koran touch on natural issues, of the 6,236 verses there are only 800 verses. These verses became known as kauniyah verses. There are several patterns of explanation of the Qur'an in these kauniyah verses. One example of the Islamization of science is the Islamic insight into nerve cells in the brain. The interaction of cells, tissues, organs and organ systems in the human body cannot be separated from the existence of nerve cells. The human nervous system consists of the central nervous system and the peripheral nervous system. The central nervous system is divided into two parts, namely the brain and spinal cord. The brain as the central nervous system has a central role in regulating body functions. The Qur'an mentions brain neurons.

This study aims to analyze the double burden (double burden) of women. The development of the times has transformed the thoughts and movements of women so that they do not only function in the domestic sphere but also in the public sphere. Even though this is a form of gender inequality in one sex. This is very interesting to study using socialist feminist theory and the position of women in Islam in terms of gender analysis of the position of women in the household. The purpose of this research is to look further at the views of feminists and Islam in the double burden experienced by women in various regions. Data analysis techniques in this study used the analytical techniques proposed by Miles and Huberman, namely: data codification, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The result of this study is that the dual role of women in various areas carried out by previous research occurs because there is no knowledge and awareness that there is oppression that they experience, so that its continuity is considered normal. Islam views women and men as having an equal position even in matters of household which must be based on equal principles and an agreement between the two parties. The significance of this study is to offer a micro snapshot of the problem of multiple roles at certain loci and can provide a glimpse into the potential for similar research in other areas.

Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) is a diagnostic examination modality in medical science using a magnetic field without using X-rays. MRI has the advantage of being able to create images and showing clearer and more sensitive anatomical differences in soft tissues in the body such as the extremities, brain, bone marrow and musculoskeletal to establish a clinical diagnosis, one of which is Supraspinatus Injury to the Shoulder. Supraspinatus is a tear or rupture of the tendon of the supraspinatus muscle. The supraspinatus is part of the shoulder rotator cuff. Most of the time, it is accompanied by another rotator cuff muscle tear. This can occur due to trauma or repeated microtrauma and appears as a partial or full thickness tear. The rotator cuff is a fibrous connective tissue that surrounds the top of the humerus bone and functions to maintain the stability of the glenohumeral joint by pulling the humerus towards the scapula. The research method used is qualitative descriptive research with an observational approach. Data collection was carried out from 08 August 2023 to 07 September 2023 using the Mri Philips Achieva 1.5 Hestia aircraft. The patient sample used in this study was a patient with shoulder complaints. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. Shoulder MRI examination in Supraspinatus Injury Cases using a Philips 1.5 Hestia MRI aircraft has an examination procedure with a sequential design Survey, STIR_TSE_Tra, T1W_TSE_Tra, T1W_TSE_TRA_FS, STIR_TSE_Cor, COR_T2W_FFE, STIR_TSE_Sag, T1W_TSE_Cor, PDW_TSE_Sag
