Monkeypox is a zoonotic disease caused by Orthopoxvirus, presenting clinical challenges due to its visual similarity to other dermatological conditions. Early and accurate detection is crucial to prevent further transmission, yet conventional diagnostic methods are often resource-intensive and time-consuming. This study proposes a deep learning-based classification model by integrating Xception and InceptionV3 using feature fusion to enhance performance in classifying Monkeypox skin lesions. Given the limited availability of annotated medical images, data augmentation was applied using Albumentation to improve model generalization. The proposed model was trained and evaluated on the Monkeypox Skin Lesion Dataset (MSLD), achieving 85.96% accuracy, 86.47% precision, 85.25% recall, 78.43% specificity, and an AUC score of 0.8931, outperforming existing methods. Notably, data augmentation significantly improved recall from 81.23% to 85.25%, demonstrating its effectiveness in enhancing sensitivity to positive cases. Ablation studies further validated that augmentation increased overall accuracy from 82.02% to 85.96%, emphasizing its role in improving model robustness. Comparative analysis with other models confirmed the superiority of our approach. This research enhances automated Monkeypox detection, offering a robust and efficient tool for low-resource clinical settings. The findings reinforce the potential of feature fusion and augmentation in improving deep learn-ing-based medical image classification, facilitating more reliable and accessible disease identification.

Indonesian people mostly tend to ignore health, especially dengue fever because the symptoms that arise are similar to common fever, this causes people with common fever symptoms to be reluctant to see a doctor. This study aims to help the public recognize the symptoms of dengue fever early by using the implementation of the fuzzy method in the dengue fever disease diagnosis system that uses specific datasets as a reference. Mamdani's fuzzy method, which is based on linguistic frameworks and fuzzy concepts, allows for the management of knowledge from experts for intuitive decision-making. The test results using the Confusion Matrix, the system showed an accuracy of 92.8%, an average precision of 90.6%, a recall of 95.8%, and an F1-Score of 92.6%, with an effectiveness value of 100%. This study proves that the system is able to provide information about dengue fever, diagnose based on symptoms, and offer solutions for its treatment.

Throughout history, the church has faced various social, political, and cultural challenges that have continued to evolve over time. The church has functioned not only as a religious institution but also as an agent of change actively responding to social dynamics. In its early days, the church struggled to maintain its existence amid political persecution by the Roman Empire, followed by a process of adaptation when Christianity became the official religion. During the Middle Ages, the church responded to cultural transformations such as the Renaissance and played a significant role in education and intellectual development, although it often clashed with emerging new ideas. In the Reformation era, the church faced an internal crisis that led to major changes in doctrine and religious practices.

Numeracy is not only the responsibility of mathematics teachers, but also the responsibility of all non-mathematics teachers, namely teachers who teach subjects other than mathematics. The approach needed is cross-subject numeracy. Based on the results of interviews with partner schools, it was obtained that teachers in these schools still have minimal knowledge about numeracy literacy and numeracy reinforcement in non-mathematics lessons. The solution offered is to provide reinforcement of numeracy literacy materials and provide reinforcement of non-mathematics or cross-subject numeracy literacy materials so that non-mathematics teachers can also improve students' numeracy in subjects other than mathematics. The implementation mechanism consists of 3 main stages, namely the planning stage, the implementation stage, and the evaluation stage. Evaluation of program implementation is measured from the increase in participants' knowledge from pretest to posttest and the participant's response questionnaire to this activity. Based on the results of the community service, it can be concluded that this activity makes a good contribution to increasing the knowledge and understanding of SMP Terpadu Darul Dakwah teachers regarding cross-subject numeracy literacy and examples of learning activities to strengthen numeracy literacy in subjects other than mathematics. The number of participants who experienced an increase in score from pretest to posttest was 100%, meaning that all participants in the activity experienced an increase in knowledge. In addition, it can also be seen from the average pretest of 48 and the average posttest of 75.5. The overall process of implementing this activity went well and smoothly. This activity also received a positive response from the participants with a score percentage of 90.25%.

Hypothesis testing is carried out through the F test and t test. The results of the descriptive analysis show that the background to the employee performance variable is in good criteria, the Leadership variable is in good criteria, then the Work Loyalty variable is in good criteria. The statistical results of the t test show that partially the Leadership variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, the Work Loyalty variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The statistical results of the F test show that simultaneously the Leadership and Work Loyalty variables have a significant effect on employee performance.
