This study is a scholarly work by a student of the Early Childhood Education Teacher Education Program, Faculty of Education, Universitas Negeri Gorontalo, supervised by Dra. Rapi Us. Djuko as the first advisor and Mr. Nunung Suryana Jamin, SE, M.Si as the second advisor. The objective of this research is to provide a comprehensive overview of foreign language development achievements among early childhood learners in Group B at TK Nurul Ilmih. The study adopts a qualitative descriptive approach, utilizing observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation as data collection methods. A total of 22 children participated as the primary subjects and were actively involved throughout the observation process. The research focused on several linguistic aspects, including language comprehension, verbal expression, basic vocabulary usage, pronunciation ability, and children's responses to bilingual instructions (in both Indonesian and English). The findings indicate that the children’s foreign language development falls within the "developing as expected" category, although it has not yet reached an optimal level. Some children still encounter difficulties in pronouncing English vocabulary, constructing simple sentences, and understanding verbal commands. Several factors influence the progress of their language development, including family background, parenting style, the intensity of teacher-provided stimulation, and habitual exposure to foreign languages in daily school activities. The study concludes that consistent, engaging, and developmentally appropriate stimulation from both teachers and parents plays a crucial role in fostering bilingual proficiency in early childhood.

Parental involvement is widely acknowledged as a key factor in student academic success, particularly in second language acquisition. However, its impact at the university level, especially among pre-service English teachers, remains underexplored. This study investigates the relationship between parental involvement and English language achievement among first-year English Education students at Universitas Islam Kalimantan Muhammad Arsyad Al Banjari Banjarmasin (UNISKA). Employing a quantitative survey design, data were collected from 36 purposively selected participants using a structured Likert-scale questionnaire. The instrument measured both the forms and frequency of parental involvement and students’ self-reported performance in English-related subjects. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and Pearson Product-Moment Correlation via SPSS 26. Findings indicate that students generally perceive moderate to high levels of parental involvement, especially in providing academic resources, financial support, and attending university-related events. However, involvement in educational decision-making and career discussions was notably low. A significant positive correlation was found between parental involvement and students' academic performance, particularly in aspects such as discipline, assignment completion, and encouragement. Emotional impacts such as increased motivation or reduced anxiety showed more mixed responses. These findings highlight the enduring influence of parental support in higher education and suggest further exploration of its emotional dimensions.

The issue of street vendors (PKL) in Sidoarjo Regency, particularly in the Gading Fajar area, has become a significant concern as it relates to public order, the use of public space, and the economic dynamics of small communities. To address these challenges, the Sidoarjo Regency Government enacted Regional Regulation Number 3 of 2016 as the legal basis for structuring and empowering PKL. This study examines how the regulation is implemented in practice and evaluates its effectiveness using a qualitative descriptive method through interviews, observations, and documentation, analyzed with Leo Agustino’s policy evaluation model, which assesses five key aspects: administrative resources, institutional coordination, infrastructure and technology, financial support, and regulatory adequacy. The findings show that the implementation of the regulation has not yet reached optimal performance, as limited socialization, insufficient personnel, weak coordination among agencies, inadequate supporting facilities, and low compliance with zoning rules hinder the achievement of policy objectives. These issues are reflected in the continued presence of PKL operating in non-designated areas despite clear regulatory provisions. Therefore, strengthening institutional capacity, improving facilities, enhancing enforcement consistency, and developing more operational technical guidelines are essential to ensure more effective and sustainable management and empowerment of street vendors in Sidoarjo Regency.

The mathematics learning outcomes of students at SMP Negeri 3 Bontang on Rational Numbers are still relatively low. Data from the 2019 National Examination (UN) shows an average math score of 46.43, which is in the "poor" category. Summative assessment results indicate that most students have not yet achieved the Learning Objective Achievement Criteria (KKTP). This situation indicates that the learning process tends to be conventional and lacks active student engagement. Therefore, a more innovative learning model is needed, one of which is the Team Games Tournament (TGT), which combines group work, competition, and educational games. This study aims to determine the effect of the TGT learning model on the mathematics learning outcomes of seventh-grade students at SMP Negeri 3 Bontang in the topic of Rational Numbers. This study used a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental type and a Posttest-Only Control Group Design. The study population was 203 seventh-grade students in the 2024/2025 academic year, with a sample consisting of class VII A as the experimental group (33 students) and class VII F as the control group (34 students), selected through a purposive sampling technique. The research instrument was a five-item essay test. The analysis results showed that the average posttest of the experimental group was 67.848, higher than the control group at 61.794. The Independent Sample t-Test produced a significance value of 0.031 <0.05, so H₀ was rejected. This indicates that the Team Games Tournament (TGT) learning model has a significant effect on improving students' mathematics learning outcomes in the Rational Numbers material.

General education at Islamic Religious Higher Education Institutions (PTKI) plays an important role in developing students’ critical thinking skills so they can analyze religious and social issues reflectively and contextually. However, learning practices in PTKI are still dominated by teacher-centered approaches and low cognitive achievement, which limits the development of analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities. Meanwhile, studies show that integrating digital media, particularly video, can improve conceptual understanding, motivation, and cognitive engagement, yet a digital video-based meaningful learning model specifically designed for the PTKI context remains limited. Therefore, this study aims to formulate a Digital Video-Based Meaningful Learning Model (MPBBVD) to enhance students’ critical thinking skills. This research employed a literature review method by analyzing books, scientific articles, research reports, and digital sources related to meaningful learning, constructivism, multimedia learning, digital video use, and critical thinking development. Data were analyzed descriptively and qualitatively to identify the theoretical foundations, learning syntax, and design principles of the model. The findings indicate that MPBBVD integrates Ausubel’s Meaningful Learning theory, constructivist perspectives from Piaget, Vygotsky, and Bruner, Mayer’s Multimedia Learning theory, and the critical thinking framework of Facione and Ennis. The model uses digital video as the main learning medium and applies the ACTIVE stages (Attend, Connect, Think, Interpret, Verify, Evaluate) to promote contextual and interactive learning. Integrating pre-, during-, and post-video activities supports knowledge construction, reduces cognitive load, and increases student engagement, contributing theoretically and practically to improving critical thinking in PTKI in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era.

This study examines how equity-driven curriculum design can catalyze transformative leadership within multicultural school systems. As global classrooms become increasingly diverse, traditional curricula often fail to address disparities experienced by marginalized learners. Through qualitative library research and content analysis, this study synthesizes theoretical, empirical, and policy-oriented perspectives to explore how culturally responsive curricula promote inclusive learning ecosystems. The findings highlight that equity-driven curriculum design requires not only the integration of diverse cultural perspectives but also the dismantling of hidden power structures embedded in instructional practices. Transformative leadership emerges as a crucial driver, demanding cultural competence, collaborative decision-making, and critical pedagogical reflection from school leaders. The study emphasizes that effective equity implementation depends on teacher empowerment, distributed leadership models, and coherent policy frameworks that align curriculum, assessment, and institutional values. Moreover, technology-enhanced learning, accessibility principles, and Universal Design for Learning strengthen equity outcomes in increasingly digital environments. Overall, this research underscores the interconnectedness of curriculum, leadership, and policy in fostering democratic, socially just educational systems that affirm students’ cultural identities, reduce achievement gaps, and empower communities. The study concludes that achieving equity requires systemic transformation grounded in cultural responsiveness, shared accountability, and continuous professional development.

The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are a global agenda that emphasizes the importance of balancing economic growth, social justice, and environmental sustainability. In Indonesia, the primary challenge in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) lies in the limited financing of sustainable development projects. Sukuk, particularly green sukuk, is a sharia-compliant financial instrument with the potential to provide an alternative solution to support funding for environmentally friendly projects and green infrastructure. This study aims to analyze the role of sukuk in financing sustainable development, identify its potential and implementation challenges, and compare it with other national financial instruments. This study employed a library research method through a literature review of books, scientific journals, articles, and empirical data related to sukuk development. The results show that demand for sukuk is increasing compared to conventional bonds and provides a competitive financing alternative based on sharia principles. However, its implementation still faces obstacles such as financial literacy, regulatory readiness, market liquidity, and limited institutional coordination. Strengthening regulations and stakeholder collaboration are necessary for sukuk to effectively support the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Vocational education requires a practice-based learning process supported by complete facilities so that students can master work competencies optimally. However, the condition of the Motorcycle Engineering workshop at Noemuti State Vocational High School shows that the completeness of the disc brake system practice facilities does not meet the ideal ratio standards, which affects the effectiveness of learning. This incompleteness has an impact on the low achievement of students' practical learning outcomes that have not reached the KKM. This study aims to describe the level of completeness of workshop facilities and the results of the disc brake system practice learning, and to determine whether there is a relationship between the two. The research approach uses a quantitative correlational method with a total sampling of 26 students. Data were obtained through observation, questionnaires, and documentation, then analyzed using descriptive statistics, normality tests, linearity tests, Pearson correlations, and coefficients of determination using SPSS 27. The results showed that the average completeness of workshop facilities was 42.27 and the results of practical learning were 42.81, both of which were in the good category. The Pearson correlation test produced a value of r = 0.960 with a significance of 0.000 (<0.05), indicating a very strong and significant relationship. The coefficient of determination (R² = 0.92) shows that 92% of the variation in practical learning outcomes is influenced by the completeness of workshop facilities. The more complete the workshop facilities, the higher the students' practical learning outcomes.

A clear national insight can guarantee the achievement of national interests, both internally and externally. This means that national insight provides a clear picture and direction for the nation's survival, as well as the future development of the nation and state. The organization of national and state life must proceed on the basis of mutual agreement, namely Pancasila, the 1945 Constitution, the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI), and Bhinneka Tunggal Ika (Unity in Diversity). Indonesia's existence as a state based on the rule of law (rechtstaat) based on Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution requires the development of Pancasila ideology and national insight as instruments that serve as catalysts or drivers in strengthening national insight and spirit, love of the homeland, democracy, legal awareness, respect for diversity, and participation in building a Pancasila-based nation in Wonogiri, especially among intellectuals. In accordance with its function, the Pancasila Ideology and National Insight Development organizes national, democratic, legal, multicultural and citizenship education to support the realization of citizens who are aware of their rights and obligations, as well as intelligent, skilled and have character so that they can be relied upon to build the nation and the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia.
