Globalization is a modern development that has influenced the emergence of various possibilities to change the world. The impact of globalization has the potential to make the world more open and remove the barriers that make us need each other. This research aims to reveal the dynamics of citizenship identity in the context of globalization. Over time, the term "global citizenship" has become known, where values will be discussed that are in accordance with national identity which are used as benchmarks to face the era of globalization. It is through this that the young generation is able to make the values of national identity a basic direction with positive value in their efforts to face the current flow of globalization in the current digital era.

Pancasila stands as Indonesia's bedrock, encapsulating essential principles guiding national identity. The nation's trajectory hinges upon cultivating a disciplined, patriotically committed youth. Paskibra extracurricular activities emerge as pivotal in fostering both nationalism and the values intrinsic to Pancasila. This research analyzes the inculcation of Pancasila values as an effort to enhance the discipline of Paskibra members at SMK Ganesha Tama Boyolali. The findings reveal that the inculcation of Pancasila values through extracurricular Paskibra has proven effective in improving the discipline of Paskibra members in various aspects. Notable enhancements in punctuality, etiquette, and accountability have been observed among participants. The commendable efforts of SMK Ganesha Tama Boyolali in Pancasila education serve as a beacon for other educational institutions. By instilling Pancasila values early on, we can shape forthcoming generations into individuals characterized by discipline, responsibility, and unwavering integrity.  This study aims to investigate the patterns of Indonesian use by students on social media, identify the factors that affect the use of the language, and formulate strategies to strengthen national identity through the good and correct use of Indonesian in the digital era. The research method used is a qualitative method with a literature analysis study approach. The results of the analysis show that social media has a significant role in shaping communication patterns and student lifestyles in the digital era. The use of Indonesian by students on social media tends not to be in accordance with the correct rules, influenced by global culture, the role of social media, understanding of the Indonesian language, social norms and values, and campus policies related to the Indonesian language. To strengthen national identity, the suggested strategies include Indonesian education and literacy, the role of communities and student organizations, and the implementation of campus policies that support the good and correct use of Indonesian on social media.

This paper discusses the education policies of the Old Order government and their influence on Islamic education in Indonesia. This paper aims to find out in depth about the Old Order government, the education policies of the Old Order government and the influence of Old Order education policies on Islamic education in Indonesia. During the Old Order era, Islamic education began to be fought for reform with the publication of various policies regarding the improvement of Islamic education, including compulsory Madrasah Learning (MWB). Indonesia became independent from Dutch colonial rule on August 17, 1945. The period of President Soekarno's reign, which spanned from 1945 to 1966, was referred to as the Old Order to differentiate it from the subsequent Order led by President Soeharto. In particular, the Old Order government's policy of paying attention to Islamic boarding schools and madrasas only began when the Central Indonesian National Committee Working Body (BP KNIP) 22 on December 27 1945 submitted recommendations to the government. The aim of this research is to understand the concept of government during the Old Order, and its influence on education in Indonesia. The research method used is a basic theory method that uses data from materials that are library research, where the author reads and studies books or literature related to the problem being studied. Regardless of the aspect The positive and negative sides of all the policies issued, it can be said that the development of madrasas is a brave effort by Islamic education to maintain its existence and identity while metamorphosing with the times.

Indonesian has an important position and function for the Indonesian nation in the territory of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI). Indonesian has become the national language since the agreement was stipulated in the Youth Pledge on October 28 1928, functioning as a symbol of pride, a symbol of identity, a means of unification and a means of communication. The position and function of Indonesian in religion, namely as a link between spoken and written languages, was emphasized by the Islamic religious figure "Ustad Hanan Attaki" making Indonesian the main language to be able to integrate various parent languages ​​in different religious contexts, and as a means of integrating and convey religious messages in the diversity of religions in Indonesia. Indonesian is widely used in various religious activities, for example da'wah, as well as religious literature such as translations of the Koran. Indonesian continues to play a dominant role in supporting communication and religious education that is comprehensive and can be accessed by all communities. This shows how Indonesian functions as a cultural and spiritual bridge, strengthening social connections in a multi-religious society. This research aims to analyze the use of Indonesian spoken by Ustad Hanan Attaki in his lectures, what he analyzes is the language style and method of delivery. The research method used was a qualitative descriptive method using data collection techniques that were found to be based on Ustad Hanan Attaki's lectures.

Embedding cultural literacy in students requires effective learning with learning media where in learning, teachers can connect learning materials with culture, both national culture and local wisdom in students. Cultural literacy is the ability to understand and behave towards Indonesian culture as a national identity. Cultural literacy refers to a person's ability to understand, analyse and participate in culture effectively. This includes understanding the symbols, norms, values and cultural practices that exist in society. Dance as an art that shows the cultural heritage of a society and is a cultural expression that combines body movement and expression (Puspita Sari, 2022). Traditional dance is a representation of local culture. Learners can gain an understanding of the cultural principles contained in traditional dance movements and expressions by learning them they can feel and appreciate cultural diversity in a broader context. So the right approach is needed to improve cultural literacy in learners, to improve cultural literacy, one of which is by presenting traditional dance in schools.

Since a long time ago, batik has been known and developed in the scope of Indonesian society. Until now batik has been known in the international world which has become an identity of Indonesian national culture. There are many batik motifs from all over Indonesia ranging from western Indonesia to eastern Indonesia. The types of batik produced are divided into 3, namely batik cap, batik tulis, and batik print which are distinguished based on the technique of making batik. Komar Batik is one of the batik cultures in Indonesia. Komar Batik presents the identity of the city of Bandung in a series of contemporary and modern designs. The method used in this study is a qualitative research method with a descriptive qualitative approach. The aim of the research is to determine the concept, position and function of Pancasila as the source of the Indonesian state. Research was obtained through the literature study method, namely by reading and searching from books, journals, laws and other relevant literature sources. with the problems contained in this journal. The research results show that Pancasila as the basis of the State means that every constitutional aspect of the Republic of Indonesia must be based on Pancasila values. This means that Pancasila must always be the spirit or power that animates activities in forming the State. The function of Pancasila is as a guide to life, in this function Pancasila has a role as the basis of every view that exists in Indonesia. Pancasila must be a guide in making one's own decisions in dealing with a problem. Pancasila is the soul of the nation, in this function Pancasila must be the soul of the Indonesian nation. This paper explores the significant role of language in the construction and expression of national identity in three distinct countries: Indonesia, Kazakhstan, and Monaco. By analyzing national languages, official discourse, and the cultural narratives embedded within them, the study aims to highlight the ways in which language policies reflect and reinforce the cultural and political aspirations of these nations. A comparison of language practices will reveal the dynamics of language as a cultural tool for nation-building in diverse sociopolitical contexts.

This research explores the transplantation of laws, especially how the process of adopting foreign laws into the Indonesian legal system faces challenges in the era of modernization, which often clashes with the norms that exist in society. Legal transplantation means the transfer of the legal system from one country to another with different social contexts and legal systems, a phenomenon that is increasing as globalization progresses. Many countries adopt foreign laws to accelerate legal reform and meet international standards, but this process is not without its challenges. This often raises legal political problems, including the potential threat to national legal identity. The selection of foreign laws that are not careful can have a bad effect on our current legal system. In this study, readers are invited to understand the importance of legal political challenges and the transplantation of foreign laws that are included in our national law.

The flow of globalization and digitalization is a phenomenon that is present in our daily lives, both in material form and in our minds. In this digital era, people meet and interact in a globalized, seamless space and send ideas, opinions, behaviours, habits, cultures, and ideologies to each other. The impact of global social change that has also hit Indonesia with the rapid development of this technology, not only has the potential to have a positive effect on national life and humanity universally but can also have a negative impact. This is a literature study with a reflective and critical studies approach, which is presented in a descriptive-analytical critical manner as a doctrinal reflection and to formulate theoretical conclusions regarding Pancasila as an ideological foundation for the development of science in the academic community in Indonesia and the challenges of globalization that threaten it. This study found that in responding to this current situation, the resilience of the values ​​that are the basis for the development of science is greatly needed. In the current context, the values ​​of Pancasila can become a collective consciousness to maintain the preservation of national identity in the academic community and the results of its scientific development.

Digital transformation in the public transportation sector is part of the national development priority agenda aimed at improving service quality and operational efficiency. This study aims to analyze the implementation of cashless payment-based digital transformation in public transportation policy on the Suroboyo Bus in Surabaya, analyze service quality based on SERVQUAL dimensions, identify supporting and inhibiting factors for implementation, and evaluate the success and shortcomings of the policy. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type. The results show that the implementation of cashless payment on the Suroboyo Bus has been running well since 2018, with four main payment methods: QRIS, e-money cards, plastic waste contributions, and the Child Identity Card (KIA). QRIS has become the dominant payment method with a 48% share in 2025. Service quality based on SERVQUAL dimensions shows good results in the aspects of tangibles, reliability, and responsiveness, but still requires improvement in the dimensions of assurance and empathy. Supporting factors for implementation include government commitment, the availability of regulations (Perwali No. 22 of 2023)., adequate infrastructure, and support from digital payment service providers. Inhibiting factors include limited digital literacy, internet network disruptions, limited economic access, and lack of socialization. The success of the policy is reflected in increased operational efficiency, financial transparency, and a rise in the number of users from 1.2 million (2019). to 3.5 million (2025). Shortcomings of the policy include the digital gap for vulnerable groups, dependence on internet networks, and a decrease in participation in the plastic waste payment program from 25% (2023). to 12% (2025).

Generation tends to be more interested in foreign cultures than their own national culture, especially among students. Many foreign cultures have entered and flourished among the community, particularly the younger generation. This situation threatens and endangers national identity if left unchecked. A national identity crisis can occur, especially among the younger generation, particularly students, who are highly susceptible to the influences of globalization. Therefore, there is a need for awareness to preserve cultural values as national identity is increasingly fading. Additionally, there is a necessity for methods or actions to enhance the awareness of the younger generation, especially students, towards national identity while also considering the advancements in science, technology (IPTEK) in today's era.

This study aims to analyze the role of Social Studies (IPS) in transmitting citizenship values to high school students. In the context of globalization and rapid social changes, citizenship education through IPS is considered essential for strengthening national identity and instilling democratic values and social responsibility. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection techniques including semi-structured interviews, non-participant observation, and document analysis. The research sample consists of 10 IPS teachers and 20 high school students in city X, selected through purposive sampling. The collected data were analyzed through data reduction, data presentation in the form of descriptive narratives, tables, or diagrams, and conclusion drawing with data triangulation. The results show that 78% of students who study IPS have a better understanding of their rights and obligations as citizens compared to students who do not study IPS. Interviewed teachers stated that IPS not only teaches history and geography but also the values of democracy, tolerance, and social justice. This study confirms that IPS is a crucial tool in building knowledgeable and active citizens. These findings support the citizenship education theories of John Dewey, Albert Bandura, and the constructivist theories of Jean Piaget and Lev Vygotsky. Overall, IPS is effective in shaping the character and citizenship identity of students, preparing them to become positive agents of change in society

Efforts to maintain national unity and unity are very important in the Indonesian context. National integrity is an important parameter in realizing national unity and integrity. The purpose of this writing is to understand the urgency of national integrity as national unity and integrity. By using the Literature review method, namely collecting library data and information by exploring knowledge or science from sources such as books, journals, written works, lecture notes and several other sources that are related to the research object. The research results show the importance of national integration: National integration is very important to build the unity and integrity of the Indonesian nation. This integration reflects an effort to combine various elements in society, including ethnicity, culture and religion, into one strong national entity. Preventing Internal Conflict: National integration plays an important role in preventing internal conflict that could threaten the integrity of the country. This integration helps reduce inequality and injustice, which are the roots of internal conflict. Building National Identity: National integration helps build and strengthen national identity. National identity is the basis for citizens' sense of pride in their country. Through integration, shared values, national symbols and shared history can be explored and promoted. Development of National Integration: National integration enables countries to provide better services and build national unity. This integration also helps raise awareness of a common identity, strengthen national identity, and build national unity.

National Identity Crisis as a Challenge for the Young Generation in the Era of Globalization. A national identity is a marker of an identity belonging to and attached to a nation or a country that can be distinguished from another. National identity must be able to preserve the existence and survival of a nation because it contains cultural values that have similar characteristics, physical characteristics, ideals and goals. National identity, therefore, is vital for implanting and applying to daily life as to the future of nations. In today's times of globalization, most aspects of life have changed. That certainly brings with it both the good and the bad effects that society has to face. Many foreign cultures are moving in and developing within communities. It can, of course, threaten the national identity of the nation. National identity crises can occur especially in the younger generation, which can very easily be affected by the current globalization. Awareness of the importance of keeping cultural values as national identity began to fade. To that end, efforts must be made to foster a renewed awareness of national identity, which is appropriate to the development of nowaday's science and technology.

Indonesia is an archipelagic country rich in cultural, ethnic, religious, and linguistic diversity. This diversity is both a potential and a challenge in maintaining the unity of the nation. This article aims to analyze efforts to strengthen national integration amidst the diversity of Indonesia. The method used is a literature study by collecting and analyzing reliable sources related to national integration. The analysis shows that national integration in Indonesia can be strengthened through several approaches, namely: 1) Strengthening the Pancasila ideology as the unifying force of the nation; 2) Prioritizing dialogue and cooperation between different community groups; 3) Realizing social and economic justice; 4) Increasing the role of government institutions and civil society; and 5) Strengthening national identity through education and culture. These efforts are expected to strengthen national integration amidst the diversity of Indonesia.
