Social media is a new phenomenon that has changed the way the business environment operates. Through social media, businesses gain access to resources that are otherwise unavailable to the business owner. This research is a causality research, which aims to analyze the causal relationship and influence of two or more phenomena, through hypothesis testing. The population and sample in this study are SMEs who open e-commerce businesses on social media. The number of samples used in this study amounted to 154 respondents. Based on the analysis and discussion, it is concluded that the Marketing operation advantages variable has no significant effect on Marketing Performance, the Cost-effectiveness variable has a significant effect on Marketing Performance, the Customer Communication Channel variable has a significant effect on Cost-effectiveness, the Customer Communication Channel variable has a significant effect on Increased customer satisfaction, Customer The Communication Channel has a significant effect on Marketing operation advantages, the Customer relationship performance variable has a significant effect on Marketing Performance, the Increased customer satisfaction variable has a significant effect on Marketing Performance and the Social media marketing implementation capabilities variable has a significant effect on Customer relationship performance.

Service quality in the Islamic concept can be said that the overall features and characteristics of a product or service that depend on its ability to satisfy stated or implied needs and in accordance with Islamic values.21 In this concept Islam teaches that providing services in the form of goods or services. must be of quality in accordance with Islamic values, and do not give bad and not quality because it will only harm both parties. Service quality in Islam is defined as a customer's assessment of the superiority or privilege of a product or service as a whole which is of course based on Islamic principles, the quality of service in Islam provides services that basically every activity related must be based on compliance with sharia which is full of values. -moral and ethical values. Improving the quality of service in Islam is very necessary in order to determine customer decision making. However, it will not run well if it is not accompanied by quality decision making. To maintain the quality of service in Islam is not only the duty of the employees, but all the members involved. Judging from the above phenomena, the quality of Islamic services can be taken into consideration for customer decision making. The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of Islamic service quality on customer decisions in murabahah financing. The number of samples in this study was 100 respondents, this study used a quantitative approach. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire, and the sampling technique used the incidental sampling method using the hair formula. The data obtained were then processed with SEM AMOS Version 20. The results of this study indicate that the CR value is 3,418 > 1.96 and the probability is 0.000 < 0.05, so it can be concluded that Islamic Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Customer Decision Making in Murabahah Financing.

The pharmacy was established with the aim of being able to provide good pharmaceutical services to the community including being ready to provide drug consultation, supply of drugs and pharmaceutical supplies of good quality. Therefore, pharmacies need to innovate in carrying out promotional activities to provide information and attract people to want to buy and become loyal drug consumers. One of the factors influencing a pharmacy is that how the pharmacy can provide consumers to order drugs and receive goods easily, quickly, safely and comfortably. The Community Service Team of STIE AUB Surakarta wants to socialize and train and assist to create a drug consumer satisfaction model through improving the quality of order delivery to expand the drug market in large family pharmacies in Surakarta. The size of this Community Service activity can be seen from the output in the form of 1) Pharmacy survey in improving the quality of order delivery, 2) creation of order delivery models, 3) increased pharmacy market supply, 4) scientific articles. The problems that arise by partners are 1) the quality of drug order delivery has not been maximized, 2) there are no innovations in delivery models, 3) the market is still limited. The stages of the implementation of the service carried out by the team are socializing to the community in the process of ordering and sending drugs at pharmacies in Surakarta, training partners / pharmacies in creating order delivery models and training marketing management theories to partners in order to innovate wider markets. The results expected by the team are customer satisfaction and loyalty. The purpose of this research is to promote t-shirt products from Sakukata.co, and to increase customer satisfaction with packaging design using the QFD method. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this research are customers who have purchased Sakukata.co products at least once. The sample of this research was selected using Linear Time Function and obtained 40 respondents. This study used primary data from Sakukata.co and questionnaires, the data were analyzed using the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method.The packaging attributes at Sakukata.co consist of the design, dimensions, capacity, shape, strength, and durability of the packaging. The Respon Teknis that must be in Sakukata.co is the packaging design is modern, simple, informative, elegant, and identical to Sakukata.co. The dimensions of the packaging are the same size as the product and can accommodate additional items for souvenirs (during the promo). Maximum packing capacity for 2 products. Ergonomic, and easy to open and close. The packaging material is not easily damaged, and can protect the product when it rains. Packaging design for primary, secondary and tertiary packaging.The results of the partial or simultaneous regression test show that the packaging attributes have a significant effect on customer satisfaction..

Pencucian pakaian dan layanan dry cleaning, yang saat ini dapat dijalankan di rumah atau melalui bisnis yang tersedia, menjadi semakin populer. Hal ini telah menyebabkan persaingan sengit di industri ini. Untuk mengatasi persaingan ini, diperlukan usaha untuk memperkenalkan dan mempromosikan layanan pencucian pakaian dengan menggunakan metode Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Tujuan utamanya adalah menarik lebih banyak pelanggan, menjaga hubungan baik dengan pelanggan yang sudah ada, serta efektif mengelola data pelanggan dan keuangan bisnis pencucian pakaian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi yang menggunakan metode CRM untuk meningkatkan interaksi yang positif dan nyaman dengan pelanggan. Dalam pengembangan sistem ini, bahasa pemrograman seperti PHP dan HTML digunakan, dengan penggunaan database PostgreSQL dan framework Laravel. Hasilnya adalah sebuah sistem informasi yang kompatibel dengan penerapan metode CRM, memberikan kemudahan bagi pelanggan dalam mencari informasi tentang layanan pencucian pakaian. Saran dari penelitian ini adalah untuk terus meningkatkan penggunaan metode CRM agar interaksi dengan pelanggan dapat lebih aktif dan efektif.

Recently, the need for cellular telecommunication services in Indonesia refers to a very large number. This customer growth rate must be balanced with infrastructure development. PT. Telkomsel carries out scheduled maintenance or maintenance activities on BTS devices. Based on these problems, the research carried out by the author aims to find out and understand the repair or repair procedures on computerized BTS devices at PT. Telkomsel, Karawang. The result of the research is that it is known that the application of a computerized system at PT. Telekomunikasi Selular GraPaRi Karawang helps the process of repairing BTS devices in meeting information needs. To monitor damage to BTS equipment, it is done by means of an alarm monitoring system using the iManager u2000 software.

Bank BJB Syariah Karawang provides Loans and KPR. Loans and mortgages are Bank products in which the Bank provides a sum of money to lend to customers, with interest giving, but only a small proportion of them know the interest calculations or called Sharia-Buying when taking credit, whether it is a home loan or vehicle. The methodologi that the authors use in the writing of this thesis include the method of identification and system design. System identification includes organization identification, system running, and problem identification. While the design of the system includes design input output, DFD, ERD, data dictionary and database. Implementation activities in this company has been running well and also has been using computer-based systems, but the technology used is still a technology of the past. In doing the calculation of home loans based on sharia has also been using a computer system. As the authors observe, there are still problems that occur such as recording the margin calculation of each customer that takes a long time, so that will result in errors in the calculation of bank margin that has been established Based on the above matters, the authors argue that to overcome these problems, it is necessary to design and implement an integrated system among related functions in a system using Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 and its database Microsoft SQL Server 2005. With the implementation of the system it is expected that the input process and calculation of margin bank syaiah needed for the future can run smoothly and on time.

The provision of credit / loans by credit-giving institutions, both banks and other financial institutions, is intended as an effort to make a profit, so the lending institution views credit / loans as a reliable source of income or profit. In connection with the issue of credit / loan provision, credit institutions such as PT. BPR Arto Moro Semarang as the party that lends money (creditors) needs to get a guarantee as a condition for the loan that the debtor will receive on condition that he gives interest when repaying the loan. In practice, the obstacles that PT. BPR Arto Moro Semarang, especially for debtors with guarantees by using the Deed of Providing Mortgage Rights (APHT) which is registered with the National Land Agency (BPN), if the credit is jammed and failed to promise, the bank will take the final step in accordance with applicable law, namely implementing execution of mortgage rights through the Office of State Wealth and Auction Services (KPKNL) or through the District Court (PN). The type of research used in this research is normative juridical. Juridical research, is used, among other things, to analyze various legal theories and laws and regulations related to the juridical review of the accounts payable agreement as a principal agreement with guarantees of insurance rights at PT. BPR Arto Moro Semarang. Juridical means that this research emphasizes the science of law. Meanwhile, normative is this research that examines the rules that apply in society. Thus normative juridical is an approach to the study of legal problems from the aspect of applicable legal regulations. The results of this study are: the settlement of bad credit tied to mortgage rights at PT. BPR Arto Moro Semarang after performing credit rescue through 3R (rechedulling, restructuring and reconditioning). Before the execution of mortgage rights is carried out, non-litigation measures by way of selling collateral based on mutual agreement based on paragraph (2) article 20 of the Mortgage Rights Law. During 2018 to 2020 Mortgage Execution can contribute to the settlement of non-performing loans as much as 45% or Rp. 15,731,212,000, - from an amount of Rp. 34,964,970,686, -. Meanwhile, the occurrence of bad credit is due to internal factors: a. Loans not fully channeled for business, b. Business management skills are still lacking, c. Very tight business competition. The sampling technique used the accidental sampling method with a total sample of 100 people. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used to answer the hypothesis is multiple regression.

E-commerce competition in Indonesia makes e-commerce companies compete to develop strategies to win the competition. Customer loyalty is an important factor to lead in the competition. This research focuses on how much influence website service quality has on customer loyalty. This research is also to find out which website quality factors have the most influence on customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as a mediating factor. The factors that influence e-commerce customer loyalty are analyzed using concepts including the dimensions of service quality consisting of (physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy) and Corporate Image as the variable that influences and Customer Satisfaction as the variable that is affected. The sample in this study were 96 respondents. With the sampling method using the purposive sampling method. Bank is a production unit under the organizational structure of a business center in a school. This bank provides services in the form of savings deposit transactions and savings withdrawals. Bank customers are all students in grades ten to twelve along with teachers and employees. The information system required is a web-based school bank information system using the cash basis method so that it can assist in operational activities ranging from recording daily transactions to reporting. The research was conducted using the Research and Development (R&D) method, UML (Unified Modeling Language) modeling, the PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) programming language with the MySQL MariaDB database. The School Bank Accounting Information System is expected to be able to solve the problems that occur in the school bank.

Technology assistance is very helpful for community activities including financial institutions, such as the application of Fintech (Financial Technology). Fintech utilizes technology to improve banking and financial services performed by companies by utilizing software technology. Along with the development, Fintech began to have a negative impact, especially from the money loan service or Fintech Peer to Peer Lending (P2PL). the problem is how is the protection for debtors / customers, such as attempts to intimidate customers who have difficulty paying. The method used in this research is normative juridical, namely research based on secondary data, which is then analyzed qualitatively and presented in a qualitative form.Based on the research results, it can be concluded that protection for debtors or customers who feel disadvantaged can take 5 (five) ways, which are regulated in the Consumer Protection Law, OJK Regulation, ITE Law, BI and Government Regulations. Safeguards in the Consumer Protection Law are accommodated in Article 4. OJK's efforts, in collaboration with Kominfo and AFPI, are that if there is intimidation that is detrimental to the debtor, the debtor can submit a complaint report through the website page provided by the OJK and AFPI. Debtors can also report to the authorities. The ITE Law can be seen in Article 26 of the ITE Law. Efforts made by Bank Indonesia, namely BI to form the Bank Indonesia Fintech Office (BI-FTO) and recommend to follow the existing regulations in PBI No. 16/8 / PBI / 2014 and PBI No 18/17 / PBI / 2016 concerning Electronic Money (PBI E-Money).           Keywords: Financial Technology, Legal Protection, Debtor Efforts

Product distribution is a crucial element of the supply chain system that ensures the smooth flow of goods from producers to consumers at minimal cost and with high reliability. Distribution efficiency not only reduces operational costs but also improves customer satisfaction, market competitiveness, and business sustainability. In the context of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), distribution efficiency becomes even more critical due to limited financial, human, and infrastructural resources. This study aims to analyze the product distribution efficiency of UMKM Kerupuk Jaya Pesona, located in Cinanggung Village, Serang Regency, Banten Province, by applying two classical transportation methods: the North West Corner (NWC) and Least Cost (LC) methods. Both methods were used to determine the allocation pattern that minimizes total transportation cost across three destination regions: Serang, Cilegon, and Pandeglang. The data include three couriers (as supply sources) and three market destinations (as demands), totaling 18,000 product units per distribution cycle. The results show that both NWC and LC methods yield the same total transportation cost of Rp 358,000,000, although their allocation patterns differ. This indicates that the supply–demand and cost structure of the UMKM’s logistics system is balanced. This research concludes that simple optimization methods such as NWC and LC can serve as practical decision-support tools for MSMEs without requiring complex computational models. The study also recommends the application of the Modified Distribution (MODI) method to verify the optimality of the solution and highlights the importance of logistics efficiency in strengthening MSME competitiveness in the digital era.

Digital Business is experiencing rapid growth, including in the online-based food business. The Internet is creating a new face in interactive communication between sellers, consumers and business partners. This allows the company to be able to interact and work together continuously to be able to develop products, marketing, delivery and maximum service to get customer satisfaction. One type of business that is currently growing rapidly and is very popular with customers is food delivery services including go food, grab food and shopee food. This delivery service will increasingly compete according to the response from customers, influenced by the quality of service. The purpose of this study was to find out how service quality affects customer satisfaction, especially in online- based food delivery applications. The research used in this research is quantitative analysis method. The method used is to collect information obtained from questionnaires. Variable indicators were tested for validity and reliability. In testing this validity using the Pearson Correlation approach. The reliability test in this study used Cronbach, Alpha coefficient. The results of the study explain that the service variable partially has a positive effect on customer satisfaction. The influence of service quality provided by service providers and service partners is very well responded by application users.

Blibli.com and JD.ID are examples of many e-commerce in the Indonesian market. E-commerce is one of the creative industries that is approved with the main weapons that rely on creativity and the support they have to utilize more resources.
