Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk, (1) Untuk mendeskripsikan keterampilan menceritakan kembali isi cerita fabel siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 6 Percut Sei Tuan sebelum menggunakan media film animasi. (2) Untuk mendekripsikan keterampilan menceritakan kembali isi cerita fabel siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 6 Percut Sei Tuan setelah menggunakan media film animasi. (3) Untuk mendeskripsikan pengaruh penggunaan media film animasi dalam meningkatkan keterampilan menceritakan kembali isi cerita fabel siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 6 Percut Sei Tuan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 6 Percut Sei Tuan dengan sampel penelitian siswa kelas VII-2  SMP Negeri 6 Percut Sei Tuan sebanyak 32 siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu pilihan kata, lafal, irama, jeda, mimik, gestur dan struktur. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah one group pretest- posttes. Teknik analisi data menggunakan uji persyaratan analisis, uji normalitas, danuji hipotesis. Hasil pretest dalalam penelitian ini adalah sebesar 60,03 dengan kategori cukup. Sedangkan hasil posttest yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini sebesar 75,68 dengan kategori baik. Melalui pengujian hipotesa yaitu 12,13178 > 2,03951 dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan dari media film animasi terhadap keterampilan menceritakan kembali isi cerita fabel siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 6 Percut Sei Tuan.

This research contains an analysis of the components of meaning in typical Tasikmalaya crafts, namely payung geulis, kelom geulis and gamparani. The method used in this research is a qualitative method, which is carried out by describing or describing the reality of the facts contained in the research object. The aim of this research is to clarify the differentiating components of the equivalent or lexicon of payung geulis, kelom geulis and gamparani in Indonesian. The analysis technique in this research uses qualitative descriptive techniques, with data collection techniques using reading, listening, note-taking techniques, apart from that, this research also uses semantic analysis. The objects of this research are payung geulis, kelom geulis and gamparani. Based on the meaning component analysis that we have carried out, we can conclude that there are five lexicons related to the payung geulis. The difference lies in the raw materials for making it, the function of use, and even the shape of the type of umbrella. Apart from that, there are also eight lexicons related to the kelom geulis and gamparani. The difference lies in who the user is, the material it is made from, and the situation of the user.

In principle, pension funds replace employee benefits. Taspen is a pension and insurance program organizer that serves ASN, judges, and civil servants. The source of funding for this pension program comes from the basic salary (gapok), additional basic salary, as well as the last monthly additional basic salary. So in essence, civil servants who have retired can rely on Taspen to manage their pension funds, which will be given in the form of monthly payments in accordance with applicable regulations. So here researchers carry out an analysis to find out what the customers in question are using the pension funds for. Are these funds managed and utilized well? This research uses a qualitative approach. data was collected using the interview method. After all the data has been collected, data analysis is carried out. The data analysis used is non-statistical data analysis. In this research, what is analyzed is the data collected in interview transcripts. Based on the research results, it is known that customers can use pension funds for various purposes, such as living costs. when retiring, investing, purchasing property, or supporting the education of children or grandchildren. Apart from that, customers also manage pension funds by carrying out financial planning, selecting investment portfolios, carrying out evaluations and monitoring, making wise expenditures, carrying out and considering insurance and protection, then consulting with financial experts.

ThisThis study aims to examine financial management and financial accounting systems on the quality of financial reports. Collecting research data using a questionnaire. Questionnaires were delivered to 35 employees of the Office of Manpower and Transmigration of West Sumatra Province. This research is included in quantitative research. The sample was determined using total sampling technique. Data analysis used multiple regression using SPSS 22 software. The results of this study indicate that financial management has a positive effect on the quality of financial reports and the financial accounting system cannot influence the quality of financial reports.

Research conducted in Kampung Buatan II, Koto Gasib District, Siak Regency. This conflict occurs because there is a source of conflict that makes this conflict appear continuously. There are demands for land, the use of wood and environmental damage. This research aims to explore and collect information about social conflict, namely the sources of social conflict that arise between the people of Kampung Buatan II and the plantation company PT. Wahana Subur Sawit Indah (WSSI) vehicle and to find out about the efforts made in the process of resolving social conflicts between village communities and the plantation company PT. Wahana Subur Sawit Indah (WSSI) vehicle. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. With a total of five subjects, they were also involved in the conflict that occurred, then it was the native people of the village who knew about the conflict and felt capable of defining and explaining a process of solving the problem based on existing facts. For data collection used were observation techniques, in-depth interviews and documentation. The theories used are conflict theory and social movement theory. Research in the field found that land conflicts were caused by companies not carrying out obligations that should be fulfilled by the company, as well as the emergence of Timber Utilization Permits (IPK), which then became a debate that led to conflict until now. The community has made various efforts to resolve the conflict, but the company still does not heed the things that have been agreed upon. Oil palm plantation companies and communities are always a record of cases of conflict that always exist and land conflicts are also classic problems and tend to drag on throughout the year.

Research was conducted in Boncah Mahang Village, Mandau District, Bengkalis Regency. This research aims to determine fish gambling activities and interactions between players and spectators in gambling and fish. The activities and interactions that occur involve players and spectators who have relationships within the group. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. With a total of 6 subjects, they are also involved in carrying out activities and interactions in fish gambling, then they are native people of the village who carry out gambling activities and they are able to define and explain a process of how interactions and gambling activities run based on existing facts. To collect data using observation techniques, in-depth interviews and also documentation. The theories used are labeling theory and also Edwin Sutherland's theory of social deviance. Research in the field found that activities and interactions occur due to internal and external encouragement. What is meant by internal encouragement is encouragement that comes from within oneself and external is encouragement that comes from outside oneself, for example being able to carry out gambling activities or gambling interactions due to temporary access to friends. Internal encouragement is encouragement that originates from oneself, for example one's desire to experience entertainment, curiosity, eliminate feelings of loneliness and the urge from within oneself to get the main prize even though it is not certain. The gambling table, which is precisely located in Boncah Mahang Village, is currently still active, therefore gambling activities and interactions between players and spectators are still ongoing and active today and are still ongoing.  

Di era digital saat ini, kemajuan teknologi informasi mengalami pertumbuhan yang pesat. Salah satu perkembangan yang signifikan terjadi dalam bidang kecerdasan buatan (Artificial Intelligence), yang telah diterapkan luas di berbagai sektor, termasuk analisis data dan pengambilan keputusan. Para peneliti di bidang data mining telah menciptakan beragam algoritma klasifikasi yang meningkatkan proses klasifikasi dengan memanfaatkan atribut numerik dan nominal. Klasifikasi adalah suatu proses analisis data yang menghasilkan model untuk mewakili kelas-kelas dalam data tersebut, seperti yang terjadi pada Decision Tree yang digunakan untuk menganalisis klasifikasi dan pola prediksi data serta menggambarkan hubungan antara variabel atribut  dan variabel target  dalam bentuk struktur pohon. Python, sebagai bahasa pemrograman populer dalam pengembangan kecerdasan buatan, menyediakan pustaka dan framework yang mendukung implementasi algoritma Decision Tree. Dengan menerapkan algoritma Decision Tree untuk klasifikasi data evaluasi mobil menggunakan Python, kita dapat memanfaatkan kekuatan AI untuk memberikan solusi efektif dan efisien dalam pengambilan keputusan terkait evaluasi mobil. Menggunakan dataset Evaluation Car dari UC Irvine Machine Learning Repository, hasil penelitian menunjukkan akurasi sebesar 81%. Confusion Matrix dan laporan klasifikasi menunjukkan performa model yang baik dalam melakukan prediksi.

Abstract. This research aims to determine the analysis of employee welfare at the Head Office of the Director General of Taxes, South Jakarta. This research uses a descriptive approach, namely by describing and analyzing the problems found. This qualitative research was obtained by observation, interviews and documentation. Meanwhile, secondary data was obtained through books, previous research and articles related to research. From the results of this research, it can be seen that the South Jakarta tax head office has carried out all existing management stages or cycles, but not all welfare in the prosperous life cycle has been well maintained. This can be seen from the extensive work and information system changes carried out by tax office employees.  

This research aims to determine the method of determining lineage in Islamic law. And to find out the perspective of Islamic law and sharia maqoshid on DNA testing as a determinant of nasab. This research was carried out using library research and paying attention to the field (Field Research). Literature study is a process of searching for various literature, the results of studies related to the research to be carried out. Literature study can be likened to a key that will open everything that can help solve research problems. The research results show that the method for determining lineage in Islamic law is (1) by legal marriage or Fasid marriage, based on the hadith: الوَلَدُ لَلْفِرَاشِ with the meaning of the word firasy being a wife who has been married, (2) method of recognizing lineage or descent, (3) method proof (bayyinah), namely the testimony of two men, or a man and two women. Thus, determining lineage by evidence is stronger than just by confession, because evidence to date is the strongest reason to determine and decide a case, (4) and the tasammu' method. According to Dr. Wahbah al-Zuhaili, determining lineages is permitted through tasammu' as in the law of marriage or wedding night, mendukhul wife, radha', birth and death. And this was agreed upon by the imams of the four schools of thought. That the perspective of Islamic law and maqoshid sharia regarding DNA testing as a determinant of lineage is hifz nasal (protecting offspring). Because the DNA test serves to free him from the accusations leveled against him, and he ensures that the accusations are not true, and proves his child's lineage to his father and this is the child's right, and reassures the husband's soul and erases the doubts in his heart. And a wife who doesn't want to do a DNA test even though her husband urges her is to cover up a certain disgrace, and the maqashid of sharia is hifdul irdh (maintaining self-respect). This is in accordance with the word of Allah SWT in Surah An-Nur verse 19 which shows the recommendation to cover up one's own and other people's disgrace, and to make sure to keep disgrace a secret, as explained by Yusuf Qardawi.

This research aims to find out whether companies fall into the muzakki category in Islamic law. And to find out the basis of the company's zakat obligations according to Islamic law. This research was carried out using library research and paying attention to the field (Field Research). Literature study is a process of searching for various literature, the results of studies related to the research to be carried out. Literature study can be likened to a key that will open everything that can help solve research problems. The results of the research show that companies are included in the muzakki category in Islamic law, from the perspective of wealth that must be paid zakat, either as shakhshiyyah i'tibariyyah or as a substitute (representative) for shareholders. This is in accordance with Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 38 of 1999 concerning Zakat Management, Law Number 23 of 2011 concerning Zakat Management, and the Compilation of Sharia Economic Law. And including the decision of the Third Indonesian Fatwa Commission Ijtima' Ulama in 2009. Wahbah Zuhaili is of the opinion that factories and exploration buildings do not have zakat. The zakat is only on annual profits if it reaches the nishab syar'i and completes one year. And from the point of view of the group that is obliged to pay zakat. Namely Muslim, independent, fully owned, sufficient haul, sufficient nisab. So, a company is not a bukallaf that is burdened with various obligations, including zakat obligations. That the basis for company zakat obligations according to Islamic law is qiyas. Because in general, in corporate zakat there are similarities between activities carried out by companies and commerce, namely by selling or trading the products of a company. And because a company is essentially a business unit whose activity is trading which can take the form of a firm, trading company, CV, cooperative, PT and so on. because it is seen as based on trading or commerce activities. This research aims to understand the concept of a wife's income from an Islamic legal perspective. And to find out whether the husband is obliged to increase his wife's income when the price of household necessities is expensive from an Islamic legal perspective. This research was conducted using library research and paying attention to the field (Field). Research). Literature study is a process of searching for various literature, the results of studies related to the research to be carried out. Literature study can be likened to a key that will open everything that can help solve research problems. The research results show that a wife's maintenance from the perspective of Islamic law is obligatory for husbands who have reached puberty in a virtuous way, namely in a way that is appropriate to their circumstances and abilities, whether they are well off (rich) or not (poor). This maintenance is obligatory on condition that (1) the wife surrenders herself to her husband completely, (2) the wife is an adult and capable of carrying out husband and wife relations, (3) the marriage that takes place includes a valid marriage contract, (4) the husband is not lost in the event of detention The wife is by his side without syar'i permission. The husband is obliged to increase the wife's living when the price of Daruri's needs is expensive from the perspective of Islamic law for a husband who is rich or capable. If the husband is poor, the wife has the right to receive a living just to meet her needs, food and side dishes that are good, and clothes just to meet her needs. If the husband belongs to the mutawasith (middle) group, his income should be looser, and his clothes should also be better. And Daruri's livelihood is (1) living accommodation, even though he is only able to rent a house. The most important thing is that the children and wife do not get hot, don't get caught in the rain, and are protected from the threat of criminals and wild animals. Relating to the wife's right to receive a place to live or the husband's obligation to provide a place to live. And (2) kiswah living means living in the form of clothing or clothing, which includes the costs of physical care for the wife, health care costs, jewelry costs, recreation costs, children's education costs, and other unexpected costs.    

The influence of the theory or understanding of legal positivism and legal utilitarianism affects law enforcement, especially in Indonesia, so that it is known as positive law.  The view of legal positivism in law enforcement is limited to enforcing the sound of laws that emphasize justice in it. Benefit and legal certainty should not be abandoned so that it gives rise to a utilitarianisme view that is more on benefit and legal certainty which is part of law enforcement in Indonesia. That way the author will examine the paradigm between the theory of legal positivism and the theory of legal utilitarianism and how the theory affects law enforcement in Indonesia. These two theories have an influence on law enforcement in Indonesia where legal positivism theory emphasizes justice and legal utilitarianism theory emphasizes legal certainty and expediency. In addition to the benefits of these two theories have weaknesses where the theory of legal positivism is more focused on existing rules while the theory of legal utilitarianism views a psychological approach. So that both of them certainly need the right pull so that the composition of the application in law enforcement in Indonesia can fulfill the principles of law.

This article aims to examine what law enforcement is like in class 1 narcotics crime cases and based on Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 35 of 2009 concerning narcotics which has been proven. This research uses the method. This research was carried out by examining the main problem through a juridicalnormative approach so that in terms of its type, this research is normative legal research. The scope of normative legal research in this research is limited to legal history in the form of court decisions that have permanent legal force against narcotics abusers in the jurisdiction of the Medan District Court.

Abstract. Based on the title mentioned in this research, the aim of this research is to determine the juridical assessment of a power of attorney that was canceled by a notary without the presence of one of the parties and with their consent. This research uses a certain type of normative legal research. Library research was used in the process of collecting data from the items examined in this research. To evaluate and discuss research materials based on law, legal norms, legal theory and legal doctrine that are relevant to the main topic, this research uses a normative analysis approach to obtain the data. The results of this research indicate that the legal consequences of revoking a power of attorney carried out unilaterally by the director of PT Oro Jayanto Perkasa can be declared as an unlawful act. The director's legal responsibility for the revocation of the power of attorney made and signed before a notary is that the defendant is required to pay compensation to the plaintiff. So the government and the DPR should have the ability to test the power of attorney regulations in the Civil Code. and there should be outreach to the community to provide a clear understanding of the requirements that must be met in the handover of power

The research methodology used by researchers in this research is a research and development approach. The researchers in this study used a research plan that combines a three-dimensional model consisting of four different development stages: Define, Design, and Develop. The participants involved in this research were class VIII students of SMP Negeri 1 Teriak. The method used in selecting the sample used a purposive sampling technique. Purposive sampling is a sampling technique that involves deliberate selection based on certain reasons. Researchers use many data collection strategies, including indirect communication tactics and measurement techniques. The data collection methods used in this research include the use of validation sheets, questionnaires, and assessment of mathematical understanding abilities. Based on the results of the discussion in this research, it can be concluded that the level of validity of interactive video learning media in the form of animated videos on relationship and function material based on direct instruction can be classified as valid with a percentage of 85.27%, the level of practicality obtained is 90.58% with very practical and high level criteria. The effectiveness obtained was 80.76% with effective criteria.

This journal discusses visual identity design, especially logos and graphic manual standards for the Sukses Bersama Simpang Village-Owned Enterprise which is implemented in the Merdeka College Competency Program (PKKM). Village Development Students at the East Java "Veteran" National Development University, Visual Communication Design Study Program were assigned to create a new logo design and standard graphic manual for the business entity. This design was carried out by means of direct observation, interviews and data collection through SWOT analysis. The aim of this design is to facilitate the identification of the Sukses Bersama Simpang Village-Owned Enterprise, reflect the institution's values and mission, and improve its image and reputation. Benefits include providing an impression of professionalism, increasing trust, and creating a strong, consistent identity. This program is carried out with the aim of community service carried out in Simpang Village, Prambon District, Sidoarjo Regency

This research aims to reconcile the Deli Serdang Regency Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget Realization Report (APBD). This research uses descriptive research methods and a qualitative approach, examining the potential for solving contemporary problems using data collection, categorization and analysis methodologies. A qualitative approach to describe ongoing phenomena or determine the characteristics of data in the research period, with the aim of answering the main research questions. The results of the research, namely those affecting the APBN for the 2019–2022 Fiscal Year, show that the Deli Serdang Regency Government shows inefficiency in managing state revenues as evidenced by an efficiency ratio of only 80.86 percent. Deli Serdang Regency experienced a significant increase in revenue in the 2019–2022 budget year, in line with the regional government's success in maintaining or exceeding the revenue target from the previous budget year.  

This research aims to determine the planning and succession process in the Medali Mas ikat weaving family business. The research approach used is qualitative descriptive. The types of data used are primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, interviews, documentation. The research results show that the succession process was carried out with careful planning. Children as potential replacements are guided by their parents from childhood to be ready to continue the family business. Apart from that, children are required to go to college to increase their knowledge for managing the family business.

KSPPS Fastabiq Khoiro Ummah Tambakromo branch is one of the KSPPS Fastabiq Khoiro Ummah branch offices located in Tambakromo district, Pati district. The aim of this research is to find out whether the variables of service quality and employee performance affect the satisfaction of members of the KPPS Fastabiq Khoiro Ummah Tambakromo branch. The method used is associative because it aims to determine the cause and effect of two or more variables. The sample was obtained from 100 respondents, savings members of the KSPPS Fastabiq Khoiro Ummah, Tambakromo Branch. The questionnaire method is the sampling technique used. Data is processed using reliability tests, validity, multiple liner regression tests, simultaneous tests. From the results of statistical tests there is a positive and significant influence simultaneously on the variables of service quality and employee performance on KSPPS member satisfaction. Fastabiq Khoiro Ummah Tambakromo branch is proven by an Fcount value of 133,016 and a significance level of 0.000 which is smaller than the significance level of 0.05, because Fcount is greater than Ftable which is 2.36. So it can be decided that the hypothesis is accepted which states that there is a significant influence and simultaneous between service quality and employee performance on member satisfaction of KSPPS Fastabiq Khoiro Ummah Tambakromo branch.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of pressing fish waste flour in the Christmas II market on protein, fat, and energy content. The research method used in this study was a completely randomized design (CRD), which consisted of 4 treatments and 5 replications. The following were performed: P0: Fish waste flour from poultry; P1: Fish waste flour is dried under the sun; P2: Fish waste flour is pressed and dried in the sun; P3: Fish waste flour is pressed in the oven with a temperature of 400C. The research parameters are the content of crude protein, crude fat, and gross energy. The results of this study showed that the effect of pressing fish waste flour on the II Natal market showed that the highest crude protein content was in the P0 treatment (fish waste flour from poultry); Crude fat and gross energy were highest in treatment P1 (fish waste flour dried under the sun). The results of analysis of crude protein in samples of fish meal treatment, it was found that the one with the highest crude protein content was treatment P0 (fish waste flour from poultry) which was 53.07% then treatment P2 (pressed fish waste flour dried under the sun) with an average 43.31% and P3 (pressed fish waste flour in the oven with a temperature of 400C) of 42.66% and the one with the lowest crude protein content was 41.81%, namely treatment P1 (waste fish flour dried under the sun). The lowest percentage of crude fat content was found in treatment P0 (fish waste flour from poultry) which was 0.16% and the highest was in treatment P1 (dried fish waste flour in the sun) which was 2.93% and the highest gross energy was 2,852.46 cal /100g in treatment P1 (fish waste flour drying under the sun), and the lowest was 2,252.63 cal/100g in treatment P0 (fish waste flour from poultry). The results of the analysis of variance for the content of crude protein, crude fat, and gross energy content showed very significant differences (P<0.01) in this study. The results of the test of variance which were very significantly different were then tested further using the honest significant difference (BNJ) follow-up test according to the respective coefficient of diversity.
