This study aims to analyze how the appreciation and application of Indonesian national identity at SMAN 14 Medan on symbols and signs that exist in the school ecosystem and the learning process. The type of research used is qualitative research and the methods used are case study and observation methods. The results of the analysis show that there are several signs and symbols related to the identity of the Indonesian nation both of symbols that are visible in real terms or have visualization, as well as in appreciation of values through behavior and actions, especially symbols and signs related to the Indonesian nation identity in the form of Pancasila and diversity. Symbols and signs related to values of diversity is application of Indonesian language and no discrimination, agent of change team, anti bullying posters in school environment. Symbols and signs related to Pancasila values is there are religious activities, application of 5S everymorning, flag ceremony, group assignment in class, and friday clean.

Philosophy is a method of thinking systematically and critically. In relation to Christian religious education, it must be studied systematically and critically as a basic science so that it can be on par with other sciences that show real benefits for the development of humanity. The author will describe Christian Religious Education as an ontological, epistemological and axiological practice of science. The method used in this research is a literature study approach. Ontologically, Christian religious education must be a strong guide towards the journey of human life so that he is able to exist and exist both theologically and socially. Epistemology talks about knowledge. Epistemologically, the Bible and Jesus are sources of epistemology for Christian religious education. Axiology talks about utility value. The axiological foundation of Christian religious education is a loving humanism that is imbued with Christian values. In other words, axiology can help humanize humans and liberate them from the alienation of their human function in life.

The regulation of the pesantren education system provides a legal guarantee for the continuity of pesantren education in Indonesia. The regulation is expected to be an instrument in realizing superior human beings. Research on the regulatory function of pesantren aims to find out more about the regulation of pesantren. The regulation is dissected to find how the pesantren regulation regulates the entire education system that takes place in the pesantren and then looks for the relationship between the correct regulation and the realization of superior human beings. Using a juridical-normative research approach, this research tries to comprehensively analyze Law No. 18/2019 on Pesantren. Law No. 18/2019 on Pesantren has regulated in detail how pesantren are organized. This research aims to explore how Christian Religious Education Theology plays a key role in shaping the foundation for the development of a modern education system based on Christian principles. This theological foundation includes an understanding of Biblical teachings on education, the role of Jesus Christ as the primary example in education, and the Christian perspective on character formation. Its impact involves the application of Christian moral and ethical values in the educational environment, the formation of personalities based on love, and the development of curricula that integrate knowledge with spiritual values. With the proper understanding and application of Christian religious education theology, modern education can produce individuals who are not only academically intelligent but also have strong moral and spiritual integrity, ready to face the challenges of this era. The purpose of this research is to enable students to understand and grow in Christ, so that they can achieve spiritual maturity and be protected from the negative influences of their environment on their faith. The method used is qualitative, where every observed phenomenon in society is described in detail. Data are collected through observation, books, PDF, journals, and documentation. The results of the research show the importance of teaching the divine aspects of Christ in the curriculum of Christian Religious Education.

This research investigates the relationship between the formation of Christian character and the impact of theology on the teaching of Christian Religious Education (CRE). Considering the fundamental theological principles and character education, this study aims to explore how Christian theology influences the approach to teaching CRE in shaping students' character. The research methodology involves literature review and theological analysis to explore theological concepts relevant to the formation of Christian character, as well as conducting interviews with CRE teachers to understand the application of Christian theology in their teaching practices. The findings highlight the importance of integrating Christian theological teachings, character education principles, and CRE teaching methods. The practical implications of this research emphasize the importance of developing CRE curriculum that reflects Christian values and strengthens the formation of students' Christian character within the formal education context. Thus, this research contributes to understanding the influence of Christian theology on CRE teaching practices in shaping students' Christian character.

It has become an axiom that parents are responsible for their children's education. Parents are the first teachers for children. It is appropriate that since waiting for the birth of a child, even before marriage, prospective parents have planned how to raise and educate their children. The aim of this research is to describe the responsibilities of parents in raising children at an early age based on al-Maragh's interpretation of the Al-Qur'an verse 9 of Surah An-Nisa. This research uses a qualitative research method with a library approach, the main source of information is obtained from reading materials from books, magazines, articles and interpretations of the al-Maragh hadith which contain the thoughts of Imam al-Maragh. Data analysis was carried out through the following stages: data processing (unification), data classification, data interpretation. This research produced several results. First, the Al-Qur'an, Surah Al-Nisa verse 9, contains a warning to every parent that they will be worried and afraid if in the future they have to leave their child in a weak and helpless state. Second, parents are responsible for educating young children. The areas of education that are the responsibility of parents are physical and spiritual education, religious education, and character education.

The aim of this research is to find out how much positive and significant influence Teacher Pedagogical Competence has on the Learning Activeness of Christian Religious Education and Characteristics of Class IX Students at SMP Negeri 2 Muara, North Tapanuli Regency for the 2023/2024 Academic Year. The method used in this research is quantitative with inferential statistical data analysis. The population is all class IX of SMP Negeri 2 Muara, North Tapanuli Regency for the 2023/2024 Academic Year who are Christians, totaling 104 people and a sample of 38 people was determined, namely 35% of the total population. Data was collected using a positive closed questionnaire totaling 36 items, of which 16 questionnaire items were for variable at SMP Negeri 2 Muara, North Tapanuli Regency, Academic Year 2023/2024: 1) Test the analysis requirements: a) positive relationship test, obtained a value of rxy = 0.552 > rtable(=0.05,n=38) = 0.320, thus it is known that positive relationship between variable variable Y. 2) Influence test: a) Test the regression equation, obtained the regression equation Y ̂="26","01"+0.75X. b) Regression coefficient of determination test (r2) = 30.4%. 3) Test the hypothesis using the F test to obtain Fcount > Ftable=(=0.05, dk numerator k=20, dk denominator=n-2=38-2=36) namely 15.74 > 1.51. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.

Morals in the Islamic religion are morals that truly maintain human existence as honorable creatures in accordance with their nature. The existence of morals in a human being to create actions or behavior that are in accordance with the guidance of the Al-Qur'an and the Hadith of the Prophet Muhammad. However, in the current reality, bad moral decadence always adorns the attitudes and behavior of humans today. Even worse, this fact cannot be denied that bad morals are sometimes born and emerge from among Muslims who should be well maintained, reduced manners. , has no manners even towards friends and neighbors. As time goes by, the quality of the existence of noble morals decreases, and if left unchecked, these noble morals will continue to decline and even disappear. Therefore, this research aims to determine the form of good morals towards friends and neighbors. In this writing, the research method used is a literature study-based research method by collecting documents from various journals. The results of this research show that morals towards friends and neighbors in the Qur'an include helping, giving something, visiting sick people, being happy about neighbors' success and giving each other advice. And the point is to do good to friends and neighbors.

Seeking knowledge is an obligation for Muslim. In seeking knowledge, understanding and morals are needed based on religious postulates so that Allah makes it easier for the purpose of seeking knowledge. It is important for Muslims to study the arguments relating to the obligation to study and understand the morals of a student in studying in order to obtain maximum knowledge. The aim of this research is to reveal how a student should have good behavior towards the teacher according to the hadith perspective. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a library approach, the main data sources are reading materials from books, magazines, journal articles and hadith books. The research results show that (1) students must have good intentions, straight because of Allah. Sincere intentions in his heart. The sole intention of learning is because of Allah SWT. (2) Apart from that, a student must also try to improve good morals in his efforts to study. The most important figure as a role model for students to have commendable morals is Rasulullah SAW. Rasulullah SAW is a noble creature.

This research aims to analyze the importance of a growth mindset in Christian religious education as an effort to improve the quality of student learning. This research was conducted using descriptive qualitative research methods. Data was obtained through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis was carried out using several stages such as data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The research results show that education has an important role in developing children's intelligence, mindset and personality. Christian religious education teachers have the responsibility to develop students' mindsets through implementing a Growth Mindset and appropriate teaching strategies. This research concludes that developing a Growth Mindset can help students achieve better academic success and personal development. By having a growth mindset, students see challenges as opportunities to learn and develop and do not respond to them as obstacles. By having a growth mindset, students also have more self-confidence. Based on the research results, it is recommended that Christian religious education teachers continue to strengthen the application of the Growth Mindset in their teaching. In addition, further research can be conducted to observe the effectiveness of the teaching strategies used in developing a Growth Mindset in students.

. This research aims to discuss the risks of early marriage during Covid-19 (case study at the Pohuwato Regency Religious Court). This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive approach where data is obtained through observation, interviews and documentation so that the data obtained is in accordance with conditions occurring in the field. The findings in this research are that the efforts of the Pohuwato Regency religious court in preventing the rise of early marriage have been quite good. This is shown by the number of early marriages in 2021 amounting to 152 people, in 2022 only 87 people and in 2023 72 people, thus the number of early marriages in Pohuwato Regency in the last two years has decreased. Meanwhile, the factors that prevent religious courts from preventing early marriage are caused by promiscuity and the government.

This research aims to find out how the Synoptic book views SLOLA learning media. To answer this problem, it is necessary to conduct research using topical methods after exploring information from the Synopsis book which is used to gain knowledge about learning media. The results of this research revealed that Jesus used this media as a learning tool which aimed to concretize abstract things in physical form, namely: symbols, symbols, signs, paintings/drawings and original tools which were able to streamline and activate a series of learning processes. Learning media is a tool used to channel messages or content of learning material that can stimulate thinking, influence the attention of people who are learning so that the learning process can be made more effective. Juridically in the context of Indonesian law, there are two perspectives that can be used to discuss the need for LGBT legal regulations, namely the customary law perspective and the Islamic law perspective. Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender (LGBT) groups in Indonesia have received significant attention. This research uses normative legal research techniques as its methodology. This research further examines the need for clear legal regulations regarding LGBT. Considering the fact that Indonesia is a legal country where people respect each other's customs and religious beliefs, it can be said that the legalization of LGBT people is not justified. Thus, it is hoped that this research can answer problems that are of concern to the Indonesian people. As well as, it can open insight that legal regulations regarding LGBT in Indonesia are very necessary to achieve benefits, certainty and legal justice.

The digital world is rapidly developing in every aspect of humans life today, long distances feel close and easy to reachs. The impact of digital developments is also felt in religious education in churches and schools. A church that lives and develops in the digital era is required to be able to follow positive currents in responding to developments in Catholic youth ministry work. This digital church ministry work includes distance or online learning in Catechesis which strives for each individual towards maturing in the Christian life. Catechesis distance learning also has challenges and opportunities which are explained in detail in this research.

This article explains how Paul guides the Christian community to live in harmony, respect, and embrace diversity in the Christian faith.

The circulation and misuse of prohibited narcotics in society must be prevented and addressed. These prevention efforts must be strictly implemented in accordance with Law Number 35 of 2009 concerning Narcotics so that the problem of prohibited narcotics does not continue to grow in society as an epidemic that is bad for the development of the country. A number of cases of distribution of prohibited narcotics in prisons continue to be uncovered. Both in correctional institutions in big cities and in other small cities. The method is the same, carried out via cellphone and internet communication. In fact, it is absolutely impossible for a prison inmate to be able to freely use a cellphone and internet connection in a correctional institution. Because communication tools are prohibited items for a prison inmate. Correctional officers also admitted that they often carry out inspections of detention rooms, searching the prison inmates' possessions. The nature of the research used by the author in this law journal is analytical descriptive because this research describes in detail the social phenomena that are the subject of the problem. A descriptive study is intended to provide as precise data as possible about people, conditions or other symptoms. The type of research used in this writing is empirical juridical research, namely research into problems by looking at and paying attention to applicable legal norms connected to existing facts from the problems encountered in the research. Library Research (Library Research). The factors causing the increasing level of narcotics abuse consist of internal and external factors. The internal factors are religious factors and family factors, while external factors consist of economic and educational factors as well as social factors / environmental influences. The Langkat Class II Youth Correctional Institution has carried out both preventive and repressive measures against perpetrators of crimes involving prohibited narcotics, including providing counseling, coaching and arresting both the public and perpetrators of narcotics crimes. The application of legal sanctions against perpetrators continues to refer to the provisions regulated in Law Number 35 of 2009. In general, perpetrators of crimes involving prohibited narcotics in class II youth correctional institutions are users/using prohibited narcotics for their own consumption (addicts) so that sanctions are alleged to be violations of the provisions for users/consumers of prohibited narcotics.
