This study examines the intersection of gender and leadership within public administration, focusing on the barriers faced by women aspiring to leadership roles in government institutions. The research evaluates gender bias, cultural perceptions, and institutional policies that shape women's career progression in public administration. Through case studies and comparative analysis, the study explores how these factors impact women's representation in leadership positions. Findings indicate that despite progress, persistent gender bias and structural limitations hinder women’s full participation in public administration leadership roles, necessitating systemic changes and supportive policies.

This article explores in depth the theological view of Ephesians 4:11-16, which details the role of leadership in ministry in the midst of the dynamics of the digital age. This article provides a strong foundation for understanding the importance of leaders in the development and guidance of trust communities in the era of modern technology. By blending biblical analysis and contemporary perspectives, this article presents the idea that effective ministry leaders in the digital age need to find a balance between spiritual wisdom and technological understanding. Ephesians 4:11-16 opens the door to in-depth reflection on the role and responsibility of ministry leaders in facing the challenges and opportunities of the digital age. Today's leaders are required not only to have solid spiritual wisdom, but also a profound understanding of technology. They need to be able to guide the trust community through the ever-expanding digital world. This article suggests that ministry leaders should blend Bible principles with contemporary understanding of technology. Leaders who can respond wisely to social and technological dynamics will be better able to build and guide their communities. This balance creates room for spiritual growth while remaining connected to the reality of the digital world. Thus, this article stimulates thinking about how service leaders can be effective agents of change in the digital age, by combining intellectual wisdom and technological understanding to empower community beliefs towards sustainable relevance and impact.

This study investigates the role of strategic leadership in influencing organizational performance in Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) across Asia. The research identifies leadership styles that contribute to enhancing the competitiveness and sustainability of SMEs. A quantitative approach was employed to analyze data from SMEs in countries such as Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand. The results suggest that transformational leadership, strategic decision-making, and a focus on employee development are key determinants of performance. The paper concludes by discussing the implications for leaders of SMEs in developing countries and offers policy recommendations to foster SME growth.

Air pollution is not an unfamiliar phenomenon for areas surrounding industries. The Cikoneng area has a wok industry center where the production process produces air pollution fumes. The wok industry center is adjacent to residential houses so that the factory smoke produced has an impact on the health of the surrounding community. Therefore, the targets of counseling are community leaders, health cadres, youth organizations, and residents who live around the industrial area. The purpose of this empowerment activity is to increase community knowledge, awareness, and creativity towards planting Sansevieria plants with the kokedama technique to maintain environmental health around the wok industry. The material was given using the lecture method with the help of power point media and leaflets. While the practice of planting Sansevieria with kokedama technique uses lecture and simulation methods. The Wilcoxon test was used to measure the level of knowledge of participants from the pre-test and post-test results which could show a difference in results before and after providing material with asymp. Sig (2-tailed) of 0.002, it can be concluded that there is an increase in knowledge in participants who take part in counseling activities. It is hoped that the people of Jetak Hamlet can minimize air pollution generated from the wok industry process by planting Sansevieria plants.

Employee performance at the P2KBP3A Service is not optimal, which can be seen from the delays in completing work and the work results achieved are not in accordance with the established standards. Then the performance of these employees is also influenced by the merit system which is not optimal, which is caused by the fact that ASN are still found not showing their professionalism in serving the community and an attitude of underestimating work arises because they realize that they have the abilities and expertise that are highly expected and are the mainstay of the leadership. Employee performance is also influenced by motivation which is not optimal, this is caused by the lack of dedication and loyalty of employees in working even though they have received a decent salary and the level of promotion for employees who excel is not optimal. This study aims to study, find out, and analyze (1) The effect of the merit system on the performance of employees at the P2KBP3A Service of Ciamis Regency. (2) The effect of motivation on the performance of employees at the P2KBP3A Service of Ciamis Regency. (3) The effect of the merit system and motivation on the performance of employees at the P2KBP3A Service of Ciamis Regency. This type of research is an explanatory survey, while the technical data analysis is validity test, reliability test, descriptive statistics, Inductive Statistical Analysis (Inferential) with Multiple Regression. The results of the study inform that (1) The merit system has a positive effect on employee performance at the P2KBP3A Office of Ciamis Regency. This means that if the merit system is improved, then employee performance at the P2KBP3A Office of Ciamis Regency will also increase. (2) Motivation has a positive effect on employee performance at the P2KBP3A Office of Ciamis Regency. This means that if motivation is improved, then employee performance at the P2KBP3A Office of Ciamis Regency will also increase. (3) The merit system and motivation have a positive effect on employee performance at the P2KBP3A Office of Ciamis Regency.

The role of the teacher in the management of the classroom, as reflected in Hebrews 10:24-25, was the primary foundation of education in the PAUD Rehobot Seed Cikeas Bogor. The role of the teacher is not only as the enforcer of learning, but also as the holder of social roles that influence student behavior. In this context, the teacher's role consists of a variety of actions that include assistance, encouragement, responsibility, and classroom management skills. As a class leader, the teacher is responsible for organizing a conducive learning process. They prepare teaching materials, organize classrooms, and use appropriate learning media to enhance students' skills. Not only that, teachers also act as motivators that encourage students to develop their potential. At PAUD Rehobot Seed Cikeas Bogor, the application of the teacher's role in classroom management has had a positive impact. Teachers pay attention to the obstacles that students face individually, give personal attention, and organize additional learning sessions after formal lessons. They use a variety of learning media, including visual audio, to enrich the student's learning experience. In addition, teachers also play an active role in advising and encouraging students to improve their learning performance.The overall role of this teacher is not only limited to the formal aspects of learning, but also includes a deep personal relationship with the student. This approach allows the teacher to strengthen moral values and facilitate the student's holistic development.Thus, the role of the teacher in the management of the classroom, inspired by the principles in Hebrews 10:24-25, not only optimizes the formal learning-teaching process, but also enriches personal interaction and values in education in PAUD Rehobot Seed Cikeas Bogor.

This research was motivated by the lack of internal employee communication, resulting in decreased employee performance. This study aims to determine internal communication at HW Hotel Padang. This type of research is descriptive research with quantitative data with survey methods. The population in this study was all employees of HW Hotel Padang, totaling 45 people with a sampling technique using total sampling. The data in this study used primary data and secondary data. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire that is arranged before. Instrument trials use validity tests and reality tests. The data was analyzed using SPSS program version 25.00. The results of this study are the results of respondents' achievements in the downward communication dimension (74%) categorized as good, which concluded that leaders almost all the time give orders to employees to do every task but the attitude of superiors when providing information is not right. The results of respondents' achievements in the upward communication dimension (63.85%) are categorized as sufficient, where employees almost routinely submit reports after doing work, it's just that employees have little difficulty conveying aspirations about work-related matters. The results of respondents' achievements on the diagonal communication dimension (79.95%) are categorized as good, where employees as a whole are responsible for the work given, it's just that sometimes employees find it difficult to understand the message given.

The reasons why Christians find it difficult to mature spiritually include: 1) slowness to listen, 2) feeling that they already know, 3) hardening their hearts against God's words, 4) believing because they only want to get blessings, and 5) their first love for God has faded. The purpose of this research is to study and understand the efforts made by Christians in improving their spiritual life and the benefits are to provide better insight and understanding of effective practices in improving the spiritual life of Christians. Furthermore, the research method used by this author is a descriptive qualitative research method through library research related to "How Believers Improve Spirituality". In addition, the focus of discussion in this study is to provide understanding to believers in improving spirituality through prayer, reading the Bible, worship, and participating in church services. This research can also provide valuable input for churches and spiritual leaders in providing more effective mentoring and teaching for the spiritual growth of the congregation.

This research is entitled Community Participation in Development Planning in Trikora Village, Benawa District, Yalimo Regency. Community participation in Trikora Village, Benawa District, Regency is still very lacking. Because if you look at the level of participation such as thoughts, skills, goods and money, it is still very lacking, but participation in terms of community energy is very enthusiastic. Apart from that, the main factors that influence the level of community participation are age level, length of stay, intensity of interaction and type of leadership.The results of this research are that there are five levels of community participation in village development, namely thought, energy, expertise, goods and money. The participation that can be carried out by the community is participation in terms of thinking, because in other matters the people of Trikora village are still very limited in their abilities. There are two factors that influence the level of community participation in development in Trikora Village, namely internal and external which are described by age level, length of stay, intensity of interaction, and type of leadership. The age level of the community in Trikora village greatly influences the low level of participation, the length of stay is also very influential because it is directly related to the community's emotional ties to where they live. The intensity of interaction also influences low participation in Trikora village and the level of autocratic leadership makes people reluctant to participate in developing Trikora village.

Mother is a leader figure in a family who is in charge of managing family healthy food needs. The knowledge about hygienic food for the Family Welfare Coaching Mothers at Dasa Wisma Kalongan Kulon, Tasikmadu is still limited, because many of them come from poor families and have less educational background so that the basic knowledge of the family is not maximal (less attention). This community service activity aims to improve understanding of family welfare coaching mothers to know healthy and hygienic food, to improve understanding of family welfare coaching mothers about healthy and hygienic food characteristics and to improve awareness to society not to buy food at random. The method of counseling is done by lecturing method and explanation about healthy and hygienic food and contamination or contamination of bacteria in siomai sauce from peddlers with media poster and power point. The results of community service activities are family welfare coaching mothers understand about healthy and hygienic food and food contaminated or contaminated with bacteria, especially in siomai sauce. This study aims to find out how the implementation of the traditional traditions of noble marriages in Rubit Village and the perspective of the Catholic religion on noble marriages. This research method was carried out with a qualitative descriptive approach. The data sources used are primary data sources and secondary data sources. The informants involved in this research were the traditional leaders of Rubit Village, community leaders and the parish priest of the Holy Cross of Koangrotat. Data collection techniques used are observation techniques, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data collection, data reduction, drawing conclusions and verification. The research results obtained are that noble marriage is the most respected marriage because it contains the most noble and sacred values ​​to maintain human dignity. So that noble marriage is processed in an open, orderly and respectable manner and is planned based on the perspective of custom and religion. The perspective of the Catholic religion on noble marriages is that marriages are considered sacred because in noble marriages the rite of opening the veil is performed which is a symbol that the couple has not lived together.

This research aims to analyze the impact of organizational culture and motivation on employee performance in the work environment. Organizational culture includes the values, norms, and beliefs that shape the identity of an organization, while motivation refers to the internal and external drives that drive individuals to achieve their goals. This research uses a quantitative approach through surveys and statistical data analysis to determine the relationship between organizational culture, motivation and employee performance. The research results show that a strong and positive organizational culture can increase employee motivation, which in turn contributes to improving their performance. Factors such as leadership, organizational communication, and recognition of achievements also play a key role in influencing the relationship between organizational culture, motivation, and employee performance. The managerial implications of these findings include the importance of building an organizational culture that supports and motivates employees to achieve organizational goals.

The study discussed in this study is a library study that seeks to present descriptively with methods of qualitative and library research, i.e. library-based research, in the process of data collection, researchers conduct research and analyze library sources obtained from the theories of literary books. (library research). The result of the study of the library obtained there was a gap between the desired idealism and the reality in its implementation; 1) Islamic law idealism offers principles that are fair, fair, and based on Islamic moral values. However, in the reality of its implementation, there are challenges that result in the gap between such idealism and reality. Factors such as varied social, political, cultural, and interpretation of Islamic teachings affect the gap between idealism and the reality of the Islamic law. These factors can hinder the implementation that corresponds to the desired idealism. 3) The impact of the gap between idealism and the reality of Islamic law is visible in societies, where there is sometimes an inconsistency between public expectations of fair implementation and realities that do not meet those expectations. This can lead to dissatisfaction, injustice, and social tension. 4) To overcome this gap, efforts involving various parties are needed, including religious leaders, Islamic law scholars, legal practitioners, and the general public. In this regard, a deeper understanding of Islamic teachings, the strengthening of justice institutions, the involvement of society in the process of law-making, and the promotion of dialogue and understanding between groups can be effective measures. Building understanding and cooperation between religious leaders, Islamic law scholars, and legal practitioners with the general public is key in strengthening the implementation of Islamic Law in accordance with desired idealism. It is essential for the implementation of Islamic law to justice, sustainability, and well-being for society.

This research aims to investigate the impact of empowerment dimensions on team member performance in an organizational context. Empowerment is measured through the dimensions of autonomy, competence, participation and responsibility. The research method used was a questionnaire survey given to team members in various organizations. The collected data was analyzed using statistical techniques to identify the relationship between empowerment dimensions and team member performance. The results of this research can provide insight for managers and organizational leaders in improving team performance through optimizing empowerment dimensions.

The story of Joshua's leadership in the Bible provides valuable insight for modern church leaders. Through vision analysis, relational leadership, handling challenges, conflict management, and Joshua's mentoring, this paper explores leadership principles that can be applied in today's spiritual ministry. Case studies and interviews with church leaders provide concrete examples of the application of these principles in practical contexts. The relevance of Joshua's leadership strategy in facing contemporary dynamics and the need for contextual adjustments is explained. The conclusion states that Joshua's story provides a foundation for inspired and practical church leadership, promoting the continuity of spiritual ministry in changing times.

This research discusses the role of integration of leadership models, influence tactics, and the application of power in an organizational context. Effective leadership requires not only strong leadership skills, but also the ability to combine intelligent influence tactics and the appropriate application of power. The integration of these three elements is considered crucial in forming optimal organizational results. This research uses a literature analysis approach and empirical study to explore the relationship between integrated leadership models, influence tactics, the application of power, and their impact on organizational performance. The findings of this study highlight the importance of aligning leadership strategies with effective influence tactics and the judicious exercise of power to achieve desired organizational goals. Practical implications and recommendations for organizational leaders and managers are also discussed.

The background about the truth of educators and learners in the philosophy of Islamic education is based on the fundamental principles of Islam and its philosophical views. The Islamic philosophy of education emphasizes the importance of education as a means of achieving the ultimate goal of mankind, which is to approach God, to attain wisdom, and to build a just and moral society. The extent of the Quran in the concept of education has prompted the author to dig one of these concepts, for that in this study the author will try to expose a little about one of the concepts such, that is, that relates to the subject of education in the hope of being able to better understand how subjects of education according to the Quran. While in particular, the educators in the perspective of Islamic education are the people who are responsible for the development of pupils by seeking to develop all potential pupils, both affective, cognitive, and psychomotor potential in accordance with the values of the teachings of Islam. While pupils are subjects and objects of education that require guidance of others (educators) to help direct and develop the potential that they have. The relationship between the teacher and the student gives each other inseparable roles, the task of the educator is to help the student to be able to adapt to himself and the various challenges of his life, while the role of the pedagogue is as a leader and educator in a society and at the same time as a member of the community, so that the teacher or educators are required in improving their duties and roles. The Surabaya Mengajar Program is designed to improve students reading, writing and arimathic skills. This program prepare students to face future challenges and become effective leaders. This program involes student from various universities in Surabaya. Before the program start, students and supervisors coordinate/brief. They visit, namely to take part in the Surabaya Mengajar Program. After observations on September 4 2023, the Surabaya Mengajar Program activities were immediately carried out te next day, namely on September 5 2023. One of the benefits of participacing in this program is that student get the opportunity to communicate and interact with many people, as well as knowing the latest learning and teaching systems in the Merdeka Curriculum. Student also gain insight into office administration at SDN Kendangsari IV/279 Surabaya. The Surabaya Mengajar 4 program aims to improve student literacy and numeracy in schools. This program also provide many benefit for student who take part in this program. Students get the opportunity to learn and develop their skills in their skills in their field. Students also have to the oppurtinity to collaborate with teachers at schools and improve the quality of education at school.
