This research method was carried out with a qualitative descriptive approach. The data sources used are primary data sources and secondary data sources. The informants involved in this research were the traditional leaders of Rubit Village, community leaders and the parish priest of the Holy Cross of Koangrotat. Data collection techniques used are observation techniques, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data collection, data reduction, drawing conclusions and verification. The research results obtained are that noble marriage is the most respected marriage because it contains the most noble and sacred values ​​to maintain human dignity. The results of the study confirm that the management of educational facilities and infrastructure is a process that aims to manage and utilize all educational facilities and infrastructure effectively. The importance of infrastructure management is reinforced by views derived from verses of the Qur'an. The purpose of the management of educational facilities and infrastructure is to ensure that educational institutions are able to provide services professionally so that the learning process can take place effectively and efficiently. While in particular, the educators in the perspective of Islamic education are the people who are responsible for the development of pupils by seeking to develop all potential pupils, both affective, cognitive, and psychomotor potential in accordance with the values of the teachings of Islam. The focus is on the concept and use of BSC as a strategic management tool without emphasis on specific research. The implementation of BSC is described as a holistic approach that allows companies to measure and manage their performance through four main perspectives: financial, customer, internal processes, and learning and growth. In discussing the application of the BSC, this paper highlights how this framework helps companies to reconcile strategic objectives with operational actions. An in-depth understanding of each BSC perspective is provided, with a particular focus on how non-financial aspects can support improved long-term financial performance. Cases of BSC use in companies as illustrative case studies are also included to provide a practical overview. The results show that the implementation of BSC can guide companies in achieving strategic balance, enabling management to make more informed and comprehensive decisions. The practical and strategic implications of implementing BSC without specific research are outlined as a potential guide for companies seeking to improve their financial performance through a balanced and integrated approach.

However, copyright restrictions result in limited protection, which is why it is important to understand how industrial designs can provide broader protection. Through industrial design registration, creators can secure exclusive rights to their fashion designs, preventing unauthorized duplication. This legal protection also helps create a fair business environment and fuels the growth of the fashion industry. By recognizing the economic and creative value of fashion design, the law plays a role in encouraging investment and innovation in the sector. Therefore, a deep understanding of the role of law in the intellectual protection of fashion design is crucial for interested industry players, creators and users.

Human resources owned by a company are an important key to the running of a company which includes the role of managing and utilizing employees to spur employee morale.  The purpose of this study was to assess employee performance using the balanced scorecard method at PT Dolphin Food & Beverage Tangerang. This research uses non-statistical quantitative methods with a sample of 3 employees with data collection in the form of interviews. Data analysis techniques using a comparative approach that is by comparing between performance appraisal conducted by PT Dolphin Food & Beverage Tangerang with performance appraisal based on Balanced Scorecard expressed descriptively. The results of this study indicate that the use of the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) method has a positive impact on employee performance appraisal at PT Dolphin Food & Beverage Tangerang through the perspective of the balanced scorecard. Compared to the Management by Objectives (MBO) method, the application of Balanced Scorecard at PT Dolphin Food & Beverage Tangerang shows many advantages. BSC provides a broader approach by taking into account its four main perspectives, resulting in a clearer picture of employee performance.

This study adopts a qualitative descriptive methodology to explore students' comprehension of hybrid learning within higher education contexts. The participants of this study are first-semester English students enrolled at Widya Karya Catholic University. The research aims to offer valuable insights into pedagogical discourse and the implementation of hybrid learning strategies within higher education institutions. By shedding light on students' perspectives and experiences, this research endeavors to contribute significantly to the advancement of pedagogical practices and the refinement of hybrid learning methodologies in higher education settings.

The method of writing this article is based on literature review by conducting an in-depth review of books, commentaries and writings on bank interest, usury and related matters. The purpose of this paper is to find out the interpretation of usury and the opinions of scholars regarding bank interest law and to analyze the negative impact that the interest system has on the economy.
