The focus of this service is centered on developing a system that facilitates the recapitulation process of labor-related data. The main purpose of this service is to provide technological solutions that facilitate the management of labor data and improve information transparency at the Samarinda City Manpower Office. The research method adopted involves a survey of user needs, an in-depth analysis of the recap process, as well as the application of the Laravel Framework to build a responsive and accessible web platform.

This training plays a crucial role in providing training to 37 participants in Nagari Bukit Batabuah, Agam Regency. It focuses on micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) in the region. Pre-training needs analysis helped the community service team understand the challenges faced by the partners and identify their primary needs. Survey data indicates that the majority of participants have been actively involved in various business sectors, with many already owning their businesses. Income analysis suggests income variation, with most participants falling into the middle and upper-middle-income categories. In the context of digital marketing, Shopee emerges as the primary platform chosen by participants, while diversification through WhatsApp Business, Facebook, and Instagram is also evident. This training provides a deep understanding and practical skills to MSME entrepreneurs, assisting them in developing effective marketing strategies and leveraging the full potential of online media for business growth

The present study was conducted during school closure during the pandemic period, from 2020 to 2022. This study aims to explore teachers’ responses to the difficulties in using the online platform, and how teachers cope with the challenges in running online classes. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques included interviews, observations, and document analysis. The study participants were seven junior high school teachers in Mataram, West Nusa Tenggara. They had mixed work experiences. The results of the study showed that teachers responded differently to the demand for teaching using an online platform. Most teachers conducted online classes on a pro forma basis in order to comply with government policies. They viewed themselves unprepared to participate in online classes. The study also found teachers’ difficulties in teaching online classes due to students’ lack of adequate knowledge, skills and motivation in utilizing the online platforms provided by their schools. The study concludes that there is a need for comprehensive training and support for teachers to effectively adapt to online teaching methods. Additionally, it suggests that schools should invest in improving students' digital literacy skills to enhance their engagement and success in online learning environments.

The business world is a zone of uncertainty, to survive we must have value or competitiveness. One strategy to increase competitiveness is to adapt to current developments. In this digital era, we can use e-commerce marketing media as a place to sell. Apart from marketing and sales media, there is also an important thing that attracts customers, namely packaging. A common problem that occurs in the business world in this era of digitalization is not being able to adapt to technology, this is also an obstacle for the business world today. So the aim of this community service activity is to provide assistance and guidance in using the online e-commerce sales platform. Apart from that, to increase product value we will provide insight into packaging design with the ultimate goal for business actors to increase productivity and profitability of course. In this case, the method used is direct counseling and guidance at the Cyqul Food business location in Harjamekar Village, North Cikarang. Guiding the use of e-commerce and developing packaging design is very necessary to improve business.

Implementing innovative business models has been the key to success for many start-ups in the e-commerce industry. One example is the Bukalapak application which has achieved extraordinary success in a relatively short time. In this abstract, we will discuss the implementation of an innovative business model that is behind Bukalapak's success in facing fierce competition in the e-commerce industry. Bukalapak is an electronic trading platform that is one of the main players in the Indonesian market. In an effort to win competition in this tight industry, Bukalapak has implemented several innovative business models that differentiate itself from its competitors. This feature is different from other e-commerce platforms because it bridges gold trading directly between consumers without intermediaries. This provides additional flexibility and security for consumers who wish to invest or transact with gold. Bukalapak's success in implementing this innovative business model has been proven through the growth of active users of its application, increased transaction turnover, and increased market value. This success reflects the importance of implementing innovative business models in facing competition in the current e-commerce industry.

Online gambling has the meaning of gambling that can be done through online platforms such as sites or online game applications that have the smell of gambling. With the convenience due to technological developments, it has also become easier for people to do online gambling. Online gambling as one of the negative technological developments in the electronics sector needs to be addressed from various angles because the impact is returned to its users, especially teenagers. The characteristics of adolescents who gamble online vary, so the purpose of this study is to describe the characteristics of adolescents who gamble online. The type of research used is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The data collection used is to distribute a checklist of observations related to the description of the characteristics of online gambling. The results of the study of 30 respondents to the Characteristics of Online Gambling in Adolescents showed that the respondents who did online gambling on average graduated from high school as many as 18 respondents (60%), were male (93.3%), with an age range of at most 20 -22 years (66.7%), the type of gambling played is higgs domino (73.3%), and gambling using capital from their own work (93.3%). Many teenagers consider online gambling behavior normal.

Focusing on computer literacy, technological proficiency, and sociocultural influences, our qualitative descriptive approach seeks to unveil the intricate dimensions of contemporary maritime education. The assessment of computer literacy reveals varying competencies, urging the need for a tailored curriculum. While basics like office software and digital navigation are strong, disparities in data analysis proficiency call for targeted interventions. The implications highlight the necessity for a stratified curriculum, ensuring a comprehensive skill set in line with modern maritime demands. Cadets overwhelmingly endorse technology's role in enhancing education, signalling a paradigm shift. Positive attitudes towards online resources, digital simulations, and e-learning platforms advocate for an institutional embrace of cutting-edge tools. Recommendations focus on faculty development and increased technology integration, promising an enriched pedagogical landscape. The exploration of sociocultural influences uncovers a delicate balance between tradition and the necessity of English proficiency. Nuanced strategies are essential to integrate diverse cultural backgrounds. Recommendations call for cultural awareness initiatives and language support programs, aligning the institution with the global orientation of maritime education. In qualitative insights, cadets express a collective desire for a more intentional curriculum, particularly in incorporating cultural perspectives. This aligns with the broader scholarly discourse advocating for holistic education. Proposed avenues include workshops, seminars, and collaborations with cultural experts, providing a roadmap for curriculum development congruent with the diverse needs of Semester 1 cadets. This research, rooted in rigorous academic inquiry, serves as a guide for the Maritime Institute, steering its trajectory towards producing technologically adept professionals who are equally culturally astute, ready to navigate the complex global maritime landscape.

The rapid development of e-commerce technology demands the adoption of efficient and reliable payment systems to enhance user experience. This research aims to analyze the quality of smart payment system performance in the context of e-commerce business. The analytical method used includes evaluating the reliability, responsiveness, transaction speed and security of the smart payment system. This study involved a survey of a number of e-commerce customers who use the smart payment system, with a focus on their perception of the quality of system performance. In addition, data collection is carried out by analyzing transaction times, failure rates and transaction security through smart payment systems used by several leading e-commerce platforms. The research results show that the reliability of the smart payment system has a significant impact on e-commerce user satisfaction. Additionally, responsiveness and transaction speed play an important role in ensuring optimal user experience. The security factor is also a critical aspect in increasing user trust in the smart payment system. This research provides valuable insights for e-commerce service providers and payment system developers to improve and optimize the performance quality of their smart payment systems. The implications of these findings can be used as a basis for developing better strategies in improving the efficiency and reliability of electronic payments in e-commerce businesses.

Karya Karsa application is one of the important platforms in providing diverse services to users in various fields. This article analyzes the quality of services provided by the application with a focus on user satisfaction, ease of use, response from service providers, as well as direct evaluation of user interaction with the application. This research was conducted through an online survey of Karya Karsa application users and direct application usage analysis. The survey results showed the satisfaction of most users with the services provided, but also highlighted areas of improvement related to the user interface that needs to be more intuitive. Analysis of application usage revealed good transaction speed, but showed potential improvements in response to users during peak hours. Recommendations focus on improving the user interface, enhancing the infrastructure and responsiveness of the application, and improving customer support. It is expected that the implementation of these recommendations will improve the service quality and user experience of the Karya Karsa application, strengthening its position as a reliable platform for the community to access the services provided.

Increasingly sophisticated technological developments can be used for business development. The most obvious impact is being able to increase sales, because digital marketing is a marketing medium that has a huge influence. The general aim of this research is to educate about the impact of digital marketing on sales volume for MSMEs in Mojopilang village. Therefore, we, students of the Real Work Lecture (KKN) at Mayjen Sungkono University, Mojokerto, are providing education to youth youth organizations in Mojopilang village about implementing digital marketing through the Shopee platform and other social media as a tool for marketing bamboo crafts in Mojopilang village. Because basically many of the human resources in Mojopilang village are old, so only the younger generation are able to implement digital marketing like this. From the research results, it is known that digital marketing still needs to be educated and taught to youth organizations to make it easier for business people to market bamboo craft products.

In the era of technology, it requires everyone to always be ready to utilize all technology-based media for both work and communication. Especially for academics, in last semester students at Universitas PGRI Madiun to produce graduates who are smart, competitive and have entrepreneurial skills. To achieve this mission, before graduating, students are equipped with skills in understanding competencies in the field of information technology with training and IT competency tests using the GMetrix and Certiport platforms as internationally recognized exam service provider portals in the IT field. The team uses blended methods for implementing this service activity. The final result of this IT training and mentoring activity was that 80% of the total + 1039 participants successfully passed with a very good score of 700-800 and a minimum passing point of 700. Proof of graduation is in the form of an international standard certificate in the IT field.

This research explores the low political participation of students in the Faculty of Social Sciences at the State University of Medan in conveying their aspirations to the government. Characteristics of a democratic country highlight the active involvement of its citizens in political activities, including student political participation. Student organizations are considered small entities similar to the government. The literature review involves definitions of democracy, forms of democracy, and political participation. The research method uses a quantitative and descriptive approach with data collection through questionnaires and interviews. The research findings indicate that the majority of students rarely or never convey their aspirations, driven by a lack of confidence that their aspirations will be responded to. Respondent profiles show a majority from the Geography department and with student registration numbers from the year 2022. Factors influencing low participation include lack of trust, low awareness, and lack of support from student organizations. Recommendations include increasing courage, organizational support, student awareness, interdisciplinary networks, innovation, easily accessible communication platforms, and active government engagement. This research provides in-depth insights and offers recommendations to enhance student participation in conveying political aspirations.

In the digital era, Islamic religious education (PAI) is faced with the challenge of attracting the learning interest of the millennial generation who are accustomed to technology. This article explores the potential of using digital media as an innovative strategy to increase interest in learning PAI in the millennial generation. This approach includes the use of mobile applications, interactive learning videos, and online platforms specifically designed to provide an engaging learning experience that suits the learning styles of the millennial generation. By understanding the characteristics of the millennial generation who tend to be responsive to technology, the application of digital media in PAI classes can create a more dynamic and relevant learning atmosphere. In addition, this article explains how the integration of digital media can stimulate discussion and active participation of students, building connections between PAI material and the daily life context of the millennial generation. The successful use of digital media to increase interest in learning PAI in the millennial generation requires an active role from educators in designing interesting content, facilitating online interactions, and continuing to apply innovation in learning approaches. Thus, this article not only discusses the positive impact of using digital media in increasing interest in learning PAI in the millennial generation, but also provides practical guidance for educators to implement it effectively in the educational environment.

This research is driven by business networks that are developing in the business world and giving rise to intense commercial competition. To answer this, the author conducted research on the business network carried out by Say Risolle MSMEs involving distributors, e-commerce and consumers. The aim of this research is to find out what the founders of Say Risolle did in building their business network and to study how Say Risolle was marketed. This research was conducted directly with the founder of Say Risolle who is also the author of this research. This research examines how the business network implemented by pioneer Say Risolle for product development starts from marketing until the product is marketed to consumers. This research uses qualitative methods, specifically observing Say Risolle's operational areas at the location level, actors, commercial activities and marketing strategies that will be carried out by Say Risolle through the e-commerce platform.

Social media is not only a means of communication, but also influences the thinking patterns, behavior and social interactions of the younger generation. Thus, a deep understanding of the influence of social media on the character of today's youth is very important in the context of social and cultural development. This journal investigates the impact of social media use on youth character in the contemporary era. This research uses quantitative and qualitative methods to analyze the behavior, values, and self-perceptions of young people who are influenced by their interactions on social media platforms. The results show that intense exposure to social media can influence character formation, both positively and negatively. The psychological and social implications of social media use in today's youth are the main focus in this journal, providing in-depth insight into the role of social media in shaping the identity and character of the younger generation.

Digital Population Identity (IKD) is a digital-based location data innovation through a mobile application with a photo or QR Code. The government's objective is to reduce the physical prints of KTP as well as the use of blank KTP-el in the hope of administrative efficiency. ICT is integrated with health services, education, banking, and taxation, facilitating public access in the era of technological development. However, in remote areas, limited internet access and minimal socialization raise concerns about the security of digital identity data being considered. Social media, especially YouTube, is a channel platform used by the public to convey opinions, opinions and comments about ICTs. So that's why sentimental analysis is needed using the Naive Bayes algorithm to help understand public opinion. The tests were conducted using Orange on 1,561 data showing accuracy, precision, recall, and F1 above 90%. The results of this analysis can serve as a guide for staff in interacting with the community for the implementation of Digital KTP through IKD, as well as improving services regarding the applications provided.

Abstract. Abstract. This journal discusses Canva, an online platform that provides many templates and images for creating presentations, infographics and documents. In learning Japanese at SMA Negeri 1 Candung, Canva can be used as a tool to develop student creativity and combine Japanese language knowledge with technology. Using Canva in learning Japanese at SMA Negeri 1 Candung has several benefits, namely: Helping students develop creativity. Canva allows students to create interesting and unique presentations, infographics and documents. Students can use images, fonts and themes that are appropriate to the material being studied. Canva can be used to create posters, flyers and brochures that convey information in Japanese. Canva allows students to learn graphic and design techniques. Students can practice technical competence in using the Canva application to create professional and attractive presentations, infographics and documents. To work collaboratively in practicing Japanese language competence. Students can train collaborative competencies in creating presentations, infographics and documents that convey information in Japanese together, train digital literacy competencies in using the Canva application to conduct research or convey information in Japanese digitally. Using Canva in learning Japanese in high school can be done online or offline, depending on the student's needs and conditions.

This study examines the impact of pricing strategy and service quality on customer preferences on the Shopee e-commerce platform. This study's methodology, which included a quantitative approach and primary data from a questionnaire, identified 33 Shopee users in Tasikmalaya. An analysis using SPSS confirms that the two factors mentioned above—price strategy and service quality—contribute about 40.5% to consumers' preferences for fashion products on Shopee. Even though price strategy has a significant relationship, service quality has a stronger and more positive impact on customer preferences. Implicitly, it is crucial for e-commerce businesses to improve the quality of their services while meticulously developing price phase strategy to make it more in line with customer preferences. All of this offers advantages for the e-commerce business in developing strategies to meet customer needs in an increasingly competitive market.

The rapid development of science and technology has led to the emergence of various crimes that violate the law by utilizing technology, for example the Doni Salmanan binary option fraud case, which uses the quotex and flexing platforms on social media to influence the public so that they are interested in trading. This relates to forensic linguistics which analyzes the relationship between language and the field of law. This study aims to 1) understand the utterances used by Doni Salmanan to influence someone from a pragmatic perspective of speech acts, 2) understand the meaning of the language used by Doni Salmanan from a semantic perspective, 3) examine how the relationship between the language used by Doni Salmanan and violations in the world of law . The method used in this study is a qualitative method, data collection techniques in the form of documentary studies, and using a forensic linguistic approach from the pragmatic and semantic perspectives of speech acts. The results of this study concluded that Doni deliberately spread hoax news, flexing and charity with the aim of convincing and motivating members that his current wealth is the result of trading. From a pragmatic point of view, the speech delivered by Doni Salmanan contains illocutionary and perlocutionary meanings. Meanwhile, from a semantic point of view, it can be concluded that binary options trading does not have a definite profit and the teaching method may not be profitable because the activity is chancy. So that Doni violated Article 45A paragraph (1) in conjunction with Article 28 paragraph (1) RI Law number 11 of 2008 concerning ITE as amended and added to RI Law number 19 of 2016 concerning ITE. Then article Article 378 of the Criminal Code concerning Fraud and Article 3 of the Republic of Indonesia Law number 8 of 2010 concerning the Crime of Money Laundering (TPPU)

. In today's rapidly developing digital era, product marketing strategies for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are becoming increasingly important to compete and develop. Information Systems (SI) have become a very effective tool in helping MSMEs optimize the marketing of their products. This research aims to evaluate strategies for marketing MSME products using IS in the digital era. The research method used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data was collected using the literature method. The results of this research show that the use of IS in marketing MSME products has several significant benefits, such as increasing online visibility, enabling personalization in product offerings, and facilitating interaction with customers via digital platforms. This research provides a more in-depth view of how MSMEs can utilize IS to market their products in the digital era. The practical implication is that MSMEs need to invest time and resources in understanding and implementing IS in their marketing strategies, while also paying attention to the challenges that may arise. In this way, MSMEs can maximize their potential in marketing their products effectively and competing in an increasingly competitive digital market.
