Analysis of the Impact of Micro Credit on the Development of Micro Enterprises in Central Tapanuli Regency (Case Study of Customers of Ksp CU Pardomuan Pakkat Barus Branch) . Thesis : Corporate Management Study Program STIE Al Washliyah Sibolga Central Tapanuli. This study aims to determine the impact of micro-credit on the development of micro-enterprises in Central Tapanuli Regency (Case Study of Customers of Ksp CU Pardomuan Pakkat Barus Branch). The population and sample of this research are Ksp CU customers having their address in Barus sub-district as many as 30 people. The research method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach, the data collection technique is a questionnaire using a Likert scale while the test used is Data Analysis Test. The results showed that the impact of Micro credit (X) on Micro Business Development (Y) was tcount 3,768 > ttable 2,059, it means that the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected and it can be concluded that microcredit (X) partially has a positive effect on development. micro enterprise (Y). With the regression equation Y = 20.309 - 0.543 X, this means that there is an influence on the dependent variable (Development of micro-enterprises) determined by the independent variable (micro-credit), with a coefficient of determination of 0.336, practically it can be said that the contribution of micro-credit (X) on the development of micro-enterprises (Y) is 33.6%, the remaining 66.4% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Business continuity, which is closely related to the long-term maintenance of the system in accordance with environmental, economic and social considerations, is an important point that needs to be considered by every MSME actor. The store business is one of the new MSMEs that is of concern so that it continues to carry out business continuity by being carried out based on currently related internal and external factors. Toreko created a unique business idea from brownies, innovating brownies into brownies cookies and using raw materials from mocaf flour. mocaf itself is a modified cassava flour product. The purpose of this article is to describe and analyze the sustainability position of the toreko business through a SWOT analysis, formulate alternative strategies that can be implemented by the toreko after knowing the position of the sustainability position of the business it has. The aggressive strategy is the main choice strategy obtained from the results of IFAS and EFAS. The SWOT matrix is used to determine and arrange the steps for implementing the strategy related to the choice of strategy. An aggressive strategy is carried out until the threat that the store has is smaller than the opportunities that exist. Improving sales promotions and maintaining satisfaction with customer loyalty is the key to realizing business continuity properly.

Gold Savings is a gold balance deposit service that makes it easier for people to invest in gold savings. Gold savings are one type of investment that is in great demand by the public. This study aims to determine whether or not there is an effect of income, knowledge and quality of service on customer interest in saving gold. This research method is quantitative with multiple linear regression analysis as the analysis tool. The population in this study was 336 respondents, the sample was determined using the slovin formula, the sample in this study was 77 respondents and this research was conducted on customers of the Sharia Pawnshop Unit of UIN Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi. The results of this study indicate that the results of the F-test of income, knowledge and service quality variables together have a significant effect on customer interest in saving gold, by t-test income does not significantly affect customer interest in saving gold, knowledge has a significant effect on customer interest. saving gold and service quality significantly influence customer interest in saving gold.

Trade receivables represent bills arising from the sale of merchandise or services on credit. Trade receivables are usually given by sales to buyers on the basis of trust, without being accompanied by a written agreement, except for certain customers such as sub-distributors. The impact of uncollectible accounts is that it causes a risk of decreasing company profitability, which in turn can cause losses for the company. Uncollectible receivables are debts owed by other parties for a business transaction. The type of research used in this study is a qualitative descriptive research method, using secondary data collected through the process of observation, interviews and documentation at PT. Tri Sapta Jaya Sibolga. The following data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and triangulation. In the results of interviews with PT. Tri Sapta Jaya Sibolga concluded that the amount of uncollectible accounts based on the age of the receivables obtained the value of uncollectible receivables as being 1-30 days old, which means current, 31-60 days meaning substandard, 91-180 days meaning doubtful, and 181-365 days means uncollectible, where in 2017 the condition of uncollectible receivables was 9,605,854,106, in 2018 it was 12,002,571,945, in 2019 it was 17,345,325,639, in 2020 it was 8,349,776,069 and in 2021 it was 8,638,971,561.56 The results of the study show that the cause of receivables is the weak credit administration and control system that occurs because creditors do not implement the system based on predetermined procedures.

The development of technology today has become something that is universal and can be used in various human lives. One of them is in business. In today's era, it is undeniable that a computer is a component that must be owned by a company in running its business, in order to assist in processing data and help improve the quality of work and quality in service. In this case, Toko Maju Jaya is used as a place of research, because in this place the system that is carried out is still manual and has not been managed properly, so errors often occur in making reports and in processing stock items. The purpose of this study is to provide convenience during the processing of sales, purchase transactions, goods data, supplier data and customer data, minimizing errors in recording. The research method used in this research is using the R&D (Research and Development) method. This method is used to produce a certain product that is analytical and can be tested for effectiveness so that it can be used in the wider community. In designing the system the tools used are Flowcharts, Entity Relationship Diagrams and Context Diagrams, while for data collection using observations, interviews, and literature studies. The database application development tool uses MySQL and the programming language uses Visual Basic 6.0. With this information system transaction data processing can be done computerized so as to reduce errors in reporting.

The rapid growth of e-commerce in Indonesia has generated a massive and continuous volume of product reviews. This user-generated content is vital for business intelligence, yet its sheer scale makes manual analysis inefficient, subjective, and practically impossible. Automated sentiment analysis is therefore crucial for businesses to efficiently understand customer feedback and market perception. This research addresses this gap by implementing the Naïve Bayes Classifier (NBC) algorithm to automatically classify the sentiment of Indonesian-language e-commerce product reviews. This study utilized a dataset of 2,000 reviews collected from a major e-commerce platform's "Electronics" category. The data underwent critical text preprocessing stages (case folding, tokenizing, stopword removal, and stemming using the Sastrawi library) to handle the complexities of informal Indonesian text. The dataset was split using an 80/20 ratio, resulting in 1,600 training reviews and 400 testing reviews. Model performance was then evaluated using a Confusion Matrix, focusing on the key metrics of Accuracy, Precision, and Recall. The test results showed excellent performance, achieving an Accuracy of 90.00%, Precision of 91.93%, and Recall of 95.00%. These results demonstrate that the Naïve Bayes algorithm, when supported by robust preprocessing, is a highly effective, reliable, and computationally efficient method for this task, providing a valuable tool for e-commerce stakeholders.

The purpose of this study was to review the market place of PT Tokopedia in maintaining the image and trust of consumers after the leakage of customer data. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method, the data I use is in the form of writing I & I, not numbers. I have reviewed this data. Based on Ijournals, my mother, Iwebsite, and other official documents, PT Tokopedia informs about user data leaks. Tokopedia requires the necessary policies. Utilizing a new data security method, namely blockchain, as well as establishing special laws for the protection of personal data, is necessary to minimize the amount of business personal data. a significant impact on consumer confidence thereby influencing consumer purchasing power for sales made on the PT Tokopedia marketplace.

This study focuses on the process of managing the Ship Movement Permit for MT.SHIP TRINITY during its transfer from the dock area to the anchorage area at PT. Multi Jaya Samudera Belawan. As an intermediary company, PT. Multi Jaya Samudera Belawan is committed to finding cargo ships with high-quality standards to provide the best service to customers, while prioritizing safety and maritime environmental protection. In its capacity as a shipping company, PT. Multi Jaya Samudera handles ship movement permit management through several stages, including administrative compliance, permit application, and ship document completion. This process needs to be carried out quickly and accurately to avoid delays, which requires good coordination with various related agencies at the port. The role of PT. Multi Jaya Samudera Belawan is crucial in supporting ship service activities in the shipping industry. To optimize port operations, appropriate management policies are needed to improve the overall effectiveness and efficiency of port performance.

Perkembangan teknologi untuk digitalisasi berdampak pada sistem pembayaran, analisis untuk situasi masalah yaitu memeriksa kualitas e-wallet Go-Pay dalam berbagai aspek, urgensi kegiatan yaitu untuk mengetahui apakah Go-Pay bagus produk e-wallet, tujuannya yaitu untuk mengetahui kualitas e-wallet Gopay, Dalam penelitian ini, selain teknik metodologi, dilakukan pencarian literatur pada perpustakaan untuk memperoleh informasi. Prosedur pengumpulan data kualitatif dilakukan dengan cara mengurangi data dan menggunakan sumber data yang sudah tersedia, dan penarikan kesimpulan yang etis dan logis. Terdapat tabel hasil, pembahasan, dan dampak dari beberapa jurnal yang membahas tentang Go-Pay. Keunggulan Go-Pay inilah yang mendorong pengguna Gojek untuk menggunakannya. Ketertarikan menggunakan sistem pembayaran digital Gopay juga dipengaruhi oleh utilitas yang dirasakan dan kenyamanan penggunaan. Tingkat dalam mempermudah dan keuntungan menggunakan aplikasi Go-Pay juga mempengaruhi minat pengguna Indonesia. Dari hasil dan pembahasan jurnal tersebut, disimpulkan bahwa GOPAY memiliki brand image dan kualitas aplikasi yang baik sehingga mempengaruhi kepuasan dan niat untuk terus menggunakan aplikasi tersebut. Faktor-faktor yang dipertimbangkan konsumen saat menggunakan dompet Go-paye sangat penting dalam menentukan kepuasan pelanggan.

Limiting factors in submitting claims, namely, failing to fulfill administrative requirements and ignorance of customers with the benefits purchased. With the construction problem: -how is the law determining the implementation of agreements between policyholders and insurance companies with one of the factors hindering filing claims in the PT Asuransi Jiwa Sequis Life Batam branch? Keputusan pembelian yaitu berupa tahapan yang dilakukan oleh konsumen sebelum melakukan pembelian suatu produk. Produk yang dicarinya serta mengevaluasi alternatif yang paling menguntungkan. pengambilan keputusan merupakan suatu pendekatan yang sistematis terhadap suatu masalah yang dihadapi. Masalah tersebut menyangkut pengetahuan tentang hakikat dari masalah yang dihadapi. Oleh karena itu pengambilan keputusan oleh konsumen didasari pada perbandingan sebagai referensi, peluang dan manfaat serta mudharat yang ada. Masalah yang terjadi terkait kualitas pelayanan adalah banyak pelanggan yang tidak puas dengan kualitas pelayanan yang telah diberikan selama ini kepada para pelanggan. Masalah yang terjadi terkait pekerja adalah pelanggan menilai bahwa sumber daya manusia atau pekerja CV Mars Global Group masih kurang baik. Masalah dalam hal pendekatan diri terhadap para pelanggan sehingga para pelanggan tidak selalu memberikan keputusan untuk membeli produk CV Mars Global Group. Berdasarkan hasil uji SPSS pada data Anova dalam kolom R Square = 0.879, maka seluruh variabel berpengaruh terhadap Variabel Keputusan Pembelian sebesar 87.9% dan sisanya yaitu 12.1% dijelaskan oleh faktor variabel lain seperti harga, promosi, dan citra merek yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Dikarenakan masih banyak juga nasabah atau pelanggan yang masih belum tahu tentang perbankan elektronik yang sebenarnya dapat membantu nasabah dalam bertransaksi, seperti mobile banking, internet banking, dll. Dan masih jarang juga Bank buka pada saat hari libur, karena masyarakat masih membutuhkan pelayanan perbankan yang dimana hari libur adalah kesempatan bagi mereka untuk bertransaksi secara maksimal. Sehingga banyak dari nasabah/pelanggan belum mendapatkan pelayanan maksimal dari bank dimana tempat mereka untuk bertransaksi.

This study aims to determine the effect of customer value and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty in vehicle servicing at PT. Agung Automall Harapan Raya Pekanbaru. The sample of this research is 99 people. The data technique used is multiple linear regression using SPPS 24. Based on the results, customer value has a positive effect on customer loyalty in vehicle servicing at PT. Agung Automall Harapan Raya Pekanbaru. And customer satisfaction has a positive effect on customer loyalty in vehicle servicing at PT. Agung Automall Harapan Raya Pekanbaru. There is a significant influence between customer value and customer satisfaction simultaneously or jointly on customer loyalty in vehicle servicing at PT. Agung Automall Harapan Raya Pekanbaru. R Square of 0.631 or 63.1%, this means that 63.1% of the customer loyalty variable can be explained or influenced by customer value and customer satisfaction at PT. Agung Automall Harapan Raya Pekanbaru

This study aims to determine how influential the store atmosphere variables and service quality are on customer satisfaction in silkygirl beauty products at Matahari Department Store Thamrin Medan. This research method uses quantitative methods with data collection techniques used in this study are interviews and questionnaires. The population used is employees who are consumers of slkyygirl beauty products, with the number of samples taken using the slovin formula, the sample obtained is 94 respondents with α = 0.5 . Data processing using SPSS Version 25 software, with descriptive analysis, multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of partial testing, the product has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction. Then based on the partial results it can be concluded that H2 is rejected which means that partially service quality does not have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. In testing the F test that has been carried out by the author, it is known that the store atmosphere variable (X1) and service quality (X2) together have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at the Silkygirl store in Matahari Department Store, Medan.

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of payment administration service efficiency factors on customer satisfaction at the State Electricity Company in Makassar, South Sulawesi Province. To find out which payment administration service efficiency variables have a more dominant influence on customer satisfaction at the State Electricity Company in Makassar, South Sulawesi Province. The research method used is a quantitative research method. Research results on the influence of Payment Administration service efficiency on customer satisfaction at the State Electricity Company in Makassar. In this research, results have been obtained that the hypothesis proposed is acceptable, because the results show that the efficiency of payment administration services has an effect on customer satisfaction at the State Electricity Company in Makassar. The research results also explain that the most dominant variable influencing customer satisfaction is the efficiency of payment administration service funds, where the results show that in general customers experience satisfaction because their expectations are the same as the implementation results (reality).

The purchase decision is the root of the achievement of a sale which on the purchase decision has an impact on turnover and sustainability of each organization. The purchase decision is one of the form of consumer behavior in using a product. In using a product to make a buying decision, consumers will go through a process that is a description of consumer behavior analyze various options to make decisions in make a purchase. The purchase target will be achieved if the attributes Purchasing drivers are met by the company, one of these attributes is: Quality of service, promotion, location.The method used in this research is a quantitative method with the number of samples set as many as 97 respondents. The analysis used includes the test validity, reliability test, classical assumption test, and multiple linear analysis test and coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that partially. Service quality affects satisfaction, however for the promotion variable has no positive and significant effect partially to customer satisfaction. And location has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. For the simultaneous test, the quality of service, promotion and location has an effect on customer satisfaction.

This research aims to determine the influence either together or partially between CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) to corporate image in PT. Hadji Kalla Cabang Sultan Alaudin, Makassar area, that being measured from CSR variables which is Profit, People, and Planet. Expectedly the information obtained from this research can be used by companies to increase CSR activities and quality of CSR programs so that more can enhance the company image in the future. This study uses quantitative methods with explanatory research type with primary and secondary data. Population in this study is the customer PT. Hadji Kalla Cabang Sultan Alauddin, in Makassar and from the population the researcher take 100 adult people as research sample. As for the data analysis technique the researcher uses linear multiple regression and partial with SPSS 17 software. The result of this study found that variables within CSR concept which is Profit (Xi), People (X2), Planet (X3) simultaneously have a significant influence to the corporate image (Y). People (X2) became the most dominant variables that influence the corporate image with regression coefficient values 0,342.
