Stocks are one of the most popular investment instruments due to their high profit potential. However, in the Islamic view, stock investment requires special consideration to ensure its compliance with sharia principles. This study aims to explain the concept of stocks in the Islamic perspective, the criteria for halal stocks, and the ethical principles that must be applied in investment activities. In Islam, stocks are considered halal if the company that manages its business does not conflict with sharia, such as avoiding usury, gambling, and businesses that contain haram elements. In addition, the stock transaction mechanism must be free from excessive speculation (gharar) and market manipulation. By understanding these principles, Muslim investors can invest responsibly in accordance with Islamic values. This study is expected to provide practical guidance for the public in managing sharia-based investment portfolios.

Various economic systems, including Islamic ones, have debated usury in financial transactions. Because it is considered detrimental to one of the parties and contrary to the principles of justice, usury, which literally means unfair additions or profits in transactions, is prohibited in Islam. By referring to primary sources such as the Qur'an and Hadith, as well as the opinions of fiqh scholars, this research aims to study the Islamic perspective on the use of riba in recording financial transactions. Understanding the use of usury in recording financial transactions is the main objective of this research. The research results show that Islam emphasizes the prohibition of usury in recording financial transactions and encourages the use of a financial system that is based on the principles of balance, transparency and mutual benefit. Apart from that, this research also discusses alternative efforts that can be used by the Islamic financial system to replace the practice of usury, such as the application of fairer principles for results (mudharabah) and buying and selling (murabahah). Thus, the Islamic financial system can stop the practice of usury.

important for various groups of people, especially in supporting appropriate decision making through the use of information technology. In the business world, an efficient system can provide real-time information, thus simplifying operational processes. However, at Toko Tri Karya, the process of selling groceries is still done manually, starting from inputting sales data to making reports. This causes various obstacles, such as delays in data processing and the possibility of errors. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze and design a web-based sales information system that can improve efficiency and effectiveness in data management. This system will be designed using the PHP programming language, which will provide convenience for the admin in managing sales information. Hopefully, with the application of this computerized system, Toko Tri Karya can overcome existing problems and achieve more optimal results.

Data from the Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries shows that tilapia production in Indonesia has increased significantly, from 1,172,633.38 kg in 2020 to 1,300,529.23 kilograms in 2021, with a percentage increase of 10.90%. The community strongly influences the local economy and food security. Tilapia farming is widely chosen because it has a stable selling price and fast growth. Many farmers have chosen Tilapia farming as their primary source of livelihood. This research aimed to study the socio-economic conditions, difficulties, and development opportunities of tilapia farming in the community. The results show that although this business contributes significantly to family income, there are several constraints, such as fluctuating market prices, limited access to technology, and low aquaculture skills. In addition, the success of aquaculture is also affected by environmental conditions and resource availability. Therefore, a development plan that includes training, access to capital, and improved infrastructure is needed to improve yields and the welfare of the tilapia farming community.

The application of digital marketing in the business world requires diverse skills, one of which is the ability to process visual content, such as photography, to make published products more appealing. This need arises because, in the current era of digital technological advancement, people tend to engage in buying and selling activities through online platforms. Consumers are more likely to be attracted to a product if its visual content is presented in a creative and engaging manner. This mentoring program aims to enhance participant’s skills in transforming products into visual content with creative and unique value. The program employs direct mentoring and hands-on practice, following the delivery of foundational photography theory to the trainees. Participants are divided into six groups, each assigned different tasks and photo concepts. This approach encourages teamwork among students in the Islamic Communication and Broadcasting program. In photography, producing a compelling work requires thorough preparation and a well-thought-out concept to ensure a smooth process and satisfactory results. Local food-based Entrepreneurship Training will be one of the important things for the community in utilizing products. However, there are several major problems in the Production sector such as the continuity of local food products not being available at all times because the community does not utilize raw products to be processed into new products that have added value. In addition, there are problems in the managerial and marketing fields. The problems in the managerial field are lack of planning, organization, lack of organization, lack of directors in the division of work in groups and lack of supervision. In the marketing field, there are still problems in promoting and selling products where in addition the products have not been accepted by the Community. The method of implementing Community Service activities from the UNIMOR Research and Community Service Institute (LPPM) provides solutions in answering the problems that exist in the Kasih Setia Women Farmers group. The method of implementing the activities in question is by identifying problems using the Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) model. The results achieved are that Farmers gain Knowledge in the Empowerment Program through Entrepreneurship Training activities by changing Purple Sweet Potato and Yellow Pumpkin materials into pumpkin sticks and purple sweet potato sticks so that they have added value to the product. There are several suggestions that need to be considered in empowering the Kasih Setia Farmer group, namely that Farmer Empowerment activities must continue to be encouraged in other villages or in the village with an empowerment model in the form of other processed foods to increase farmers' knowledge in processing local products into new products so that the added value of the product becomes higher to penetrate the market.

Due to the quick advancement of digital technology, online purchasing and selling has become easier. Online transactions do, however, come with a number of drawbacks, including fraud, mismatches between products and their descriptions, and privacy violations. With reference to Law Number 8 of 1999 on Consumer Protection, the purpose of this study is to examine the legal safeguards that Indonesian consumers have when making purchases online. The study's results, which were obtained using a normative juridical research methodology with an emphasis on statutory regulatory analysis, indicate that while the Consumer Protection Law creates a basic legal framework, more oversight and regulations are necessary to ensure its greater efficacy when applied in the digital sphere.
