The purpose of this study is to analyze the extent to which work discipline and the physical work environment influence employee performance at CV X. The research was conducted using a quantitative approach involving all 45 production employees, with a saturation sampling method to ensure that every member of the population was represented. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire using a five-point Likert scale, while hypothesis testing was carried out using the SEM-PLS method to obtain more accurate estimates of the relationships among variables. The results reveal that both work discipline and the physical workplace contribute significantly to performance improvement. The physical work environment shows a positive and meaningful effect on employee performance, as indicated by a path coefficient of 0.464, a T-statistic of 2.309, and a P-value of 0.002. Similarly, work discipline also demonstrates a constructive influence, supported by a path coefficient of 0.403, a T-statistic of 2.786, and a P-value of 0.006. Based on the R-square value of 0.701, the two variables collectively explain 70.1% of the variance in employee performance. These findings highlight the importance of fostering disciplined work behavior while simultaneously enhancing environmental conditions in the workplace. Improving the physical layout, comfort, and safety, along with reinforcing consistent adherence to organizational rules, can substantially elevate performance outcomes at CV X.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the strategic role of the Green Human Resource Information System (Green HRIS) in bridging the transformation of human resource management with the demands of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles, specifically examining how Green HRIS contributes to sustainable HR practices, organizational performance, and digital HR transformation. Using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach, this study identifies, evaluates, and synthesizes prior research by conducting a structured search across major academic databases—Scopus, Web of Science, Springer, Elsevier, and Wiley—for publications from 2020 to 2025 that address green HRM, HR digitalization, sustainable HR practices, and ESG integration. The review process includes screening titles, abstracts, and full texts, extracting key data, and categorizing findings into environmental, social, and governance dimensions. The results demonstrate that Green HRIS strengthens ESG implementation by reducing paper usage, lowering carbon emissions, and promoting sustainable HR practices such as digital recruitment and e-learning, while also improving governance through enhanced transparency, accountability, regulatory compliance, and real-time reporting. Empirical evidence indicates that Green HRIS fosters employee engagement, organizational innovation, and the development of green competitive advantages. Practically, the study highlights how organizations, policymakers, and HR managers can utilize Green HRIS to optimize digital transformation and meet ESG requirements, thereby reinforcing legitimacy and long-term competitiveness within the green economy. This research offers originality as one of the first systematic reviews addressing Green HRIS in the ESG era, integrating theories such as the Resource-Based View, Technology Acceptance Model, and organizational sustainability theory, while also mapping trends, best practices, and gaps for future research.

This study aims to analyze the effect of burnout and turnover intention on employee performance in banks. Declining performance and high work pressure in the micro banking sector are important reasons for conducting this study. The research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method, involving 42 respondents from the credit, marketing, and teller divisions. Data collection was carried out through the distribution of questionnaires using a 1–5 point Likert scale, which were then analyzed using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method through the SmartPLS 4 application. The results show that both burnout and turnover intention negatively affect employee performance. This means that as employees experience higher levels of emotional exhaustion and a stronger intention to leave their job, their performance declines. The study highlights the importance of addressing these psychological factors to enhance employee performance. The findings imply that company management should focus on improving the psychological well-being of employees to ensure the stability of organizational performance, reduce turnover, and maintain a productive workforce.

Objectives: This study aims to analyze the direct and indirect effects of Servant Leadership on lecturers’ Job Performance through the mediating variables of Job Satisfaction, Employee Engagement, and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Organizational Citizenship Behavior). The study also seeks to identify which mediating variable has the strongest influence in explaining the relationship between leadership and performance among lecturers in private universities. Methodology: This study applies a causal quantitative approach using a survey method with a sample of 155 lecturers from Information Technology study programs at private universities in West Java. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) to test ten research hypotheses and evaluate the mediating effects among variables. Findings: The results show that Servant Leadership has a positive influence on Job Satisfaction, Employee Engagement, and Organizational Citizenship Behavior, but does not directly affect Job Performance. Among the mediators, only Organizational Citizenship Behavior significantly mediates the relationship between Servant Leadership and Job Performance, indicating that lecturers’ voluntary behavior plays a key role in improving performance. In contrast, Job Satisfaction and Employee Engagement do not act as significant mediators. Conclusion: The findings highlight that leadership effectiveness in higher education depends on fostering Organizational Citizenship Behavior rather than relying solely on satisfaction or engagement. The study introduces the concept of Emphatic Leadership, which emphasizes empathy, accountability, and humility as essential values for leaders in academic environments. This approach offers practical insights for developing participative and humanistic leadership models to enhance lecturers’ academic performance.
