This study aims to determine the influence of training and work facilities on employee performance through work discipline as an intervening variable in PT Semen Padang. The method of collecting data is through surveys and distributing questionnaires to employees as respondents using a quantitative approach. The data analysis technique used is structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis with Partial Least Square (PLS) 3.0.The results of the study show that there is a positive and insignificant influence between work facilities on employee performance through work discipline at PT Semen Padang. There is a positive and significant influence between training and work discipline. There is a positive and significant influence between work facilities on work discipline at PT Semen Padang.There is a positive and significant influence between training on employee performance at PT Semen Padang. There is a positive and significant influence between work discipline on employee performance at PT Semen Padang. Training has a positive effect and mediates work discipline on employee performance.

This research aims to determine the effect of Organizational Culture and Training on Employee Performance with Work Motivation as an Intervening Variable at the Lubuk Sikarah District Office in Solok City, under the supervision of Dr. Dori Mittra Candana, SE, M.M., and Mrs. Selvi Zola Fenia, S.Psi, M.M. This is a quantitative study. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires, with a sample of 60 respondents at the Lubuk Sikarah District Office in Solok City. The analysis methods used are path analysis, partial least squares (PLS), outer model, inner model, and hypothesis testing. Data processing in this study was done using the SmartPLS 3.0 software.The research results can be concluded as follows: Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on Work Motivation; Training has a positive and significant effect on Work Motivation; Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance; Training has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance; Work Motivation has a positive but insignificant effect on Employee Performance; and Organizational Culture can mediate the relationship between Training and Employee Performance with Work Motivation as the intervening variable at the Lubuk Sikarah District Office in Solok City.

Diabetes mellitus (DM) tipe 2 adalah kondisi jangka panjang yang memengaruhi kualitas hidup individu yang menderitanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan seberapa efektif dukungan sosial dan keluarga dalam meningkatkan kualitas hidup pasien diabetes mellitus. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode cross-sectional. Sample terdiri dari 74 pasien dengan diabetes tipe 2 yang dipilih secara acak dari beberapa puskesmas yang terletak di sekitar wilayah penelitian. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner standar yang mengukur dukungan sosial, dukungan keluarga, dan kualitas hidup (WHOQOL-BREF). Analisis data regresi linier berganda digunakan untuk mengevaluasi variabel independen dan dependen. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa dukungan sosial (p=0,002) dan dukungan keluarga (p=0,001) memiliki hubungan yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan kualitas hidup pasien dengan DM tipe 2. Dukungan emosional dari keluarga dan lingkungan sosial, seperti motivasi dan bantuan praktis, berkontribusi secara signifikan terhadap kualitas hidup pasien secara fisik, psikologis, sosial, dan lingkungan. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan psikososial harus dimasukkan ke dalam layanan kesehatan, peran keluarga harus ditingkatkan dalam edukasi dan manajemen diabetes, dan program berbasis komunitas harus diperkuat untuk membantu pasien. Selain itu, kebijakan kesehatan harus mendorong keluarga untuk berpartisipasi dalam perawatan, sementara penelitian lebih lanjut dapat menemukan elemen khusus yang memengaruhi seberapa efektif dukungan sosial dalam jangka panjang.

This research aims to test the direct and indirect effect of ROE, EPS, DER, and PBV on stock returns through dividend policy as a intervening variable. The research was conducted on LQ45 index companies listed on the IDX in the 2018 - 2022 period. The samples collected were 20 companies from 45 companies using the purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique was carried out using panel data regression assisted by the Eviews 12 application. The research results show 1) ROE and EPS have a significant negative effect on Dividend Policy, 2) DER has an insignificant negative effect on Dividend Policy, 3) PBV has a positive and significant effect on Dividend Policy, 4) ROE and DER have an insignificant positive effect on Stock Returns, 5) EPS has an insignificant negative effect on Stock Returns, 6) PBV has a significant negative effect on Stock Returns, 7) Dividend Policy is able mediates the influence of ROE perfectly (complete mediation) and the influence of PBV partially (partial mediation) on Stock Returns, 7) Dividend Policy is unable to mediate the influence of EPS and DER on Stock Returns.

Internal audit is an assessment function that has been developed independently of an organization in assessing and testing activities that support services to business organizations. Internal audit carries out objective evaluations within the organization, overseeing the functions of accounting, finance, and various other areas as the basis for administrative services. This research aims to examine the influence of knowledge, experience and parental support on students' interest in becoming internal auditors. The variables used in this research are knowledge and experience as independent variables, parental support as a moderating variable and interest in becoming an internal auditor as the dependent variable. The data used in this research was collected using a questionnaire method distributed to accounting students class of 2020 who had completed internal audit courses and carried out practical field work. A total of 89 respondents were the result of the data from the number of samples that were successfully processed. Probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique used. The analysis techniques in this research are multiple linear regression analysis and moderated regression analysis (MRA). The results of this research show that knowledge and experience directly influence interest in becoming an internal auditor and parental support is able to moderate knowledge and experience in students' interest in becoming an internal auditor.

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan menganalisis pengaruh metode pembelajaran di luar lingkungan kelas terhadap sosial emosional anak usia dini. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah metode pembelajaran di luar lingkungan kelas sedangkan variabel terikatnya adalah perkembangan sosial emosional anak usia dini. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis deskriptif dan uji normalitas serta uji hipotesis dengan uji-t melalui PASW 18. Berdasarkan hasil analisis statistika diperoleh nilai t hitung 18.380>2.101 dan nilai sign. 0,000 < 0,05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan pembelajaran di luar lingkungan kelas berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap sosial emosional pada anak usia dini.

This study aims to see the Effect of Training on Teacher Performance with Employee Engagement as an Intervening Variable at MAN Insan Cendekia Jambi. This study uses a quantitative method with data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires to 35 respondents. Hypothesis testing uses Descriptive Analysis Techniques using SmartPLS software as a data processing tool. The results of this study indicate that Training has a significant positive effect on MAN Insan Cendekia Jambi Teacher Performance. Training has a significant positive effect on Employee Engagement. Employee Engagement has a significant positive effect on Teacher Performance. Training has a significant positive effect on Teacher Performance through Employee Engagement as an intervening variable. Suggestions in this study: teacher performance variables to be more skilled in completing each job and must also have ideas that can solve problems in schools. The principal recommends that the training that has been programmed can be carried out properly to all existing teachers and the training carried out is in accordance with the teachers' areas of expertise so that the results of the training are more optimal and the teachers continue to develop and have better competence. Employee Engagement Variables are recommended by schools in providing support to teachers, namely by providing a comfortable and conducive work environment, clear communication, giving appreciation to teachers, and existing policies that are not focused on one party.

Competition in this world is getting tighter, including in the business world, this is due to the large number of companies competing to dominate market share, because globalization is a challenge for business people to maintain the opportunities they have and obtain or achieve new opportunities. The topic of employee performance has become a concern among academics in the last decade. The main reason is that employee performance is closely related to organizational productivity and achievement and vice versa. Increasing employee performance can be driven by talent management. Apart from talent management, another factor in efforts to improve employee performance is Employee Engagement. This research is quantitative research using a survey research design. The sample in this study consisted of 100 employees of PT. Oscarmas Heavy Equipment taken through Purposive Sampling Technique. The data collection instrument is a questionnaire with a Likert Scale format consisting of five alternative answers. Data from filling out the questionnaire will be analyzed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) technique. The research results show that the Talent Management variable has a significant influence on Employee Engagement and Employee Performance, the Employee Engagement variable has a significant influence on Employee Performance and the Employee Engagement variable is able to mediate the Talent Management variable on Employee Performance.

This research was conducted to obtain an overview of the influence of transactional leadership on employee performance through job satisfaction as a mediating variable in car variations in Jambi City and to find out whether there is a mediating role of job satisfaction on the influence of leadership on employee performance. This type of research is quantitative. The data collection technique uses Structural equation modeling (SEM) with the SmartPLS program. The results show that transactional leadership and job satisfaction have a significant influence on employee performance, and job satisfaction has a mediating role.

This study aims to analyze the influence of Organizational Justice on Performance with Work Effectiveness as an Intervening Variable among employees of PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV Regional IV Rimbo First Business Unit, Tebo Regency.A sample of 78 respondents was selected using the Total Sampling technique (saturation sampling). Based on the data processing results using SEM-PLS, it was found that, directly (direct effect), Organizational Justice significantly affects Employee Performance, Organizational Justice significantly affects Work Effectiveness, and Work Effectiveness significantly affects Employee Performance. Then, indirectly (Indirect Effect), Organizational Justice significantly affects Employee Performance mediated by Work Effectiveness.

This research aims to analyze the influence of unemployment and the Regional Minimum Wage (UMR) on poverty in 34 provinces in Indonesia with the Human Development Index (HDI) as an intervening variable. The high unemployment rate and minimum wage policy are considered to play a significant role in poverty conditions in the region. This research uses a path analysis approach with panel data from 2018 to 2022. The research results show that the unemployment rate has a positive influence on poverty, while the UMR shows a different influence in each province. HDI is proven to mediate the relationship between unemployment, UMR and poverty. This research contributes to the development of economic science and provides insight for the government and private sector in formulating poverty reduction policies.

In the rapid development of social media, the role of influencers in marketing on social media is increasingly important in shaping consumer behavior, including purchasing intentions. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of influencer credibility and brand-influencer suitability on purchase intentions via Electronic Word-of-Mouth (eWOM) as a mediating variable in the context of marketing on social media, especially Instagram. This research uses a quantitative method using primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires to 145 respondents who come from the Jabodetabek area and know about the skincare brand Somethinc and the beauty influencer, Tasya Faraysa, on the Instagram platform. Data analysis was carried out using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to evaluate the level of significance and relationship between various variables. The research results show that influencer credibility and brand-influencer fit have a positive influence on eWOM, which in turn influences consumer purchase intentions. The managerial implications of these findings emphasize the importance of considering brand-influencer credibility and suitability in marketing strategies on social media, as well as exploiting the potential of eWOM as a mediator to increase consumer purchase intentions. From the research results obtained, researchers suggest involving a wider sample and a variety of influencers and brands to generalize the findings, as well as deepen understanding of the influence mechanisms of influencers and eWOM on consumer purchase intentions.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh harga, kualitas produk, dan sosial media marketing skincare Somethinc terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen. Penelitian ini dilakukan mengingat semakin tingginya minat masyarakat terhadap produk perawatan kulit dan banyaknya merek yang menawarkan produk serupa dengan berbagai variasi harga dan kualitas. Data dikumpulkan melalui survei yang melibatkan 100 responden pengguna produk skincare Somethinc di wilayah Palembang. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh variabel harga, kualitas produk, dan sosial media marketing terhadap keputusan pembelian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa harga, kualitas produk, dan sosial media marketing memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Secara khusus, kualitas produk memiliki pengaruh yang lebih besar dibandingkan dengan harga. Konsumen cenderung lebih memperhatikan efektivitas dan keamanan produk dalam memilih skincare. Meskipun demikian, harga tetap menjadi faktor penting yang mempengaruhi daya beli dan persepsi nilai dari produk tersebut. Kesimpulannya, untuk meningkatkan keputusan pembelian, produsen skincare seperti Somethinc perlu fokus pada peningkatan kualitas produk sambil mempertahankan harga yang kompetitif. Strategi pemasaran yang menekankan pada keunggulan kualitas produk serta penawaran harga yang sesuai dengan nilai yang diberikan akan membantu menarik lebih banyak konsumen.

Firm value is an overall measure of the economic value of a company that includes asset value, profit-making ability, and future growth potential. This study aims to analyze the effect of capital structure, ownership structure, and company characteristics on firm value with financial performance and earnings management as intervening variables in cement sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2019-2023 period. The research method used is a quantitative method with a secondary data analysis approach obtained from the company's financial statements and annual reports. The results showed that capital structure has a significant negative effect on earnings management and financial performance, but not significant on firm value. Ownership structure is not significant to all variables. Firm characteristics have a significant positive effect on earnings management and firm value. Earnings management has a significant positive effect on firm value, while financial performance has a positive but insignificant relationship. These findings provide practical implications for company management in designing optimal financial strategies to improve company performance and value, as well as for investors in making investment decisions based on relevant financial indicators.

The aim of this research is to determine the impact of the influence of price and quality of service on customer satisfaction (case study at Mixue Pasar Bersih branch, Jababeka). The research method used is quantitative using hypothesis testing to analyze the relationship between the variables studied. The population used as research objects are consumers who buy Mixue products at the Jababeka Clean Market. Data analysis was implemented in the form of a questionnaire using the SPSS application with the tests used being the Validity Test and Reliability Test. Total respondents were 113 people from 15 questions, considering the questionnaire answers which stated Strongly Agree 23%, Agree 46%, Normal 24%, Disagree 5%, Strongly Disagree 1%. The results of the research state that X1 has an effect on Y and is supported by variable X2 which also has an effect on Y.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis korelasi antara arus, kecepatan, dan kepadatan lalu lintas di Jalan Pemuda km. 3, Kolaka. Data diperoleh melalui survei langsung dengan metode pengamatan lapangan dan perekaman video selama jam sibuk. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan matematis dan statistik untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan antara variabel-variabel tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara arus, kecepatan, dan kepadatan lalu lintas. Arus lalu lintas meningkat seiring dengan peningkatan kepadatan, tetapi cenderung menurun pada tingkat kepadatan yang sangat tinggi. Kecepatan menunjukkan hubungan negatif dengan kepadatan, di mana semakin tinggi kepadatan, semakin rendah kecepatan rata-rata kendaraan. Temuan ini dapat digunakan sebagai dasar untuk mengembangkan model pengelolaan lalu lintas di kawasan tersebut, guna meningkatkan efisiensi dan mengurangi kemacetan. Studi ini juga merekomendasikan penerapan manajemen waktu dan rekayasa lalu lintas untuk mengoptimalkan kapasitas jalan.

The food and beverage industry in Indonesia has an important role in the national economy, but faces challenges in maintaining competitiveness and increasing firm value. This study aims to analyze the effect of macroeconomic fundamental analysis and ownership structure on firm value in the food and beverage sector, with earnings management, financial performance, GCG as intervening variables. A quantitative approach is used to identify the relationship between variables, using secondary data from the annual financial statements of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2019-2023 period. Data analysis was carried out using Smart-PLS software. The results showed that none of the hypotheses were accepted.

Puisi merupakan bentuk karya sastra yang paling tua menurut sejarahnya dan terdapat keunikan serta kepadatan kata, ciri khas dari sebuah puisi adalah pengungkapan kata unik yang indah. Banyaknya remaja yang tidak menyukai membaca sehingga penulis melakukan penelitian ini untuk memastikan minat membaca dan sejauh mana memahami analisis struktur batin dalam puisi “ Dalam Diriku” karya  Sapardi Djoko Damono. Kata-kata dalam puisi bersifat konotatif artinya memiliki kemungkinan makna yang lebih dari satu. kata-katanya juga dipilih yang puitis artinya mempunyai efek keindahan dan berbeda dari kata-kata yang kita pakai dalam kehidupan sehari hari. ). Struktur fisik puisi adalah struktur pembangun puisi yang bersifat fisik atau  nampak dalam bentuk susunan kata-katanya atau bisa dikatakan sebagai sarana yang digunakan  oleh seoarang penyair untuk mengungkapkan hakikat puisi. Analisis struktural menyangkut hal yang berkaitan dengan struktur batin puisi. Untuk memahami isi puisi, pembaca harus memahami isi yang terkandung dalam puisi dengan cara menganalisis puisi tersebut. . Di samping perkembangan teknologi, lingkungan hidup merupakan salah satu penyebab utama terjadinya gangguan psikologis. Tekanan-tekanan sosial mengantarkan manusia (individu) untuk mengejar keberhasilan yang seakan-akan telah memperoleh kesempurnaan hidup, kepuasan hidup, dan rasa aman. Namun, kenyataannya di sisi lain, dengan keberhasilan itu manusia justru mengalami kebingungan batin, dan ketakutan. Penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif yaitu sebuah metode penelitian yang memanfaatkan data kualitatif dan dijabarkan secara deskriptif. Penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dianggap juga sebagai gabungan dari penelitian deskriptif dan penelitian kualitatif. Penelitian deskriptif menggambarkan objek penelitian dengan membuat deskripsi terhadap sejumlah variabel yang diteliti secara sistematis.
