Studies on positioning and branding strategies for East Manggarai Tourism Destinations are currently very limited. Previous studies were conducted only partially and focused only on tourist attractions. On the other hand, the high gap between domestic and foreign tourist visits is nearly 10.000 times. Foreign tourist visits have not yet reached a significant number. However, East Manggarai has tremendous tourism potential with 118 tourist attractions spread across four strategic tourism areas in the region. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the positioning and branding strategies of East Manggarai Tourism Destinations by mapping tourism market segmentation trends. Designed with a quantitative descriptive approach, questionnaires were distributed to tourists accidentally encountered in the field. The branding formulation "Keep Exploring The Dangerous Golden Dragon in the World" is expected to strengthen the image of East Manggarai Tourism Destinations as a competitive new brand and supports the image of tourism in East Nusa Tenggara as The New Tourism Territory.

This research discusses the performance allowance system (pay-for-performance), which is a more modern and progressive system and is expected to improve employee performance significantly. The aim is to analyze the Regional Performance Allowance (TKD) system in improving the individual performance of the Langkat Regent's office. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach, and the data analysis technique used is through interviews and documentation. The results of the research show that the Regional Performance Allowance (TKD) system in improving the individual performance of the Langkat Regent's office is quite good, this is shown in the performance sheet management system in providing performance allowances which uses the SIMPEG E-Kinerja application, thereby simplifying and speeding up the reporting process. However, there are still weaknesses, namely the existence of organizational behavior that cannot be overcome, for example crab mentality, allowances provided by agencies that are not in accordance with the performance of State Civil Apparatus (ASN) who are late in coming to the office, do not come to the office, employees who leave their duties during working hours without permission, delays in incentive payments at the Langkat Regent's Office. Therefore, some employees feel unfair in the performance allowances they receive, and this causes competition between employees, they become lazy and less motivated to work hard, until in the end they prefer to just work as it is.

The development of the cement industry is in line with the continued development of infrastructure projects, both private and Indonesian government. PT. Semen Z has good integration from raw material providers to cement that is ready to be used by every project that requires it. Development of PT. Cement Z will occur in the quantity of raw materials, human resources, and production processes, up to distribution to consumers. The activities carried out are land clearing/stripping, blasting, excavation and loading, as well as transportation and destruction. Raw materials sourced from this mining process include limestone, silica stone and clay. In this study mining was only carried out on limestone and clay was obtained from suppliers. The units used in the inventory data are limestone and clay raw materials (tons), ammonium nitrate chemicals (tons), diesel fuel (liters), electricity (kWh), emissions (tons), B3 waste (tons), non-B3 waste (tons) and products (tons). Every activity process carried out will have an impact on the environment, so the Company's commitment to a green industry or clean industry is required. To determine the environmental impact analysis on cement production activities, the Company conducted an environmental impact analysis using the Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) method. The aim of this research is to identify improvements in environmental performance, especially those that are hotspots in the Company's production process. The research results show that the highest identification of environmental impacts is obtained from activities at the Limestone mine, in accordance with the Pareto rules approach where if the contributors are more than 80% of the food it will affect the results of the impact analysis obtained.
