One of the important things in a company is its accounting system, where accounting is an information system that records, identifies, communicates and collects financial data that is useful in decision making. Through the existence of technology that continues to develop in each era, the availability of information systems has added value to processes, production, quality, management, decision making and problem solving as well as competitive advantages that will be beneficial for business activities. This research uses qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach. The type of data used is secondary data with a library study data collection method. The results of this research found that other studies showed similar results, namely that the performance of the accounting information system had an influence on decision making in financial reports.

The aim of this research is to analyze the comparative ratio of PT Astra International, PT Gajah Tunggal, PT Indospiring, and PT Astra Otoparts for 2020-2022. The type of research carried out was qualitative with secondary data sources from the IDX. The population in this study were automotive companies listed on the IDX and four of them were selected as samples. The results of this research show that Astra Otoparts and Indospring have the best liquidity ratio values, then for the activity ratio the company that has the best value is Astra Otoparts. Meanwhile, in terms of profitability ratios, the companies that have good scores are Indospring and Astra Otoparts, then in terms of profitability ratios and market ratios the company that has the best ratios is Astra Otoparts.

This research holistically explores the role of innovation, cultural heritage, and identity in the context of maritime anthropology. The focus on fishing technology, cultural practices, and the influence of globalization provides a profound understanding of the dynamics of coastal community life. The research findings also identify interactions among communities, comprehending knowledge exchange and adaptation to sustain cultural heritage and innovation. Additionally, the inclusion of contributions from previous research enriches the understanding of community participation in coastal development programs. These findings establish a solid foundation for the preservation of cultural heritage and a deep understanding of coastal community life.    

Gastritis merupakan terhjadinya peradangan pada lapisan lambung, yang dapat bervariasi dari yang ringan dan tanpa gejala hingga ulserasi yang parah. Jika tidak ditangani, kondisi ini dapat menyebabkan perforasi, terutama di antara individu yang berusia paruh baya dan usia kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki pola makan mahasiswa yang mengidap gastritis, dengan fokus pada faktor-faktor yang mungkin mempengaruhi kondisi tersebut. Menggunakan dataset berisi 502 rekaman mahasiswa gastritis, penelitian ini mempertimbangkan variabel-variabel relevan seperti fakultas, semester, jenis kelamin, tempat tinggal, penataan jadwal kuliah yang padat, kebiasaan konsumsi makanan pokok, camilan, mie instan, makanan cepat saji, makanan pedas, kopi, minuman bersoda, dan jajanan/gorengan. Dengan menggunakan metode data mining FP-Growth, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi pola makan dominan yang ditandai dengan kebiasaan mengonsumsi makanan pedas 2 sampai 3 kali per minggu atau 4 sampai 5 kali per minggu (MP3), menerapkan strategi "Menahan Lapar" dalam mengatur jadwal kuliah yang padat (PJK2), dan tinggal di asrama/kontrak (TL1), dengan support value sebesar 8,2%. Pola ini menjadi fokus utama dalam analisis terhadap mahasiswa yang menderita gastritis.

This research aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the various forms of parental involvement in supporting early childhood education, while identifying the facilitating and hindering factors for the success of parental involvement programs. Findings from this study illustrate the prevailing perception among parents that still places teachers as the primary determinants of a child's success, despite the significant role parents play as the primary educators for young children. Awareness of this challenge prompted the researcher to delve into more detailed and in-depth investigations.The research results delineate diverse forms of parental involvement, encompassing the supervision of children's study time, financial contributions through donations of toys and books, participation in school meetings, involvement in social service activities, and the repair of play equipment at school. Despite the existence of organized excursions, not all schools can conduct them due to significant cost constraints.Supporting and inhibiting factors in parental involvement encompass economic aspects, time constraints, the level of parental trust in teachers, and the lack of parental involvement programs initiated by schools. These findings offer valuable insights for enhancing parental participation in early childhood education by addressing and optimizing these factors, ultimately creating a more inclusive and empowered educational environment. Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat yang ingin mendapatkan informasi dengan cepat, dan mudah, kebutuhan akan akses internet sangat tinggi. dengan demikian, kita harus terus mencari dan mengupayakan kualitas. Terdapat keterlambatan dalam komunikasi serta belum adanya pemfilteran terhadap perangkat yang terhubung dalam jaringan internet kantor lurah air Selemba. Hal ini dikarenakan belum ada untuk mengatur hak ases setiap perangkat yang ada dalam jaringan tersebut,oleh karena itu diperlukan penerapan metode Access Control List(ACL) pada jaringan komputer dengan tujuan agar para staff atau pegawai lebih stabil saat bekerja. Dalam mendapatkan akses internet yang pengembangan yang digunakan adalah NDLC terdiri dari Analysis, Design, Simulasi Prototyping, Implementation, Monitoring dan Management. Metode pengumpulan data adalah studi pustaka, observasi dan wawancara. Amidst a progressively intricate and constantly evolving corporate landscape, the performance of employees holds significant significance in attaining organisational triumph. The correlation between leadership style and the degree of motivation in the work environment has a substantial impact on the quality and productivity of employees. The objective of this study is to ascertain the impact of leadership style and motivation on employee performance in the workplace. For this study, we employed a thorough literature review as our research methodology, gathering pertinent and current information from relevant scholarly articles, journals, and books. Empirical evidence demonstrates that the manner in which leaders lead and the level of motivation present in the work setting exert a substantial impact on enhancing employee performance. This knowledge provides a valuable foundation for the development of more efficient leadership methods and motivating programs that can be implemented in the workplace.

Misconceptions are concepts that are not relevant to scientific understanding accepted by experts in the field concerned and can cause difficulties in understanding material. The aim of this research is to examine the results of misconception analysis in working on arithmetic series operations at PGMI 3 UIN North Sumatra. This research uses survey and test methods to identify misconceptions that generally arise when PGMI-3 students work on arithmetic series operations. The research results show that there are several misconceptions involving understanding the general formula for arithmetic series, calculating the nth term, and adding terms in a series. Most of these misconceptions are related to inaccurate understanding and lack of focus on the basic concepts of arithmetic series. The type of error that many students make is an error in determining a formula with an error percentage of 20.49% and the error being made is an error in the final result determined, with an error percentage of 17.93%. Of the 39 students, there were 24 students who answered the questions correctly and well and there were 15 students who made different mistakes.

Education is considered crucial in improving the quality of human resources, especially through the process of personal formation through education. Law Number 20 of 2003 concerning the national education system emphasizes the importance of a learning atmosphere and an active learning process. Teachers, especially in science learning, face challenges such as low motivation and lack of interest in the material.This research uses a quasi-experimental method to evaluate the effect of using video-based learning media on elementary school students' knowledge, especially in classifying animals. The research results show that video media is effective in increasing students' learning interest and motivation, facilitating understanding of abstract science concepts, and optimizing cognitive learning outcomes.It was found that learning with video media creates a fun, active and motivating learning atmosphere, contributing to the success of science teaching in fourth grade elementary school. The implications of this research indicate that the use of video media can be an effective solution in improving science learning at the elementary level, building students' interest in learning, and supporting their cognitive development.

Aqiqah, the slaughter of animals as a form of gratitude for the birth of a child, is a tradition that has long been practiced by Muslims. However, as time goes by, the meaning and purpose behind this tradition sometimes becomes blurred, even trapped in empty ritualism. This article aims to explore the meaning and purpose of aqiqah based on the perspective of the Qur'an. Using a literature review method with a focus on verses and interpretations related to aqiqah, this research concludes that aqiqah is more than just a tradition. Aqiqah is a form of devotion to Allah SWT, a form of gratitude for the blessing of the birth of a child, and a prayer for the child's safety and blessings in this world and the afterlife. Through slaughtering animals, aqiqah also contains social and human values, such as sharing with the community and building relationships. This article invites readers to reflect again on the practice of aqiqah, not only as a formality, but as a means of getting closer to Allah SWT and carrying out Islamic teachings with wisdom. In this way, aqiqah can be a moment full of meaning and bring blessings to children and families.

A flat shape is a geometric part that only has a perimeter and area. There are various shapes of flat shapes, such as triangle, square, long, parallelogram, rhombus, kite, trapezoid, and circle. The aim of this research is to conduct a literary analysis related to the difficulties faced by students in expressing their ideas in the subject. which are given. The analysis method used is called Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Data collection was carried out by documenting and reviewing 7 national index articles; the articles are then broken down into different areas. Based on the research results, there are thirteen articles that discuss the difficulties experienced by students when solving problems related to the topic of building a flat-sided room. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that there are still problems that students often face when trying to solve problems related to the construction of flat-sided spaces. The most common types of errors are formula errors, errors in shape identification, and errors in understanding the concept of plane figures. This is caused by uneven understanding of concepts, inaccurate determination of formulations, and uneven student bias in understanding the results of flat shapes.

Learning media are all forms used for activities to convey information that can be seen, manipulated, heard, read or discussed. The aim of this research is to find out how to use science learning media to increase student motivation at SD Negeri 060928 Medan. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research based on observation. Observation is a systematic observation of human activities and physical settings where these activities occur continuously from natural activities in order to produce facts. The results of this research indicate that the use of learning media can significantly increase student motivation in learning science. Teachers are able to use learning media clearly and make students interested in learning.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the settlement of disputes over violations of civil servant discipline by the Kupang State Administrative Court. This research method is normative legal research. The location of this research was conducted at the Kupang State Administrative Court Office. The type of data used in this research is normative research, the data used is secondary data. Data collection techniques that will be carried out are through literature studies and also interviews with sources, namely judges.  Data processing techniques in this research conduct studies or analyses in a descriptive juridical and prescriptive juridical manner on legal materials. The result of this research is that the types of employment disputes examined, decided and resolved by PTUN Kupang are generally 2 (two) types, namely disputes due to disciplinary punishment and disputes due to rotation, mutation / promotion and / or filling positions. The subject of litigation specifically for employment disputes is an active and/or former civil servant acting as a plaintiff against a state administrative body or official. The state administrative decision being challenged or the object of the dispute is a decision relating to disciplinary punishment or rotation, transfer/promotion or filling a position against a Civil Servant. The procedure or process of examining civil service disputes at the PTUN is basically the same as examining state administrative disputes in general, namely through 3 (three) processes, namely, the Administrative Process, the Examination Process and the Trial Process, with an examination using a choice of procedural law, namely the Ordinary Procedure, Fast Procedure or Short Procedure.

This research aims to look at development planning strategies in increasing economic capacity in the city of Medan, which is the third largest city after Jakarta and Surabaya, and has received the title as a metropolitan city. Medan city has an area of ​​265.10 km2 and has a population of around 2,478 ,145 people (2017). Currently it is a city that is continuously developing. The main objective of this research is to analyze the role of development planning strategies in strengthening the city's economic sector. The research methods used include primary data collection through interviews and surveys, as well as secondary data analysis from trusted sources. This study will identify factors that influence the economic capacity of Medan City, including infrastructure, economic policies, human resources, and main economic sectors. In addition, this research will evaluate various development planning strategies that can be implemented to increase the city's economic competitiveness, including infrastructure development, increasing market access, industrial development, and increasing workforce skills. It is hoped that the research results will provide a deeper understanding of how development planning strategies can be the key to optimizing the economic potential of Medan City. It is hoped that the implications of this research can become a basis for the government and stakeholders to formulate more effective policies in increasing the capacity of the city's economy and making a positive contribution to economic growth at regional and national levels.

Nowadays, the level of competition between health service providers is increasingly high. Compared to inpatient care, outpatient services are developing more rapidly. One effort to win the competition is to improve the quality of health services and provide services according to patient needs so that it will provide patient satisfaction. In this study, patient satisfaction was identified based on 5 determinants of service quality, namely Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy and Tangibility. The aim of this research is to determine patient satisfaction based on determinants of service quality. The research was carried out using a survey method of filling out online questionnaires by respondents. The sampling technique used was Malhotra's theory with a sample size of 160 people. The research results show that the Customers Satisfaction Index (CSI) value for outpatients at health service facilities in Batam City is 79.6%, including in the satisfied category. All gap values ​​show negative results, the highest gap value is - 0.84 for the attribute of readiness to respond to patient requests and staff who are always polite. Meanwhile, the lowest gap value is -0.04 for the facility/service place attribute that looks attractive to look at. Therefore, it is necessary to gradually improve the quality of service in order to increase patient satisfaction which can be implemented based on service improvement priorities starting from the attribute that has the highest negative gap value. Work Order merupakan sebuah perintah suatu pekerjaan dalam internal suatu lembaga, departemen maupun perusahaan berupa dokumen atau lembar kertas secara tertulis kepada pelaksana aktivitas pemeliharaan atau pekerja untuk diselesaikan. Bukan hanya perintah Work Order juga dapat digunakan untuk melaporkan pekerjaan yang sudah ataupun belum selesai dikerjakan. Tujuan sistem informasi Entry Work Order adalah untuk mempermudah pengelolaan data Work Order dan untuk menghindari data double pada Work Order. Pengembangan sistem ini meliputi beberapa tahapan proses yaitu tahap perencanaan sistem, tahap analisis sistem, tahap perancangan sistem, tahap penerapan sistem dan tahap evaluasi sistem. This study aims to analyze the effect of Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) fuel on the performance (torque and power) and exhaust emissions of a 125 cc Supra X 125 motorcycle (2010 model). An experimental method was applied by testing the engine using two types of fuel, namely gasoline and LPG. The independent variable in this study is the type of fuel, while the dependent variables include torque, power, and exhaust emissions consisting of carbon monoxide (CO), hydrocarbons (HC), and carbon dioxide (CO₂). The tests were conducted at various engine speeds (RPM) using a dynamometer, while emission measurements were analyzed using a gas analyzer.The results show that LPG fuel produces slightly lower torque and power compared to gasoline, especially at low to medium engine speeds. This is attributed to differences in calorific value and air–fuel mixing characteristics. However, at higher engine speeds, LPG shows more stable performance. In terms of emissions, LPG significantly reduces CO and HC emissions, while CO₂ emissions slightly increase, indicating more complete combustion.It can be concluded that LPG has potential as a cleaner alternative fuel, despite a slight reduction in engine performance.

Pabrik Roti Bakar merupakan salah satu UMKM yang bergerak dalam industri makanan yaitu roti tawar. Saat permintaan tinggi seringkali bahan beberapa pesanan tidak terpenuhi sedangkan ketika permintaan rendah seringkali bahan baku mengalami kerusakan. Berikut ini adalah data pendukung tidak terpenuhi permintaan tinggi yaitu pada September 2022 permintaan pemesanan sebanyak 21.070 pcs namun permintaan aktual hanya sebanyak 18.000 pcs atau sekitar 17% dari target yang tidak terpenuhi dan bulan Desember 2022 permintaan pemesanan sebanyak 23.030 namun permintaan actual hanya sebanyak 20.000 pcs atau sekitar 15% dari target yang tidak terpenuhi. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode Material Requirement Planning (MRP) dengan menggunakan data dari September 2022 hingga Agustus. Data tersebut akan diolah untuk peramalan menggunakan minitab 19 dan kesalahan (error) peramalan diukur dengan MAD (Mean Absolute Deviation. Metode MRP yang dapat digunakan adalah teknik lot size Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) karena menghasilkan total biaya sebesar Rp 594.057. Perhitungan yang dapat diterapkan pada UMKM Roti Bakar yaitu dengan teknik lot size EOQ. Teknik ini dapat memimasi biaya persediaan bahan baku roti pada UMKM Roti Bakar.
