Posyandu cadres have a crucial role in preventing stunting, and this study was conducted to investigate their involvement at the Turen Community Health Center. The findings revealed that the posyandu cadres at the center were actively collaborating with the Family Assistance Team (TPK) formed by the BKKBN, as well as various other stakeholders, to collect data and screen for stunting prevention from preconception until toddlers reach 2 years old. However, a major obstacle in this program is the lack of reward system arrangements for the cadres. Despite their significant contribution to the success of the stunting prevention program, some cadres receive unequal workload and rewards. These findings can be utilized to further optimize cadre performance, and could serve as a valuable input for future research regarding the cadre reward system.

Stevens-Johnson Syndrome (SJS) is an antibody-mediated disease characterized by prodromal symptoms followed by severe mucocutaneous manifestations. The more severe form of SJS is Toxic Epidermal Necrolysis (TEN), which causes an inflammatory response resulting in keratinocyte necrosis and perivascular lymphocyte infiltration. The incidence of SJS is said to be 1 - 6 per one million people per year, while the incidence of TEN is only 0.4 - 1.2 per one million people per year. So far, similar studies on SJS/TEN cases in Indonesia are minimal as this disease is one of the rare cases. SJS/TEN is an emergency with high mortality and disability. Moderate to severe cases have a mortality rate of 5-15%. In this case, the patient was a 62-year-old male. Based on history and physical examination, the patient was diagnosed with Stevens-Johnson Syndrome (SJS). In the dermatologic status of the manus region dextra and sinistra, sagging bulla was found, and in the anterior thorax region, erosive lesions due to ruptured bulla were found. In the medialis femoris region dextra, multiple erythematous, annular macular lesions were found. There were erosions and crusts on the labial and genital regions.

Parties or companies that manage their customers' managed funds into various investment instruments are known as investment managers in mutual funds. Mutual funds are highly recommended for novice investors because of their low capital and risk compared to other types of investment. In managing mutual funds, the investment manager is responsible for the securities portfolio and the collective investment portfolio. The portfolio is intended to minimize the risks that occur when managing investments, with the existence of a portfolio it is expected that the returns expected by investors can be achieved optimally in managing mutual funds. In managing mutual funds, there are always mistakes in anticipating the return expected by investors. Default is one example of an error that occurs. There are two causes of default: debtor (customer) and force majeure (overmacht or force majeure).
