This research aims to build UI/UX design for an agricultural mobile application called Sobatani which is useful for connecting farmers with agricultural extension workers.  This research uses the Design Thinking method which consists of five stages including empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and testing. The test results using the Single East Question (SEQ) method obtained a total average of 6.6, indicating that the UI design is fairly effective and successful. Although there are some misclicks, so it is necessary to iterate on the Log in and Weather Forecast pages. The use of the Design Thinking method has proven effective in understanding user needs and designing solutions that can provide these needs.

A construction testing laboratory is a special facility used to carry out various types of testing and analysis of construction materials, structures and construction components. It is always busy with customers, so sometimes there are huge queues of customers. Thus, research was conducted to determine the effectiveness of the construction testing laboratory queuing system. The method used in this research is Queuing Theory. Queuing Theory is a theory related to mathematical studies and queues or waiting lines. Queuing theory is always related to all aspects of the customer's situation in obtaining a service. Analysis of material testing queues in construction laboratories using the M/M/S model shows increased efficiency after adding servers. Previously, the server usability rate was 50%, with a queue time of 0.5%. After adding servers, the usability rate increases to 75%, queue time decreases, and the probability of customers being served increases to 2.11%. These results are the basis for recommendations for improvements to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction .

PT X is an industry that operates in the field of bulk LPG filling stations which has made efforts to process and also utilize 100% of the waste water from its domestic activities. Sewage Treatment Plants handle the processing (STP) facilities with chemical and biological processes which are able to reduce pollutant parameters such as BOD, COD, TSS, Ammonia and Total Coliform by 90%, 85%, 95%, 90% and 99.9% and have been meet the specified quality standards. Meanwhile, oil & fat parameters are not too focused because they still meet existing quality standards, Therefore, processing aims to lower the relatively high organic characteristics.
