Petrophysical evaluation of the Baturaja Formation on limestone reservoirs of the Field X, using conventional well log interpretation techniques and relating the results to core data based on laboratory analysis, shows that the reservoir characterization parameters to decide future plan for the well. This study shows the role of integrated petrophysical analysis it is possible that an acceptable and can be completed within the constraints and limitations of the available data, but sometimes additional data are needed. These new data, typically additional SCAL (Special Core Analysis), RCAL (Routine Core Analysis), well test data and mud loging data it’s must be integrated. The results of research based on petrophysical parameters is baturaja formation are dominated by limestone. Based on the results of the analysis, the reservoir layer in the baturaja formation, the BRF-1 is a potential hydrocarbon zone while the BRF- 2 and BRF-3 are non-potential zones. The BRF-1 has an average shale volume is 0,187 which is classified as clean formation, a porosity is 0,134 which is classified as small and for a water saturation is 0,677. The calculation method used is the Archie method because it excels in clean formation. Meanwhile, the Simandoux method has advantages in shaly sand formation and the Indonesian method is suitable for formations in Indonesian regions where the dominant formations are shaly sand and low salinity water. Then, cuf-off for BRF-1 obtained a net reservoir of 25.9 m and a netpay of 3,4 m. The results of this data are used to obtain the initial hydrocarbon reserves using the volumetric method and the amount reserves are 84740.5 STB in the BRF-1 zone.

Phosphogypsum is a chemical compound formed from the combination of gypsum (calcium sulfate) and phosphorus. This research aims to decompose and organize data from phosphogypsum to look for multicollinearity, normal distribution, as well as correlation and regression. In the multicollinearity results, it can be seen that the VIF value of C-H2O with CaSO4.2H2O is 559.37 and 562.71 and the VIF value of P2O5 tot with P2O5 WS is 10.82 and 10.81. In the normal distribution results, the CaO P-Value value was >0.150 and the Mesh P-Value value was 0.050. In the regression correlation results, in the final step, the R-square value for the morning shift P2O5 WS variable with the morning shift Seal Tank H2SO4 was 4.35%. It can be concluded, firstly, that the variables C-H2O with CaSO4.2H2O and P2O5 tot with P2O5 WS were detected as multicollinearity because they had VIF values >10. Second, the CaO and Mesh variables were detected to be normally distributed because they had a P-Value > 0.05. Third, the variable P2O5 WS morning shift with Seal Tank H2SO4 morning shift was detected to have a strong regression correlation because the P-Value was <0.05 and the regression value was greater than the other variables.

Pain is an unpleasant sensory-nervous response experience associated with tissue damage. Pain in children during invasive procedures that are not handled properly can make them uncooperative and refuse action, which can hinder the treatment process. Long-term effects that can arise if a child's pain is not reduced or treated are the psychological and physical stress suffered by the child, such as insomnia, depression, changes in appetite, and fatigue. Efforts to overcome pain during blood sampling procedures include audiovisual therapy and  cool  packs.  This  study  aims  to  analyze  the  differences  in  the  effectiveness  of audiovisual therapy and cool packs on pain levels during blood sampling procedures in preschool children.  This  research  is  quantitative  with  a  quasi-experimental two-group posttest  design.  The number  of samples  in this  study was 44  respondents,  who  were divided into two groups using the consecutive sampling technique. Based on the Mann- Whitney test, the results showed that there were differences in the effectiveness of audiovisual therapy  and  cool packs  on  pain  levels  in  blood  sampling  procedures  for preschool children, with a p-value of 0.000 (<0.05). This study aims to analyze the project-based learning model on learning outcomes in class XII Manufacturing Engineering Drawing subjects at SMK Semen Padang. The type of research used in this study is Quasy experimental using one experimental class and one control class. The study involved 20 experimental class students and 20 control class students. Data was collected with test questions in the form of pre-test and post-test to determine learning outcomes in aspects of Knowledge (cognitive), and assessment of student performance to determine learning outcomes in aspects of skills (psychomotor). Analyze the initial data to determine the average of the classes to be used for the determination of the experimental class and the control class. The final data analysis used is the T test. The results showed a significant influence on learning outcomes using a project-based learning model. The results of the T test on the Post-test results obtained a sig (2-tailed) value of 0.004 which is smaller than 0.05 with an average percentage of 71.8 in the Experiment class and 65.1 in the control class. For the T Test on student performance assessment, a sig (2-tailed) value of 0.027 is obtained which is smaller than 0.05. Both T-tests prove that project-based learning models can provide better learning outcomes.

PT KHI is a company operating in the food and beverage industry in Indonesia. In production activities there are many factors that can hinder performance productivity. Worker productivity is a value that cannot be seen directly except through a calculation process, so the worker productivity value is calculated from the company PT KHI. This research was carried out in the Production department using the Time and Motion Study method with a Lean Manufacturing approach, namely waste or extravagance to increase labor productivity in the Production department area. This time it was carried out directly by means of field observation. So that primary data is obtained. The results were obtained in the form of recommendations for improvement, namely: adjusting the total headcount in the line F area from previously 7 headcounts to 6 headcounts and moving several tasks from the carton sealer operator to each operator in the packing area of line F, then classifying them into 3 headcounts for the packing section and 3 headcounts for the packing section. . It can be concluded from the results of this research that one type of waste is eliminated, namely adjusting the number of operators in the packing line F area so that before the improvements, labor productivity is 71.71% on line F and after labor productivity is 83.63%. By making improvements, cost savings of IDR 4,515,133 were obtained for 26 working days.
