The widespread use of social media among the public has created a new need, namely the urgency to create space for conducting business activities, causing the platform to turn into a place for communication, interaction, as well as a trading space. These changes bring various impacts, one of which is the formation of new types of crime in cyberspace. Fraud in electronic transactions via social media (Twitter) is a crime that targets the internet, computers and related technology as its target. Based on the position of the case, the fraud that occurs can be classified as a crime of computer-related fraud or a crime to gain personal gain and/or harm others. The handling of fraud cases can be carried out using the legal basis contained in Law Number 19 of 2016 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions, namely Article 28 paragraph (1) in conjunction with Article 45 paragraph (2). The use of these two articles is based on the principle of lex specialist derogat legi generali. In addition, if examined using a victimological point of view, victims of fraud cases that occur are included in the category of participating victims where the tendency of victims to be unaware of their attitudes/behaviors in certain circumstances is a reason for someone to act. commit crimes against them. The research method used to answer these problems is normative legal research with a case study approach in the form of legal behavior products.    

Based on research on guitar music training for youth in church (GKSI) one of the goals is to help increase the independence of congregations for worship. teaching youth to play the guitar is in the ministry at the GKSI EBENHAEZER BAWUAYA church. One of the methods that will be held by God's servants for youth is one of the approaches. the method of approach used by God's servants in training skills/proficiencies for young people learning to play music (guitar) and so that it produces good and correct music playing techniques. in guiding mentoring and also teaching playing music (guitar) both done individually and collectively for the music team with the aim of increasing self-confidence to worship so that activities to learn to play music (guitar) can be carried out patiently and happily. In the process of learning to play the guitar, it is carried out using the training and mentoring method. through this method is done either orally or also in theory and also in practice. In training activities, results are assessed. We can do it together with the music training team with the song leader in the last music (guitar) playing activity carried out by the trainer.

The example of Moses' leadership has become a reflection of contemporary Christian leadership, especially for organizational leadership. Today, some organizational leaderships are trapped in unhealthy leadership which results in unwanted events, one example being corruption, running away from calls, being less responsible, and being more concerned with personal needs. Avoiding events like this, today's organizational leadership wants to have complete self-integrity, missionary, obedient to God, responsible, loyal, and prioritizes the needs of others in leading the organization. The method used by the author in writing this article is a qualitative method, namely by literature research (approach). The conclusion from the author about the significance of Moses' example and implementation for today's organizational leadership is that Moses' example is indispensable for today's organizational leadership in carrying out their duties and responsibilities as leaders and servants of God's sheep.

Anemia in pregnancy is a condition where the hemoglobin level is less than 11.0 g/dl. Anemia in pregnant women can harm the mother and fetus during pregnancy. Mothers with anemic pregnancies need good knowledge to meet nutritional needs during pregnancy. Pregnant women with good knowledge about pregnancy nutrition as an effort to prevent and complications from anemia with pregnancy. The purpose of this study was to describe the effectiveness of providing health education using a booklet about nutritional needs on the level of knowledge in women with anemic pregnancies. This research method uses a case study approach with a sample of this study is 1 pregnant woman with anemia. The measurement instrument used the Nutrition Needs Knowledge Questionnaire in Pregnant Women, with pre-post intervention. Intervention of implementing health education through booklet media about the nutritional needs of women with anemic pregnancies for 3 days with a duration of 10-15 minutes. The results showed that there was an increase in knowledge about nutritional needs in mothers with anemic pregnancies by 40.53%, with an average pretest score of 61.67% to 86.67% in the posttest. Conclusion: Health education through booklet media about the nutritional needs of mothers with anemia is effective in increasing knowledge of pregnant mother.

The purpose of writing the article is to analyze the functions and roles of BKN, the role of BKN in preventing corruption for civil servants, and the implementation of corruption prevention policies or programs in the field by BKN in efforts to prevent civil servant corruption. Employees are workers both physically and mentally and their presence is needed because they are one of the most important means of effort to achieve certain goals. The writing method that we use in writing this paper is normative juridical, namely an approach through researching doctrinal laws using secondary data sources. The BKN as an institution of the Government of the Republic of Indonesia to better manage government personnel. The BKN was established to function not only to collect administrative data, but to develop the competence of civil servants in a more effective way so that they can provide support for development missions, governance, and public services. Corruption is the root of the country's problems and is the most important cause of poverty, therefore it must be dealt with. The causes of corruption very often occur such as the absence of strict sanctions, weak religious and ethical education, lack of education, bad environment, radical change, poverty, and the state of society. Archiving is a process or activity that starts from creation, receipt, collection, regulation, control, maintenance, care, and storage as well as evaluation according to a certain predetermined system. As time goes by and also the many activities that have been carried out at PT Pelindo IV (Persero) Balikpapan Branch, more and more archives have been created. The purpose of this study was to find out the causes of archive management and to find out the efforts made in overcoming obstacles to archive management in the HR and general division at PT Pelindo IV (Persero) Balikpapan Branch. The type of research used in this research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach in which data is collected through observations, interviews, and documentation. Based on the research results, several things can be improved for more efficiency and effectiveness in archiving 1) What can be improved is the system currently used. Pelindo IV (Persero) Balikpapan Branch, namely the system regarding this is quite good, it's just that in recovering it is still difficult to find because letters are in other classification sections such as payment archives in the information system classification. 2) Tools and equipment used in managing archives are wooden and glass cabinets. The arrangement is still disorganized because the order folders are just piled up. The archive storage space is too small so many archives accumulate and cannot be put in the cupboard. 3) There are still many archives whose duration of archive destruction is too long, considering the number of incoming documents or document production is quite high and quite a lot because archives that are old and no longer needed will be destroyed within a yearly period.

This family business is very important for survival and influential in the country, the high unemployment rate that exists in this country makes family business one of the opportunities in creating jobs. Several studies on family businesses have noted the very significant role of family businesses in a country's economic growth.  Gender roles in family companies, especially in Indonesia, are very important.  In addition to gender, there are other indicators related to problems in a family business, from several articles that have been found including business strategy, communication and the role of a woman in a family business.  From several articles reviewed, the majority of the research used a qualitative approach in discussing problems in family businesses. This is because in this theme detailed research is needed through interviews conducted with respondents who know and have a family business.

Employee performance is a description of the level of achievement of the implementation of an activity program or policy to realize the goals, objectives, vision and mission of an organization as outlined in a strategic plan. This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline partially on employee performance at PT. Deli Rubber Industry especially in the R1B section. The method in this study used a quantitative approach and the number of samples taken in this study were 104 respondents, the data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire. Data analysis used multiple linear regression tests with the SPSS 25 program, so that research shows that work discipline partially affects employee performance.

To build a community with character, this research seeks to evaluate and provide an overview of the Basic Concepts of a Community with Character and Strategies for Building a Community with Character. Researchers apply qualitative methods to collect data to study the purpose of the matter. This approach requires searching for references in papers and other references that are treated preferably as substitutes. The results of the research and subsequent discussion show how important character is, not only at school but also at home and in society. Character is an important component in people's lives because it allows us as a society to be meaningful for individuals and citizens, so strategies for building a community with character are important. If Character Education is carried out as a whole starting from home, school, and community it can be successful and effective. As a result, the character is a component of culture and community identity, their behavior will reflect that.

Each religion has its own symbols and uniqueness. Islam is the dominant religion in Indonesia. Islamic women are usually symbolized by the hijab and long clothes. Not infrequently there are also Muslim women who wear the veil. The veil is a face covering for Muslim women that covers all parts of the face except for the eye area, which is combined with a hijab and long clothes which are usually dominated by dark colors. But in Indonesia itself, women who wear the veil reap many pros and cons. This research was conducted to find out how the interactions that occur between women who wear the veil and the surrounding community. This study uses a type of qualitative research with an ethnographic approach. Qualitative research helps researchers to obtain an answer to a symptom, fact or reality that is being faced and to be able to understand a problem that is being studied. Ethnography is the study of culturally shared groups involving the core values and beliefs of their members. The subjects of this study were students studying at several campuses in Jember Regency. The results showed that the motivation of the informants in wearing the veil was as a form of obedience to religion and also to protect and avoid bad things. Several informants stated that they experienced some difficulties in interacting with the surrounding community when they wore the veil. Not infrequently they also receive negative stigma from society. So this is also a big challenge for veiled women in Indonesia, especially in the area around Jember Regency.

In the archive management system in a company, it is necessary to renew the archive management so that the records can be managed properly. The problem in this study is that the archive management system at the PT INSURIN Balikpapan Certification section can still be said to be less than optimal, due to the lack of knowledge about archive management and also a lack of awareness of the importance of archives. This study aims to develop a digital archive management system that can facilitate the search for archival data that is safe, fast, accurate, and more efficient. In this study, the type of research used was descriptive research with a qualitative approach using descriptive data analysis. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation, and use of seven other stages in the preparation of the system, namely the planning stage, the implementation stage, the testing stage, the analysis stage, the feedback stage, the repair stage, and the validation stage. The data analysis technique is through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Based on the research conducted, it can be concluded that the preparation of the application program that has been compiled can be used in archival management activities at the PT INSURIN Certification section to replace the previous system because it is considered effective but still requires the addition of other menus, especially in terms of archive search. It still needs development with the addition of other menus considering the many tools offered in the Microsoft Access application so that the system becomes more innovative, as well as renewal of archival equipment in the form of a roller-type scanner so that the process of scanning reports can be more practical and effective.

The number of diabetes mellitus from year to year is increasing if no management is carried out will cause complications and even death. Therefore, it is important for diabetes mellitus patients to know the four pillars of diabetes mellitus management. The purpose of this case study is to see knowledge and compliance related to  diabetes mellitus diet using booklet media  summarized with 4 pillars of diabetes mellitus.  The study starts May 5-6, 2023. The method in this study uses a case study approach method by applying health education counseling related to the four pillars of diabetes mellitus using a booklet. The sample in this study was a patient with type II diabetes mellitus. Data collection was conducted by interviews, health checks, pre-tests, provision of health education, and post-tests­. This research instrument used questionnaires on knowledge and adherence to diabetes mellitus diet.  The results of this case study found  that there was an increase in patient knowledge and compliance after providing health education related to the 4 pillars of diabetes mellitus. Especially people with diabetes mellitus in order to avoid the risk of complications that may occur and as an effort to increase knowledge and compliance related to diabetes mellitus diet. One of the interventions that can be provided for people with diabetes mellitus is the provision of health education related to the four pillars of diabetes mellitus consisting of: diabetes mellitus education, nutritional diet, pharmacology, and physical activity training.  

The ability of children to recognize the letters of the Qur'an in Taam Darul Huda is still low. Almost all students know hijaiyyah letters, but have not been able to pronounce and write letters without seeing examples. The purpose of this study is to find out how the implementation of introducing the letters of the Qur'an with the media playing flashcards in Ta'am Nurul Huda. This type of research is a case study with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, in-depth interviews and documentation studies. The results of the study show that the implementation of introducing the letters of the Qur'an with the media playing flashcards carried out by teachers at Taam Nurul Huda can actually help students memorize hijaiyah letters. The learning approach designed by the teachers is carried out through four stages, namely the preparation, implementation, self-learning, and evaluation stages.    

This journal is conducted with research, which aims to determine and define how the effect of the implementation of educational supervision by the principal on teacher performance in schools.  This research was conducted using one approach, namely qualitative approach. The educators in schools became the subject of research by taking samples of several teachers, using proportional random sampling techniques, and from the research and assessment it can be seen that the implementation of educational supervision by the principal has a positive effect on teacher performance and the implementation of educational supervision by the principal is also very impactful on teacher performance in schools.

Temanggung Regency has an area of mostly highlands because it is located on the part of Mount Sindoro and Mount Sumbing. In general, these areas have lower temperatures and water is more limited than areas that are located lower, especially during the dry season. Not all types of plants can live and develop properly. One type of plant that can be cultivated with good results is tobacco. Initially, the tobacco grown in Temanggung Regency was N. tabacum var. fructicosa then became a variety that has been adapted for years to produce a specific tobacco quality. Through a special cultivation model, namely related to tillage, planting seeds, plant maintenance and fertilization, a long flat-shaped tobacco is produced with a width of approximately 0.5-1 cm. Therefore, people call it soft tobacco. Soft tobacco which is the original cultivation of the people of Temanggung is a special attraction for kretek products so that several manufacturers mix their products with soft tobacco from Temanggung Regency. Regardless of the pros and cons of the tobacco plant itself, Soft Tobacco can have economic value so it has potential to be used as a Geographical Indication for Temanggung Regency. This writing uses a qualitative method, with a normative juridical approach, in which case the method uses a statutory and conceptual approach. Protection of geographic indications aims to protect the uniqueness of a product, in this case, Temanggung soft tobacco from counterfeiting or improper use, while at the same time providing opportunity and legal protection to the people of the Temanggung area as producers of soft tobacco products to get maximum benefits. Therefore it is interesting to write about Soft Tobacco having the potential to become a Geographical Indication for Temanggung Regency and what is the role of the local government in making this Soft Tobacco a Geographic Indication.

The lowest echelons of society have been affected by the global spread of the coronavirus epidemic, which has infected people from all walks of life and altered regional lives and cultural practices. In addition to causing a recession in the national economy, this issue has also decreased peoples' purchasing power and ability to withstand the rising cost of living.This study outlines the efforts made by the Bandung Regency government to provide good guarantees for street children through preventive measures, financial education assistance, fostering enthusiasm and shelter supervision, developing regulations and policies, and providing freedom of choice for street children in the medium term through playing, direct support, approaches to tackling social issues, and suggestions for revenue management. the enhancement of human resources, research into the growth of street children, and evaluation of good street child conduct are all attempts to better society.The problem is that because of spiritual issues, many of them try to escape and destroy necessities of life. Despite having a sizable state budget, it is impossible to employ street children in suitable jobs. Additionally, there is still a dearth of assistance and backing from many organizations.

Crime is a social phenomenon that is the responsibility of the state and society because the more crimes that are committed, the greater the danger to the state and society. This study uses normative legal research methods which aim to analyze and evaluate court decisions related to law enforcement of perpetrators of fraudulent online motorcycle taxi ordering fraud. This method will involve literature study and document analysis, namely court decision number 1507/PID.SUS/2018/PN.MDN and decision number 143/PID.B/2018/PN.LMG which is related to the fraudulent case of fictitious online motorcycle taxi orders. The analysis was carried out using a statutory approach and legal theory related to criminal acts of fraud and related court decisions. The results of the analysis will be requested and presented in a narrative form that can provide a deeper understanding related to law enforcement against perpetrators of criminal acts of fraudulent online motorcycle taxi orders. Based on the author's analysis above of the two criminal court decisions in the field of Information and Electronic Transactions Law, it turns out that the authors found that it was very low and did not give a deterrent effect to perpetrators of the Electronic Information and Transactions Law and did not provide a sense of justice to victims. Based on the analysis that the author conducted regarding the Recognition of Ulayat Rights in the Republic of Indonesia, the district/city government is the first line to provide recognition and protection of customary rights over customary law community lands. This research is motivated by a phenomenon from the author's observations about the low student learning outcomes caused by several factors, including the low attention of students in attending Islamic Religious Education lessons. One of the causes of the problems that arise is the inaccuracy of the use of methods in learning. So, in this study the researcher will choose a method that is considered to be able to improve student learning outcomes, namely by using the demonstration method. This research uses a quantitative experimental approach. Collecting data in this study the authors obtained through tests and documentation. This study used 44 students as a population and 44 students as a sample. The data analysis technique that the author did was a prerequisite analysis test in the form of a data normality test, homogenesis. Then the final data analysis the author uses is the t-test. Based on the results of the study it can be understood that the results of the researchers' calculations using the t-test and SPSS 20 where the t-test obtained the results tcount = 4.11713736 and ttable = 1.714, then tcount > ttable then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, and calculations using SPSS 20 yield results which are 2-tailed significant values or sig values. (2-tailed) = 0.000 at the significance level α = 0.05. Because the significant value of 2-tailed <α, i.e. 0.000 <0.05, H0 is rejected. So it can be concluded that demonstrations are effective in improving student learning outcomes in class VIII.2 PAI subjects at SMPN 4 Kec. Lareh Sago Halaban.

But because of this, many people have lost their jobs and those who lack the ability and skills in a field of work are forced to enter a job, or maybe it cannot also be called a job, namely begging, and one form of beggar today is street clowns. This research will focus on the figure of street clowns at the Mastrip Roundabout Red Light, as well as the background that makes them eventually become street clowns.
