The industrial revolution today is not only oriented towards quality results and cutting-edge technology such as the industrial revolution 4.0. Today's industry is developing by implementing the concept of green building or green industry. Green industry is a concept and idea that an industry no longer only takes into account the advantages and benefits for its company, but also needs to pay attention to the level of efficient use of natural resources and energy sources and minimize the impact of the production process which is felt by the surrounding community and has a negative impact on the environment. , PT XYZ is one of the companies engaged in integrated plastic recycling in the world which processes plastic waste into quality and environmentally friendly products. In order to move towards a green building era that applies efficiency and effectiveness standards for a work system, PT XYZ will plan to determine the effectiveness value of a sustainable production line using the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) theory. To measure the effectiveness value of a sustainable production process in TPM, the OLE (Overall Line Effectiveness) measurement method can be used. OLE is a tool for measuring the effectiveness of the production process, a modification of the OEE tool which is specifically for determining the value of process effectiveness in sustainable production. From the TPM measurement results, a production line effectiveness value using the OLE method was obtained of 91.7% during September 2023.    

With the rapid development of technology, it benefits us in facilitating work in various fields. One example today is the use of modern technology in optimizing business processes. Information is one of the important assets for the Company in carrying out its business processes. With the rapid development of information technology also resulting in faster data movement, this must be used to help the Company in obtaining information quickly, precisely, effectively and efficiently. This is also evidenced by the increasing number of pioneering industries from small to large industries that are developing today. One of them is PT. XYZ. Of course, as a pioneering company, it requires a number of optimizations in its business process activities, one of which is reporting and recording. Because assets are one of the important elements in the Company's productivity, it is necessary to monitor the condition of assets regularly. The company still uses a manual asset damage reporting system using Whatsapp. Of course, this is less effective and efficient in the process, especially in recording activities to report damage to existing assets. Therefore, this study was conducted to help optimize the existing asset damage reporting system. From the results of the research, it can be seen using current technology, it can help optimize the reporting of damage to the Company's assets with the help of Google Sheets as its main database and Appsheet as a simple application for filling out reports.    

PT XYZ is an industrial company that produces tools. In this research, the problem that must be resolved, namely the issue of raw material inventory control that occurs at PT XYZ, will be resolved using the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method using POM-QM software. By using the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method, it is hoped that it can solve the raw material inventory control problems that occur at PT XYZ so that the costs incurred by the company are optimal. So, PT XYZ can solve the problem of controlling raw material inventory with the help of the POM-QM application to facilitate the calculation process. Based on the analysis and data processing that has been carried out, it is known that the optimal quantity of raw material A output per order is 150 units with a total cost of IDR 270,596,000 and a reorder point value of 7 units. For raw material B, the optimal quantity per order is 241 units with a total cost of IDR 2,439,490,000 and a reorder point value of 53 units. For raw material C, the optimal quantity per order is 94 units with a total cost of IDR 425,200,400 and a reorder point value of 7 units. For raw material D, the optimal quantity per order is 82 units with a total cost of IDR 217,229,600 and a reorder point value of 5 units. So the raw material that has the most influence in the tool making process at PT XYZ is B because it has the largest reorder point value.    

PT The lathe is one of the essential machines in production activities in this company. The amount of downtime caused by machine failure will reduce product quality and quantity. Therefore, this research aims to identify the factors that most influence the risk of lathe failure so that repair priorities and maintenance strategies can be determined. This can be achieved by using the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) method. FMEA is a method that can be used to identify the causes and impacts of each possible failure mode on machine components by systematically explaining the levels of failure so that appropriate prevention or repair can be carried out. The FMEA method shows the Risk Priority Number (RPN) value as a reference in determining the choice of maintenance strategy, namely, predictive maintenance, preventive maintenance or corrective maintenance. The research results show that the highest RPN value is found in the motor shaft pulley component at 320 and Nut Screw at 210. The importance of K3 in the tugboat bunkering process is not only limited to safety aspects, but also has a direct impact on ship readiness. Implementing good K3 ensures that bunkering is carried out in accordance with existing procedures. In addition, implementing good K3 will support the operations of ships that have been bunkered so that the ship can continue to operate effectively in supporting various maritime transportation needs. The research method used is the HIRADC (Hazard Identification Risk Assessment Determining Control) method. HIRADC is a method of risk management. For data collection techniques in this research, field observations, interviews and company data were used. In this data analysis and discussion, an analysis of the data processing that has been carried out will be carried out, namely identifying potential risk values ​​and considering the risk ranking to determine priorities and methods of control. After the data analysis and discussion, the next step is to draw conclusions from the data analysis that has been carried out. In the process of filling a ship with fuel (bunker), various dangers or risks can arise throughout the stages of the activity. Hazard identification involves recognizing and documenting the various potential elements that could cause an accident or health problem. For example, slipping, being pinched, being hit by a fuel pump hose during the bunkering process are also aspects that need to be identified as dangers. The work activity identified in this research is the activity of filling the ship with fuel (bunker), then carrying out a risk assessment of the work activity, then determining the necessary hazard and risk controls with the aim of preventing accidents. Data processing will be carried out using the HIRADC method. This step will later become input and suggestions that can be implemented at PT Pelindo Marine Service as a reference for determining steps to deal with work accidents that occur. The absence of student textbooks in the new Creative and Entrepreneurial Project subjects in accordance with the current Merdeka Curriculum causes students to be less familiar with Creative and Entrepreneurial Project material. Therefore, researchers developed an Augmented Reality-Based Creative and Entrepreneurial Project Teaching Book. The research conducted is a type of research and development (research and development). The product development model uses the ADDIE model which consists of Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The development of textbooks uses augmented reality as a supporting media in textbooks. This research design adapts the One Group Pretest Posttest Design, with data collection techniques using questionnaires, observations, and tests. The research subjects involved 28 students of class XI Audio Video Engineering 2 at SMK Negeri 1 Kediri and validators consisting of two lecturers in the Electrical Engineering Education Study Program, and one teacher teaching Creative Projects and Entrepreneurship subjects at SMK Negeri 1 Kediri. The results showed that the level of validity of the textbook in terms of expert assessment was 91% with very valid criteria. The level of practicality of the book in terms of students' responses was 93% with very practical criteria. Learning outcomes with multiple choice tests showed an average pretest score of 64.64, while the average posttest score was 88.04. Based on the Wilcoxon test which shows the difference or increase in pretest and posttest scores has a significance value of 0.000. The significance value of the calculated results thus falls in the H0 rejection area because the significance value of 0.00 <0.05, in other words that the pretest and posttest scores have a significant difference or increase. Based on the calculation and analysis of student learning outcomes data, it can be concluded that the Augmented Reality-Based Creative and Entrepreneurial Project Teaching Book developed is effective in improving student learning outcomes.

In line with the concept of environmentally friendly national development, every commercial and industrial activity must be committed to preserving the environment. This is in accordance with Law no. Regulation Number 32 of 2009 concerning Environmental Protection and Management. Referring to Law No.30 of 2007 concerning Energy, which was then followed up with Government Regulation No.33 of 2023 concerning Energy conservation which requires energy users above TOE to carry out Energy conservation by conducting periodic Energy Audits of Lighting Systems and Air Conditioning Systems . This research conducted an audit of lighting and air conditioning systems by collecting data on lighting intensity, temperature and humidity in each room in the office from 08.00 – 17.00 using a lux meter measuring instrument, then the results were analyzed by referring to the Indonesian National Standards (SNI) regarding lighting and Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Regulation No. 13 of 2012 concerning Saving on Electricity Use. The use of electrical energy in the office work environment is still not optimal and even though the density value is satisfactory, the lighting level in the office still has rooms that do not meet SNI standards. Apart from that, the use of electrical energy for the air conditioning system is also considered insufficient so several recommendations need to be made

Sustainability Development is one of the target to be achieved in order to maintain the sustainability of future generations without reducing the needs of present. One form of sustainable development that is implemented is green building certification to assess the level of efficiency savings that have been made. This study aiming to analyze the application of green building concept in office buildings. Application analysis was carried on on energy, water, and material efficiency aspects using EDGE program issued by IFC (International Finance Coporation) which is ne of the poviders green building certification. The scope used in this study is that this assessment is carried out with the aim of certifiying exsisting building and post construction. Based on the analysis results, it is known that the value of green building implemtation in office building is 16,63% energy savingi, 34,79% water savings  dan 92% material savings

Steel is a metal material that can be used in the engineering field to make alloys of other metals so that they can have better material properties than the original metal material. One thing that can be done to increase resistance to wear is to increase the surface hardness of the workpiece. This research carried out an analysis to increase the hardness of the surface of low carbon steel after heat treatment for 60 minutes with variations in quenching media resulting from hardfacing using SMAW welding (shield metal arc welding) with DC+ and DC- polarities. The data analysis technique used in this research is specimen testing. The results obtained later by the research show that DC+ polarity has higher hardness in all specimens tested with a value of 418.66 VHN water quenching, 402.8 VHN oil quenching, 348 VHN non-treatment when compared with DC- polarity with a value of 405, 92 VHN quenching water, 374.02 VHN quenching oil and 323.38 VHN non-treatment. Quenching media with water obtained the highest hardness results with a value of 405.92 VHN.

Student management is a process of guidance or coaching for students starting from initial entry to graduation from an educational institution in order to guide students so that participating in teaching and learning activities can run optimally and also so that in the process students can comply with the regulations that have been implemented and minimize student for committing violations. The research that will be carried out aims to determine the influence of the quality of student management on the level of discipline of Wustho level students at Madrasah Diniyah Al Amiriyyah Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Blokagung Banyuwangi for the 2021/2022 Academic Year. Student management is one of the most urgent school management because it is directly related to students regarding guidance to them for the effectiveness of teaching and learning activities. This research method uses quantitative methods. This type of research will use quantitative descriptive. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire which will be tested for validity and reliability. To find out whether there is a significant influence between student management on the quality of discipline of Wustho level students at Madrasah Diniah Al Amiriyyah Darussalam Islamic Boarding School Blokagung Banyuwangi for the 2021/2022 Academic Year using the Pearson product moment formula.

Cost management of education is essential to achieving the highest levels of madrasah quality. As a result, it is important to take into account the stages of education financing management. The effective use of funds for each madrasah should determine a plan that is a comprehensive educational financing priority from a financing program that entails crucial choices about the state funding allocation system for school regions or areas, the tax system utilized to finance the program, and the courses of study that must be paid.

The study aimed to examine how Local Own-Source Revenue and Balancing Funds influenced the Economic Growth of Regency/City Governments in the Gerbangkertosusila Area between 2017 and 2021. Employing a quantitative approach via Saturated Sampling, the research utilized GRDP data from the East Java Province BPS website to evaluate Economic Growth, and the Statement of Budget Realization data from the official websites of the Regency/City Governments in the Gerbangkertosusila Area. Multiple linear analysis was employed for data analysis. The findings indicated a positive correlation between Local Own-Source Revenue and Economic Growth in the Gerbangkertosusila Area, while the Balancing Fund did not exhibit a significant impact on the region's economic growth.

The most common anemia in pregnancy is iron anemia, this is caused by a lack of iron intake in food due to reabsorption disorders, digestive disorders and bleeding. This research aims to determine the relationship between family support and compliance with pregnant women in consuming Fe tablets at PMB Lismayani Lubis, Simalungun Regency in 2023. This type of research is research using an analytical survey with a cross-sectional method approach. The population is all 46 pregnant women visiting PMB Lismayani Lubis, Simalungun Regency. The number of samples used was 46 people obtained using the total sampling technique. The data analysis technique uses chi square. The results obtained in this study were that from 46 respondents, there was a relationship between family support and compliance with pregnant women in consuming Fe tablets, showing that the p value = 0.012 < 0.05. It is recommended that health workers increase education regarding the administration of Fe tablets to pregnant women.

Exclusive breastfeeding for 6 months and continuing for 2 years in addition to providing adequate complementary foods (MP ASI) has been proven to be an effective intervention that can reduce infant mortality. This study aims to determine the relationship between oxytocin massage and breast milk production in postpartum mothers at the Madiri Rimenda Br Tarigan Midwife Practice, Medan Denai District in 2023. This type of research is research using an analytical survey with a cross sectional method approach. The population was all post partum mothers who visited the Madiri Rimenda Br Tarigan Midwife Practice, Medan Denai District, totaling 34 people. The number of samples used was 34 people obtained using the total sampling technique. The data analysis technique uses chi square. The results obtained in this study were that from 34 respondents, there was an effect of oxytocin massage on breast milk production in postpartum mothers, showing that the p value = 0.000 < 0.05. It is recommended for Health Workers to increase education regarding Exclusive Breastfeeding.

Uric acid or gout is a condition with symptoms of unbearable pain, swelling and heat in the joint area. This disease is easier to attack men, especially those over the age of 30 years, and in women will appear after menopause. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of giving soursop juice on uric acid levels in Paudean Village, South Lembeh District. This research uses Quasy- Experiment and applies the design of One Group Pre-Post Test Design. The sampling technique is using Purposive Sampling. With total 12 people as a sampling who had previously checked uric acid levels, after that the data collected had been tested for normality. The hypothesis was tested with the Paired T-Test to determine the Gout decreases in subject with a meaning level (α) of 0.05. The results showed the most gender categories obtained in the study was men with 7 subject (58.3%), women 5 subject ts (41.7%). And the category of age was most at 56-65 years, with 7 subject (58.4%). As well as many jobs categories from the suffer from gout, namely IRT (house wife). The conclusion in this study giving soursop juice is effected on decrease the uric acid levels. Be expected for the uric acid sufferers to consumption soursop juice and also apply how to make soursop juice.

Oxytcin massage is a massage that can stimulate the process of breast milk production, providing a sense of comfort, relaxation and calm to help breast milk production. Childbearing family is a family that awaits birth starting from pregnancy until the birth of an early child and continues until 30 months old. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect iveness of oxytocin massage on breast milk production in childbearing families in the Melati Room of at second grade Robert Wolter Mongosidi Hospital. This research uses the Quasi Experiment method with a one group pre-test -post test design. The sample of this study amounted 17 subject using Purposive Sampling. Data collection was taken by observation sheets. Furthermore, the data that collected is analyzed using Wilcoxon's statistical test with a significant level (α) of 0.001. The results of this study showed before and after oxytocin massage most mothers experienced an increase in breast milk production. The results of the analysis tested using the Wilcoxon test obtained a value of P = 0.001 (<0.05), meaning there is an effect of oxytocin massage on breast milk production in childbearing families. The conclusion in this study the effected oxytocin massage on breast milk production in the childbearing family in the Melati Room of at second grade Robert Wolter Mongosidi Hospital.

Typhoid fever is a type of infection caused by Salmonella Enterica bacteria, especially Salmonella Typhi derivatives. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a relationship between knowledge and attitudes of parents towards typhoid fever prevention measures in children in the dahlia room of Robert Wolter Mongisidi Kindergarten Hospital in Manado City. The study was conducted using analytical descriptive research methods that are cross sectional. The sample was taken based on the number of subjekts as many as 30 people using random sampling, data collection was carried out by giving questionnaires. Furthermore, the data that has been collected is processed using the help of the SPSS program computer to analyze the chi-square statistical test with a meaning level (α) of 0.05. The results showed that the most sex obtained in this study was 20 female subjekts (66.7%). The conclusion in this study is that there is a relationship between knowledge and attitudes of parents towards typhoid fever prevention measures in children p = 0.000. This p value is smaller than α = 0.05, there is a relationship between knowledge and parents' attitudes towards preventive measures against typhoid fever in children. Type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM) occurs when the body does not produce enough insulin to compensate for disturbed insulin production. Type 2 DM complications are diabetic ulcers. Feet care is an activity to carry out regularly to maintain hygiene in when the blood sugar levels increased or even in the normal condition. The objective of this research is to educate the health education to detect the peripheral neuropathy symptoms, minimize the risk of ulcers, amputations and prevent chronic complications.This is quasi experiment research with one group pre-post test design, using Mac-Nemar test taken 225 population of samples using Ari Kunto. 10% formula with Purposive sampling technique of 23 respondents.The researchers found there was a difference before and after given health education with the method of  the ability to carry out for the feet demonstrated. Results Before performed the demonstration category both 2 people (8.7%) and category less good 21 people (91.3%), then the result After demonstration both 22 people (95.7%), and less good 1 person (4.3%) of 23 respondents, result P value = 0,000.Conclusion: The health education with demonstration methods on the ability to care for the feet of type 2 diabetics in Puskesmas Ranomuut Manado affected. Advice: Early research can add insight into the source of knowledge about how to prevent the occurrence of diabetic ulcers.
