Character education plays a central role in shaping individuals with morality, integrity, and the ability to face contemporary challenges. From the perspective of hadith, character education emphasizes values such as honesty, patience, compassion, and responsibility as life guidelines. However, in the modern era, various challenges such as the influence of social media, value globalization, and digital inequality often hinder the ideal formation of character among the younger generation. This study aims to explore the urgency of character education based on the hadith of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), identify the primary issues in its implementation, and offer solutions relevant to the challenges of modern education. The identified problems include shifts in moral values due to technology, a lack of integration of character values into curricula, and insufficient synergy between schools, families, and communities. his research employs a qualitative method using a literature review approach, analyzing relevant hadiths and contemporary character education theories. The findings indicate that effective solutions include integrating character values into the curriculum, adopting role-model-based teaching approaches, and utilizing technology to support innovative character education. Through these strategies, character education from the perspective of hadith can be effectively implemented to shape individuals with noble character, adaptability, and relevance to modern-era challenges.  

Fostered partners are partners formed by KKN group III students in Rato Village, Bolo Subdistrict while business actors are those in the village of Rato with the type of business, namely typical regional snacks. This activity aims to provide knowledge to fostered partners and also business people in Rato Village about business ethics that partners need to have in doing business. The method offered to partners / SMEs is in the form of education / socialization using LEAFLETS which are carried out door to door. The material provided in the leaflet includes a discussion of (1) the role of ethics in doing business for MSME actors, (2) the benefits of doing business for MSME actors, (3) the application of ethical principles in doing business in financial, marketing, production and HR activities. The results of this activity show that flower pangaha MSMEs are very enthusiastic in listening and discussing during the activity. In addition, it can provide knowledge about ethics in running a business.

This research analyzes the impact of the European Union's Renewable Energy Directive II (RED II) policy on Indonesia as the world's main palm oil producer. Using a qualitative method, data was obtained from scientific journals, previous studies, books, and media reports. The RED II policy that restricts the use of palm oil in biodiesel in the European Union has a significant impact on Indonesia's CPO industry, such as a decline in exports that affects foreign exchange, GDP contribution, and exchange rate stability. This article also discusses Indonesia's response, including diplomacy and sustainable palm oil promotion strategies, to maintain export stability and meet EU sustainability standards.

Economic development has a broader meaning and encompasses comprehensive changes in the economic structure of society. This development process is a transformation marked by structural changes, both in the foundation of economic activities and in the economic framework of the society in question. In economic theory, it is understood that economic growth and equity often conflict with each other. If the focus of development is directed towards economic growth, it will be high, but it will not be accompanied by income equity, resulting in an unequal income distribution. Conversely, if the emphasis is placed more on equity, income distribution may improve, but economic growth could be lower. Developed countries have adopted a strategy of Redistribution with Growth, which means they strive to promote economic growth while simultaneously redistributing income by focusing on development projects that are equity-oriented and create a significant number of jobs.

Public speaking is an essential skill that every individual, especially Madrasah Aliyah students, must master to prepare for societal challenges. This skill not only supports the ability to convey information effectively but also plays a crucial role in building self-confidence, enhancing communication competencies, and preparing students to contribute to community life. At MA Ma'had Al-Zaytun, public speaking is an integral part of the curriculum aimed at equipping students with skills relevant to real-world demands. This study aims to identify effective strategies to improve the public speaking skills of students at MA Ma’had Al-Zaytun by analyzing the factors influencing these skills within the context of pesantren education. The research adopts a qualitative approach, utilizing data collection techniques such as in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings indicate that the public speaking program, through activities such as muhadhorah, significantly contributes to enhancing students' confidence and communication abilities. However, challenges such as nervousness and lack of preparation remain issues to be addressed. These findings provide important implications for the development of more effective and adaptive public speaking training programs in pesantren and other educational institutions.

Granting Justice Collaborator (JC) status to perpetrators of criminal acts of corruption is one of the law enforcement strategies aimed at uncovering a wider network of corruption crimes. However, its implementation raises various problems, both in terms of law, morals and justice. This research aims to analyze the regulations underlying the granting of JC status, the criteria for its application, and the challenges that arise in practice. This study uses a juridical-normative method with an analytical approach to statutory regulations, court decisions and legal literature. The research results show that the granting of JC status is often no transparent, giving rise to controversy regarding the integrity of its implementation. Apart from that, there is a discrepancy between the ideal JC criteria as regulated in the Supreme Court Circular Letter (SEMA) Number 4 of 2011 and the practice of granting JC status. This has an impact on public trust in the criminal justice system. For this reason, it is necessary to strengthen regulations and tighter supervision so that granting JC status is in accordance with the principles of justice, transparency and accountability.

This study aims to analyze the contribution of Islamic economic policies to macroeconomic stability in Indonesia through various Islamic financial instruments. The results show that Islamic economic policies, including Islamic banking, zakat, waqf, and sukuk, play a significant role in supporting economic stability and fostering real sector growth. Profit-sharing financing offered by Islamic banking, for instance, provides a fairer and more flexible alternative compared to conventional systems. Furthermore, wealth redistribution instruments such as zakat and productive waqf have proven to help reduce poverty and improve community welfare. However, challenges remain regarding the low financial literacy of Islamic finance and the lack of infrastructure supporting its implementation. This study suggests the need for strategic steps to strengthen Islamic financial literacy, enhance digital technology, and strengthen collaboration between the government, Islamic financial institutions, and society in promoting inclusive and sustainable Islamic economic growth.

In the era of globalization that is full of challenges, the ability to think critically is becoming increasingly relevant. This research aims to examine how the integration of the trilogy of soul aspects (rasa, cipta, and karsa) in the learning process can foster critical thinking character in the younger generation. Through literature review and case studies, this research will identify learning strategies that are effective in stimulating students' critical thinking skills, as well as analyze their influence on overall character development. The results of the research are expected to contribute to the development of a more holistic curriculum and teaching practices, so as to produce a young generation that is not only intellectually intelligent, but also has a strong and competitive character. The formation of critical thinking character does not only involve the teaching and learning process in the classroom, but also needs to be balanced with real experiences outside the academic environment. Through a holistic approach, it is hoped that the younger generation will be able to develop critical thinking skills that are not only useful in the context of education, but also in everyday life. Education based on this trilogy of aspects of the soul will provide a strong foundation for young people to face global challenges and contribute positively to society. This trilogy includes intellectual understanding, emotional and values development, and practical skills that support each other. By integrating these three aspects, education will not only shape individuals who are intellectually intelligent, but also have social awareness and adaptability in a changing society. Character education has become a central issue in education today. This research proposes that integrating the trilogy of aspects of the soul can be an effective approach in building critical thinking character in the younger generation. By stimulating the trilogy aspects in a balanced manner, it is expected that they will be able to develop critical thinking skills that are not only logic-based, but also based on moral values and empathy. This research will test this hypothesis through experiments or case studies at an educational institution.

In an effort to improve early nutrition, the Indonesian government has introduced the "Movement to Promote Fish Consumption" (GEMARIKAN) program, aimed at increasing fish consumption among the public. This program is expected to educate the community on the importance of consuming fish as a source of protein and to raise awareness of the health benefits associated with eating fish. This study aims to explore in depth the role of the East Jakarta government's public relations in campaigning for the GEMARIKAN program. The research employs a qualitative method with a library research approach. The reason for conducting this study is to understand the role of government public relations in promoting the GEMARIKAN program. As part of efforts to reduce stunting rates, the East Jakarta City Administration is actively promoting the GEMARIKAN 2024 campaign among elementary school children in East Jakarta public schools. And the results obtained were that the role of government public relations in the Gemarikan campaign in East Jakarta had gone quite well, even though the implementation was not optimal, through two approaches, namely a persuasive and educative approach and a collaborative approach.

Movies can inspire, educate, or even influence the way we see things. movies about parents' struggles for their children can educate us all about how great parental love is in seeking justice for their children. The web series movie Cinta Pertama Ayah tells the story of a father's love and sacrifice to seek justice for his daughter. The purpose of this research is to find out the connotation and denotation meanings of father's love and the representation of father's love in this movie. The research method is using a qualitative approach with Roland Barthes semiotic theory analysis. The data collection technique uses documentation in the form of capturing movie scenes and literature study to find things related to this research. The results of this study show that there are many scenes that contain elements of representation of father's love which are divided into 4 scenes studied. The denotation and connotation meanings in the 4 scenes can be seen from the efforts to be willing to sacrifice, help the child overcome problems, support the child whatever happens. The connotation meaning is in the form of creating courage in children, emotional support when anxious and frustrated, embracing children when fear arises, teaching children what they don't know, and encouraging and always accepting the child no matter what.

In line with the development of social media use, the role of influencers in tourism marketing strategies has developed further. This research is aimed at analyzing marketing through influencers in increasing interest in visiting Mount Tunak tourism in Central Lombok. The purpose of this research is to the influence of trust given to influencers. Data was collected through an online survey to 50 respondents who visited the content promoted by influencers. Competition in the world of tourism today is very tight, therefore it is very important to use influencer-based digital marketing. Influencers already have and can personally and effectively reach audiences, so their relevance and credibility are important to research. The results of the research show that using influencer marketing has a significant impact on visitor interest, which is more dominant when there is trust in the influencer. This research is expected to provide guidance for tourism industry players to maximize strategies in digital marketing.

This research aims to analyze the impact of delays in the submission of accountability reports on the presentation of financial statements at KPPN Surabaya II and to examine the legal mechanisms related to the timeliness of LPJ submissions at KPPN Surabaya II. This study employs a qualitative case study approach. Primary data sources were obtained from structured interviews with 2 informants. Secondary data were obtained from documentation, where the required documents were the financial statements of KPPN Surabaya II for the 2023 period, LPJ satker, and letters or reports of administrative sanctions. The informants in this study were selected using purposive sampling with specific criteria, namely individuals who are experienced and directly responsible for the processes of verification, accounting, and financial report preparation. The analysis method in this study uses thematic analysis. The results of this study indicate that most work units have submitted their financial reports on time, but there are still several units that are late. The delays were caused by technical constraints such as disruptions in the SAKTI system and recording errors, as well as human resource factors, particularly related to the adaptation to digital technology. The impact of the delay is the decline in the quality of financial reports due to incorrect entries or inaccurate data from the delayed LPJ, as well as the hindrance of the evaluation and budget allocation processes.

Deli Serdang Regency located in North Sumatra Province has significant economic potential, supported by the agriculture, industry, trade, and service sectors. In recent years, Deli Serdang Regency has experienced fluctuations in its economic growth. This study analyzes the economic growth of Deli Serdang Regency using the Solow-Swan model. Secondary data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) in 2019-2020 accessed through the website https://www.bps.go.id/id analyzed to estimate model parameters. The results show that: (1) the level of savings and investment has a significant effect on economic growth, (2) technology and labor growth play an important role in increasing productivity, and (3) fiscal and monetary policies need to be optimized to increase economic growth. The Solow-Swan model effectively explains the dynamics of economic growth in Deli Serdang Regency.

The aim of this research was to explore the process towards deeper self-understanding and how this influences the level of happiness and calm in a person's life. Through a qualitative approach with a focus on literature reviews and in-depth interviews, this research shows that understanding true identity involves awareness of personal values, interpretation of life experiences, and the ability to accept one's own shortcomings and strengths. Research shows that people who succeed in finding their identity usually experience a more meaningful life, are able to face challenges calmly, and experience true happiness. In general, finding one's identity is not only important for understanding one's essence, but is also an important step in achieving a better quality of life. This study suggests doing regular introspection, meditation, and spiritual exploration as a way to better understand yourself. An important focus in life is to explore one's identity and the depths of the soul to reach one's true nature, which ultimately brings happiness and tranquility in life.

Based on the objectives of the Republic of Indonesia, which protects every right and existence in order to provide welfare to its people, it is evident that technological advancement also has a significant impact on the healthcare world. Medical malpractice is a medical act that can be highly detrimental, as it directly affects the community by causing negligence in medical services. In this regard, legislation provides protection to the Indonesian people and safeguards their rights as recipients of healthcare services. The aim of this research is to examine the criminal responsibility of healthcare professionals in cases of malpractice. The author also employs a juridical research method, where the main issue serves as the primary data, and in order to provide strong results, legal regulations are used as secondary data to offer an assessment for addressing malpractice cases transparently. The results of this research explain that a doctor can be legally prosecuted for their negligence in providing healthcare services, both from the perspective of law and medical ethics.  

The role of a lawyer is very necessary and important in order to help the defendant prepare and submit a defense memorandum (pledoi) from the perspective of legal argumentation which is based on logical and accountable thinking. We will discuss about the issued: how the defense memorandum (pledoi) functions for defendants undergoing the criminal case examination process and How aspect legal argumentation in the defense memorandum (pledoi) prepared by the lawyer. The conclusions obtained are first, the function of the defense memorandum (pledoi) for defendants undergoing the criminal case examination process is as a forum for the defendant to defend himself against the accusations or demands submitted by the public prosecutor and to convince the panel of judges trying the a quo case that the defendant should not be sentenced to justice. or at least punished with the lightest punishment possible. Second, the legal argumentation aspect in the defense memorandum (pledoi) prepared by the lawyer is a clear and logical explanation in the context of defense, rebuttal, and/or refutation of the public prosecutor's accusations and demands based on legal thoughts or views as a result of an interpretation or reasoning. law.

Legal protection of personal data in public information systems is an important aspect of maintaining individual privacy in the digital era. This journal examines various regulations governing personal data protection, including the Personal Data Protection Law and other related policies. This research uses a qualitative approach with case study analysis on several public agencies in Indonesia. The results show that despite the legal framework, the implementation of personal data protection still faces various challenges, such as a lack of understanding among public employees and a lack of socialization of individual rights. This study recommends the need for awareness raising and training for public agencies as well as strengthening supervisory mechanisms to ensure more effective personal data protection.

This study aims to explore the values of Pancasila, specifically the 3rd principle (Unity of Indonesia), in maintaining and anticipating unity and integrity within the national territory in the era of globalization. Unity and integrity are closely related to human resources with a Pancasila-oriented character, emphasizing peaceful approaches, mutual respect, understanding, and appreciation of cultural diversity to foster a sense of family and kinship. The findings of this study reveal that Pancasila, particularly the 3rd principle, has provided a strong bond of unity and integrity amidst societal changes in the globalization era. Pancasila serves as a source of strength, guiding Indonesia toward a golden era as a dignified nation within the global civilization. It functions as a pillar of life across various sectors such as social, economic, political, cultural, and defense, steering the nation toward a Pancasila-characterized Republic of Indonesia (NKRI) to achieve a prosperous and advanced Indonesia.

Insecure in Indonesian means unsafe. Meanwhile, according to the APA Dictionary of Psychology, insecurity or insecurity is a feeling of inadequacy and lack of self-confidence. While self-awareness is the ability to understand and recognize one's own emotions, strengths, weaknesses, values, and motivations, the implementation of self-awareness in social and emotional learning (SEL) is very important to help students develop emotionally and socially. Meanwhile, self-confidence is confidence and belief in one's abilities, being optimistic, objective, responsible, rational and realistic to solve and overcome a problem with an upside down situation so that it can provide something and be accepted by other people and the environment. Insecurity is sometimes necessary in everyday life to increase self-awareness and grow self-confidence. Many cases often occur among teenagers throughout the world, factors also come from the surrounding environment, whether it be friends or sometimes even family.

Pencak silat is an Indonesian cultural heritage and tradition that is rich in philosophy, art, and sport. In Kuningan Regency, pencak silat is not only seen as a sport, but also as a means to build character and community discipline. Despite its great potential, the achievement of pencak silat in this area still faces challenges, such as the lack of quality training and understanding of effective techniques. To overcome this, the Indonesian Pencak Silat Association (IPSI) of Kuningan Regency held a coaching workshop aimed at improving and increasing the competence of coaches and achievements in the pencak silat sport in Kuningan Regency. This activity was held on December 28, 2024 at the Muhammadiyah University of Kuningan, which was attended by 60 participants from various pencak silat schools. Competent speakers provided material on the basics of coaching, competition regulations, competition techniques and strategies, and first aid for sports injuries. The results of this activity are expected to form coaches who are able to educate athletes to achieve achievements, especially in the West Java Provincial Sports Week (BK PORPROV) Qualification Round competition. Thus, the socialization of this coaching is expected to contribute to improving the achievements of pencak silat in Kuningan Regency.
