In some kindergartens, there is an obstacle where the school targets children from disadvantaged families so that carrying out activities outside the classroom which definitely requires a lot of funds will be difficult to carry out. As technology progresses, there is technology that can help children meet their learning needs and visualizations that are very interesting to use, such as Augmented Reality. The application of augmented reality was created to help children learn to recognize mammals without needing to do activities outside of school. The implementation is carried out using the marker based tracking method accompanied by design tools using UML. The program is made in the form of an Android smartphone application. The results of this application can show mammals in three-dimensional form that is close to their original form. This research discusses the role of environmental law in preventing environmental damage and pollution with a case study of illegal shrimp farmers in the Karimunjawa National Park Area. The Karimun Jawa National Park area is an ecosystem that is rich in biodiversity and has vital ecological functions. However, illegal shrimp farming activities in this area have caused significant environmental damage, including decreased water quality and damage to mangrove habitats. This research uses a normative juridical approach to analyze applicable environmental legal regulations and policies as well as the effectiveness of law enforcement in preventing and dealing with the activities of illegal shrimp farmers. The research results show that although there are clear regulations regarding environmental protection, implementation and enforcement of the law are still weak. Lack of coordination between institutions, minimal human resources, and technical obstacles in the field are the main inhibiting factors in enforcing environmental law. This research recommends increasing law enforcement capacity, increasing coordination between institutions, and strengthening local community participation in environmental protection efforts in the Karimunjawa National Park Area. Sexual violence against children is a crucial issue in Indonesia, with the number of cases continuing to increase. This research evaluates the effectiveness of legal protection based on Law no. 35 of 2014 and Law no. 23 of 2004. Data for 2024 shows an increase in cases of child sexual violence by 15% from the previous year, with a total of 4,500 cases. The main obstacles in implementing legal protection include a lack of special training for law enforcers, limited budgets, weak inter-agency coordination, and social stigma that inhibits reporting. Comprehensive psychosocial support, such as therapy and rehabilitation, has proven crucial for victims' recovery. Suggestions for improving legal protection include increasing training, better budget allocation, improving institutional coordination, reducing social stigma, and strengthening the role of communities and non-governmental organizations. With these steps, it is hoped that legal protections can be strengthened, ensuring children grow up in a safe and supportive environment.
