The appreciation of Pancasila values in schools strengthens the identity of Indonesian people, carried out through experience and strengthening the profile of Pancasila students, namely having faith, being devoted to God Almighty, and having noble character, global diversity, working together, being independent, reasoning critically, and being creative when you are in school. in the school environment and in the classroom. The values, norms and ethics that have been contained in Pancasila have truly become a very complete and rounded part and can be integrated with the personality of every school member. So, it can form patterns of behavior, thought patterns and patterns of action and provide direction. The Indonesian education system is structured based on the culture of the Indonesian nation and is based on Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution as a form of embodiment of the life values of the Indonesian nation. The application or cultivation of values in every detail Pancasila must be taught so that individuals have attitudes and behavior that are in accordance with the noble character of the nation and do not deviate from Pancasila values which are in accordance with the principles of Pancasila. Character education needs to use Pancasila as the philosophical or ideological basis for its implementation. In industrial relations, there will definitely be conflicts between companies and workers related to differences in ideas which result in industrial relations problems or known as industrial relations disputes. Based on this, if an industrial relations dispute occurs and the company or workers do not find a good decision then this dispute will be handed over to the labor union to be resolved so as to obtain a mutually beneficial solution between the two disputing parties. This research aims to find out how labor unions can be a solution to resolving industrial relations disputes that occur between companies and workers. In order to gain accurate information and avoid changing any data, this research adopts a descriptive analytic method, gathering data from journals and publications published by competent and qualified authors. The topic taken to conduct this research is the concept of resolving employment contract disputes through labor unions. The results of this research are the concept used by trade unions, namely through deliberation to reach consensus in a friendly and open manner so that disputes can be resolved peacefully and ensure that no party is harmed.

Industrial relations problems are still high, even though they can be overcome by optimizing the role of trade unions in realizing quality industrial relations. The aim of the research is to describe and analyze the role of trade unions in optimizing the quality of industrial relations, the factors that encourage and hinder them, as well as efforts to overcome existing obstacles. HRD informants representing labor unions, management staff and government agencies, were obtained purposively. Data was obtained using interviews and documentation studies, then analyzed qualitatively. Plana Village is located in Somagede District, Banyumas Regency, 25 Km or around 36 minutes from the Nahdlatul Ulama University Purwokerto campus, with an area of 340,646 Km2 and a population of 3,680 people. Based on village potential data in Banyumas Regency, Plana Village is one of the underdeveloped villages where the majority of the population makes their living as farmers. Brown sugar production is a community business in Plana Village that has the potential to be developed but has many obstacles, including financial record keeping which is still very simple, the resulting product packaging still uses banana leaves or makeshift plastic bags, does not yet have a brand and product label, limited marketing scope, channels long distribution and minimal price information resulting in low selling prices which then makes the business considered unprofitable. Based on several of these problems, the aim of the PKM Team is to socialize the implementation of SAK EMKM and marketing mix strategies to increase profitability to realize the independence of coconut sap farmers in Plana Village, Somagede District. The actions that will be taken are to provide socialization and assistance regarding the preparation of financial reports based on SAK EMKM and running a business using a marketing mix strategy, namely by (1) The quality of the products produced by coconut sap farmers must continue to be maintained, (2) Pay attention to prices, where these prices must be higher than production costs. This research aims to find out and analyze efforts to fulfill political rights for first-time voters with disabilities in the general election in Gorontalo Regency in 2019 and to find out and analyze the factors inhibiting the fulfillment of political rights for first-time voters with disabilities in the general election in Gorontalo Regency in 2019 , based on the title raised in this research, researchers see the weakness of Indonesia's defenses from attacks by things that endanger society, thousands of illegal drugs have been circulating throughout Indonesia. This research uses empirical methods. The data collection process examined by researchers in this research is primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques that support and are related to this research are interviews, observation and literature study. The results of this research show that the KPU and the Government have ensured the implementation of efforts to respect and promote , protection and fulfillment of the rights of novice voters with disabilities to develop themselves and utilize all abilities according to their talents and interests to enjoy, participate and contribute optimally, safely, freely and with dignity in all aspects of national, state and social life. By socializing and expanding the network of first-time voters with disabilities to play an effective role in the general election system at all stages or parts of its implementation. Increasing the participation of people with disabilities in elections is also not easy. Every citizen has the right to social security necessary for a decent life and for full personal development. Every person with disabilities, elderly people, pregnant women and children have the right to receive special facilities and treatment. Teenagers are less aware of the hygiene of their genital organs. This can cause problems in reproductive health, one of which is vaginal discharge. Fluor albus or commonly known as vaginal discharge is a term for discharge from female genitalia that is not blood. This problem can be prevented by providing health education knowledge. This study aims to determine the effect of providing health education with leaflets on the level of prevention of vaginal discharge in adolescent girls at Pondok Pesantren Al-Jamil Purwokerto. This research is a quantitative study with a Pre-experiment approach and One Group Pretest-Postest Design. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling and the respondents obtained were 25 people. Statistical analysis using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. The results of this study prove that there is a significant effect between the provision of health education with leaflets on the level of vaginal discharge prevention in adolescent girls with a mean difference of 6.92 and 9.76. Wilcoxon p-value analysis test results (p=0.000). There is an effect of providing health education knowledge with leaflets on the level of prevention of vaginal discharge in adolescent girls at PP Al-Jamil Purwokerto.

This research aims to investigate and find solutions to the existing problems at PT. Elephant Agung Perkasa, focusing on Organizational Communication perspectives to address and resolve issues as well as inhibiting factors within the company. The study adopts a qualitative approach with a constructivist framework. Data collection involves observation and in-depth interviews to gather information for addressing the researched problems. The results indicate that the communication role at PT. Elephant Agung Perkasa is closely tied to the system implemented from superiors to employees and the communication among colleagues. To effectively manage organizational communication, PT. Elephant Agung Perkasa needs to handle it efficiently in both maintaining and resolving conflicts, as identified in this research. This ensures the company can implement effective communication practices and receive positive feedback from employees.

The emergence of the development of an industry is one of human efforts to survive. One of them is PT XYZ. Where PT XYZ is required to maintain its quality by reducing the number of defects in its production process. Reducing defects is very important to do. One of the appropriate methods for reducing empty pouches is the PDCA (Plan, DO, Check, and Action) method. This method is very effective in solving existing problems at PT XYZ. The results of the analysis that have been carried out have not had an optimal impact on the presentation of empty pouch defects where the company's standard percentage is 2%. In the data before repairs were carried out, the percentage of empty pouch defects had an average of 3.6%, but when repairs were carried out the average percentage of defects was still high, namely 3.5%. in the evaluation stage of the training period. Where further research can be carried out with the advice that can be given is being able to standardize each production process, and being able to be consistent in carrying out the improvements that have been made.

Artificial intelligence in the legal field helps many legal practitioners in conducting due diligence and investigations that are usually done by lawyers.  AI can also analyze legal documents and find weaknesses and flaws in legal documents, usually contracts. This shows the huge potential of artificial intelligence. Therefore, there is nothing wrong with AI being used more widely in this country, becoming a legal tool to solve people's problems.

This community service aims to provide education and understanding of business management to the community and MSMEs in Penakir Village, Pulosari District, Pemalang Regency, Central Java Province. The method used in this service is through seminar activities to educate the public about MSME management which is delivered orally by the presenters. The results of the seminar activities succeeded in identifying the problems faced by MSMEs and recommending several simple things that they can apply to develop their businesses.

Ngadilegi Utara Hamlet is one of the hamlets of Plintahan Village, Pandaan District, which has great potential in the agricultural sector. However, global climate change has caused problems that Ngadilegi Utara farmers, especially the Madulegi Farmer Group, must face in cultivating crops. The impact of global climate change can trigger the emergence of plant pest organisms (OPT) which can affect the achievement of quality to meet market demand (consumers). Meanwhile, farmers in Ngadilegi Utara Hamlet still carry out crop cultivation activities on open land which is very potential for pest and disease attacks, and can be disrupted by environmental stress. Cultivation innovation using a screenhouse is one solution to overcome the problem in order to increase plant productivity. The screenhouse was built with a size of 6 x 8 meters using a hollow and galvanized C frame. The roof uses UV plastic with a thickness of 200 microns, the walls use insect net with a density of 50 mesh, and the base is covered using tarpaulin. The construction of the screenhouse in Ngadilegi Utara Hamlet is considered to reduce the attack of plant pest organisms (OPT) and environmental stress factors, so that farmer groups in Ngadilegi Utara Hamlet can increase crop productivity well.

Use of the Transect method as a participatory planning method in exploring potential and problems visually as well as practice in participatory development planning in the Village Poverty has been a phenomenal problem throughout Indonesia's history as a nation-state. This poverty causes areas to be neglected and isolated. Development inequality appears and has an impact on the increasingly left behind poor villages. Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages, explains that the Village Government and village communities work together to develop in a spirit of mutual cooperation in the context of utilizing natural resources to achieve improvements in the welfare of village communities and their quality of life through sustainable use of natural resources and the environment. These efforts start from planning, implementation, to monitoring and evaluation with the right approach and methods. The question is whether village government officials in Indonesia understand and master planning methods and identify potential and problems in their villages. This article discusses a technique for identifying village potential and problems that can be used in the planning process at the village level. One method that is quite relevant in assessing the conditions of rural areas is the Participatory Planning Method which is considered quite effective for identifying potential, problems and formulating appropriate alternative solutions in a participatory manner.

The aim of this research is to describe the mathematical representation abilities of class X,this research is a qualitative descriptive type research. The subjects in this research were class XII students at SMAN. 2 Kerinci for the 2023/2024 academic year as many as 24 students. The focus of this research is the ability to visual representation, symbolic representation and verbal representation. The research methodology used is qualitative descriptive where tests and documentation are the data collection techniques used. The conclusion of this research is that mathematical representation skills are very important for students to master in determining the right strategy to solve a mathematical problem. Mathematical problems in everyday life, visual, verbal and symbolic representation skills are used, because everyday life problems need to be represented in the form of symbols or images in order to make it easier to solve and face problems.

Machine downtime is a daily issue in the manufacturing industry. Handling downtime occurrences on machines is necessary to improve productivity and the quality of production outcomes. This becomes a benchmark for manufacturing companies to compete in the era of globalization. The DMAIC approach can be utilized to systematically analyze and resolve issues, including downtime problems. Research findings indicate that hot runner mold is a priority for improvement at PT XYZ. Through the Define, Measure, and Analyze stages of DMAIC, the main problems are clearly identified, their causes deeply analyzed, and effective solutions developed and tested. The implementation of these solutions through the Improve and Control stages successfully enhanced production efficiency, reduced downtime, and improved mold quality.

In 2023, FKIP Universitas Khairun has successfully hosted the summit of the Forum Komunikasi (Forkom) FKIP Negeri se-Indonesia which was also enlivened by the implementation of 7 categories of student level competitions. One of the problems faced is the need for publication media and competition administration management. Community service activities were carried out to resolve these problems which included preliminary survey activities, designing a competition microsite that was integrated with Google Drive, mentoring and evaluation. Data on competition participants' responses was collected through a questionnaire distributed to a sample of 30 competition participants. The questionnaire was distributed using Google Forms. The results of the service show that the use of a microsite integrated with Google Drive can provide easy access to competition information and can be used as a medium for documenting competition administration documents so that competition implementation becomes more effective and efficient. In general, competition participants gave very good responses to the implementation of the competition.

Unsmooth milk production is the main problem causing the failure of the breastfeeding process. One way to increase milk production for post partum mothers is to support the nutritional needs of mothers, one of which is by consuming soy milk made from soy beans. This study aims to determine the effec tof soymilk (Glycine Max) on breast milk production in post partum mothers at Bakti Timah Hospital Karimun Riau Archipelgo. This researchis a pre-experimental study with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The population in this study were post partum mothers at Bakti Timah Hospital Karimun Riau Archipelago in the last one month as many as 102 people. The sampling technique in this study used a sampling technique carried out using purposive sampling of 34 respondents. The research instrument used a breastmilk production questionnaire, namely the Lactation Assessment Tool (LATCH) which consisted of 5 points. Data analysis was performed univariately and bivariately using the Wilcoxon test. The results showed that before consuming soy milk the average milk production was 3.35 and after being given soy milk the average milk production increased to 4.03. The results of the Wilcoxon test found a p-value of 0.001 (p <0.05) so it can be concluded that there is an effect of soy milk (Glycine Max) on increasing milk production in post partum mothers. It is recommended for the community, especially post partum mothers, to be able to use soy milk as an alternative to addressing problems with increasing breast milk production.
