This study aims to analyze the importance of facilities and infrastructure management in supporting the quality of educational services in educational units. In the context of modern education, facilities and infrastructure not only function as technical support for teaching and learning activities, but also as indicators of the quality of educational institutions. This research uses the library research method by examining various scientific sources, both in the form of journals, books, and relevant research reports. The results of the study show that effective management of facilities and infrastructure includes the process of planning, procurement, utilization, maintenance, and continuous evaluation of educational facilities. Each of these stages has an important role in ensuring the availability of a safe, comfortable, and conducive learning environment for all school residents. In addition, transparent and participatory management can increase a sense of responsibility, care, and efficiency in the use of facilities. The management of facilities and infrastructure based on the needs of students and the development of information technology has proven to be able to strengthen the quality of educational services and support the achievement of learning goals optimally. These findings provide practical implications for schools and policymakers to continue to strengthen data-driven educational facilities management systems and cross-stakeholder collaboration.

The post-operative recovery process is an important aspect in improving the quality of life for the elderly. A proper understanding of wound care, pain management, and activities that can accelerate recovery is essential to support their healing. Therefore, appropriate education and counseling are needed to help the elderly manage their recovery process effectively. The aim of this community service activity is to improve the knowledge and skills of the elderly community in Surakarta regarding post-operative healing. The method used in this activity is a quantitative approach with a pre-experimental design consisting of a pre-test and post-test with one group. The respondents were 20 elderly individuals who had undergone surgery. A pre-test was conducted before the education to measure the initial knowledge level of the elderly regarding post-operative care. After providing education on wound care, pain management, and the importance of recovery activities, a post-test was conducted to measure changes in the elderly’s knowledge after receiving the education. The results of this activity showed a significant increase in the elderly’s knowledge, as indicated by the difference between pre-test and post-test scores. This demonstrates that the education provided was effective in enhancing the elderly’s understanding of post-operative care and recovery processes. Several important problems in the education system include: (1) student moral behavior, (2) distribution of learning, (3) less efficient internal systems, (4) poor organization, (5) education management that is not in line with national development, and (6) lack of professionalism in resources. One effort to overcome this problem is to improve learning strategies, which are very important for the success of the learning process. One of the aspects studied in this journal is the teaching of the Islamic religion from Abuddin Nata's perspective. The results of the literature search show that an Islamic-based learning approach can shape student behavior. One effective strategy is to use an approach that is appropriate to the learning objectives and emphasizes skills and learning processes such as the Islamic education model which integrates skills, problem solving and memory formation.

Final-year university students occupy a fragile transitional space between academic completion and an uncertain future. This article examines future anxiety among final-year students as a multidimensional phenomenon encompassing academic pressure, employability uncertainty, identity formation, family expectations, spiritual struggle, and consequential life decisions under limited control. It employs a constructive conceptual literature review, synthesizing scholarship on university student mental health, career anxiety, career construction and career self-management, religious coping, and contemporary pastoral care. The analysis develops a pastoral accompaniment framework that neither reduces anxiety to a private psychological symptom nor replaces professional mental health or career services. Three constructive findings are proposed: first, future anxiety should be understood as a vocational-existential crisis intensified by final-year transitions; second, pastoral accompaniment contributes through relational presence, meaning-making, spiritual discernment, and referral-aware care; and third, an integrated model should combine stabilization, vocational reframing, and agency-building within accountable communities. The article concludes that pastoral accompaniment is most responsible when it is theologically grounded, psychologically informed, ethically bounded, and collaborative. Its main contribution is a practical-conceptual framework for campus ministries, theological schools, and Christian higher education institutions seeking to accompany final-year students without fabricating empirical claims or spiritualizing distress.

Grants are a form of financial assistance provided by individuals, organizations, or governments to recipients without repayment obligations. Grants play a significant role in social and economic development, including improving community welfare, strengthening economic capacity, and supporting infrastructure development. This study aims to analyze how grants contribute to community empowerment and economic growth while identifying challenges in their management. Using a qualitative approach based on a literature review, this study finds that well-managed grants can enhance the competitiveness of small and medium enterprises (SMEs), accelerate regional development, and support social sectors such as education and health. However, issues such as lack of transparency, weak supervision, and potential dependency among grant recipients remain significant challenges. Strengthening regulations, implementing monitoring systems, and ensuring impact-based grant distribution are recommended to improve grant effectiveness and maximize benefits for recipients.

This research investigates the impact of English language acquisition on transportation literacy among transportation management students. Through qualitative analysis of interviews and document analysis, the study explores how proficiency in English influences students' comprehension of key transportation concepts. The findings reveal that English language proficiency significantly enhances students' understanding of complex transportation topics, such as logistics, safety regulations, and multimodal transportation systems. Integrating effective language learning strategies, such as real-world scenarios and interactive activities, into transportation management courses can bridge the gap between language proficiency and transportation literacy. Additionally, innovative assessment methods, such as performance-based assessments, offer a more comprehensive approach to evaluating students' language proficiency and its application in transportation contexts. The study recommends ongoing professional development for educators, collaboration with industry partners, and the promotion of multilingualism to enhance transportation literacy among students. By adopting these recommendations, educational institutions can ensure that transportation management students are equipped with the necessary language skills to succeed in an increasingly globalised and diverse transportation industry.
