This research discusses the position of a siri wife as an heir based on a will from the perspective of Islamic inheritance law. According to the context of Islamic law, the position of an unregistered wife is often a problem, especially in relation to the inheritance rights that she should receive. This research aims to examine how wills can affect the inheritance rights of siri wives. The method used is literature study with analysis using data collection techniques through literature study or document study, which is the most appropriate method for normative legal research. The research results show that even though the siri wife is not recognized as a legal wife in the context of positive law, the will made by the husband can give the siri wife inheritance rights. However, this recognition depends on the intention and clarity in the preparation of the will. It is hoped that this research can provide a better understanding of the rights of unregistered wives in the Islamic inheritance system and encourage the need for reform in inheritance law regulations in Indonesia to create justice for all parties.

The Qur'an, as the guiding book for Muslims, contains profound meanings that have consistently attracted scholarly attention throughout history. To comprehend these meanings, various interpretive methods have been developed and categorized based on their forms: Tafsir bi al-Matsur, Tafsir bi al-Ra’yi, and Tafsir bi al-Isyari. This article explores the characteristics, methods, and contributions of each type of interpretation in understanding the Qur'an. Tafsir bi al-Matsur relies on the traditions of the Prophet, his companions, and successors, providing an authoritative foundation. Tafsir bi al-Ra’yi integrates reason and ijtihad to address contemporary challenges. Meanwhile, Tafsir bi al-Isyari emphasizes esoteric dimensions that are symbolic and spiritual in nature. This study reveals that these three forms of tafsir complement each other in bridging human understanding of the Qur'an and addressing the intellectual and spiritual needs of Muslims in various life contexts.

(2-tailed) of 0.000 with a significance level of α=0.05, which means 0.000 <0.05, so Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Meanwhile, it is known that the data df=31, the significance level α=0.05, the t-count value = 24.002 and the t-table = 2.021 so it can be stated that the t-count value is greater than the t-table meaning 24.002>2.021 with a correlation level of 0.960 . So Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, meaning the influence of problem solving learning methods on student learning outcomes in SKI subjects in class is -0.041 (experimental class posttest = 84.84 and control class posttest = 59.05) which means the average score for the experimental class posttest is higher than the control class posttest. Mental health issues are still a hot topic being discussed amidst a generation flooded with vast amounts of information. The information that arises correlates with the impact felt by various groups, including the general public, students, and university students. Positive information that is informative or other information that is trivial can influence how someone behaves. The tendency for students to experience excessive anxiety, commonly referred to as overthinking, stems from their habit of scrolling through and comparing themselves with the achievements of others on social media. This is one of the disorders that contributes to the mental health issues caused by frequent consumption of social media. A lack of religious knowledge plays a significant role in how individuals process information. The awareness of the importance of religious knowledge needs to be instilled in every educated student so that their academic pursuits do not overshadow their obligations as servants of Allah, who are still given the opportunity to accumulate good deeds. This research employed a qualitative approach over four days using a Google Form survey as the questionnaire tool. The purpose of this research is to process the data obtained to provide clear facts from the field.

When children in Japan have entered the 4th grade of elementary school, these children take exams that are not too burdensome for students at school. Indonesia can learn a lot with the education system in Japan.
