This study discusses children's language acquisition from a psycholinguistic perspective with a focus on Meanlength of Utterance (MLU), word categories, and sentence patterns. Using a qualitative descriptive approach and case study, data were collected through participant observation, audio recording, speech transcription, and social context recording. The research sample consisted of three children aged 39, 47, and 50 months with Indonesian as their first language. The results showed that MLU values increased with age, in accordance with Brown's theory, although there was individual variation. Analysis of word types showed that older children had a more diverse vocabulary, including nouns, verbs, adjectives, pronouns, and numerals. In addition, the sentence patterns used by children developed from simple structures such as SP to more complex structures such as SPOK. This study confirms that MLU can be an indicator of children's syntactic development and helps in language identification delays. The results of this study are expected to contribute to psycholinguistic studies and become a reference in the field of child language education and intervention

Registered letter summons plays an important role in the judicial system as a form of official notification to the parties involved in a case. However, at the Kasongan District Court, the process of sending summons releases still faces various obstacles that cause inefficiency, especially related to geographical factors, inaccuracy of destination addresses, and delays in delivery services. This study aims to analyze the factors that cause inefficiency in the delivery of registered letters and explore solutions that can improve the effectiveness of the summons system. The research method used is a normative sociological approach, which examines related regulations and the social impact of the ineffectiveness of the summons system. The results of the study indicate that geographical obstacles, imperfect address recording systems, and limited coordination between the court and delivery service providers are the main factors in summons inefficiency. To overcome these obstacles, it is necessary to implement technology optimization through an electronic summons system (e-Summon) and improve coordination with delivery service providers to ensure more accurate and efficient delivery of summons releases. With the reform of the summons system, it is hoped that the effectiveness of the trial can be increased and the principle of a simple, fast, and low-cost trial can be realized.

The quote "We Must Be Old" from Fourtwnty is not just a song, but a journey within oneself. Through rich and meaningful lyrics, we are invited to reflect on life and the process of growing old. Like poetry that is pleasant to listen to, but also makes us think deeply. His choice of words is topnotch. "White hair", "creased forehead", and "low energy" describe the aging process that we all experience. These straightforward and touching words make us look back, look at the journey of our lives, and think about how precious the passing of time is. Apart from word choice, these lyrics are also good at playing with language styles. There are similes like "steps that used to be nimble, now are limping" and personifications like "time keeps turning around." This style of language not only makes the lyrics cute, but also reminds us that aging is a natural thing and we must accept it gracefully. The lyrics are neatly arranged and the sentences vary in length. There are short sentences that are catchy, there are also long sentences that are full of meaning. This combination makes the song enjoyable to follow and the moral message is even more touching to the heart. "We Must Be Old" is more than just a song. This is Fourtwnty's invitation to make us reflect on the meaning of life, accept aging, and understand how precious time is. Every second is precious and will never come back again.

This research aims to analyze the factors behind the rejection of land vacancy by recipients of land use rights in Numponi Village, East Malaka District, Malacca Regency. Employing an empirical legal research method, the study integrates primary data obtained through interviews and secondary data gathered from literature studies. The data were analyzed using a qualitative descriptive approach. The findings reveal that the refusal to vacate land stems from a combination of internal and external factors. Internal factors include claims made by the right holders over the land, fulfillment of tax obligations, and the perception of ownership by the recipients of use rights. Meanwhile, external factors involve economic interests, cultural values, the influence of a matrilineal customary system that is not yet fully understood by the disputing parties, and a general lack of public awareness regarding agrarian law and the necessity of formal land documentation such as certificates. The study highlights the critical need for better dissemination of agrarian legal knowledge and formal land administration practices within local communities to prevent future disputes and ensure legal certainty over land use rights.
