This study analyzes the implications of the establishment of Natuna Regency on accelerating development in the archipelagic region. Using a qualitative approach with literature review, the research evaluates the impact of the division on public services, natural resource management, and infrastructure development. The findings indicate that the establishment of Natuna Regency, enacted through Law Number 53 of 1999, has shortened administrative control spans and improved governance effectiveness. Moreover, the acceleration of development in the maritime, energy, and tourism sectors has significantly contributed to local economic growth. However, challenges such as limited human resources and infrastructure in remote areas remain obstacles. This study recommends optimizing local potential and enhancing community participation in development as strategic steps toward equitable development outcomes.

Using a qualitative method with a literature review approach, data were collected from fiqh texts, books, and scholarly articlesThe findings indicate that gharar can be categorized into minor gharar, which may be tolerated, and major gharar, which is prohibited. Transactions such as conventional insurance and futures trading often involve gharar, but contemporary scholars provide boundaries to distinguish permissible uncertainty from prohibited uncertainty. As the ideological and philosophical basis of the Indonesian state, Pancasila plays an important role in the formation of national laws and regulations. This journal examines three main aspects of the function of Pancasila in law. First, Pancasila serves as a normative framework to ensure that laws are in accordance with basic values such as justice, humanity, and unity. Second, Pancasila strengthens legal legitimacy and political consensus in the midst of modern political dynamics that are often polarized. Third, there are problems in implementing Pancasila values in law, such as inconsistencies between positive laws and people's aspirations, as well as bureaucratic constraints. In addition, the journal discusses how the values of Pancasila should be instilled and taught, how it helps strengthen constitutional democracy, as well as its relationship to economic law, human rights, environmental issues, and international law. This journal emphasizes how important it is to apply the principles of Pancasila in facing global challenges and maintaining the integrity of the nation. The research method used in this article is a qualitative approach with document analysis and literature studies on laws, court decisions, and other legal sources. The results of the study show that the application of Pancasila in law in Indonesia still faces various challenges, but it has great potential to strengthen the national legal system, especially in the aspects of social justice and constitutional democracy.

This study aims to analyze the concept of "loving for the sake of Allah" based on the Qur'an and Hadith and examine its application in social life, particularly within the campus environment of Zainul Hasan Islamic University, Genggong Probolinggo. The concept of loving for the sake of Allah is a spiritual value that underpins interpersonal relationships in Islam, emphasizing compassion, brotherhood, and selfless sincerity. Using a qualitative approach with field studies and documentation methods, the research involves students, lecturers, and campus administrators as subjects. The findings reveal that the values of loving for the sake of Allah are applied in various social activities on campus, such as religious programs, organizational collaboration, and community service. Qur'anic verses like Surah Ali Imran (3:31) and Hadiths on Islamic brotherhood serve as the primary references for understanding this concept. The implications show that implementing the value of loving for the sake of Allah fosters a harmonious campus atmosphere, strengthens Islamic brotherhood, and motivates students to contribute positively to the community. However, challenges in consistently applying this value arise, particularly due to external influences and a lack of deeper understanding. Therefore, strengthening religious programs and Islamic character development on campus is essential to ensure the sustainability of these values in social life.

Desentralisasi : Jurnal Hukum, Kebijakan Publik, dan Pemerintahan 2024 Asosiasi Peneliti dan Pengajar Ilmu Hukum Indonesia

This study explores the political impacts of citizenship policy changes on Indonesia’s diplomatic relationships, particularly in the context of globalization and the movement of its diaspora. Indonesia currently maintains a single citizenship policy, preventing its citizens from holding dual nationality. This restriction often complicates the legal and emotional connections of Indonesians living abroad with their home country, while also limiting their economic contributions through remittances and investments. Conversely, many nations have adopted dual citizenship policies to maintain stronger connections with their diaspora and enhance their diplomatic influence. Using a qualitative approach with case studies focusing on countries with large Indonesian diasporas, such as Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, and the United States, this research highlights the potential benefits of dual citizenship. The findings indicate that allowing dual citizenship could strengthen Indonesia’s diplomatic ties and increase economic contributions from overseas Indonesians. However, there are challenges to implementation, including concerns over divided loyalty and complexities in legal enforcement. This paper suggests that Indonesia consider a carefully controlled introduction of dual citizenship, taking into account legal protections, economic benefits, and the role of the diaspora in promoting Indonesia’s interests abroad.

This study looks at the legal ramifications of changing the Republic of Indonesia's 1945 Constitution's articles pertaining to citizenship (UUD 1945). The complexity of citizenship issues has increased with globalization, especially when it comes to dual citizenship and the rights of Indonesians residing outside. This study is classified as doctrinal research since it examines legal sources to determine legal principles. The study finds that amendments to the UUD 1945 are necessary to better align Indonesia's citizenship policies with global developments. However, these changes must be carefully considered to protect human rights and maintain national loyalty and identity. Reforming Indonesia's citizenship laws should be done thoughtfully, with input from various stakeholders, to ensure the resulting policies are inclusive and adaptable to the current global context. This research aims to contribute significantly to the development of Indonesia's citizenship policies and to offer a foundation for policymakers in crafting regulations that are more responsive to global challenges.

You also need to know that giving forgiveness is not just to forget, but because forgiveness is an obligation for everyone. By giving forgiveness, what happens is peace. Forgiveness is not a verb that must be questioned, but forgiveness requires intention and must be done. This article uses qualitative methods and a literary approach with descriptive analysis of the text of Matthew 18: 21 – 35, in order to explain the research object precisely. Therefore, the aim of the research is to explain the correct understanding of the meaning of Forgiving Without Limits.

Determining a monodisciplinary strategy for the advancement of science and its use in scientific integration is the aim of this research. This research uses a certain type of library research. To conduct descriptive research, researchers use words and not lists of data. These words can basically provide a general overview or explain current problems and their solutions. Content analysis is the data analysis method used, and places high priority on explaining the content of various existing propositions that arise from various theories and previous analyzes carried out by other researchers. The research findings show that a monodisciplinary approach is an approach whose foundation is solely on the scientific subject in question, without merging or combining it with other scientific fields. All sciences operate under monodisciplinary supervision, support, and motivation. Monodisciplinarity itself regulates scientific research and theoretical conclusions.   A narrowly focused approach to science will result in a narrow view of religion and an interpretation of religion that has nothing to do with the research environment. The urgency of this interdisciplinary study is achieved by creating a paradigm that needs to be implanted in society by: Switching from a format based on formalism to a substantive format, changing universalism from exclusivism, research, study, and improvements both internal and external (inside and outside).
