Islamic boarding schools are a place to gain knowledge, not only religious and formal knowledge but also the students are taught various things, one example is learning to be aware of maintaining cleanliness. The background to this research is the results of observations that show that the girls' dormitory environment is less clean, resulting in health problems such as skin diseases and poor personal hygiene among students. This research aims to examine the effectiveness of the behavioral operant conditioning approach in forming clean and healthy living behavior (PHBS) in students at the Nashrus Sunnah Islamic Boarding School in Banjarejo Village, Madiun City. This research uses a qualitative method with a naturalistic approach, involving observation, interviews and documentation as data collection techniques, and data analysis is carried out inductively with triangulation of data sources for validity. The research results show that through the operant conditioning approach implemented by the health task force and academics, students show an increase in clean and healthy living behavior. Habits such as throwing rubbish in its place, maintaining personal hygiene, and cleaning the dormitory environment have become new habits that are implemented in a disciplined manner. This approach is also followed by giving rewards and punishments as a form of reinforcement to maintain the consistency of the new habit. In conclusion, the behavioral operant conditioning approach is effective in increasing PHBS in Islamic boarding school environments, showing significant changes in the behavior and motivation of students in maintaining cleanliness and health.

Leishmaniasis is recognized as a significant health concern in Iraq. The disease begins with minor elevations (papules) and progresses into ulcers. Epidemiological investigations play a crucial role in managing and implementing effective preventive strategies for this disease. This study examines the epidemiology of cutaneous leishmaniasis in Iraq over the past 7 years. This descriptive-analytical cross-sectional inquiry analyzed data concerning patients with cutaneous leishmaniasis over the previous 7 years at the Iraq Health Center. Demographic and epidemiological data of the patients were collected from healthcare centers in Iraq through collaborative efforts with healthcare facilities. Using SPSS software, epidemiological records of the patients were extracted and subjected to statistical analysis employing the chi-square test. Out of 175 patients examined, 88 were male (53%), and 87 were female (47%). The majority of patients belonged to the age bracket of 9 months to 4 years, with the lowest number of cases in the age group of 40 to 49 years. Mainly, the manifestations of the disease were observed on the facial region and limbs. Furthermore, a statistically significant correlation was observed between age groups and the type of leishmaniasis (P > 0.05), as well as between gender and the type of leishmaniasis (P > 0.05). According to the conducted analysis, the prevalence of the disease in Iraq showed a declining trend from 2008 to 2014. This reduction in the disease incidence can be attributed to the improvement in health education status and the adherence to personal hygiene practices among the population

A total sampling technique is applied to 80 respondents. Based on the research results, snack consumption is found to be 86.3% in the sufficient category, while 73.8% of respondents are categorized with dental caries. The Spearman rank correlation test resulted in p-value of 0.168 (p > 0.05), indicating that there is no significant relationship between snack consumption and dental caries among third and fourth-grade students. Turnover Intention influenced by a combination of individual, organizational, and work environment factors. In this context, psychological theories such as Herzberg's two-factor theory can help understand this dynamic by dividing factors that influence job satisfaction into motivators and hygiene factors. Motivators, such as recognition and achievement, contribute to higher job satisfaction, while hygiene factors, such as working conditions and management policies, play a role in preventing dissatisfaction. This study aims to explore the relationship between job satisfaction, job stress, managerial support, and employee engagement on turnover intention in various sectors. This study uses a quantitative approach with a Likert scale-based survey to collect data, which were analysed using Pearson correlation tests and multiple linear regression. The results showed that job satisfaction and managerial support have a significant negative relationship with turnover intention, while job stress shows a significant positive relationship. In addition, employee engagement through organizational citizenship behaviour (OCB) has been shown to reduce turnover intention even though the level of job satisfaction is low. This study provides practical implications for organizations to design employee retention strategies through stress management, increasing job satisfaction, and managerial support. This study contributes to the enrichment of the literature on human resource management, particularly in understanding the dynamics of turnover intention, and recommends further research with a longitudinal approach to validate the results in other sectors.

Early childhood is experiencing a period of very rapid growth and development. Children's health and nutrition greatly affect the growth and development process. Therefore, health care and nutrition are very much needed to optimize children's development. In general, maintaining children's health which aims to prevent children from contracting a disease, which can interfere with children's learning and intelligence, can be done through: a) maintaining children's personal hygiene and their environment, b) timely immunization, c) maintaining the types of food consumed by children. Children's health care is also adjusted to the child's development. The intensity of health services provided to infants is certainly higher than that of children. This is because at the age of infants, they cannot be independent and still need full assistance from adults. While at the age of children, they must be accustomed and trained to be independent in maintaining personal health with light activities (with parental supervision). As educators, they are required to be able to provide behavioral stimuli and knowledge about how to maintain health in children. Efforts to maintain children's health begin with implementing clean and healthy living habits in everyday life
