Recent declines in student ethics and learning diligence indicate deeper systemic challenges within the contemporary educational ecosystem. This situation prompts critical inquiry into the respective contributions of school governance, teacher practices, and familial environments in shaping student’s learning orientations. This study seeks to identify the principal determinants of learning diligence from the perspectives of teachers, parents, and students, employing a qualitative exploratory–interpretive design. Data were elicited through narrative stimuli intended to provoke reflective and affectively grounded responses, which were subsequently examined using inductive–thematic analysis. The findings demonstrate that structural weaknesses within school systems, particularly ambiguous policy direction, inconsistent institutional regulations, and ineffective evaluative mechanisms—constitute dominant factors undermining student’s motivation and academic discipline. Parental influences also play a substantive role; insufficient parental engagement and inadequate developmental guidance contribute to weakened responsibility and diminished learner commitment. Some students report withdrawing from academic engagement due to unclear expectations and the absence of supportive school conditions. Moreover, perceptions of automatic grade promotion and guaranteed graduation exacerbate motivational decline. Collectively, these findings indicate that learning diligence emerges from a complex interplay between institutional structures, pedagogical practices, family dynamics, and student’s psychosocial conditions. Addressing these issues thus requires coordinated, systemic, and multi-stakeholder intervention.

The birth facilities and birth attendants are directly linked to maternal mortality. It has been demonstrated that births attended by healthcare professionals help lower the risk of maternal mortality. Traditional birth attendants and non-health personnel have a very restricted understanding of physiology and pathology, which leads to issues with delivery help, which are the primary reasons for high rates of maternal and perinatal mortality and morbidity. The significance of family support for selecting a birth attendant. At the Benao Community Health Center, this research sought to determine the link between husband support and the choice of birthplace among pregnant women in their third trimester. This study employed a descriptive analytical design with a cross-sectional methodology, which is a study to establish the existence of two relationships or a number of variables. In the meantime, the sampling method employed complete sampling, which resulted in a sample size of 30 individuals. In this study, a questionnaire was employed as the instrument. The data was then analyzed with SPSS using Chi Square analysis. After using the chi-square statistical test, a P-value (asymp. Sig 2-tailed) of 0.000 < 0.05 was found, indicating a correlation between the location of delivery chosen by pregnant women in their third trimester and the support of their spouses. As a result, since H0 was disproved and H1 was proven, it may be inferred that there is a link between a pregnant woman's choice of delivery location in her third trimester and the support she receives from her spouse.

This article examines the implications of parental verbal violence on the socio-emotional development of early childhood aged 3–6 years. The study was conducted through an extensive literature review supported by general field observations in community settings. The purpose of this research is to describe the phenomenon of verbal violence experienced by young children, analyze its effects on their emotional security, self-confidence, and social adaptation, and identify contributing factors from both the family environment and parental characteristics. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, relevant books, journal articles, and institutional reports were synthesized to construct a comprehensive understanding of how negative communication patterns shape children’s socio-emotional development. The findings indicate that verbal violence such as yelling, scolding, insulting, labeling, and threatening can disrupt children’s emotional regulation, lower their self-esteem, and hinder their ability to interact positively with peers. Repeated exposure to harsh language also increases the risk of anxiety, aggression, and social withdrawal. Conversely, positive, supportive, and empathetic parental communication fosters emotional resilience, empathy, and healthy social behavior. This article highlights the urgent need for parents, educators, and communities to strengthen awareness regarding the harmful impact of verbal violence and to promote nurturing communication practices that support the holistic development of young children.

Language processing disorders are disorders that arise when someone is under mental stress or experiencing deep emotional trauma. This study aims to analyze the various types of language processing disorders experienced by the character Tari in the film "Bolehkah Sekali Saja Aku Menangis" (May I Cry Once) and to determine the relationship between the character's emotional state and the linguistic symptoms that appear. This study uses a qualitative approach with a naturalistic approach and analytical descriptive methods, where data are collected through observation and recording of dialogues in the film that show signs of language disorders. Samples were taken purposively based on statements that indicate irregularities in sentence structure, long pauses, repetitions, or inappropriate word choices. This analysis compares the results of the study with existing psycholinguistic theories regarding how language processing works and the influence of trauma on speech production. The findings of this study indicate four main types of language processing disorders experienced by the character Tari: unfinished sentences, long pauses, repetitions of words or phrases, and inaccuracies in word choice. These types of disorders are more apparent when the character experiences high emotional stress and when interacting with family members related to her trauma.  The results of this study support the theory that emotional trauma can disrupt verbal working memory function and speech planning processes, ultimately impeding communication skills.

This study examines how Christian marriage is represented in the modern era through theological, symbolic, and contextual perspectives. Although Christian marriage is traditionally understood as a sacred covenant emphasizing unity, fidelity, and permanence, contemporary social realities reveal shifts in how Christians interpret and express marital life. Economic pressures, evolving family roles, digital communication patterns, and cultural influences shape the modern experience of marriage. Using a descriptive qualitative approach through literature-based research, this study analyzes the theological foundations, ritual symbols, and contextual factors that influence changes in the representation of Christian marriage today. The findings indicate that while the core theological essence of Christian marriage remains, its practical expressions undergo adaptation to remain relevant within modern life. Symbols such as wedding rings, marital vows, and liturgical blessings continue to convey theological meaning, while premarital education and pastoral support play a crucial role in strengthening marital stability. The study highlights the need for a contextual and integrative ecclesial approach that responds to the realities faced by Christian couples in contemporary society.

The Bemeteng tradition in Cempaka Hamlet, Tebas Sungai Village, Tebas District, Sambas Regency, is a form of community mutual cooperation in helping to organize wedding parties, especially for families who experience economic limitations. The implementation of the event involves extended family, neighbors, and local residents, while the main responsibility remains with the host. This tradition reflects the value of togetherness, social solidarity, and a culture of helping in community life. This study uses a qualitative method with a historical and sociocultural approach. Data was collected through observations, interviews with traditional leaders, religious leaders, and communities, and documentation studies. The analysis was carried out through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing to understand the dynamics and sustainability of the Bemeteng tradition during the period 2001–2025. The results of the study show that the implementation of Bemeteng began with a call from the community by the sarok about one week before the party. The Head of the Hamlet opened the activity by conveying the host's wishes, followed by the division of tasks such as collecting aid, kitchen work, and welcoming guests, then closed with prayers and a simple banquet. This tradition developed from a simple self-help pattern (2001–2010), underwent revitalization (2011–2019), restrictions during the pandemic (2020–2021), and has been active again since 2022 with digital support and cultural policies. The community views Bemeteng as an important heritage that strengthens unity and is in line with the values of deliberation and helping in Islamic teachings.

Anemia during pregnancy is a significant maternal health issue with serious impacts on maternal and perinatal outcomes, including complications such as severe preeclampsia, postpartum hemorrhage, and low birth weight (LBW), all of which contribute to increased morbidity and mortality rates. This literature review aims to analyze the clinical impacts of pregnancy anemia, related complications, and effective management strategies based on the latest scientific evidence (2020-2024). The study examines the relationship between anemia and preeclampsia, LBW, and postpartum hemorrhage, as well as the importance of nutritional fulfillment in prevention and management. Five research articles from indexed journals were collected from the Scopus database, with inclusion criteria of studies with clear designs, focusing on pregnancy anemia, and published in Indonesian or English. The analysis results show that pregnancy anemia is a predisposing factor for preeclampsia through mechanisms such as placental hypoxia and oxidative stress. Anemia is also closely related to an increased incidence of LBW and postpartum hemorrhage, particularly due to lower hemoglobin reserves and uterine contractility issues. Adequate nutritional fulfillment is influenced by socioeconomic barriers, supplementation side effects, and lack of family support. Anemia management requires a comprehensive approach, including routine screening, prophylactic supplementation, nutritional education, and effective referral systems for complex cases. Prevention through early detection and timely intervention is crucial in reducing maternal and perinatal morbidity.

The employee leave application information system is a digital solution designed to simplify the process of submitting, approving, and managing leave within an institution. This internship project resulted in the development of a system called SiCuti, which was built using the Laravel framework with a MySQL database. The system provides two main roles: employees and administrators/supervisors. Employees can apply for leave according to their entitlements, such as annual leave with a maximum of 12 working days, maternity leave for 3 months, pilgrimage leave (Hajj) which can be taken once during their service period, as well as special leave for important reasons such as marriage or the death of an immediate family member, typically lasting 1–3 days. When applying, employees may also upload supporting documents and monitor the status of their applications through the leave status menu.Administrators or supervisors have broader authority, including reviewing the list of leave requests, approving or rejecting applications, and managing employee leave quotas to ensure compliance with regulations. In addition, administrators can track the complete leave history of employees through an integrated dashboard. This feature supports faster, more transparent, and accountable decision-making processes. The results of local testing indicate that SiCuti has the potential to increase efficiency in administrative leave processes that were previously carried out manually, making them faster, more transparent, and more structured. The interactive dashboard design also facilitates monitoring from both employees and administrators. With the implementation of SiCuti, it is expected that the leave management process can reduce the risk of human error, ensure data accuracy, and support transparency and accountability in human resource management once the system is fully deployed within the institution.
