The low coverage of PUS (Couples of Childbearing Age) regarding the use of IUD contraception certainly cannot be separated from the experience of family planning acceptors regarding the selection of contraceptives, because having good knowledge about certain contraceptive methods will change the perspective of acceptors in determining the most appropriate and effective contraception to use so that make contraceptive users more comfortable. The aim of the research is to determine the relationship between knowledge of couples of childbearing age and the use of IUD contraception in Manunggal Village, Labuhan Deli District, Deli Serdang Regency in 2023.The type of research carried out was descriptive analytical with a cross sectional approach, the population in the study was 321 acceptors using a random sampling system. The data collected in the research is primary data, namely data obtained directly from respondents. The data analysis used is chi square.The research results showed that the majority of respondents lacked knowledge, as many as 34 (44.7%) respondents did not use an IUD with a Chi square of 0.000.The conclusion is that there is a relationship between knowledge of couples of childbearing age and coverage of IUD contraceptive use in Manunggal Village, Labuhan Deli District, Deli Serdang Regency in 2023. It is hoped that all health workers in Manunggal Village will be able to encourage and develop the community to better maintain health and improve the health of couples of childbearing age so as to reduce risk of unwanted pregnancy    

According to the WHO (World Health Organization), every day in 2017 around 810 women died, at the end of the year reaching 295,000 people, of which 94% were in developing countries (WHO, 2019). The MDGs (Millennium Development Goals) which ended in 2015, were then continued with the development of the SDGs (Sustainability Development Goals) until 2030. The five biggest causes of maternal death in Indonesia in 2010-2016 were bleeding (30.3%), hypertension in pregnancy ( 27.1%), infection (7.3%), prolonged labor (1.8%), abortion (1.6%) and others (31.9%). This study aims to identify the relationship between HB levels and postpartum hemorrhage at the Djasamen Saragih Regional General Hospital in 2023.Type of quantitative research with a case control design. This study was conducted on a sample of 100 postpartum. To measure the characteristics of the respondents, a data collection form was used which was obtained through collecting data from the evaluation section at the Djasamen Saragih Regional General Hospital in 2023.Based on the statistical test using chi-square, the value of ρ = 0.001 (ρ <α, α = 0.05) is obtained, the strength of the relationship between the two variables is seen based on the contingency coefficient, which is 0.302, which means the strength of the relationship is moderate. Then the odds ratio (OR) results obtained OR = 0.215 [95% CI 0.087 – 0.532] which means that the range 0.087 – 0.532 does not exceed the value of 1, so postpartum mothers with low Hb levels during pregnancy have a greater chance of postpartum hemorrhage 0.215 than mothers postpartum Hb was normal during her pregnancy.There is a relationship between Hb levels and postpartum hemorrhage at the Djasamen Saragih Regional General Hospital in 2023    

Micro-enterprises play an important role in the regional economy but often face obstacles in financial management and marketing strategies. A lack of understanding in financial management causes inefficiency in capital management, while minimal use of digital technology in marketing limits business competitiveness. This community service program aims to increase the capacity of micro-enterprises in Brangjan Village, West Ungaran District, Semarang Regency through financial management training and digital marketing strategies.The methods used in this program include socialization, training, and direct assistance in simple financial recording, working capital management, and the implementation of digital marketing strategies using social media and e-commerce platforms. The results of this activity show an increase in participants' understanding of financial management and their ability to implement digital marketing to expand market reach. With this training, it is hoped that micro-enterprises in Brangjan Village can develop further, become more competitive, and achieve long-term business sustainability.Additionally, the training on simple financial management provided participants with an understanding of transaction recording and the importance of cash flow in maintaining business operations. In terms of digital marketing, participants were trained to utilize social media and e-commerce platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and Tokopedia to introduce their products to a wider market. Moving forward, it is hoped that participants will be able to leverage this knowledge to optimize their revenue and expand their customer base. This program also contributes to increasing digital and financial literacy for micro-entrepreneurs in the village. Overall, the training aims to create a more sustainable and efficient business ecosystem, which in turn can enhance the competitiveness of micro-enterprises at the local and regional levels.

Health education about Premenstrual Syndrome (PMS) aims to improve the understanding and awareness of adolescent girls at MTSN 1 Rantau Selatan regarding the symptoms, causes, and management of PMS. This research was conducted in January 2025 using an educational and interactive method, which included presentations, discussions, simulations, and distribution of educational materials. The results of the outreach showed a significant improvement in the participants' knowledge about PMS, as well as a positive shift in their attitudes toward the condition. Before the intervention, most participants were unaware of PMS symptoms and appropriate management strategies. After the session, they became more open to discussing menstruation-related issues and better equipped to manage PMS symptoms healthily. However, some participants still require ongoing support to implement techniques such as acupressure and light exercises. This program is expected to reduce stigma surrounding PMS and improve the reproductive health of adolescent girls at MTSN 1 Rantau Selatan.

This community service program aims to raise awareness and knowledge about the importance of consuming vegetables and fruits among school children at UPT SDN 060831. Through a series of educational activities including lectures, interactive discussions, and hands-on practices, the program strives to instill healthy eating habits in students. The approach employed involves enjoyable and participatory learning methods to ensure that students not only understand the nutritional benefits of vegetables and fruits but are also motivated to change their eating patterns. The results of this program show a significant increase in students' nutritional knowledge and positive changes in their vegetable and fruit consumption behavior. Additionally, this program is expected to have a long-term impact in creating a school environment that more strongly supports healthy eating habits.

Dengue hemorrhagic fever is a communicable disease which is caused by dengue virus and transmitted through the bite of Aedes aegypti or Aedes albopictus. The high prevalence rate of dengue hemorrhagic fever is resulted from the poor condition of physical environment and practice of mosquito nest eradication. The research objective was to know the characteristics of condition of physical environment and practice of mosquito nest eradication (referred to as PSN) toward dengue hemorrhagic fever incident in Medan, in 2024. This is an descriptive research. The population was98 households in Medan; the samples were 49 households. The data were collected through questionnaires and observations. The data analysis methods consisted of univariates. The univariate analysis results demonstrated that the dengue hemorrhagic fever cases had higher prevalence rate in August (41%) at Puskesmas PB Selayang II (43%), and had dominant attack on 3-14 year old people (39%) as well as on females (59%). It is recommended that Puskesmas and local government are expected to work togenther in implementing mosquito nest eradication program and for the community is expected to pay attention to lighting at home an water reservoirs both inside and outside the home.

This community service project aims to raise awareness and knowledge about health among the elderly through the GERKASA-LASAKIT program (Movement for Healthy and Disease-Aware Seniors) in Dusun 1, Tanjung Anom Village, Deli Serdang Regency. This initiative is driven by the high prevalence of degenerative diseases and the lack of accurate information regarding the prevention and management of these diseases among seniors. Through comprehensive health education, it is hoped that the elderly can improve their quality of life by adopting a healthy lifestyle and gaining a better understanding of common illnesses they may face. The methods used in this project include health education sessions, practical training on early disease detection, and physical activities tailored to the physical condition of the elderly. Health education is provided by medical professionals and public health experts. Additionally, individual consultation sessions are held to offer more personalized care for each participant. The results of this activity show an increase in health knowledge and awareness among the elderly, as evidenced by high participation and enthusiasm in each session. Seniors involved in this program have also begun adopting healthier lifestyles, such as engaging in regular light exercise and having routine health check-ups. This project has successfully built a support network among the elderly, their families, and the local community, creating a more caring and health-conscious environment. Thus, the GERKASA-LASAKIT program makes a significant contribution to improving the quality of life for the elderly in Dusun 1, Tanjung Anom Village. The sustainability of this program is expected to serve as a model for other villages in efforts to enhance the welfare and health of the elderly at the local level.

This article examines the provision of legal protection to workers who violate work contract agreements through the Bintan Regency Manpower Service. The case study was conducted at PT. Sumber Izum Mas Perkasa Bintan. This paper aims to analyze the legal protection of workers in violation of employment contracts against workers' rights and the effectiveness of legal protection provided by the Manpower Service, as well as providing recommendations for improving worker protection regarding employment contract agreements in the Bintan Region. This research was conducted in a qualitative descriptive manner, namely describing the results of interviews, observations and direct observations, as well as using literature studies through relevant sites and articles. The results of this research require increasing legal awareness in companies and workers. Apart from that, the Manpower Department needs to strengthen law enforcement to prevent violations of employment contracts.

Management and utilization of community plastic waste at TPS is one of the efforts to lessen the bad effect of plastic waste at the environment. This observe goals to determine the management and utilization activities of network plastic waste at TPS. This studies uses qualitative studies strategies with a case have a look at technique. The object of research is: TPS Jl. Ambil no 83 kelurahan Sidorejo hilir kec Medan tembung. TPA Air Terjun Di Medan Marelan kelurahan bandar selamat. Bank sampah karya mitra jl. Datuk kabu, bandar klippa, kec. Percut Sei Tuan, kabupaten Deli Serdang. The results showed that the management and utilization of community plastic waste at the TPS was still not optimal. Plastic waste management activities at TPS are only limited to collection and transportation to the landfill. Plastic waste utilization activities at TPS have not been carried out optimally. Some factors that hinder the management and utilization of community plastic waste at TPS include: Lack of public awareness about the importance of managing and utilizing plastic waste waste; Lack of support from the government and private parties; Lack of facilities and infrastructure for managing and utilizing plastic waste waste. Based on the results of this study, it is recommended to: Increase public awareness about the importance of plastic waste management and utilization; Increase support from the government and the private sector; Improve facilities and infrastructure for the management and utilization of plastic waste waste.

In the Development of Building Activity Budgeting in the Central Government, the construction world has been marked by the construction of increasingly large and complex buildings and other facilities. This is a business opportunity as well as a challenge for the business community, especially the construction services business. The Mojokerto City Government, in this case the Public Works and Spatial Planning Service of Mojokerto City, can be said to be a construction service business actor because the Public Works and Spatial Planning Service is the owner of a project, one of which is the Mojokerto City DPRD Building Construction Project. Where the project is funded by the APBD for one budget year, namely 2020 for the implementation of the work, with an estimated budget of one year. The location for the construction of the building is former agricultural land and with the results of soil tests through sondir boring, there is soft soil with an average thickness of 1.5 m on the surface of the ground. The use of Floating floors can be used as an alternative in the construction of the lower structure of the Mojokerto City DPRD Building. By using the analysis with the Value Engineering method, the results of the initial design Budget Details obtained a total work price of Rp. 10,043,070,000.00 with 28,984 m3 of gravel fill at a cost of Rp. 6,750,501,695.00, with a time required of 99 days, while the alternative Budget Cost produces a total work price of Rp. 9,389,702,000.00 with the soil fill reduced by the concrete slab as wide as the building so that the gravel fill becomes 22,382 m3 at a cost of Rp. 5,212,802,735.00. Thus there is a cost difference of Rp. 1,537,698,960.00 or 21.8% with an implementation time of 77 calendar days and speeding up the work by 22 calendar days. The use of the Floating Floor Structure can be a substitute for soil fill in the construction of the lower structure of the Mojokerto City DPRD building which is more profitable in terms of both cost and time.

Technological developments are increasingly advanced and the use of Virtual Reality technology is widely used in almost all fields, including in the field of architecture. In Architecture, the use of Virtual Reality as a presentation tool has been widely used. However, the method used requires quite a large amount of money and is still too complicated to apply. However, currently Virtual Reality can be done simply and can be applied generally and by architectural practitioners.

Land acquisition has been regulated through Law Number 2 of 2012 concerning land acquisition for development in the public interest, and Presidential Regulation Number 71 of 2012 concerning the implementation of land acquisition for development in the public interest, as well as Regulation of the Head of the National Land Agency number 5 of 2012 concerning technical guidelines for the implementation of land acquisition. The purpose of this community service is to increase the understanding and knowledge of regional heads, local government agencies, and especially the community about land acquisition for Temporary Shelters and Integrated Waste Disposal Sites of the Banjarbaru City Environmental Service. The specific target of this community service is for regional heads, local government agencies, and especially the community to know the regulations or policies in the land acquisition mechanism as well as the process of valuation and calculation of Fair Replacement Value or Market Value in Banjarbaru City, South Kalimantan Province. Community service activities carried out by the team by educating the process and stages of land acquisition according to regulations for Temporary Shelters and Integrated Waste Disposal Sites of the Banjarbaru City Environmental Service have received a positive response. In socialization, the Government and the private sector are asked to work together to create and develop an environment for land acquisition for temporary shelters and integrated landfills that allow for private sector growth. Meanwhile, the community includes the participation of stakeholders and beneficiaries of development policies.

Then it is also hoped that these coastal women will be able to market their products according to their economic market targets so that the needs of fishing families can be fulfilled and the welfare of fishing families can be achieved. The plan for this service activity will be carried out for 1 day with the socialization of the productivity of coastal women, 1 day of product manufacturing training, making brands, packaging, and product distribution and 1 day of evaluation of the results by re-observing the economic development of coastal women in Pahlawan Village, Tanjung Tiram District, Batu Bara Regency.  

The economic sector plays a key role in the well-being of the Indonesian society. The increasingly competitive economic growth poses challenges for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in recording financial transactions. This research aims to engage business practitioners in adapting to the development of digital technology through training on the usage of the Qasir Point of Sales application. This application is designed to facilitate business owners who want to manage their businesses digitally more easily. The research methodology involves three stages: preparation, including an in-depth analysis of the specific needs of MSMEs related to accounting and the use of the Qasir application; implementation, with direct assistance in creating and configuring the Qasir application to ensure alignment with the specific business needs of the two MSMEs; and evaluation, ensuring a good understanding and measuring the impact of the training. The conclusion emphasizes the success of the training and the importance of continuous adaptation to technological and business developments. It is expected that this will have a positive impact in supporting efficient and sustainable accounting records in UMKM Zulich Clean and Care and Bon’s Laundry.  

This research aims to find out whether audit tenure, KAP size, audit rotation, and audit delay have an effect on audit quality in manufacturing companies with the food and beverage subsector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2019-2022, either partially or simultaneously. The type of data in this research is quantitative with secondary data. The sample used in this research was 30 food and beverage companies with 128 financial reports. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling technique. The analytical methods used in this research are logistic regression analysis and descriptive analysis. The results of this research show that audit tenure has a positive and significant effect on audit quality, while KAP size, audit rotation and audit delay do not have a significant effect on audit quality.

The objective of the study was to find out how supplementary Reading Materials Based on Tourism Place For Junior High School Students in Southwestern Maluku. The Literature study was carried out Lack of students’ understanding affect their activities for reading materials in classroom activity. Based on the  researcher did observation at Junior High School Students, as result, the problem to the students’  in learning reading material. Lack of reading Materials made their students lowest in reading. When the teacher supplementary reading Materials Based on Tourism Place. The result of reading material has developed into three units which enable the students consisting of new vocabulary, and exercises. Meanwhile the result reading Materials Based on Tourism Place got positive input for students.

This research takes the form of a meta-analysis aiming to encompass findings regarding the influence of the cooperative learning model called Group Investigation (GI) on high school students' physics learning outcomes. It aims to identify the independent variable, which is cooperative learning, and the dependent variable, which is high school students' physics learning outcomes. The study includes 20 journal articles on the Group Investigation cooperative learning model that align with the research objectives. The average effect size calculation resulted in an average effect size of 0.86. The average effect size based on the learning outcomes of the Group Investigation type was 0.80. It was observed that the highest level based on the class level was achieved in Grade XI with an effect size of 0.97, while Grade X also attained a high effect size. This demonstrates the effectiveness of the Group Investigation cooperative learning model, especially in Grade XI of high school. The overall percentage of journal articles categorized by effect size is as follows: high impact category 20%, very high impact category 10%, high category 20%, moderate category 30%, and finally, a small impact category with 20%. From the analysis, it's evident that journals on the Group Investigation cooperative learning model are highly relevant for use in the learning process due to their influence on students' physics learning outcomes in high school.

Diabetes Mellitus (DM) is a group of metabolic diseases characterized by hyperglycemia that occurs due to insulin secretion, insulin action or both. This disease is a disease that is widely suffered by the community and continues to grow in Indonesia. Periodontal disease is a dental and oral health problem that has a fairly high prevalence in the community where periodontal disease occurs in all age groups in Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to determine periodontal disease in patients with diabetes mellitus at the Bara-Barayya Health Center. This type of research is a descriptive study with a sample of 60 people taken using the total sampling technique. Samples were examined using the gingival index and CPITN index assessment criteria. The results showed that those who experienced periodontitis with a score of 4 were the highest, namely 18 people (44%), and subjects who experienced a score of 2 were the fewest, namely 8 people (19.5%). While those who experienced gingivitis were the highest, namely severe gingivitis, as many as 10 people (52.6%) and the fewest were those who experienced mild gingivitis, as many as 5 people (26.3%). Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the most common periodontal disease found in diabetes mellitus patients at the Bara-Barayya Health Center is periodontitis, namely 41 people (68.3%) and the least is gingivitis, namely 19 people (31.7%).

The age period of 4 - 5 years is the first basis for the development of physical (motor), cognitive, language, social, emotional and cognitive abilities. According to WHO, it is estimated that 5-10% of children experience delays in thinking, with an estimated 1-3% especially for children under 5 years. In Indonesia there is a general developmental delay which includes motor, language, social, emotional and cognitive development. This research was conducted to see the relationship between maternal knowledge and gross motor development in preschool children at TKIT Al Hikmah. The research design used is analytical research with a cross sectional approach. This research was carried out at TKIT Al Hikmah in September 2023. The population in this study was all mothers of preschool age children at TKIT Al Hikmah totaling 43 people. Samples taken from the total population. From the results of the chi square test with a confidence level of 95% (α = 0.05), the calculation results show that the p value (0.049) < α (0.05) means that ha is accepted and ho is rejected. From these results it can be concluded that there is a relationship between knowledge and gross motor development in preschool children. It is hoped that respondents will be willing to participate in increasing knowledge and paying attention to the motoric development of preschool-aged children.

Background: information and counseling centers adolescents (PIK-R) is a container which developed in a program GenRe, It managed, by, and for adolescents / students to give information and counseling services on family life planning for adolescents / students and other supporting activities. Objective: to know factors related to the use of information and counseling centers adolescents at class XI MAN 2 of Palopo  City in 2023. Method: This research used analytical survey using descriptive method with Cross-Sectional Study approach. The population was all students of class XI  MAN 2 of Palopo City 2023. Sample of this research was 34 respondents using stratified sampling technique. The data collected through primary data (observation sheets) and secondary data. The data processed using Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) and analyzed using descriptive and bivariate by fisher exact test and presented in the form of frequency distribution tables. Result: There is a relationship between attitudes to the use of information and counseling centers adolescents at XI MAN 2 Palopo 2023 with (p-value= ,26), and there is a relationship between  management  use of the information and counseling centers adolescents at XI MAN 2 Palopo 2023. Result: there is a relationship between attitudes and the use of   information and counseling centers adolescents at XI MAN 2  Palopo 2023.
