Employee performance in a company that is not well managed can be one of the obstacles to company activities in achieving its goals. The purpose of this study is to explain the effect partially and simultaneously skills and work culture on employee performance. This type of research uses quantitative research. Source of data in this study using primary data and secondary data. The sample in this research is 40 employees of UD. Indokey uses a saturated sampling technique in which researchers use all UD employees. Indokey is a sample. The analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, normality test, linearity test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, t test, F test, multiple linear regression analysis, and coefficient of determination test (R2) using the SPSS version 25 program. The results of this study are that partially the skill variable has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at UD. Indokey, partially the work culture variable has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at UD. This research is entitled "Administrative Implementation in Providing Academic Services at SMP Negeri 24 Palembang". This study aims to determine the implementation of administration in providing academic services and the supporting and inhibiting factors of administrative implementation in providing academic services at SMP Negeri 24 Palembang. The type of research used in this research is qualitative research. Data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. This type of research approach is descriptive qualitative. The techniques used in data analysis are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. To test the validity of the research data using technical triangulation and source triangulation. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of administration in providing academic services at SMP Negeri 24 Palembang has three areas, namely: 1) Implementation of student administration activities carried out by administration in archiving student data documents are still not neatly arranged due to insufficient storage space and administrative space small businesses that are only partitioned off to the teacher's room which causes the implementation of student administration to not be optimal. 2) The administrative implementation of the curriculum activities carried out by the administration is running quite well, starting from administering the completeness of the curriculum, inputting the list of student grades, dividing teacher assignments, as well as fostering the preparation of lesson plans and syllabi. 3) The administrative implementation of academic personnel has been going well starting from the preparation of school personnel for the management of academic services, sending employees to take part in training for human resource development and coordinating to maintain harmony, balance and determination in carrying out employee duties. The supporting factors are personnel and methods. The inhibiting factors are the lack of other supporting facilities and infrastructure such as document storage cabinets, administrative rooms which are only separated from the teacher's room and from sources of funds that are less profitable in supporting academic service activities.

This research is based on the problems found based on the results of interviews with mathematics teachers and students at SMPN 1 Lareh Sago Halaban that the media used in the learning process only uses the blackboard with lecture and discussion methods, there is no technology-based learning media, especially educational games that are used by teachers to students related to mathematics lessons caused a lack of interest and activeness of students in mathematics subjects. Based on this, the solution given is to design a learning media. The purpose of this research is to produce learning media products in the form of educational games with the help of software Building 2 mathematics subjects at SMPN 1 Lareh Sago Halaban. The design of mathematics education games uses the construct 2 design application at SMPN 1 Lareh Sago Halaban with the Research and Development (R&D) research method using the MDLC (Multimedia Development Life Cycle) development model from Luther Sutopo the development model is explained in 6 stages, namely Concept, Design, Materials Collection, Assembly, Testing and Distribution. The product test used in the research is the validity test, practicality test, and effectiveness test. The product test results show that the educational games designed are valid, practical and effective. For the results of the validity test of three validators, the score was 0.88, the practical test by 3 practi- tators was 0.97, and the effectiveness test of twenty people was 0.92.

The main problem in this study is how culture encourages achievement motivation of students studying Social Sciences and how the form of achievement motivation of students learning Social Sciences in class V UPT SDF Negeri Kakatua. This study aims to find out the form of learning in encouraging student achievement motivation in social studies and to find out the form of achievement motivation of fifth grade students at UPT SDF Negeri Kakatua.This type of research is qualitative research and uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The subjects in this study were 2 class teachers and 5 students of class V UPT SDF Negeri Kakatua. Data collection techniques using: observation, interviews, and documentation. While the validity of the data in this study uses source triangulation.The results of the study show that: (1) the student learning culture has been implemented by the teacher who teaches in the class (2) student achievement motivation is important in achieving learning achievement The teacher's role is very important to improve student achievement by providing achievement motivation.Based on the results of the research above, it can be concluded (1) Student learning culture is something that needs to be implemented by teachers and carried out by students to support student behavior at school and outside school (2) achievement motivation needs to be given to students to support student achievement and student learning outcomes .

This study aims to test training on employee performance, to test HR development on employee performance. This research was conducted at Bank Nagari, Siteba Padang Branch. Sampling method using a total saturated sampling of 40 samples. Data analysis techniques used were validity, reliability, descriptive analysis, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple regression analysis, and t test. The results of the study show that training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. And HR development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. So it can be concluded that the training was received and human resource development was received.

Internal communication that occurs at PT. XYZ will affect work behavior which is indicated by employee performance towards the company. The formulation of the problem in this study is how internal communication influences employee performance at PT. XYZ, how much influence does internal communication have on employee performance at PT? XYZ. The type of research method used in this study is a quantitative method with data collection techniques through questionnaires, literature study, and documentation study. The object of this research is all employees totaling 43 people. The analysis technique used is an instrument test (validity test and reliability test), simple linear regression analysis, F test, and correlation analysis. The results of data analysis show a simple linear regression equation Y = 42.116 + 0.510, which means that for every 1 unit increase in internal communication (X) then the performance (Y) increases by 0.510, with a correlation coefficient value of r = 0.528 meaning that internal communication simultaneously has a moderate effect on employee performance. which is also evidenced by count 15.825 > table of 4.08 with a significance level of 5%, Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted.

The research method used by the author in answering problems is Normative Juridical Research where the author tries to examine problems with existing legal rules and uses the literature study method in collecting existing legal materials. Learning strategies can be interpreted as an outline of a course or general patterns of activities carried out by an educator and students in the embodiment of teaching and learning activities to achieve the goals outlined. There are several problems found by researchers in research locations, especially in the learning process of Akidah Akhlak at MTsS Miftahul Huda Silikuan Hulu Village, Ukui District, namely, students are not able to directly absorb the material presented by the teacher, lack of enthusiasm of students in class when learning Akidah Akhlak which causes some students to not care about the material presented by the teacher, and the teacher's lack of understanding of the application of learning strategies which can be seen from the learning process the teacher only uses monotonous learning strategies so that it does not increase the learning enthusiasm of students in the classroom. This research includes qualitative research, the data collected is in the form of words and pictures, in this case it is explaining how teachers use learning strategies. Researchers collected data through interviews, documentation, and field notes. Data were analyzed in three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. Techniques for guaranteeing the validity of the data are source triangulation, technical triangulation, and time triangulation. Based on the results of the research that the researchers conducted, it can be concluded that: (1) The strategies used by the aqidah moral teachers in class VIII semester 2 of MTsS Miftahul Huda Siliuan Hulu Village, Ukui District, namely problem-based strategies, discovery learning strategies, and cooperative learning strategies (2) Steps -Steps for implementing learning strategies in the subject of Aqidah Akhlak a. Opening learning activities, b. Explain the competence to be achieved, c. Educators help students define organizing tasks. d. Educators and students arrange tasks together. e. Students collect information according to the problem being discussed. f. Educators supervise the course of learning activities g. The teacher gives an explanation of the material. (3) Obstacles faced in implementing the implementation of the learning strategy of aqidah morals at MTsS Miftahul Huda Silikuan Hulu Village, namely the lack of teacher preparation in implementing learning, for the learning process to be carried out suddenly.

In the learning process there will definitely be problems, both problems from the delivery of material by the teacher, problems from students, or inadequate facilities. There are many problems in learning the moral creed at MTsN 4 Fifty Cities, starting from a lack of enthusiasm for learning the moral creed. There are still students who are less active, feel bored in participating in the learning process and do not pay attention to what is conveyed by the teacher, children are indifferent to the assignments and notes given. This research is a descriptive qualitative research, the data collected is in the form of words, in this case it is explaining the problems of learning aqidah morals. Based on the results of the research that the researchers conducted, it can be concluded that: (1) The learning process of Aqidah Akhlak at MTsN 4 Fifty Kota is still in the development stage and is trying to achieve the best. By providing facilities and infrastructure to support the learning of aqidah morals, (2) The problems of learning Akidah Akhlak Class 7 at MTsN 4 Fifty Kota can be seen from two factors, namely, first, internal factors, namely problems that generally occur in teachers and students. The problem of the teacher's aqidah morals is how to convince children of the unseen and convince them to adhere to true Islamic beliefs, from students, namely they often don't focus when studying, feel bored, sleepy in class. Problems from external factors, namely the incompatibility between learning materials of the moral creed and its application in the school, family and community environment. (3) In overcoming problems related to internal factors, namely the efforts made by the teacher to overcome these problems by continuing to improve competence, MGMP activities, continuing to actively communicate with students.

This article discusses Efforts to Foster Student Behavior Through PAI Learning at SMP Ikhlasiyah Palembang. This type of research is qualitative with a descriptive approach, data collection methods through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques, namely starting from data collection, data presentation and drawing conclusions on the data obtained. While the technique of checking the validity of the data is through triangulation which consists of triangulation of time, sources and methods. From the results of the discussion that the efforts made by the school in fostering student behavior through PAI learning activities have been carried out well, the activities carried out include learning activities in PAI lessons and other activities namely reading the Koran, reading asmaul husna, praying dzuhur together, Commemoration of Islamic Holidays (PHBI), and Friday alms. All of these activities are routinely carried out in schools with the aim of fostering and instilling good character in students at SMP Ikhlasiyah Palembang.    

The researcher carried out this research because he wanted to examine how to improve the quality of human capital through entrepreneurship learning at SMKN 1 Driyorejo Gresik. In improving the quality of human capital, one of them is requiring an effective learning, namely by implementing this entrepreneurship. This research uses a qualitative approach that is descriptive and the type of research is a case study. Data collection techniques used by researchers are observing, interviewing and documenting. Meanwhile, data analysis is carried out using data condensation, data presentation, and data verification. In testing the validity of the data, researchers also used source triangulation and technique triangulation. The results of this study show that SMKN 1 Driyorejo Gresik has implemented entrepreneurship learning in creating superior quality human capital so that graduates become entrepreneurship, especially in grades eleven and twelfth. Not only that, SMKN 1 Driyorejo Gresik already has excellent products, namely Skandry Water and Skandry Hygenice. Therefore, it is hoped that all residents of SMKN 1 Driyorejo will apply the KISS method, namely Consolidation, Integration, Synergy and Synchronization so that school plans can be realized and implemented perfectly because they are supported by all school members.    

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality (X1) and price (X2) on customer satisfaction (Y) at UD. Brontoseno Nganjuk. This type of quantitative research Data collection techniques used are primary data and secondary data. The sample selection used the accidental sampling method, the number of samples was 75 respondents at UD. Brontoseno Nganjuk. The analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and coefficient of determination test. From the results carried out in the study, it showed that product quality (X1) and price (X2) variables on customer satisfaction (Y) at UD. Brontoseno NganjukThe research results obtained multiple linear regression equation Y = 3.230 + 0.193X1 + 0.481X2 and the results of the t-test variable product quality have a partially significant effect on customer satisfaction. Price has a significant effect partially on customer satisfaction. The results of the F test obtained Fcount results with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. From the results of the analysis it can be concluded that Product Quality and Price have a simultaneous and significant effect on UD Customer Satisfaction. Brontoseno Nganjuk.

The purpose of the study is to produce a learning model with valid, practical, and effective criteria. This type of research is development research using the Borg And Gall model. The population is all grade V students of State Elementary School 18 West Freshwater, Padang Utara District, Padang City. The sample was 30 class V students. The sampling technique is total sampling.  The model validation design is validated by 2 experts: motor and language and model practicality by 2 sports teachers, The data collection instrument consists of tests of validity, practicality and effectiveness. As well as data analysis techniques using descriptive qualitative and quantitative techniques. The validation results of the learning model were obtained on average by 81.2.% with valid categories. In practicality, the results were obtained that this learning model was practical or good for use with learning implementation results of 91.7% The results of the effectiveness test using the Manipulative Basic Motion learning model based on play activities showed that there was a difference between obtaining manipulative motion ability results before using the model and after using the learning model. It was concluded that the model is effective and can improve the results of manipulative motion abilities (control objects) in the learning of sports and health physical education in grade V of primary school.

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at the Sambel Layah Restaurant, Kendal Branch. The data collection technique used a questionnaire instrument with 105 respondents, then collected and checked for validity and then presented in an informative and scientific manner. After that the data is processed in a comprehensive and descriptive-analytic manner. Then the data is tested with SEM (Structural Equation Model) statistics to determine the relationship between various variables. The results of the study stated that the hypothesis which said that Service Quality had a positive effect on Customer Satisfaction was proven significantly. This can be seen in table 5. where the service quality variable indicators for all indicators show a calculated t value that is greater than t table. t table 1.658 while t count average 3.276 which means that service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction  

The process of internalizing the values ​​of tolerance through Ma'had activities at the Al-Amien Prenduan Islamic Boarding School has been implemented, this can be seen from the condition of the students who mingle even though they come from different regional and ethnic backgrounds both from within and outside the country and from different backgrounds. different groups such as NU, Muhammadiyah or even Manhaj Salafi with their habit of wearing the veil in the daily lives of female students The problem raised in this study is how the process of internalizing tolerance values ​​through Ma'had activities. Second, what are the supporting and inhibiting factors in the process of internalizing tolerance values ​​through Ma'had activities at the TMI Al-Amien Prenduan Islamic Boarding School. In this study using a descriptive qualitative approach. The method used is the method of interviews, observation and documentation. For data analysis, researchers used the Miles and Hubberman models through data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. From the validity of the data, researchers used triangulation with source triangulation. The results of research on the process of internalizing tolerance values ​​through Ma'had activities at the pondok are through: Lecture Activities, Santri Daily Activities, Santri Organizational Activities, and Year End Peak Activities. The factors that support the process of internalizing tolerance values ​​through Ma's activities 'had namely: Educators and Traditions in carrying out the sunnah of Pondok. While the inhibiting factors are: individualism, fanaticism and character.    

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of financial literacy, investment motivation, and minimum investment capital on Gen Z's investment interest in the Bibit application. The analysis method in this research uses quantitative primary data, the test stages carried out are: validity test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and coefficient of determination test (R2). The data used in this research used a questionnaire instrument, and valid data was collected from 100 respondents. The sampling method in this research is non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling technique. The testing tool used was SPSS version 23. The results showed that investment motivation and minimum investment capital had a partially significant positive effect on Gen Z's interest in investing in the Bibit application, while financial literacy had a partially significant negative effect on Gen Z's investment interest in the Bibit application. Financial literacy, investment motivation, and minimum investment capital simultaneously have a positive effect on Gen Z's interest in investing in the Bibit application and the most dominant variable in investment interest is investment motivation.

This study aims to develop scrapbook learning media to increase students' interest in learning fiqh at MI Al-Muttaqin. The problem faced is that fiqh learning tends to be boring because it uses more lecture methods, while students need interesting media to make it easier to understand fiqh material. This study uses the Research and Development (R&D) method which refers to the development steps of Borg & Gall. The study was conducted at MI Al-Muttaqin with the following results: first, the application of scrapbook learning media to fiqh subjects in grade III showed high student enthusiasm. Second, the development of this media was carried out through several development procedures with the results of the validity test showing very valid criteria, namely 96% for material validation and 84% for design validation. Third, there was a significant increase in student interest in learning, with an average value before using scrapbook media of 64.9% and increasing to 85.45% after using the media. This study concludes that the use of scrapbook media can increase students' interest and understanding of fiqh lessons.

Behind the success of successful online teaching and learning, there must be careful preparation in creating or building the system. Some complaints that are around us are that some students have difficulty in online-based mathematics learning. Some of them have difficulty signaling due to cloudy or rainy weather, not having money to buy internet quota, boredom during the teaching, and learning process, and difficulty understanding the material in online learning. Although there are examples that have been explained by the teacher, they still do not understand what their teacher teaches them. The teacher had already made learning materials using instructional video media, but it was still not enough for students to understand the polynomial material taught by the teacher, and according to the teacher the main problem was that the students' ability to memorize formulas was still lacking. The objectives of this research to see validity, effectiveness and practicality of the video development using PowerPoint and Filmora application. This research is development research that applies the Dick & Carey development model. This research focuses on developing learning videos using PowerPoint as a learning media, and Filmora as a learning video editing medium.

The aim of this research is (1) to describe the factors causing code switching in the Drama Series Scandal 2: Sex, Love, and Revenge. Mathematics is often considered a difficult subject by students so it is not uncommon for students to experience learning difficulties such as experiencing anxiety when learning mathematics, therefore this study aims to describe the level of anxiety, describe the factors that cause anxiety, and how anxiety affects student learning difficulties class X at MAS YMPI Tanjungbalai. In this study, the number of research subjects was 36 students with a sampling technique, namely purposive sampling. Data collection in this study was in the form of data field notes using observation, questionnaires, interviews and documentation. Learning difficulties can be interpreted as a condition in the learning process which is characterized by the presence of certain obstacles to achieve learning outcomes. In this study it refers more to the problem of student anxiety which is an obstacle in achieving learning objectives. This research is a type of qualitative research and the validity technique in this study uses time triangulation. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion regarding the level of student anxiety in learning mathematics, it can be concluded that from 36 students, 8 (22.2%) students experienced high levels of anxiety, 23 (63.9%) students experienced moderate anxiety levels and 5 (13.9) %) students have a low level of anxiety. The anxiety of the students with the low anxiety category was more responsive and very enthusiastic in learning mathematics compared to the other two categories, namely the moderate anxiety category and the high anxiety category. Based on data analysis on average student learning outcomes, students with high levels of anxiety will have an average learning outcome lower than students with medium anxiety levels and high anxiety levels.
