This research was motivated by the motivation of students at SMAN 3 Tasikmalaya was not optimal. this is related to optimizing the management of science laboratories. The objectives of this study are: 1) Optimization of science laboratory management in an effort to increase student learning motivation; 2) obstacles faced in optimizing the management of science laboratories in an effort to increase student learning motivation; 3) Obstacle management solutions to optimize the management of science laboratory facilities in an effort to increase student learning motivation. Research data was obtained from informants, namely principals, laboratory heads, science teachers and students. The data collection tools used in this study are interviews, observations, documentation studies, and carrying out triangulation, then the data is processed by data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and verifying data. The results of this study show that the optimization of science laboratory management in an effort to increase student motivation at SMAN 3 Tasikmalaya in terms of planning aspects; organizing; implementation (actuating); and controlling, has been well optimized. However, there is an aspect that needs to be improved, namely the need for an evaluation to be carried out related to the management of the science laboratory, because there are still students who have not shown an increase in their learning motivation

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Leadership Style and Work Environment on Work Discipline of Production Division Employees at PT. Buana Niagamakmur Range, Tasikmalaya Branch. The population in this study were production division employees at PT. Range of Buana Niagamakmur Tasikmalaya Branch, totaling 50 people, quantitative method with a survey approach and data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression. Based on the data that has fulfilled the validity test, reliability test and classic assumption test, the test results show that simultaneously leadership style and work environment have a significant effect on work discipline. Partially, leadership style has a partially significant effect on work discipline, while the work environment has no partial effect on employee work discipline at PT. Buana Niagamakmur Range, Tasikmalaya Branch.

Rice is included in the class of annual crops or young plants, namely plants that are usually short-live less than one year and only one time to produce, after the planting period ends the plant will die or be replaced by a new plant. Rice plants have a stems that are branched, the leng of stem depends on the type. Local types of rice have longer stems than superior types of rice. Rice stem segments are hollow and round, as with other plants, the roots of the rice both taproot and fibrous roots are branched. In the agricultural cultivation system requires technology to facilitate farming activites. One of the farmer groups that cultivate semi-organic and non-organic rice is the Muara Hurip Taruna Tani Farmer Groups. This reaserch aims to determine the cost, revenue, and comparison of the feasibility of semi-organic and non-organic rice farming. The results showed that the total cost incurred by semi-organic rice farmers was Rp. 3.282.823,73 while the total cost for non-organic rice farmers was Rp. 4.792.901,73. Total revenue for semi-organic rice farmers amounted Rp. 20.400.000,00, while for non-organic rice farmers revenue amounted Rp. 13.200.000,00. R/C ratio of semi-organic rice farming is greater at 6,21, meaning that every one Rupiah of capital spent obtained revenue Rp. 6,21. While the value of the R/C ratio of non-organic rice farmers is 2,75, meaning that every one Rupiah of capital spent obtained revenur Rp.2,75. This shows that for both farms is feasible to cultivate.

The purpose of this study was to determine simultaneously and partially the effect of reward and punishment on the work discipline of employees in the sewing production division of CV.Wijaya Family Tasikmalaya. The samples in this study were employees of CV. Wijaya Family Tasikmalaya, totaling 53 people. This research was conducted by collecting data with a questionnaire data collection technique, then testing the data with multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that partially giving rewards has a significant effect on employee work discipline in the sewing production section of CV. Wijaya Family Tasikmalaya. Partially has a significant effect on punishment on employee work discipline in the sewing production section of CV. Wijaya Family TASIKMALAYA. Simultaneously, it has a significant effect on reward and punishment on employee work discipline in the sewing production section of CV. Wijaya Family Tasikmalaya.

This study aims to determine simultaneously and partially the Democratic Leadership Style which is influenced by the Work Ethic and Teacher Performance at the Nurul A'la Foundation School, Tasikmalaya City. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. The sample used amounted to 49 respondents. The data obtained are primary data through questionnaires. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis through SPSS Version 25. The results of this study indicate that democratic leadership style and work ethic simultaneously have a significant effect on teacher performance. Leadership style partially has no significant effect on teacher performance, work ethic partially has a significant effect on teacher performance at the Nurul A'la Foundation school, Tasikmalaya City

The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the calculation of the use of raw materials in Asep Embordir, the advantages of Asep Embordir before using the Linear Program and the advantages of Asep Embordir after using the Linear Program to increase maximum profit. The method used in this research is a survey method. With a descriptive analysis approach. The data used are data from interviews and direct observations during April 2022 regarding raw materials for making apparel, labor wage costs, and profits and production time. The existing problems are then formulated using the linear programming method and solved using the simplex method. The results showed that the use of raw materials in Rmfcollectionembroidery for cloth was 45 wood, buttons (27.8) packs, thread 9 rolls) and collar hardener (162 meters). The optimal production quantity for all production variations according to the company's production capacity is 540 pcs, while for KDLP the optimal production is 60 pcs. RMFCollectionembroidery profit from the selling price of Rp. 35,000/pcs, the total profit from KDLP is Rp. 2,100,000, this can be representative of the profit from the production of other clothing sizes. Based on the results of research studies, it is suggested that for the future, if asep border will increase the amount of production, companies need to take into account development costs and need to further analyze the use of all existing production capacity so that production can be carried out optimally.

The principal is the person responsible for improving teacher performance at school. The purpose of this study was to determine the principal's leadership behavior in improving teacher performance at MTs Al Musthofa Sani Rantau Badak, Muara Papalik District. Research using a qualitative approach with data collection techniques of documentation, observation and interviews. The research subjects were school principals and teachers. This research shows that: (1) The formulation of the principal's policy in improving the ability of teachers at MTs Al Musthofa Sani Rantau Badak, Muara Papalik District, has made written and oral rules in accordance with the school's vision and mission by involving teachers, school objectives and school principals to formulate activities to improve teacher abilities. These results enable teachers to teach better so that students more easily understand lessons and can feel comfortable while at school and achieve a better quality of education; (2) The principal's program as a leader in improving the discipline of teachers at MTs Al Musthofa Sani Rantau Badak, Muara Papalik District by using good communication (not rude, direct supervision, not arrogant and authoritarian), compiling a KKG program, seminars and workshops with this program show encouraging results, teachers are more disciplined so they can complete their tasks well; (3) The principal's strategy as a leader in increasing the responsibilities of teachers at MTs Al Musthofa Sani Rantau Badak, Muara Papalik District by involving all teachers and providing direct examples and (4) The factors that influence the leadership of the principal in improving teacher performance are his desire to improve school performance so that he has better performance at the Acehnese and national level. This is the main factor that influences it along with other general factors, such as: the personal condition of the school principal, school organization, external environment.

This study aims to determine the simultaneous and partial effect of the Work Environment and Compensation on Turnover Intention at PT. Primajasa Perdanaraya Utama Tasikmalaya. The research method used in this study is to use a quantitative research method with a survey approach. The population in this study are employees of PT. Primajasa Perdanaraya Utama Tasikmalaya with 70 employees. The types of data used in this research are primary data and secondary data. The data testing technique used in this study uses the validity test, reliability test and classic assumption test. Data analysis in this study used multiple regression analysis using SPSS software version 25. The results showed that the Work Environment and Compensation simultaneously had a significant effect on Turnover Intention at PT. Primajasa Perdanaraya Utama Tasikmalaya. The work environment partially has a significant effect on Turnover Intention at PT. Primajasa Perdanaraya Utama Tasikmalaya. Partial compensation has no significant effect on Turnover Intention at PT. Primajasa Perdanaraya Utama Tasikmalaya.

This study aims to determine the effect of the physical work environment and organizational climate on morale ( a case study of village office employees in Rajapolah sub-district). The method used in this study is causality through a survey approach, with the sample to be selected in this study being Village Office employees in Rajapolah District, namely 49 respondents. The analytical tool used in this study was multiple regression using SPSS version 25. The results showed that the Physical Work Environment and Organizational Climate had a significant influence on the Morale of Village office employees in Rajapolah district. Organizational climate has a significant influence on the morale of Village Office employees in Rajapolah District.

This study aims to determine simultaneously and partially leadership and work conflict on employee performance at RSUD dr. Soekardjo Tasikmalaya City. The method used in this research is quantitative with an employee survey approach with a sample of 75 respondents. The data collected were primary and secondary. Data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient and coefficient of determination using SPSS software. The results of this study indicate that leadership and work conflict simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at Dr. Soekardjo Hospital, Tasikmalaya City. Leadership partially has a significant effect on employee performance at RSUD dr. Soekardjo Tasikmalaya City. Work conflict has no significant effect on employee performance at RSUD dr. Soekardjo Tasikmalaya City.

This study aims to determine the effect of competence and giving of incentives on work discipline in Tasco Minimarket Tasikmalaya employees. The research method used is a quantitative method with a survey approach to 45 respondents, who are all employees at Tasco Minimarket Tasikmalaya. The type of data used is primary data. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression. The results of this test prove that competence and giving of incentives have a significant effect both partially and simultaneously on the work discipline of Tasco Minimarket Tasikmalaya employees.

: This study aims to examine the effect of work discipline and compensation both simultaneously and partially on the work productivity of Production Section employees at SSC Quality Tasikmalaya. The population in this study is 45 respondents who are employees of the Production Department at SSC Quality Tasikmalaya. The data collection methods used are interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques in this study using multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient and coefficient of determination using SPSS software version 25. The results of this study indicate that work discipline and compensation simultaneously affect work productivity. Work discipline partially has a positive and significant effect on work productivity. Compensation partially has a positive but insignificant effect on work productivity.

This study aims to determine the effect of work  experience and digital literacy on employee work productivity at the Tasikmalaya AN Sport Convection The population in this research is the special sewing and cutting production department with 42 employess. The sampling technique was carried out by means of saturated sampling. The research method used is quantitative which in this analysis uses multiple linear regression equations. Data were processes using SPSS version 25. The resuts of this study indicate that work experience and digital literacy have a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity at the Tasikmalaya AN Sport Convection.

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work discipline and work environment on employee performance in the production of Lemona Cake & Bakery Tasikmalaya. The population in this study were production employees at Lemona Cake & Bakery with a survey approach and technical data analysis using multiple linear regression. Based on the data that has fulfilled the validity test, reliability test, and classic assumption test, it is processed to produce a regression equation as follows. The test results show that simultaneously work discipline and work environment have a significant effect on employee performance, while the work environment has no partial effect on employee performance Lemona Cake & Bakery Tasikmalaya.

Stress is a stimulus or situation that causes distress and can create physical and psychological demands on a person. Nursing professional education is an advanced program from students to professional nurses, Retaker is a candidate who has participated in Ukom more than once where students who experience this repeatedly will cause stress so it is necessary to overcome these problems with a coping mechanism to find out the extent of the stress experienced that student. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between stress levels and coping mechanisms in nursing professions at Bina Bangsa University Getsempena Banda Aceh in 2023. By using a descriptive correlational research type with a cross-sectoral study approach design with a population of 48 respondents, the technique used in This research uses total sampling technique. This research was conducted on January 18-24 2023 with univariate and bivariate analysis. The results showed that of the 48 respondents who had moderate stress, there were 24 people (82.8%), while those who were heavily stressed were 4 people (13.8%), and those who experienced mild stress were 1 person (0%) with a p value 0.048, so there is a relationship between the level of stress on coping mechanisms in professional nurses. It is hoped that all students will increase their knowledge by digging up information about stress levels and improving coping mechanisms in dealing with UKOM.

Alongside the advancement of information technology, the marketing industry has grown pretty quickly. SMEs today have to implement new marketing techniques to promote their goods in the digital age. MSMEs exist in Segaran Village, Klaten, aswell. SMEs have the potential to succeed in Segaran Klaten Village because of the numerous artistic and cultural activities organized there. The issue, however, is that MSME players still have an inadequate understanding of the idea of digital branding. The community service team from UNIBA Surakarta provides digital marketing training for SMEs in Segaran Village as a result. This activity's implementation is carried out in stages. Through this activity it is expected to be able to provide an understanding of the function of digital marketing and have the ability to apply digital marketing. In the end, this activity is expected to be able to increase the economy of the people of Segaran Village with the role of digital marketing carried out by SME sactors in Segaran Village.

Leadership is a complex and unique phenomenon of social interaction, anyone will show leadership behavior when interacting in a format that influences others. Even in personal capacity, in the human body there is capacity or potential as a controller, which essentially facilitates a person to be able to lead himself.This research journal was conducted at SMKS Sagaranten which is located on the cigadog highway km.2 sagaranten sukabumi and produces the influence of the principal's leadership to increase the quantity of students.Leadership is often given the meaning of degree of influence, while the leader is the person who has the most potential to influence. Leaders who cannot actualize their influence do not have the character of true leadership. Then we must know how educational leadership is so the purpose of this article is to dig deeper into leadership and complete the task. Articles are made with techniques for gathering resources such as reading material and books on leadership.So that we can draw the conclusion that educational leadership as "one ability and process of influencing, guiding, coordinating and mobilizing other people who are related to the development of the science of education and the implementation of education and teaching, so that the activities carried out can be more efficient and effective in achieving educational and teaching goals.

Performance is the output or final result of work done by employees in a certain period, the work done by employees must be in accordance with the provisions set by the organization for their employees. This study aims to determine the effect simultaneously or partially of the Leadership Style variable and the Work Motivation variable on the measured performance. The population used in this study was 45 Bantarkalong Vocational High School teachers. The method used in this research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. Sample selection using saturated samples. The sample used is the entire population, namely 45 Bantarkalong Vocational High School teachers. Sources of data in this study are secondary data and primary data. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 26. Based on the results of the study it was concluded that Leadership Style and Work Motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on performance. Leadership style partially has a significant effect on performance. Work motivation partially has a significant effect on performance.

The method used in this research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. Sample selection using saturated samples. The sample used was the entire population, namely 45 Bhakti Kencana Vocational School teachers. Sources of data in this study are secondary data and primary data. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 26. Based on the results of the study it is concluded that work motivation and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on performance. Work motivation partially has a significant effect on performance. Work Discipline partially has a significant effect on performance.

PT. Petrokimia Gresik is a company under the auspices of Pupuk Indonesia Persero which has the main task of supplying subsidized and non-subsidized fertilizers to all regions of Indonesia. To maintain the stability of fertilizers in the Indonesian market, a reliable electrical system is needed so as not to disrupt the production process. The electrical power system at the factory is very prone to disturbances, both short 3-phase interruptions, overload and phase to ground. If this interference cannot be minimized, it can cause damage to the installed equipment. To minimize the above conditions, it is necessary to have a security system and adequate security equipment. One of the safeguards used by PT. Petrokimia Gresik is a protection relay located at the 1A Utility factory.In this study, the Etap Power Station version 12.6 software will be used, the application will be very helpful in calculating short circuits that occur on 6 KV Busbars and 400 V Busbars. With the help of this software, we can analyze the ability of the Bus to short circuit disturbances. From the calculation results obtained, it shows that the busbar bracing ability and the capacity of the circuit breaker installed in the electrical system of PT. Is Petrokimia Gresik still good enough to withstand the existing disturbances.
