This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style, motivation, and competence on employee performance at the Regional Public Service Agency (BLUD) of Banjar City General Hospital. The problems raised include four main things: (1) the influence of leadership style on employee performance, (2) the influence of motivation on employee performance, (3) the influence of competence on employee performance, and (4) the influence of the combination of leadership style, motivation, and competence on employee performance. The method used is descriptive with data analysis through validity tests, reliability tests, descriptive statistics, and multiple regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that (1) leadership style has a positive effect on employee performance, (2) work motivation has a positive effect on employee performance, (3) competence has a positive effect on employee performance, and (4) increasing leadership style, motivation, and competence together can improve employee performance at BLUD RSU Banjar City.

This study focuses on the analysis of Human Resource Planning, Recruitment and Job Analysis Affecting Employee Performance of PD. Gunasalma Kawali, Ciamis Regency. The formulation of the problem in this study is to analyze the effect of Recruitment and Job Analysis on employee performance of PD. Gunasalma Kawali, Ciamis Regency. The purpose of this study is to determine the Human Resource planning of PD. Gunasalma Kawali, Ciamis Regency employees, to find out the Recruitment of PD. Gunasalma Kawali, Ciamis Regency employees, to find out the Job Analysis of PD. Gunasalma Kawali, Ciamis Regency employees and to find out the effect of Human Resource planning, Recruitment and Job Analysis on Employee Performance of PD. Gunasalma Kawali, Ciamis Regency. Respondents in this study were 50 employees of PD. Gunasalma Kawali, Ciamis Regency. The research method used is to use a quantitative research method. Then the data was analyzed using Multiple Regression Analysis, Simultaneous Test, Partial Test and Determination Coefficient. The results of this study indicate: That the three variables affect employee performance. For the Human Resource Planning variable, the b1 value in the model is 0.893. For the Recruitment variable, the b2 value in the model is 0.742. For the Job Analysis variable, the b3 value in the model is 0.697. So the influence of HR Planning, Recruitment and Job Analysis on Employee Performance in the model is 75.6%, and 24.4% is influenced by other factors or causes.

Employees of the Cilacap Tengah District Office, Cilacap Regency often receive criticism from the public. The District itself certainly considers the criticism to be an encouragement and motivation to make the institution's performance even better. This performance improvement can be done through job analysis and career development of each member of the Cilacap Tengah District Office Employees. This study aims to determine 1). Analysis of the influence of positions on the performance of Cilacap Tengah District Office Employees, 2). The influence of career development on the performance of Cilacap Tengah District Office Employees, and 3). Analysis of the influence of positions and career development on the performance of Cilacap Tengah District Office Employees. Therefore, this study uses quantitative research which then interprets the data to produce descriptive data. While the data collection technique uses a questionnaire, and data analysis uses multiple linear regression. The results of the study indicate that job analysis and career development have a positive effect on the performance of Cilacap Tengah District Office Employees. If job analysis and career development are better, then the performance of the members will also be better, and vice versa if job analysis and career development are worse, then the performance of the Cilacap Tengah District Office Employees will also decrease.

The purpose of this study was to determine the Effect of Discipline, Competence and Motivation on Employee Performance in Three District Offices in Maros Regency. The population in this study were employees at three district offices in Maros who were random, where the sample was 51 employees. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression.The results showed that simultaneously all independent variables consisting of discipline, competence, and motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance in three sub-district offices in Pangkep Regency. Partially the independent variables of discipline and motivation have a positive and significant effect, while the independent variable of competence has no positive and significant effect.

Good governance is always related to work, especially good quality work. Government organizations are expected to be able to provide good quality work, so that there is good work performance. The type of research used is census research, where research takes all members of the population as respondents (data sources) and uses questionnaires as the main data collection tool. By using a quantitative approach and using descriptive methods to determine the influence of Good Governance on employee work performance at the Majauleng District Office, Wajo Regency. The results of research data analysis on Good Governance and Work Performance show that Good Governance at the Majauleng District Office is in the good category. Likewise, the Job Performance variable is in the good category. The influence that the Good Governance variable has on Work Performance is in the very strong and positive category and the data is significant. The conclusion from the research results with the title The Influence of Good Governance on Work Performance is as follows. Good Governance at the Majauleng District Office, Wajo Regency is in the good category. The work performance of Majauleng District Office Employees in Wajo Regency is in the very good category. The results of data analysis show that the influence provided is a very strong influence with a positive and significant relationship direction

The research as aims to determine the work motivation of employees of the Arborbiz Makassar Hotel.The type of reseach used is descriptive qualitative, that is, the author describes the results of direct observtions and interviews with employees of the Arborbiz Makassar Hotel. The writing of this final draft is the results of research conducted from June to July 2022. The results showed that the work motivation of employees of the Arborbiz Makassar Hotel was perceived from several factors that influenced work motivation of employees, such as promotions, job performance, the job itself, rewards, responsibilities and recognition from superiors. These things have an increasing impact on work motivation for employees who work at the Hotel Arborbiz Makassar, thereby encouraging employees to work better and more effectively.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Job Performance Assessment, Promotion and Employee Competence on Career Development of State Civil Apparatus at the Medan City Industry Service office, either partially or simultaneously. The type of this research was a descriptive quantitative research used Multivariate Linear Regression Analysis method. Population in this study amounted to 52 employees and the sample for this study also amounted to 52 employees, so that the sampling technique used the Saturated Sampling Technique. Instrument test of this study used Likert Scale and data processing in this study used the Statistical Program for Social Science software program version 25. Result showed that as partially, the Job Performance Assessment had a negative and significant effect on Career Development of State Civil Apparatus with t-count value of -3.366 and significant value of 0.00 smaller than alpha value of 0.05. Promotion had a negative and significant effect on Career Development of State Civil Apparatus with t-count value of -4.348 and significant value of 0.000 smaller than alpha value of 0.05. Employee Competence had a positive and significant effect on Career Development of State Civil Apparatus with t-count value of 3.511 and significant value of 0.001 smaller than alpha value of 0.05. Simultaneously, Job Performance Assessment, Promotion and Employee Competence had Positive and significant effects on Career Development of State Civil Apparatus with F-count value of 8.027 and significant value of 0.000 smaller than alpha value of 0.05. Based on the results of the R2 Determination test, it was known that the Adjusted R value is 0.292, which meant that the contribution of the influence was given by the three independent variables to the dependent variable was 29.2%, the remaining 70.8% was influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

This research was conducted on employees of PT Giga Nusantara. This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, compensation, and commitment to employee performance. In this study the data was collect with a tool in the form of observation, interviews and questionnaires to 110 respondenst with purposive sampling technique, which aims to determine respondents perceptions of each variable. The analysis used includes data instrument test (validity test, reliability test), multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test), and hypothesis testing (F test, t test, coefficient of determination). From the result of the analysis using regression can be seen that the variable of motivation, compensation, and commitment, all have a positive effect on employee performance. From the t test, the result of motivation, compensation, and commitment are obtained, which have a significant partial effect on employee performance.

In terms of improving human resources in the company, it is necessary to evaluate employee performance. By evaluating employee performance, companies have supporting data and information to evaluate human resources to make them even better. Employee performance is important in a company because it will affect the achievement desired by the company. The purpose of this study was to analyze the significant influence of work motivation, work discipline, and work environment simultaneously on the performance of employees in family companies in Surabaya. This study used a quantitative approach using multiple regression analysis because the sample used was a questionnaire with a total of 73 respondents. The results showed that some work motivation, work discipline, and work environment have a significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, work motivation, work discipline, and work environment have a significant effect on the performance of employees in family companies in Surabaya.

Employees are the main factor that is very important in an organization to achieve organizational goals. Satisfactory performance of employees does not appear instantly but requires continuous evaluation. The objectives of this study are as follows: (1) to find out and analyze the effect of performance appraisal on employee performance, (2) To find out and analyze the effect of performance appraisal on employee career development, (3) To find out and analyze the effect of career development on employee performance. The research method used is a quantitative research method using a descriptive approach. Sampling in this study used a purposive sampling technique by distributing questionnaires to collect primary data. The population in this study are employees of PT. Surya Artha Sentosa Mojokerto. The number of employees of PT. Surya Artha Sentosa is 125 people with a research sample of 55 respondents. Based on the research results, the Job Assessment variable has an effect on Career, then Job Appraisal has an effect on Employee Performance, and Career Development has an effect on Employee Performance.

In order to investigate the effects of transformational leadership and self-efficacy on employee performance in Auto 2000 By Pass Padang, job satisfaction will be used as an intermediary variable. All 50 employees of Auto 2000 By Pass Padang received questionnaires as part of the data collection process. The analytical method used in this study was structural equation modeling (SEM) with partial least squares (PLS). The study's findings are as follows: (1) Leadership has a small but positive impact on employee performance. (2) Reward has a favorable and significant impact on employee performance. (3) Punishment has a significant and favorable impact on an employee's performance.

Motivation in a company is very important to be able to move all the power and limits of human capabilities and other facilities. The right motivation will be able to advance and develop the company. The problem of motivation in a company is the responsibility of management to create, organize and implement it, so management must be able to create motivation that is able to foster people's motives so that they want to act according to the company's wishes. The objectives of this study are: 1). Knowing the work motivation of employees of the marketing division at PT. BPRS Fajar Sejahtera Bali. 2) Knowing the performance of the employees of the marketing division at PT. BPRS Fajar Sejahtera Bali. This research method is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews and documentation. The informants in this study were the Head of Marketing Division and eight marketing staff at PT. BPRS Fajar Sejahtera Bali, the procedure for determining informants by means of purposive sampling. Marketing division at PT. BPRS Fajar Sejahtera Bali has the following motivations: There is a work environment that has a positive influence on employees, there is protection and security provided by the company in the form of BPJS Health and Employment, and the company provides a form of recognition or respect for employees who excel and have company leaders who are competent in their fields, 2) Marketing division at PT. PT Pelindo Multi Terminal is a subsidiary of the state-owned PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) which manages port business entities in the field of multipurpose terminal operations in Indonesia, such as liquid bulk, dry bulk, general cargo, and so on. PT Pelindo Multi Terminal / SPMT as the leading provider of non-container terminal services in Indonesia provides various services to service users. The services provided by SPMT include Stevedoring, Haulage, Receiving/Delivery, Stacking, Dock Services and Other Services. PT Pelindo Multi Terminal has a high commitment to implementing the principles of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) consistently and continuously. PT Pelindo Multi Terminal is responsible for loading and unloading activities at the port. Stevedoring Workers (TKBM) have an important role in achieving the performance of loading and unloading activities from the port to the ship and from the ship to the port. Loading and unloading workers are one part of the workforce that needs attention because the work process they carry out carries the risk of work accidents. Work safety issues are factors that must be taken into account when carrying out loading and unloading work at the port. To obtain data the author used the Field Research method together with employees of PT Pelindo Multi Terminal Belawan using interviews. The library research method is also used by reading books and research results related to the paper writer's object obtained from libraries and other trusted sources.

The problems faced in this study include (1) How does motivation affect employee performance in Dahlia Furniture, Kawali District, Ciamis Regency? This study aims to study, know, and analyze (1) The influence of motivation on employee performance in Dahlia Furniture, Kawali District, Ciamis Regency. (2) The effect of compensation on employee performance in Dahlia Furniture, Kawali District, Ciamis Regency. (3) The effect of motivation and compensation on employee performance in Dahlia Furniture, Kawali District, Ciamis Regency. The method used in this study is explanatory survey, while the technical data analysis is validity test, reliability test, descriptive statistics, Inductive Statistical Analysis (Inferential) with Multiple Regression. The results of the study inform that (1) Motivation has a positive effect on employee performance in Dahlia Furniture, Kawali District, Ciamis Regency. This means that if motivation is increased, the performance of employees in Kawali District, Ciamis Regency will also increase. (2) Compensation has a positive effect on employee performance at Dahlia Furniture, Kawali District, Ciamis Regency. This means that if the compensation is increased, the performance of employees at Mebel Dahlia, Kawali District, Ciamis Regency will also increase. (3) Motivation and compensation have a positive effect on employee performance at Dahlia Furniture, Kawali District, Ciamis Regency. This means that if motivation and compensation are increased, then employee performance at Mebel Dahlia Kawali District, Ciamis Regency will also increase.

In general, every company or agency prioritizes the good performance of its employees. Good performance can advance the company in terms of time and completeness of work. The problem faced is that some employees are not disciplined in carrying out their duties and obligations. Given the performance of employees who are still far from expected because there are still some employee expectations that have not been met. The problem that occurs is that supervision is not carried out routinely and is not attentive. Given that supervision is still far from what was expected because there are still some expectations of supervision that have not been fulfilled. So this can affect employee performance. The problem at issue is that the reward does not meet employee satisfaction. Considering that the reward is still far from what was expected because there are still several expectations for the reward that have not been fulfilled. So that this can affect the performance of employees. This research is a quantitative research with associative method. Based on the results of the SPSS test on Anova data in column R Square = 0.921, all variables affect the Employee Performance Variable by 92.1% and the remaining 7.9% is influenced by other variables outside this regression equation or variables not examined. So it can be concluded that the specified variable is very influential on employee performance.

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of work discipline, leadership style and work motivation on employee performance, to determine and analyze the effect of work discipline, leadership style and work motivation on employee performance at the Department of Industry and Trade of North Sumatra Province. The approach used in this study were all employees of the Department of Industry and Trade of North Sumatra Province, totaling 160 employees. While the samples that meet the sampling criteria for observations made are 62 respondents using the Slovin formula. The data collection technique in this study uses a questionnaire technique and technical data analysis in this study uses the SPSS version 25.00 software program. Partially it is known that work discipline has no positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of the North Sumatra Province Industry and Trade Office. Partially it is known that motivation has a positive and significant influence on the performance of the employees of the Department of Industry and Trade of North Sumatra Province. Simultaneously it is known that work discipline, leadership style and work motivation have a significant influence on the performance of the employees of the Department of Industry and Trade of North Sumatra Province.

Loyalty is someone's allegiance that indicates dedication to something, it can be a person or a group of people, ideals, tasks or goals that are given constantly. This study aims to determine whether leadership style, motivation and work environment have a partial and simultaneous influence on employee loyalty in the Department of Industry and Trade, and also among the three variables, which variable has the most dominant effect on the dependent variable. This type of research is quantitative research. This study uses secondary data, namely data on the number of employees for the last 5 years from the 2017-2021 period. The results of the analysis through the T test show that leadership style has no significant effect on employee loyalty, motivation has a significant effect on employee loyalty and work environment has a significant effect on employee loyalty. While the results of the analysis through the F test show that leadership style, motivation and work environment affect employee loyalty in the Department of Industry and Trade of North Sumatra Province.

The incentive is a reward or retribution provided the company to employees who perform as a form of reward. Incentives as a means of motivation that encourages employees to work with optimal ability, which was intended as an extra income outside of salary or wages have been determined. The incentive is a driving factor for the employees to work better so that the employee's performance can be increased. The granting of incentives are intended to meet the needs of the employees. This research using qualitative research methods. As for the independent variable Incentive (X) and the dependent variable (Y) Performance. The population in this research is the Production Department glass manufacturing company. The sample used in this dipenelitian is saturated sample in which every Member of the population serve as samples. In this study, data gathering is carried out using a questionnaire. Based on the results of the determination of the calculation can be seen that the value of R2 is 0.907 Adusted. This can indicate the magnitude of the role or contribution that independent variable (X1), namely incentive can explain or influence the dependent variable (Y) the performance of employees amounted to 95.2%, while the rest is affected by other factors that do not researched. And based on the results of testing linearity obtained value p value of 0.05 0.00 < Sig. This indicates acceptance of the H1 so that the relationship can be inferred variable x with y Linear.

This study aims to examine the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) disclosure and CSR costs on company performance during the pandemic in food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange with the 2019-2021 research period. The sample in this research is 7 companies taken using purposive sampling technique. The independent variable used in this study is the disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) measured by 91 items according to GRI-G4 and CSR costs are measured by employee welfare costs and community costs, while the dependent variable is company performance measured using ROA, ROE and ROS. The research model used as a test tool is Partial Least Square (PLS) version 3.0. The results of the study show that Disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility has a significant effect with the negative direction on company performance and CSR costs have no significant effect with the negative direction on company performance.

PT Fajar Abadi Mahameru, which is located at Jalan Kadaka No. 7A, Jatimulyo, Lowokwaru, Malang City, is a company engaged in the manufacturing sector. The phenomenon that occurs at PT Fajar Abadi Mahameru is that company assignments carried out by employees have not provided maximum performance for the company. The purpose of this research is to examine and analyze the influence of Accounting Information Systems and Information Technology Use on the performance of individual employees at PT Fajar Abadi either partially or simultaneously. This type of research is quantitative with data collection techniques using questionnaires distributed to 40 employees according to the research criteria. Based on the findings of the analysis, it can be concluded that the accounting information system and the use of information technology partially have a positive but not significant effect on the performance of individual employees. While the accounting information system and the use of information technology simultaneously (together) affect the performance of individual employees.
