The aim of this study was to identify the effect of the example non example learning model on the persuasive text writing skills of Grade VIII students of SMP Deli Murni Sukamaju. The learning model used is example non example, where students analyze examples in the form of pictures, photos, and cases that contain problems. This study uses pictures and cases as examples in the example non example learning model. The population of this study were all students of class VIII SMP Deli Murni Sukamaju, with a sample of 29 students from class VIII-1. The method used in this study was an experimental design with one group pre-test and post-test. Data analysis techniques include hypothesis testing, normality testing, and analysis requirements testing. The pretest results show an average score of 62.10 in the less category. However, the posttest results showed an average score of 86.83 when using pictures and 87.86 when using cases. The results of hypothesis testing using the "t" test show a value of 12.12 > 2.048 when using pictures and 11.92 > 2.048 when using cases. Therefore, the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. This proves that there is a significant effect of using the example non example learning model with cases on the persuasive text writing skills of class VIII students of SMP Deli Murni Sukamaju.

This study aims to examine the effect of pressure, opportunity, rationalization, competence, and arrogance on academic fraud with religiosity as a moderating variable. This research is a quantitative type. The population in this study were 521 students of the Faculty of Economics, Islamic University of Majapahit for the academic year 2019 - 2020. The sampling technique used the purposive sampling method so that a total of 190 respondents were obtained. This study uses primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires through the Google form with a measuring tool in the form of a Likert scale. The data analysis technique uses descriptive statistics with the SmartPLS data testing tool using the outer model and inner model of measurement. The results showed that pressure, opportunity, rationalization, and arrogance had a positive and significant effect on academic fraud while competence had no effect on academic fraud. Religiosity is not able to moderate the effect of pressure, opportunity, rationalization, and competence on academic fraud. Religiosity is able to moderate the effect of arrogance on academic fraud.

This study aims to analyze financial statements to determine the potential for bankruptcy in companies in the transportation and logistics sector using the Altman Z-score, Grover and Zmijewski methods. The research used is quantitative with a descriptive approach. The population used is 28 companies in the transportation and logistics sector. The sample used in this research was 15 companies using purposive sampling technique in taking the sample. Statistical analysis in this study uses the calculation of the company's financial ratios from each bankruptcy method. The data used is secondary data in the form of financial reports obtained from the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The results showed that of the 15 sample companies using the Altman method, 8 were bankrupt, 1 was a gray area, 6 were healthy. Grover's results are 7 bankrupt and 8 healthy and Zmijewski's results are 10 bankrupt, 5 healthy. And of the 15 sample companies, there are 5 companies that have a greater potential for bankruptcy using these three methods.

This study aims to examine the effect of Ownership Institutional, Leverage, and Size Board Commissioner on CSR disclosure with Company Size as variable moderation. Population in this study is company Mining listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2022, Samples obtained as many as 48 of 12 companies, taking sample use technique Purposive Sampling. Data used on study This is secondary data. Data analysis study this using an alternative structural equation modeling (SEM) using SmartPLS. The results of this study show Size Board Commissioner have a positive significant on CSR disclosure with level significant of 0,041<0,05. Institutional Ownership and Leverage have no effect on CSR disclosure. Company size cannot moderate Institutional Ownership, Leverage and Board of Commissioners Size on CSR disclosure.

This study aims (1) to analyze the skills of writing fable texts for class VII students of SMP Negeri 1 Tanah Pinem for the 2022/2023 academic year using the conventional learning model; (2) To analyze the skills of writing fable texts for class VII students of SMP Negeri 1 Tanah Pinem for the 2022/2023 Academic Year using the Concept Sentence learning model; (3) To analyze the effect of the Concept Sentence learning model in improving the skills of writing fable texts for class VII students of SMP Negeri 1 Tanah Pinem Academic Year 2022/2023. The method used in this research is the experimental method of two group post-test design. The population in this study were all students of class VII SMP Negeri 1 Tanah Pinem. The population of class VII students at SMP Negeri 1 Tanah Pinem for the 2022/2023 academic year is 108 students divided into 4 classes. Of the 108 students, the samples in this study were class VII-A which consisted of 27 students and class VII-C which consisted of 27 students. In this study, the researcher made class VII-A as the experimental class, while class VII-C was the control class. The data analysis technique used in this study is quantitative data by using analysis requirements test, homogeneity test, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the average value of the fable text writing skills of the experimental class students was 83.96 belonging to the good category while the average value of the control class was 62.25 belonging to the sufficient category and did not meet the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM), namely 75. Based on the t test, the significance level value α = 0.05 and n = 27 is obtained, ttable = 2.056. Thus it can be concluded that tcount > ttable, that is, 8.68 > 2.056, so the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. This proves that there is a significant effect of using the Concept Sentence learning model on the skills of writing fable texts for class VII students of SMP Negeri 1 Tanah Pinem for the 2022/2023 academic year.

The purpose of this study was to find out how the sharing learning model has an impact on the ability to write poetry in class VIII students of SMP Negeri 8 Medan in the 2022/2023 academic year. This research involved all students in class VIII SMP Negeri 1 Delitua, a total of 303 students in 10 classes. Of the 303 students, 29 were selected to be the research sample. This study uses a one-group pre-test post-test experimental design. The method used is a description test. Test "t" data is used to test the hypothesis. The results show that the students' ability to write poetry before using the Reciprocal Learning learning model is classified as poor, with an average value (mean) of 60.51, while their ability after using this model is quite good, with an average value (mean) of 81.37 . Furthermore, the results of the hypothesis testing show that the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected, and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted, because tcount is greater than ttable, which is 8.01 greater than 2.045. This shows that the ability of class VIII students of SMP Negeri 8 Medan to write poetry texts is influenced by the sharing learning model.

This study aims to determine the effect of the Make A Match learning model on the ability to write explanatory texts for class VIII students of SMP Negeri 1 Delitua in the 2022/2023 academic year. The population in this study were all class VIII students of SMP Negeri 1 Delitua, totaling 93 students, divided into 3 class. The sample in this study was class VIII-3 which consisted of 30 students. The method used in this study was an experimental method with a One group pre-test post-test design. . The data analysis technique used in this study is quantitative data by using analysis requirements test, homogeneity test and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the average value of the ability to write explanatory texts before applying the treatment was 53.66 belonging to the less category while the average value of skills to write explanatory texts by applying the treatment was 84.2 belonging to the good category. Based on the t test, a significance level value is obtained with dk = N-1 = 29, so that a ttable value of 2.045 is obtained. Thus it is concluded that tcount > ttable, namely 15.27 > 2.045 so that the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. This proves that there is a significant effect of using the Make A Match learning model on the ability to write explanatory texts for class VIII students of SMP Negeri 1 Delitua in the 2022/2023 Academic Year.

This study aims to (1) knowing the description of employees' IT skills carried out at the Colomadu District Office, (2) knowing the efforts made in improving IT skills carried out at the Colomadu District Office, (3) knowing the things that affect the mastery of employees' IT skills. This research is a qualitative research supported by simple quantitative research with a case study. The data sources for this research include events related to difficulties in operating information technology for employees, informant (employees working at the Colomadu District Office). The sampling technique was carried out using purposive sampling technique. Data collection was carried out by interviews, observation, documentation and questionnaires. The validity test technique used is the credibility test with source triangulation and technique triangulation. transferability test, dependability test, confirmability test. Data analysis using interactive and flowing models. The results of this study are, (1) An overview of the IT skills of the employees of the Colomadu District Office, namely there are employees who only master basic IT skills, there are employees who cannot operate IT at all and there are employees who are quite proficient in IT. (2) Efforts to improve the IT skills of employees of the Colomadu District Office, namely: a) sending employees to take part in Bimtek and Training, b) providing motivation by the leadership, c) self-study. (3) factors that influence the IT skills of Colomadu District Office employees, namely: a) age factor, b) lack of self-awareness of employees, c) no special training for employees who are less skilled.

This study aims to analyze the effect of influencer appearance, trust, and influencer content on purchase intention and the mediating role of brand attitudes in Indonesia with Tiktok social media. The analysis used uses the SPSS application program and SmartPLS modeling. This research was conducted throughout Indonesia. This research is causality research with variables including three independent variables, namely influencer characteristics, trust in influencers, and credibility of post content, and dependent variables including brand attitude and purchase intention. The population used is generation Z, which knows and uses Tiktok social media. The sampling technique used was nonprobability sampling, namely purposive sampling. The number of samples used was 197, and they were analyzed using SEM SmartPLS. The results of the data analysis show that influencer appearance has a negative and insignificant effect on brand attitude. Influencer appearance has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention. Trust has a positive and significant effect on brand attitudes. Influencer content has a positive and significant effect on brand attitude.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of tax service quality and understanding of tax regulations on individual taxpayer compliance. This research is a quantitative research with an associative approach. The population in this study is all taxpayers who report to the Maumere Pratama Tax Service Office amounting to 23,931 taxpayers. The sample in this study used the slovin formula with a total of 100 taxpayers. Data collection was carried out through the distribution of questionnaires to respondents, where the research instrument used the Likert scale. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis models with the help of SPSS programs, descriptive statistics, data quality tests and classical assumption tests. The results of the study are known that the quality of tax services and understanding of tax regulations partially or simultaneously affect the compliance of individual taxpayers.

The research was motivated by several problems, namely: (1) students violated time discipline, namely: late coming to school, truant and late submitting assignments; and (2) students commit disciplinary violations, namely: not participating in ceremonies, wearing incomplete attributes, sleeping in class, quarreling at school, playing cellphones during class, falsifying picket attendance data, and violating the use of attributes. The purpose of the study was to determine the influence of group guidance on problem solving techniques on student learning discipline. This research uses a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design with a nonequivalent control group design model. The research population of all class XI MIPA students at Sultan Agung Islamic High School 1 Semarang amounted to 72 students. The research sample was 35 students of grade XI MIPA 2 at Sultan Agung 1 Islamic High School Semarang. The sampling technique uses cluster random sampling. Psychological scale data collection techniques. Data analysis techniques use descriptive statistics. Test the hypothesis of simple linear regression. The results of the study showed the influence of group guidance with problem solving techniques on student learning discipline. The influence provided by group guidance services with problem solving techniques on the learning discipline of grade XI MIPA students at Sultan Agung Islamic High School 1 Semarang obtained an R-Square value of 0.38, group guidance services with problem solving techniques had an influence of 38%. There is an influence of group guidance with problem solving techniques on the learning discipline of grade XI MIPA students at Sultan Agung Islamic High School 1 Semarang.

This research is based on a problem found in one of the Madrasah Aliyah schools, namely the model used is not diverse enough that it is considered boring. When learning accepts students feel bored and bored. So that learning activities in class tend to be more rigid and passive. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was an effect of the problem-based learning model on mathematics learning outcomes in fifth grade students of UPTD SDN Gili Barat. This research is a quantitative research with the method used is quasi-experimental and the design used is nonequivalent control group design. The sample used was 45 students from fifth grade A and B of UPTD SDN Gili Barat. Sampling using saturated samples. In this study using the experimental class and control class. Data collection used multiple choice test questions, the test instruments used were validity tests, reliability tests, difficulty level tests and discrimination tests. The prerequisite test used is the normality test and homogeneity test while the hypothesis test uses the t-test. Based on the results of data analysis using the t-test with a significance level of 0.05, the results were sig. (2-tailed) of 0.010 means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted so that it can be concluded that there is a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group, the treatment given has a significant effect on the problem-based learning model of learning mathematics in fifth grade students of UPTD SDN West Gili.

Old age is one of the risk factors that affect hypertension because the higher the age, the higher the risk of getting hypertension, this is caused by natural changes in the body that affect blood vessels, hormones, heart. by using non-pharmacological treatment, namely the administration of cucumber infused water and acupressure therapy at the point of LI 4 (Hegu) can reduce blood pressure for people with hypertension.  Purpose : This study aims to determine the effectiveness of cucumber infused water and acupressure therapy at the point of LI 4 (hegu) on reducing hypertension in the elderly. Methods: The population in this study was the elderly affected by hypertension with a total of 240 patients. In this study, the sample number was 30 respondents with each intervention group of 15 respondents. The type of this study is quantitative research that uses a two-group pretest-postest experimental model and is analyzed using statistical tests. Results: Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the results of the Wilcoxon test data there is an effectiveness between the administration of cucumber infused water and acupressure therapy at the LI4 (Hegu) point against reducing hypertension. With the results of v – palue 0.003 for the results of cucumber infused water against reducing hypertension and p-value 0.002 for the results of giving acupressure therapy at the LI4 point (Hegu) against reducing hypertension. In this study, there was a significant influence before and after intervention and blood pressure measurement was given in the working area of the Karangtengah Health Center. Conclusion : the effectiveness of cucumber infused water intervention and acupressure therapy at the LI4 (Hegu) point for the elderly affected by hypertension in the working area of the Karangtengah Health Center.

This study aims to find out how the learning outcomes of students taught using the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) Cooperative Learning Model and the Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) Cooperative Learning Model. The type of research used is Quasy Experiment Design research. Based on the research that was conducted in class V SDN 104204 Sambirejo Timur, it showed that there were differences in student learning outcomes. It can be seen in the average learning outcomes in the experimental class 1 (TGT) obtaining an average score of 81.25, while in experimental class 2 (STAD) obtained an average value of 79. At the significance level produced in the t-test shows a result of 0.00 < than 0.05. Thus the results were obtained, namely the learning outcomes of students who were taught using the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) Cooperative Learning Model were higher than the learning outcomes of students who were taught using the Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) Cooperative Learning Model.

This study aims to determine the effect of the Project Based Learning Model on the learning outcomes of eco-system material in fifth grade students at SDN Ganrang Jawa 1, Pattalassang District, Gowa Regency. The method used in this study is quasi-experimental (Quasi Experiment). This study used two sample groups, namely the experimental group of 25 students and the control group of 24 students. The instruments used in this study were multiple choice tests and observation sheets which were then tested in a class with a non-equivalent control group design. This is shown by the results of the t test, namely at the significance level α = 0.05, the average of the experimental group was 83.52 and the control group was 82.33. Based on the hypothesis test based on the df value which is 96 with a level value of 0.05 showing the result is 91,004. because t count = 24,266 > t table = 91,004, until H0 is rejected while H1 is accepted. Thus it can be concluded that the use of the project based learning model has an effect on student learning outcomes in ecosystem material at SDN Ganrang Jawa 1, Pattalassang District, Gowa Regency.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of ROA, ROE, and DER on profit growth in insurance sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2018-2022. The technique used for sampling is purposive sampling method with data from 7 insurance companies. This research is quantitative, which is research presented in the form of numbers and statistics. In determining the accuracy of the model that needs to be done is analyzing financial data, then testing several classical assumptions underlying the regression model. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis.Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study using Eviews software version 12.0. The results of this study indicate that ROA has a simultaneous positive effect on earnings growth, while ROE and DER have no significant effect simultaneously on earnings growth. The suggestion in this study is that there is a need to improve the company's financial performance in order to increase company profits so that company prices can increase.

The low student learning results may be observed in the value decided by the teacher, which is less than the KKM's average value of 75. The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of the mnemonic learning model on student biology learning outcomes in class XI MIPA SMA Negeri 4 Manado during the academic year 2021/2022. This study used a quasi-experimental design. This study's sample included two classes: class XI MIPA 1 as an experimental class with 20 students and class X1 MIPA 2 as a control class with 20 students. The results showed that the average pretest and post-test learning outcomes obtained by students in class XI MIPA 1 (experiment) with the application of the pretest mnemonic learning model were 34.75 and 76.75, respectively, while the pretest and post-test learning outcomes obtained by students in class XI IPA 2 (control) with only conventional learning were 31.25 and 71.25, respectively. The value of tcount> ttable was derived by hypothesis testing the pretest and post-test data in the experimental and control classes at a significant threshold of 0.05. The table value is 2.024, whereas the count value is 2.681. H0 is rejected based on the hypothesis testing criterion, but H1 is approved. This suggests that H0 has no effect, however H1 has an affect on student learning outcomes in Biology class XI at SMA Negeri 4 Manado.
