Youth is when humans are in their twenties. During youth, humans cannot be called adults, but they cannot also be called children. However, as the next generation, some Christian youths do not understand the importance of cultivating spirituality in building a close relationship with God. There are various models that can be implemented nowadays in order to produce young people who build a close relationship with God, one of which is the spiritual cultivation of Christian youth in building a close relationship with God. This learning certainly utilizes various youth spirituality that are relevant in the world of education. The goal is to improve the outcome and quality of their Faith process. The method used in this writing is a qualitative method. Through qualitative methods the authors use library research (library research). Spiritual formation is very important for young Christians. Because youth has a very important role for the growth of the church, and youth is the backbone of the church in carrying out the functions and roles of the church it is very necessary. Therefore the church needs to foster and direct youth. In accordance with God's word in Proverbs 22:6 "Educate a young person according to the path that is proper for him, so that even when he is old he will not deviate from that path." In conclusion, youth is the next generation in the family, church and society in the future. So it is necessary to know that it is very important spiritual cultivation for young Christians to build a close relationship with God.

The author chose Homstay Batam as a case study because the lodging business as a service company has a different resource supply chain flow than a product company. Enterprise Resource Planning and Supply Chain Management are the main focus in this paper, where supply chain is the management of various activities to obtain raw materials that are transformed into a product in a process and continued with delivery to consumers through distribution. The stages in supply chain management include planning, process, production, storage, delivery, and return of goods. Enterprise Resource Planning is implemented with the help of social media. Advertising is one of the mass communication media in the form of visual, audio, writing, or a combination of audio-visual. As with any communication in general, every advertisement must have an implicit or explicit meaning contained therein which is addressed to the public. Marajan as one of the syrup products in Indonesia, often makes advertisements that are full of meaning with attractive packaging. The purpose of this study is to find out the meaning of the dragon in Marjan 2023 advertisement "Baruna Sang Guardian of the Ocean" by using a qualitative descriptive theory approach and Roland Barthes' Semiotics theory which interprets something based on the denotative and connotative meanings of signifiers, signifieds and signs that exist in an object. The results of this study indicate that the dragon in the ad refers to a social disaster caused by humans who often throw plastic waste into the ocean.

This research article has the title "Building a Justice and Dignified Pancasila Law State". In this study, a qualitative method was applied using a normative juridical approach. The data that will be used later is related data from a book, academic writing, report or other written additional source. The source of the data collection correlates with the title under study, the data is collected from main legal sources as well as additional legal sources. The aim of this study is to examine whether the Pancasila legal state has a system that is justice and dignified for its people. The theories used are theories that correlate with the rule of law. The results of the discussion and analysis show that the Pancasila legal state has not fully realized a justice and dignified system. After knowing this, this article will examine how the Pancasila legal state can fulfill these two aspects with efforts to build and reorganize so that the Pancasila legal state can create a system that is justice and dignified for society.

Technological developments that are currently happening have an impact on church planting, thus with digitalization it makes fulfillment of all aspects of human life, otherwise it will be left behind, and this acceleration is also triggered by the covid-19 virus, while the core problem that will be put forward is what Church Planting Strategy, what is the Success of Church Planting for Christian Youth in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 Era, and seeing the Urgency of Church Planting for Christian Youth in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 Era. This study aims to describe the effect of using the jigsaw cooperative learning model on the writing skills of review texts of class XI MAN 2 Padang City students. This type of research is quantitative with experimental methods. The research design used was The Posttest Only Control Group Design. The study population was class XI MAN 2 Padang City using a purposive sampling technique for sampling. The selected sample consists of two classes, namely the experimental class and the control class. The data in this study were scores of students' review text writing skills in class XI MAN 2 Padang City using the jigsaw cooperative learning model and conventional learning models. The research instrument is a performance test. Based on the results of data management, it shows that the average value of students using the jigsaw cooperative learning model is 85.42 while the average value of students using the conventional method is 73.50. The results of the hypothesis test show that tcount > ttable (6.09 > 1.68). Thus, it shows that the jigsaw type cooperative learning model is better than using conventional methods.

Avoiding events like this, today's organizational leadership wants to have complete self-integrity, missionary, obedient to God, responsible, loyal, and prioritizes the needs of others in leading the organization. The method used by the author in writing this article is a qualitative method, namely by literature research (approach). The conclusion from the author about the significance of Moses' example and implementation for today's organizational leadership is that Moses' example is indispensable for today's organizational leadership in carrying out their duties and responsibilities as leaders and servants of God's sheep.

This research aims to describe the level of syntax errors that include aspects of phrases and sentences on writing personal experience grade X SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL Stella Gratia Atambua. This research uses qualitative research designs with the kind of descriptive research. The results of this study indicate that many students make a mistake on a sentence structure that covers ten aspects. These findings prove that students pay attention to the use of grammar in writing, lack of vocabulary which  belonged to the students, the influence of the use of local languages, and teachers less use of grammar in writing.

The existence regulations is crucial and important in Indonesia as a legal state that adheres to the civil law ,where in this system the highest position is a constitution. Pancasila and the 1945 NRI Law are fundamental guidelines in making laws and regulations.The principle is the basic guideline that must be fulfilled so that later the legal product results, namely the laws and regulations that are produced are good, ideal, and worthy of enactment. President Joko Widodo working with the DPR as legislature-forming institution to make a law in a different way, namely by repealing and/or amending several provisions of the law at once using the omnibus law method. There is a legal issue where in forming a law one must comply with the principles of forming statutory regulations, both formal and material principles. In this research, we will discuss how to fulfill formal and material principles in the formation of laws in Indonesia using the omnibus law method?. The results of the discussion in this writing are that the fulfillment of the formal and material principles of the law adopting the omnibus law method must be based on the principles stipulated in Article 5 of Law 13 of 2022.

Third, Christian religion teachers must prepare lessons as well as possible.Fourth, Christian religious teachers must be role models and have integrity and be friendly to students in the context of forming the spiritual character of students.  This study used the cauldron method qualitative with the library data used are the Bible, journals, articles and theological books that support the topic of discussion.

Leadership is the ability and readiness of a person to be able to influence, encourage, invite, demand, move and direct people or groups to receive this influence to achieve a goal. The purpose of this study is to describe servant leaders according to Mark 10:42-45 besides that, this research also provides good basic knowledge about leadership and the relevance of servant leaders for today's Christian leaders. The research method used by the author in writing this scientific work uses a qualitative research method, namely by means of literature study techniques, and case studies, namely digging up information from the Bible, books and journals regarding servant leaders according to Mark 10:42-45 and their relevance to today's Christian leadership , then confronted with the current form of application of Christian leadership as a leader who wants to serve. Namely a leader who serves, not a leader who rules with an iron fist or violence and rules with power, but a leader as a servant who has sincere feelings, is humble, has a heart as a servant, is willing to sacrifice both in time and energy. Servant leaders are leaders who give, affirm, strengthen, encourage, and sustain.

This article reviews the influence of netizen comments on the mental health of parents of children with special needs. The research analyzed in the article is based on the background of the problem that negative comments have a significant impact on the mental health of parents with disabilities, so this research aims to address the stigmatization and discrimination of persons with disabilities and their families on social media and encourage people to treat them with the same respect and understanding as other people. This type of research is qualitative research with a naturalistic paradigm. The method used in the assignment article for the Indonesian Language Education course is a systematic literature review (SLR). The research instrument is a survey and the researcher is the key instrument. The data source for this research is the results of a survey of several comments on the social media accounts of parents of children with special needs. The result is making learning media in the form of posters or videos, and others about the effect of bad comments on the mental health of parents of children with special needs as well as the importance of being responsible and being wise in writing comments on social media.

. Fraction is one of the materials in mathematics subject in class VII odd semester, which students must master well. Because this material continues from elementary school. Fraction is related to every day, and many problems use the concept of fractions. The research aims to describe the errors according to Newman's procedure, which students carry out to solve the issues. The methods used in data collection were tests and interviews. The written examination was given to class VII 15 students as the subject. The test questions consist of 4 item description questions, then from the results of the written test of 5 students who made mistakes according to the Newman procedure. The results of research that have been carried out on students according to Newman's approach in solving fractions questions as indicated by the results of their daily tests, the most frequent error is the process skill error and encoding error with a percentage of 58,33%, the transformation error is 51,66%, comprehension error 41,66% and the last percentage of reading error 25 %. The causes of student errors include being unable to read correctly, not understanding fractions, and being unable to determine the formula or steps to use, such as making mistakes in the calculation process and writing wrong information or answers.

This article discusses the teachings of the Lord Jesus about worry according to the Gospel of Matthew 6:25-34 and its reflections for believers in overcoming worry. Worry is a person,s implicit denial of the power and promises of God. The results of the research show that to overcome worry, believers must realize these three things, namely: One, that worry is useless. Two, worry only makes the situation worse for those who eperience it. Third, keep believing in God’s care for his people by proritizing God in everything. The research method used in writing this article is a qualitative method with an expository approach. The final conclusion of the author is The writer's final conclusion is that the teachings of Jesus in Matthew 6:25-34 are very useful in helping believers overcome anxiety.
