This study aims to analyze the employee training system at Toko Kue Hanania Food, particularly in improving product packaging skills and customer communication. Using the observation and documentation method, this research identifies that training is conducted through the On-the-Job Training method, where new employees learn directly in the workplace within one to three days. The results indicate that while this method is effective in accelerating employee adaptation, challenges such as lack of training documentation, limited trainers, and minimal evaluation and follow-up remain obstacles. Additionally, the company strives to manage training costs efficiently by utilizing internal resources and innovation in daily operations. To enhance training effectiveness, a more structured system is needed, such as the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and providing incentives for employees who demonstrate performance improvements.

Occupational Health and Safety (K3) is an effort to provide safety guarantees and improve the health status of workers/laborers by preventing work-related accidents and diseases, controlling  workplace hazards,  health  promotion, treatment and  rehabilitation. Occupational Health and Safety efforts include workforce, work methods/methods, work tools, work processes and work environment. In the PTM room at the West Baktiya Health Center, the space is quite narrow due to the large number of patients visiting, so there is untidiness in the room even though the AC and windows are used. However, having 2 tables in the room makes the room increasingly narrow and difficult to work comfortably. This research aims to find out an overview of the implementation of Occupational Safety and Health in the PTM room. This research is a qualitative descriptive research with a case study design. The subjects of this research were 3 officers in the PTM room. The object of this research is the implementation of K3 and PTM rooms at the West Baktiya Community Health Center. Data was collected by participant observation and semi-structured interviews with informants. The risk factors for the PTM room at the West Baktiya Health Center, seen from occupational safety and health factors, are that it is quite clean, no animals were found that cause disease transmission such as cockroaches, rats and others. There are no occupational safety and health signs and standard operational procedures related to occupational safety and health, while fire prevention in the PTM room at the West Baktiya Public Health Center and the West Baktiya Community Health Center itself is quite good with APAR. There needs to be signs regarding occupational safety and health and SOPs regarding occupational safety and health, especially in the PTM room.

Generation Z has emerged as a major force in today’s workforce, known for their enthusiasm in building careers and making meaningful contributions. They tend to favor flexible job environments that align with their skill sets. Despite this, many of them face job-related stress that leads to a higher likelihood of resignation. This study adopts a literature review method, analyzing 15 scholarly articles to explore the correlation between job stress and turnover intention among Generation Z employees in the creative industry. The findings reveal a significant positive relationship between stress and turnover intention, while job satisfaction and work environment help reduce the desire to quit. Key stressors include excessive workload, lack of appreciation, and mismatch between expectations and job reality. Thus, companies are encouraged to foster a supportive workplace culture and offer appropriate compensation to retain their young workforce.

Occupational safety and health training explains that increased knowledge and awareness of workers about potential workplace hazards can motivate them to comply with safety standards, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). This research aims to analyze the effect of occupational safety and health training on the behavior of using PPE by workers in the construction industry. This research is driven by the high number of work accidents that happen in the construction industry sector in Indonesia, where many workers are still reluctant to use PPE. The method used is a comprehensive literature review, with analysis of various relevant sources including academic journals and research reports as well as 3 electronic databases, namely Google Scholar, PubMed, and GARUDA. The findings of the study showed that workers who participated in occupational safety and health training showed increased knowledge and awareness of potential hazards in the workplace. Despite this, compliance rates are still low, especially among younger and less experienced workers. There is still no clear research data on reducing the accident rate in workers after this occupational safety and health training. This study investigates the effect of role stress and job resources on emotional exhaustion, with work-family conflict as a mediating variable among higher education personnel. Employing a quantitative research design with a causality analysis approach, data were collected through a structured questionnaire using a five-point Likert scale. The sample consisted of 200 educational staff at XYZ institution in Bogor Regency, including civil servants, permanent employees, and contract workers. Data analysis was conducted using the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) technique with SmartPLS 3 software. The findings revealed that role stress has a positive and significant impact on emotional exhaustion, indicating that increased stress from role demands contributes to higher levels of emotional fatigue. Conversely, job resources were found to have no significant direct effect on emotional exhaustion. Furthermore, work-family conflict significantly mediated the relationship between role stress and emotional exhaustion, suggesting that stress from conflicting work and family demands intensifies emotional exhaustion. However, work-family conflict did not mediate the relationship between job resources and emotional exhaustion. These results emphasize the critical need for effective stress management strategies and support systems that can help reduce work-family conflict to maintain the emotional well-being of education personnel. This study contributes to understanding the psychological dynamics in the workplace and provides insight into improving employee resilience and productivity in educational institutions.

This study aims to examine the implementation of a differentiated learning model in improving maritime English language competency among maritime college students in Indonesia. The background of this study is based on the maritime world's need for graduates with good English language competency, especially in professional and technical contexts. The approach used was a mixed method, namely a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods within a classroom action research framework implemented over two learning cycles. Data were collected through English language competency tests, observations, and in-depth interviews. The results showed a significant increase in all aspects of maritime English competency. The highest increase occurred in speaking skills at 44.38%, while the lowest increase was in maritime vocabulary comprehension at 30.25%. After the implementation of the differentiated learning model, 78.33% of students were in the "Good" and "Very Good" competency categories. Although in the initial stages of implementation there were challenges in students' adaptation to learning methods that differ from conventional learning, these obstacles were successfully overcome through a project-based learning strategy. This strategy is considered the most effective because it is able to provide an authentic context and approximate the real conditions in the maritime workplace. Thus, it can be concluded that the differentiated learning model has proven effective in improving students' maritime English language competency. This study recommends the broader implementation of similar models in English language learning programs at maritime institutions.
