In the scope of the workplace, job satisfaction plays a significant role, believed to influence both Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and workload levels. The study adopts a quantitative approach with a causal associative method, involving the entire population of 97 employees through total sampling technique. Data collection is conducted using a structured questionnaire that utilizes the Likert scale to ensure the validity and reliability of the instrument. Data analysis is performed using SPSS software version 25.00, which yields an R-square value of 0.345 for the job satisfaction variable. Hypothesis testing supports the positive influence of organizational citizenship behavior on job satisfaction (with a t-statistic value of 2.773 > 1.96) and the positive impact of workload levels on job satisfaction (with a t-statistic value of 6.187 > 1.96).

Moreover, clarity of roles, recognition of individual contributions, and the cultivation of a sense of belonging within the organization further strengthen team dynamics. This study recommends the implementation of organizational psychology training for managers and team leaders to enhance their ability to manage group interactions wisely, adaptively, and humanely. By applying psychological insights in group management, organizations can improve overall effectiveness through strong collaboration, mutual respect, and collective commitment.

Non-communicable diseases (NCDs) are the leading cause of death globally, with type 2 diabetes being one of the most prevalent conditions. Nutritional management for clients with type 2 diabetes requires strict adherence to the correct schedule, type, and quantity of food. To improve medication adherence, it is essential to implement preventive strategies that promote patient engagement and self-management. One such strategy is the Health Belief Model (HBM), which encourages patients to adopt healthy behaviors based on their perceptions of risk, severity, benefits, and barriers. This study aims to analyze the relationship between the Health Belief Model and medication adherence among type 2 diabetic patients in the Galala Community Health Center (Puskesmas) work area. A quantitative cross-sectional study design was used, with a sample size of 108 participants selected through simple random sampling. The independent variables in this study were perceived susceptibility, perceived severity, perceived benefits, perceived barriers, and cues to action, while the dependent variable was medication adherence. The results revealed significant relationships between all the HBM constructs and medication adherence. Specifically, perceived susceptibility (p=0.000), perceived severity (p=0.000), perceived benefits (p=0.000), perceived barriers (p=0.000), and cues to action (p=0.000) all had strong associations with adherence to medication. The findings suggest that the Health Belief Model is a valuable framework for improving medication adherence among type 2 diabetes patients. Additionally, the use of health information technology is an effective strategy to increase patient awareness of the risks of non-adherence and the importance of regular medication intake. A combination of education, social support, technology, and an individualized approach can create a supportive environment that encourages patients to manage their treatment effectively.

Motivating human resources is essential for enhancing organizational performance and achieving company objectives. This study explores the influence of work motivation and organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior among employees at RRI Bandar Lampung. Data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire from 84 respondents and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The findings support the first hypothesis, indicating that work motivation positively and significantly affects organizational citizenship behavior. However, the second hypothesis reveals that organizational commitment has a negative and statistically insignificant impact on organizational citizenship behavior. The study recommends that organizations actively engage employees in decision-making processes and ensure equal opportunities for all. Additionally, providing employee training programs to support career development is advised. A limitation of this research is its relatively small sample and population size. Future studies should consider incorporating additional variables that could affect motivation, commitment, and citizenship behavior.

Community-based waste management in military housing areas, particularly within the environment of Markas Komando Pasukan Khusus (Makopassus), still faces several challenges. This service initiative aims to enhance the participation of the Army Wives Association (Persit) members of Kopassus in the Waste Bank program through the optimization of communication strategies. The method employed is Participatory Action Research (PAR), which actively involves the community in all stages of the activity, from problem identification to evaluation. Activities were carried out through outreach, technical training, online and offline communication campaigns, and participatory evaluations. The results show significant changes, including the formation of a Waste Bank working group, improved household waste sorting behavior, the emergence of local leaders from among Persit members, and the growth of collective awareness toward circular economy-based waste management. These findings confirm that communication strategies tailored to the audience's characteristics and based on community-centered approaches can effectively drive social change within military environments. With 65 million entities, micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) form the backbone of the Indonesian economy, contributing around 61% of the country's gross domestic product (GDP) and employing 97% of the working population. Despite their strategic role, most MSMEs still face various challenges, such as low adaptability to changes in the business environment, lack of planning strategies, minimal innovation, and limitations in utilizing technology. On the other hand, current consumer behavior increasingly demands quality products and practical services, including in terms of payment systems. Along with the development of the digital era, non-cash payment systems, such as e-money and QR codes, have experienced rapid growth and become important elements in encouraging financial inclusion and transaction efficiency. QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard) is present as an innovative solution that allows MSMEs to make transactions quickly, safely, and easily by simply scanning a QR code. Realizing the importance of utilizing this technology, the community service (PkM) team conducted training activities on the creation and use of QRIS for the "Zea Ice" Orange Juice micro business actor in Deltasari Indah, Sidoarjo, East Java. This activity includes QR code creation, printing, and attaching barcodes to kiosks, as well as technical education related to their use. This initiative is expected to increase transaction efficiency, encourage the implementation of digitalization, and increase the competitiveness of MSMEs in an increasingly competitive market.
