This research, titled "Analysis of Role-Playing Strategies on Students' Speaking Skills in Grade XI of Madrasah Aliyah Ponpes Tahfidz Al-Faiz Tembung," is motivated by the students' learning outcomes that show limitations in speaking skills in Indonesian language subjects. Learning activities that take place in the classroom are often limited to listening and lecturing activities, even though the curriculum demands that students have higher-order thinking (HOT) skills such as analysis and discussion. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with research subjects consisting of teachers and students. Data collection was carried out through observation, interview, and documentation techniques. This research aims to analyze: (1) the implementation of role-playing strategies in improving students' speaking skills, (2) the assessment of Indonesian language learning outcomes using this strategy, and (3) the supporting and inhibiting factors in using role-playing strategies. The results of the research show that the implementation of learning with role-playing strategies successfully increased students' competence and learning activity, especially in channeling ideas and opinions. The main supporting factors include teacher involvement, students' mastery of the material, and the use of relevant textbooks, including drama scripts and performance videos. Conversely, the inhibiting factors are students' shyness when role-playing and lack of mastery of the material. Based on the findings of this research, role-playing strategies are suitable to be implemented by teachers as a solution to improve the quality of learning in Indonesian language subjects.

Performance assessment is very important for a company when it comes to making decisions. Performance assessment can also affect employee motivation and commitment at work and can affect the criteria for promotion. In general, some companies use a performance assessment system that is subjective and is considered less effective because there is no standard, making employees feel less fair in terms of assessment. To overcome these problems, it is necessary to design an assessment system with the Behaviorally Anchor Rating Scale (BARS) method because this method is more objective in matters that need to be assessed. It is hoped that this BARS method can assess all employees more objectively and fairly and can affect the motivation of employees to be more active in work.

The application of the Behaviorally Anchored Rating Scale (BARS) method in employee performance assessment has been shown to increase the objectivity and accuracy of evaluations in various organizations. The BARS method assesses performance based on specific behaviors related to a particular task, thereby reducing subjectivity in assessment. Recent research by Hia et al. (2024) shows that the integration of the BARS method with a web-based system can facilitate the process of assessing and reporting employee performance. In this study, the BARS method was applied to identify factors that affect employee performance, while the web-based system helped to summarize assessment data efficiently. In addition, research by Rouza and Yanto (2020) at Pasir Pengaraian University developed a web-based Employee Performance Assessment Information System (SIPENTAJA) using the BARS method. This system makes it easier for leaders to assess and report employee performance quickly and accurately. Thus, the application of the BARS method integrated with a web-based system at di PT XYZ, Indonesia, is expected to increase the objectivity of employee performance assessments, facilitate the evaluation process, and support better decision making in human resource management.

PT. Media XYZ is experiencing a high turnover rate of journalists due to a less objective selection process. The assessment carried out by HRD is currently still subjective and inaccurate. This has an impact on the company's performance and the quality of the news produced. Therefore, a decision-making model is needed that can be used as a guideline by HRD in order to overcome the mismatch between journalist qualifications and job requirements by implementing the Profile Matching method in the journalist selection process. This method will help companies select prospective employees who best match the required competency profile. By matching the competency profile of prospective employees with the competency profile of the position, it is expected to improve the quality of selection decisions, reduce the level of errors in recruitment, and improve company performance.

This study aims to identify the accountability and transparency of sharia financial management in non-profit organizations, especially SD IT Yarsi Mataram, so that the implementation of financial management can be carried out in accordance with sharia principles. This study is a literature study, where relevant solutions to the conditions that occur at SD IT Yarsi Mataram are compiled based on relevant references that can be collected. Accountability and transparency of financial management have specifically been explained in Surah Al Baqarah Verse 282. Accountability in Islam is closely related to Amanah. And the transparency of financial management will affect the level of management accountability to stakeholders. SD IT Yarsi Mataram in recent years has not been transparent about financial management. The lack of transparency efforts in the allocation of funds obtained from student guardians as stakeholders and school committee bodies, has the potential to reduce the level of accountability of financial management. This minimal transparency and low level of accountability can trigger turmoil and distrust of stakeholders over the performance of school management. By conducting financial management transparency as part of accountability to stakeholders, it will increase trust and assessment of school management performance.
