The orientation of educational institutions is busy with exam scores, and academic grades are the main prerequisites for graduation. As a result, the product produced by students is how high the report card score is and discredits the values of character, life and morality. This causes students to lose focus on character education. For this reason, teachers as the main milestone in learning in the classroom are required to create a learning atmosphere with character based on DOOR (Diversity, Optimism, Option for The Poor, Respect). This is because the character based on DOOR is a guideline in the ministry at the Bethlehem Bandar Baru Foundation. The objectives of the study are: (1) To describe the management model of character education training based on DOOR; (2) Determine the feasibility of the character education training management model based on DOOR; and (3) Determine the effectiveness of the implementation of character education training management based on DOOR at the Bethlehem Bandar Baru Foundation. The research uses a research and development approach to develop a model to improve teacher performance at the Betlehem Bandar Baru Foundation. The research sample is 59 teachers at the Bethlehem Bandar Baru Foundation. The results of the study show: (1) The training model developed is feasible to be used in an effort to improve the performance of teachers of the Bethlehem Bandar Baru Foundation, through the following stages: planning, organizing, moving, and supervising; (2) The training model is effectively used to improve the performance of teachers of the Betlehem Bandar Baru Foundation. There was an increase in teacher performance in the following aspects: learning planning by 42.05%; the implementation of learning is 29.74%; and assessed learning outcomes by 59.49%; and (3) a character training model developed practically for improving teacher performance at the Bethlehem Bandar Baru Foundation, obtained N-Gain Score g = 0.76 > 0.7 (small group trial) and g = 0.79 > 0.7 (limited wide trial); The resulting products were 76.40% (small group trials) and 79.08% (limited wide trials) with the effective category. Based on the results of the study, it is suggested that the improvement of teacher performance at the Bethlehem Bandar Baru Foundation must be carried out with integrated planning, organization, implementation and supervision between the Archdiocesan Foundation, the Foundation's internal supervisors, principals, and teachers.

Third, Curriculum development is categorized as a grass roots model where there are initiatives and efforts coming from below, namely ustadz and Islamic boarding schools in developing a curriculum that is designed by themselves to produce a generation with Sufi morals. Fourth, Curriculum evaluation refers to the Objective Model Evaluation model (objective model) carried out at the end of curriculum development, this assessment activity is often called summative evaluation. Fifth, The impact of curriculum management on the level of morals is shown by the nature of istiqomah, self-control, prioritizing Islamic and basyariyah brotherhood, tolerance, honesty, sincerity, istiqomah, patience, gratitude, politeness and helping each other. Indonesia, which previously traded carbon through a voluntary market mechanism, has switched its carbon trading implementation through a carbon exchange (IDX Carbon) since September 26, 2023. This means that carbon trading in Indonesia is carried out through the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), and all carbon units are traded as securities or securities, whereas previously carbon transactions in Indonesia were voluntary. The implementation of carbon trading is a form of Indonesia's commitment to implementing the Paris Agreement and the Kyoto Protocol in reducing Greenhouse Gas emissions by 29% in 2030 with its own capabilities and up to 41% with international support. In the implementation of carbon trading in Indonesia, it is carried out through a mandatory market and the Indonesia Stock Exchange has been appointed as the institution organizing carbon trading, but the regulations that form the basis for the implementation of carbon trading do not clearly regulate how to determine carbon prices, the institution authorized to issue Technical Approval for Upper Emission Limits for Business Actors (PTBAE-PU) and Greenhouse Gas Emission Reduction Certificates as units traded on the Carbon Exchange.

This community service was carried out in Pattongko Village, Central Sinjai District, by considering the location's vulnerability to natural disasters such as landslides and tornadoes. The high rainfall in the area is one of the leading causes of frequent natural disasters, compounded by the mountainous and hilly topography. These factors make the community highly susceptible to disasters that result in significant material and immaterial losses. The primary aim of this service activity was to build awareness and strengthen the community's disaster response capabilities, enabling the creation of a disaster-resilient village. The activity was conducted through socialization efforts involving various stakeholders, including the Pattongko village community, the village government, local youth groups, and the Sinjai Regency Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD), which served as the lead agency in disaster response in the region. Despite being a one-day event, the activity was expected to provide essential disaster education and training for the local population, enhancing their knowledge of disaster preparedness and response. By doing so, the initiative aimed to minimize the potential victims and the scale of losses caused by natural disasters in the future. This activity also supported broader government programs aimed at forming Disaster Resilient Villages. In the future, the program will be extended with further activities, such as establishing community disaster response teams, organizing disaster simulations, and strengthening disaster management protocols within the village. This study aims to explore the integration pattern between Science and Islam in the context of the Integrated Madrasah Science Competition (KSM) for Biology at MAN 1 Wonosobo. The research specifically seeks to: (1) identify the conceptual pattern of Science–Islam integration in Biology learning, (2) examine the implementation of this integration in the KSM preparation process, and (3) analyze the factors influencing its effectiveness. This research adopts a qualitative approach, employing field research and descriptive analysis to capture a comprehensive understanding of the phenomenon. The findings reveal that the integration pattern in Biology learning within the KSM context is characterized as integrative–interconnective, where scientific concepts are interconnected with Islamic values and perspectives. Supervisory teachers with a strong background in pure Biology tend to be more active in developing discussion themes, conducting in-depth dialogues, and organizing studies that merge scientific and religious viewpoints. The effective implementation of this integration is supported by optimal utilization of learning resources, particularly Biology textbooks, as a source of pure scientific material enriched with Islamic insights. Such integration is further strengthened by collaborative discussions between teachers and students, fostering deeper understanding and critical thinking. Several factors contribute to the effectiveness of Biology KSM learning. These include the existence of a curriculum and learning materials that intentionally integrate Science and Islam, as well as the interdisciplinary competencies of teachers who not only master Biology content but also possess the ability to connect it with Islamic principles. Additionally, institutional support from all components of the madrasah—administrators, fellow teachers, and students—plays a crucial role in creating a structured, motivating, and inspiring guidance environment. In conclusion, the integration of Science and Islam in the Biology KSM at MAN 1 Wonosobo represents an effective educational model that promotes both scientific literacy and religious understanding, contributing to holistic student development in madrasah education.

The problem of organizing regional elections has been apparent since the nomination stage where there are obstacles for each regional head, namely the regional head nomination threshold. The nomination threshold directly eliminates the constitutional and political rights of every citizen to actively participate in the regional head election process. This study uses normative legal research, namely preliminary research activities before delving further into in-concrito research. The research approach uses a statute approach and a case approach through the Constitutional Court decision Number 60/PUU-XXII/2024. The statute approach is carried out to trace the laws and regulations related to the research theme being studied. The results of the discussion obtained, namely the Constitutional Court's decision regarding changes to the regional head nomination threshold, are a good sign for the future of democracy. The people have almost lost trust recently in the democratization process with the behavior of political party elites in nominating regional heads who tend to lead to cartel politics. Of course, this decision needs to be welcomed and the Constitutional Court deserves appreciation because this decision was issued amidst the strengthening of cartel politics in the nomination of regional heads. The Constitutional Court's decision has changed the basis of the requirements that must be met by political parties or coalitions of political parties in registering regional head candidate pairs from obtaining seats or accumulation of valid voters to only obtaining valid voters by determining the percentage.
