Nasal hypertrophy is a swelling that occurs in the nasal concha. This condition is caused because the inferior concha has a larger anatomical size when compared to the other concha structures. The process of diagnosing nasal hypertrophy often requires high clinical skills and experience. RSU Putri Bidadari is one of the hospitals that treats Nasal Hypertrophy disease in patients. Nose hypertrophy disease has several symptoms that are felt which are usually caused by several factors such as exposure to certain allergens, chronic sinus infections, or a family history of similar nasal problems, so several diagnostic tests are needed that can confirm the diagnosis, such as nasal endoscopy to see directly the condition inside the nose, medical imaging such as CT scan or MRI to evaluate the structure of the nose in more detail, or allergy tests to identify the causative allergen. From the above problems, patients really need a system that becomes a recommendation in helping provide information about nasal hypertrophy disease that can diagnose early and take further action to prevent nasal hypertrophy disease. By using the certainty factor method, information from the steps above can be systematically analyzed to determine the level of confidence in the diagnosis of nasal hypertrophy. These factors can be assessed based on severity, presence of typical symptoms, correlation with risk factors, and results of physical examination and diagnostic tests. Based on the results of the CF calculation, the highest value is in the type of nasal hypertrophy disease with the type of Septal Deviation disease having a value of 1 or 100%, in the type of Rhinitis disease having a value of 94.24% and in the type of sinusitis disease having a value of 85.60%. From the results obtained, the system identifies that the patient has nasal hypertrophy with Septal Deviation type by 100%.

Sexual relations do not only occur between different genders, but can also occur between individuals of the same sex. This problem in Indonesia often causes differences of opinion between those who support and those who oppose. It is undeniable that in the military environment there are also deviations in sexual orientation carried out by the perpetrator who is a TNI soldier in the verdict of the Military Court II-08 Jakarta Number 212-K / PM II-08AD / XI / 2020. Finding, analyzing, and explaining the viewpoint of military law on the existence of LGBT in the military environment was the goal of the study. The ruling of the Military Court II-08 Jakarta Number 212-K / PM II-08AD / XI / 2020 clarifies the criminal culpability of TNI soldiers who engage in Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender (LGBT) actions. Legal theory, criminal responsibility theory, and the theory of legal certainty are the frameworks utilized. Normative juridical research is the methodology employed. Based on the findings of this study, the military's official stance on the presence of LGBT individuals in the military has been firmly established by highlighting the ban on LGBT individuals as stated in the TNI Commander's Telegram Letter Number ST/398/2009. As stated in Telegram Letter Number ST/1648/2019 from the TNI Commander, LGBT is one of the behaviors that soldiers are not to engage in since it goes against official orders or is not in line with soldier life norms. Furthermore, it is highlighted in the Supreme Court Circular (SEMA) Number 10 of 2020, in letter D number 1, that disobeying the TNI Commander's Telegram Letter Number ST/398/2009 dated July 22, 2009 and the TNI Commander's Telegram Letter Number ST/1648/2019 dated October 22, 2019, which forbid TNI soldiers from engaging in immoral acts with members of the same sex (Homosexual/Lesbian), can be seen as a violation of official orders under the provisions of Article 103 Paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code. In accordance with the processes or mechanisms for resolving LGBT crimes guided by Law Number 31 of 1997 concerning Military Justice, TNI soldiers found guilty of LGBT acts in the Jakarta Military Court II-08 Number 212-K/PM II-08AD/XI/2020 will face prosecution, sentencing, and criminal penalties in accordance with the specific legal regulations based on Military Criminal Law.

This research aims to analyze the determination of the internalization of BerAKHLAK work culture in constructing apparatus integrity within the Social Services Department of East Java Province. In the context of modern bureaucratic transformation, Civil Servants (ASN) are required to have a strong work culture foundation as a moral compass to avoid practices that deviate from professional ethics. The Social Services Department possesses unique characteristics as it interacts directly with vulnerable social groups, necessitating personnel with unwavering integrity and moral immunity against the temptation of abusive authority. Utilizing a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study design, this research dissects the phenomenon of value internalization holistically through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The results indicate that the internalization process of BerAKHLAK (Service-Oriented, Accountable, Competent, Harmonious, Loyal, Adaptive, and Collaborative) is carried out through a social construction dialectic encompassing stages of externalization, objectification, and internalization. Phenomenological findings suggest a paradigm shift from formalistic integrity toward substantive integrity, where values such as Accountability and Loyalty are no longer viewed merely as regulatory burdens but as manifestations of moral responsibility rooted in individual conscience. The habituation process through routine actions, such as consistently precise data verification, has created an "ethical sedimentation" that transforms honest behavior into an instinctive or automatic self-governing action. Furthermore, the Harmonious and Collaborative dimensions have successfully established peer-supervision mechanisms and a collective social identity that strengthens the organization's moral fortress through collective social shame against deviations. The integration of Competent and Adaptive values also proves to be a primary determinant in mitigating ethical risks, where technical professionalism encourages personnel to remain transparent despite complex field pressures. Overall, the internalization of BerAKHLAK work culture has successfully reconstructed the integrity of the East Java Social Services apparatus into a stable social reality, which not only transforms work methods but also builds public trust through quality and equitable service.

High voltage deviation, State of charge (SOCs) divergence, and inappropriate load/power sharing are some challenges that DC microgrids face. These problems can be rectified easily if the control algorithm is designed based on the other units' data. However, utilization of communication links has some disadvantages which make them improper in many cases. Regarding that, in this paper, a novel communication-free control method is presented. In this method, the droop gain is divided into two parts. The first part of the droop gain is selected according to the line resistance in such a way, that the effect of line resistance on current sharing is omitted, while the second part is considered for balancing SOCs. Regarding that, it is defined as a function of SOC such that the higher SOC unit injects more and absorbs less current. Comparing the simulation results of the proposed method with other methods proves that the proposed method can balance SOCs and reduce the DC bus voltage deviation like the SOC-based method. Besides, it can share current properly like the virtual resistance method.
