This article discusses the dangers faced by teenagers, both physically and psychologically. Adolescence is an important transition period in an individual's life, where they experience various physical, emotional and social changes. This article outlines some of the physical dangers that teenagers face, such as the risk of death, suicide attempts, physical disabilities, and problems with awkwardness or stiffness. Additionally, psychological dangers are discussed, including immature social behavior, risky sexual behavior, and conflict in family relationships. It is important to understand that these dangers can have a significant impact on a teenager's development and well-being. Therefore, this article also explores the implications of adolescent development in the context of counseling services, including the importance of emotional development, moral education, religious awareness, creativity, and political awareness. In conclusion, this article highlights the complexity of adolescence and the importance of appropriate interventions in supporting positive adolescent development.

Reusing used mineral water bottles as material for making piggy banks is a popular way to teach children about the importance of saving from an early age. This practice also has the added benefit of reducing the amount of plastic waste scattered around the living environment. Plastic waste that is not managed properly can cause serious environmental pollution. The service activity at Primary School 56, Tihu Subdistrict regarding making piggy banks from used bottles aims to train children's skills in processing used goods into something useful, but also to teach the importance of saving from an early age. Making piggy banks from used bottles is an opportunity for children to develop their creativity by utilizing used items into useful products. Through this activity, children can learn while being creative, understanding the importance of protecting the environment and managing waste better, as well as motivating them to like saving.

Today's students, often referred to as the digital generation, tend to be more interested and responsive to interactive and visual learning media. However, traditional teaching methods that tend to be monotonous are often unable to fulfil students' learning needs and interests. Therefore, innovation in learning approaches is necessary. One of the innovative solutions in learning media development is the use of graphic design applications such as Canva. With its user-friendly features, Canva allows teachers to create more dynamic and interesting teaching materials, which in turn can increase students' motivation and understanding of the values taught in Islamic Religious Education and Budi Pekerti. The development method or R&D using the ADDIE model is a learning design model that provides an organised process in the construction of teaching materials that can be used in both face-to-face and online learning. The use of learning media that suits students' needs not only increases their attention to the lesson, but also provides a comprehensive learning experience, reinforces a thorough understanding of the material, and encourages students' active involvement in the learning process. Thus, students have greater opportunities to develop their creativity and potential in a supportive learning environment. Learning media plays an important role in improving student learning outcomes by providing an engaging and efficient teaching-learning process. It allows students to understand the subject matter more easily, increases learning efficiency in accordance with the learning objectives, and improves their concentration and motivation.

Pujodadi Village, Trimurjo District, Central Lampung Regency, Lampung Province, what was carried out in this activity included preparation, training and implementation of product manufacturing. The results achieved in implementing the community service program were increasing public knowledge about the benefits of fish bone waste, increasing knowledge in making fish bone crackers and providing a new product, namely fish bone crackers. The training in making catfish bone crackers really helped the Pujodadi community, especially the women of Hamlet 2. In this extension, the women of Hamlet 2 were very enthusiastic about this training. This training is carried out so that waste that is usually thrown away can be used into useful products that are ready to be sold.

This research aims to explore and analyze the role of diversity and equality in modern organizations. The research method used is a qualitative approach, by conducting case studies of several different organizations in the private sector. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with senior managers, employees, and through analysis of internal company documents. The results show that diversity in terms of background, gender, and expertise can contribute significantly to innovation and creativity within organizations. Meanwhile, the implementation of equality in organizational policies and practices has a positive impact on employee satisfaction, loyalty, and work productivity. Analysis using VOSviewer showed that key concepts that emerged included inclusiveness, fairness, collaboration and respect for individual uniqueness. Nonetheless, challenges related to conflict management, organizational culture adaptation, and managing change remain a key focus in the implementation of diversity and equality in various organizational contexts. The findings provide a deeper understanding of how organizations can leverage diversity and equality as strategic resources to achieve competitive advantage and sustainable growth in an increasingly complex global marketplace.

Creative behavior has an important role in the world of management and innovation, especially in the era of globalization and increasingly fierce business competition. 21st Century Learning is an educational concept that focuses on developing students' skills to achieve success which is influenced by technology, information and globalization. Islamic boarding schools are educational institutions that are able to prepare students to develop the skills needed for 21st century learning. This research uses qualitative methods, namely by searching for data and information whose findings are not obtained through calculations and statistical procedures so that the results are descriptive. Data collection techniques in this research are through observation, interviews, and documentation in the form of written objects such as books, magazines, documents, and so on. The results of this research show that Ma'had Al-Zaytun, which is based on the spirit but modern Islamic boarding school system, instills the skills needed in 21st century learning, including the ability to think critically in dealing with every problem, the ability to think critically, and the ability to think critically. communicate using various languages, the ability to Large Scale Collaboration (KSBB), the ability to produce products (creativity) with the help of computer technology and have a religious character that comes from the Al-Qur'an, the sunnah of Rosul Muhammad SAW, the qualities contained in Asmaul Husna and Asmaun Nabi, as well as the character of nationalism contained in the five foundations of the state (Pancasila), the 1945 Constitution and the national anthem Indonesia Raya 3 Stanza.

Revitalization of the Aisyiah Kindergarten school environment is one of the most important aspect in improving the quality of early childhood education. The physical and social environment in kindergarten has a significant impact on children's development. This study aims to explore the concepts, methods, and impacts of revitalizing the kindergarten school environment. Through a literature review and case studies, this research investigates how a holistic approach to learning and physical changes in schools can provide better experiences for kindergarten children. The results show that an integrated approach between learning, the physical environment, and children's active participation can result in improvements in aspects such as creativity, social interaction, and environmental understanding. This research also identified several challenges that needed to be overcome, such as limited resources and the active role of parents and teachers in implementing change. Therefore, revitalizing the kindergarten school environment, one of which is revitalizing murals that have begun to fade, can be an effective means of creating an environment that supports the optimal development of early childhood.

Co-working spaces have gained popularity in recent years as a flexible and cost-effective solution for freelancers, startups, and small businesses looking for a collaborative work environment. This article examines the key success factors for a co-working space business model, drawing on insights from industry experts and research studies. By identifying these critical factors, co-working space operators can optimize their business model and enhance their chances of success in a competitive market. The development of the use of co-working space is now increasingly promising. Many of the startup companies and freelancers who use co-working space as a place for daily activities to work. Co-working space also helps to differentiate work and daily activities from these workers. However, the business model of co-working space is relatively vulnerable. This study aims to evaluate the factors that can increase the success of the co-working space business model, considering the importance of co-working space as the development of creativity. This study involved 116 users from two businesses that achieved success in managing the co-working space. Data was collected using a questionnaire survey and structurally analyzed using SmartPLS. The results of the study identified that shared workspace management and supporting co-working space operations played an important role in determining the success of this business model. Membership management has no significant effect. Therefore, the management of co-working space can be focused on these two elements

The rapid advancement of artificial Intelligence in education and employment necessitates that universities generate graduates capable of adapting to the future of artificial Intelligence. Numerous studies have examined the adaptation and challenges of implementing AI among students. This study aims to identify the essential values and their incorporation into curricula to enhance students' preparedness for the contemporary workforce influenced by Artificial Intelligence. The study used a qualitative method, using literature studies and empirical studies. The study's findings indicate that students must possess seven skills to effectively compete with advancements in AI technology: problem-solving, critical thinking, creativity and innovation, communication, collaboration, digital data literacy, and ethical judgment. With these skills, students can control and collaborate with technology, making production performance more effective, efficient, and high quality. Acquiring skills to navigate the AI era can be achieved by incorporating Logic, Philosophy, English, Business Management, Research Methodology, Entrepreneurship, and Ethics courses.

This systematic review investigates the significant role of ChatGPT in higher education, with a specific focus on its influence on academic writing. Utilizing insights from 17 peer-reviewed articles published between 2022 and 2024, it evaluates ChatGPT's features, advantages, and challenges in assisting both students and educators. ChatGPT enhances efficiency by automating repetitive tasks such as grammar correction, sentence restructuring, and formatting, allowing students to focus on critical thinking and content refinement. Its ability to enhance language, correct grammar, and maintain structural coherence proves especially valuable for non-native English speakers, fostering greater accessibility and fairness in academic writing. Moreover, ChatGPT fosters creativity through brainstorming support, simplifies technical explanations for diverse academic audiences, and enhances iterative learning by providing real-time feedback on coherence, language, and argumentation. The study underscores the risks of bias in AI-generated content and the possibility of worsening educational disparities due to unequal access to advanced AI technologies. Establishing clear institutional policies and ethical guidelines is essential to address these concerns and ensure responsible AI use. The review concludes that ChatGPT is a powerful tool for improving academic writing and learning in higher education. However, its success relies on a balanced integration of AI's capabilities with sound pedagogical practices to uphold academic integrity and encourage independent critical thinking.

In this research, the concept of edupreneurship is used as an approach in designing the process of applying creativity in providing education to the public about opportunities to increase financial coffers. The potential for good cooperation between pkk mothers who meet every week and the abundant natural potential can increase income and add value. One of the abundant potentials is the mangrove plant whose leaves and fruit can be used. This research aims to (1) map the environmental and economic potential of the Tapak Village community with an edupreneurship perspective (2) Increase community creativity, especially coastal communities which have abundant mangroves (3) Create jobs for the community to increase financial coffers. The research method used in this research was carried out by a project in Tapak Village. Data obtained through interviews and documentation. with research subjects namely the community of pkk mothers in Tapak Village, Tugu District, Semarang City. The research results show that the potential of the Tapak Village community has abundant resources in the form of mangrove plants, considering that the community is enthusiastic and united. Abundant resources in the form of mangrove plants can be used as processed food which has sales value in the field of health snacks.

This study aimed to assess the impact of cognitive involvement, affective involvement, and customer behavioral involvement on online purchase intentions, with customer experience as a mediator on the Shopee application in Medan City. The research included 130 respondents from Medan City, selected using purposive sampling. Data analysis was conducted using the SMARTPLS version 3.0 program, employing Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), measurement models (outer models), structural measurements (inner models), and hypothesis testing. The results indicated that customer cognitive involvement had a positive but insignificant effect on customer experience. Affective and behavioral involvement had a positive and significant effect on customer experience. Both cognitive and behavioral involvement had a positive and significant effect on online purchase intentions, while customer affective involvement had a positive but insignificant effect on online purchase intentions. Furthermore, customer experience had a positive and significant effect on online purchasing intentions. It was found that customer experience was unable to mediate the influence of customer involvement on online purchasing intentions. However, customer experience was able to mediate the influence of affective and behavioral customer involvement on online purchasing intentions. Hence, businesses using the Shopee application can enhance customer engagement and leverage technological advancements to attract purchasing intentions by introducing additional features with creativity and openness.

The aim of this research is to analyze the relationship and influence of character values ​​on Main Competencies (KI), Main Competencies (KD), Learning Outcomes (CP), Competency Achievement Indicators (GPA) and Learning Objectives in the Islamic context. Religious education . The creator of the work created a culinary feature program that has a lot of information and is also a reference for unique and interesting places to eat or restaurants with the theme of typical Indonesian food as inspiration and is also suitable for generation Z to get to know and preserve the culinary riches of the archipelago. The creator created a culinary feature program "Rasa Nusantara" Edisi Warung MJS. In the work on this culinary feature program, the creator as Producer is tasked with overall responsibility for the implementation of this production relating to audio visuals and is involved in creating or packaging a program concept or idea chosen in Pre-Production, Production and Post-Production. The general benefits include adding to the impressions of Indonesian culinary tourism and providing alternative entertainment for viewers of this program. The hope is that this culinary feature work will present information about Indonesian culinary locations in Jakarta, namely a feature show that has the unique characteristics of a place that is attractive to Generation Z and that the audience will also have the opportunity to enjoy this culinary program as entertainment.

Digital marketing is a skill that many people really need to learn in order to increase their knowledge and prepare themselves for a successful career in the future, increase creativity and be innovative. In an effort to increase national knowledge, one of the activities that students need to carry out is KPPM which is an activity that focuses on community service. This type of research uses a descriptive qualitative research method which is used to research and describe the positive influence on the implementation of training activities carried out by IAKN Tarutung students in Purba Dolok village, namely KKN in the form of PKM. So this type of research is also based on factual data and field data, where the researcher goes directly into the field to see directly the conditions that are the subject of the research. As a result of the training activities that have been carried out, it can be concluded that the participants can understand the material presented by the resource person and also increase the insight and knowledge of the training participants.  

This research explores the role of Sunday school teachers in the growth and development of children at Kasih Karunia Baptist Church Simalingkar. Sunday school teachers play an important role in shaping children's character through spiritual and moral education. Creativity in teaching is the key to delivering material in a way that is interesting and relevant to children. Community service by Sunday school teachers involves children in activities that strengthen social and moral values, such as social service projects. The implementation of the Sunday School Teaching (PSM) program at this church, which is supported by IAKN Tarutung students, aims to increase religious and moral understanding, discipline, responsibility, as well as children's talents and creativity. This program also makes a positive contribution to the surrounding community. The research uses qualitative descriptive methods through interviews, observation and documentation analysis. Results showed significant improvements in children's religious understanding, discipline, responsibility and creativity, as well as a positive impact on the community. These findings emphasize the important role of creative Sunday school teachers in shaping children's character and strengthening social ties in the community.

Abstract ­- Indonesia can be said to be a place rich in culinary delights because there are various types of cuisine in each region, both in the form of heavy meals and snacks. The progress of increasingly modern times has more or less influenced the decline in the popularity of several typical Indonesian foods. Television must develop more creativity in Indonesian culinary feature programs. Therefore, a culinary feature program entitled "Rasa Nusantara" Warung MJS edition was created. This feature program will provide information about unique culinary locations in the archipelago with an exploration of the themes of these places which are characteristic. This program is not only informative, but has the impact of inviting the audience to learn more about the variety of typical Indonesian foods. In this program, the creator of the work acts as a script writer, where his duties involve the ability to develop an idea into a script, create a treatment, create a list of questions for interviewing sources, and compose the script. The general benefits include adding to Indonesian culinary tourism shows, as well as providing alternative entertainment for viewers of this program. The creator of the work hopes that with this culinary feature program the younger generation will participate in preserving Indonesia's culinary riches. Literacy is an individual's ability to understand, use and analyze information through various forms of language. Literacy includes understanding reading, writing and arithmetic, as well as the ability to process information critically and creatively. Through training in making media, comics and sketchbooks. Training activities are carried out in three stages, namely preparation, implementation and evaluation. Where training activities were carried out twice at the Sidomulyo Kulon Progo Literacy House. This training activity supports increasing children's interest in literacy at the Literacy House. Apart from that, the activities and making of wall media, comics and scratchbook can increase children's creativity.

Art performance activities as a form of community service by the Pattimura University KKN student program, Batch L in Tihu Village, collaborated with SD Negeri 46 and SD Negeri 56 Perumnas Poka. The purpose of this activity is to increase self-confidence, as well as explore and hone students' requests and talents for various arts and cultures. The results of the implementation of this art performance activity show that students of SD Negeri 46 and SD Negeri 56 Perumnas Poka have diverse talents, this activity provides a forum for students to channel their interests and talents, increase their creativity and innovation in the fields of poetry reading, speeches, solo singing and group singing, as well as fostering a sense of togetherness and kinship between students of SD Negeri 46 and SD Negeri 56 Perumnas Poka.
